2141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone who buys Coins from the Top50 will stay poor on: October 12, 2022, 10:33:16 AM
Anyone who ever got rich in crypto bought cheap projects early before they were multiple billions worth.

I was one of the victims of such a mindset which is why I certainly disagree with you.
1st - crypto is not a rich scheme - that is why you will never expect about becoming rich especially if you only invested a small amount.
2nd - earning a profit relies on what coins we invest and unfortunately, these cheap coins are mostly shitcoins (unless there are hypes and market manipulations happening that make you earn more).
3rd - potential coins are expensive but they are sustainable long-term which is ideal for those who want to hold long-term. And most likely are coins that will pump.
2142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Crash Incoming? on: October 11, 2022, 10:13:05 PM
Crypto Crash is common, and this does not only happen to cryptocurrencies but in all types of investments such as stocks, property and so on, most importantly when the market crash is patient and hold.
we are in phase which is all Investment portofolio drop, as you said at stock ,property and cryptocurrency market everything drop.maybe holding cash Will be king at this moment to buy all asset when hit bottom. Alot expert said next year will be hard time for US , recession Will come and food supply Will disturbed.
There are a lot of reasons but never we put this as a reason not to invest in crypto. Some are disappointed with the current situation but some also are happy with this. What we have now is another opportunity given especially to those who come late or those who missed the last bear season. But, we also have to think that this is not forever, recovery will come next. That is why we shouldn't have to miss this again, take the risk as we got rewarded later.
2143  Economy / Speculation / Re: Every signal is a speculation on: October 11, 2022, 11:58:56 AM
Maybe they are truly a master in terms of their long term experience in this market where they already know every terms and strategies but master where they never fail to profit is kinda impossible. After all they are still a normal human, not a god or something which has a super powers to detect the price movement of the coin and make a trade according to it.

This is why it's better to learn on your own so that you won't be disappointed when the one that you are following failed you. At least when you fail in your own, it's more easy to accept. Cryptocurrencies are a speculative assets so you are right with what you have said in your title.
And besides, we can't change how it looks like. All of the things it appears in our mind that will happen in the future or even today are purely speculative but because of our experience, we consider it as close to perfection. However, people are still happy doing this and it is somewhat a sort of motivation to them. it was been a practice by now, even a newbie can make their own. That is why I don't really trust signal groups as they are also like us who does speculations and sometimes baseless speculations.
2144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 11, 2022, 08:44:35 AM
I think the Lakers would not trade Westbrook for him, they have already Davis and Lebron, and they need a real point guard that is also willing to attack. Lebron and Green will not be a good teammate I believe, they had history back in the finals before when Green kicked Lebron in the groin which resulted in one game suspension of Green.
What happened in the game always stayed there. We can see that when they play All-Star, they are back to being good friends and Lebron was also there at Draymond Green's wedding. Remember? That's all in the past, outside the court they are brothers once again.
I believe the main problem will always be the leadership, you cannot have both alpha males in a team for it may ruin the teamwork.
Brooklyn Nets is a good example of it.
The Lakers would take him but I expect there will be an agreement that Lebron should lead.

Green will never be a leader, I believe it is Curry who is the leader for the Warriors. We don't know what happened inside but for sure what happened will never be forgotten by Poole and if there's a chance that he will get a maximum contract, he will surely leave the Warriors, same with Draymond Green I believe.
2145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 11, 2022, 06:35:36 AM
I hope that the Dragons' defeat will now change the mindset of others that this team is unstoppable. Ginebra critics become silent when in pre-game, they are already throwing words to Ginebra that it's now another win for the Dragons.

The game is fairly done, with not many wrong calls and controversies. Good job Ginebra for shutting down those people who don't like the team.  Smiley
In an interview with the Dragons' Coach, he said that Coach Tim Cone is a very respectable coach, and that loss is also a learning to the team as well so...maybe expect a better Dragons in their next game. That game especially in the first half was a fast-paced game with many fastbreaks. I still think that the Dragons didn't expect how better the Ginebra was compared to their last 4 games, and they didn't have time to adjust thus, they lost.

Their next game will be the SMB who is in a 2-game winning streak, and they got a really good point guard as well in Stone. A team who is hungry for revenge after having their first loss versus a team who is in a winning streak.

The Dragon did not get a good production from their import unlike what Myles Powell did in the past few games. That was a big factor that resulted to a loss, if they will not make an adjustment, most likely SMB will still dominate then like what Ginebra did to them, so we should not be surprise if that will happen again.
2146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does everyone want bitcoin to be stable in price? on: October 10, 2022, 11:53:05 PM
In my opinion, it is better to keep it that way because this is the reason why traders and investors makes the courage to invest here and do trading. May the consequence is too risky for them and also for those who accept Bitcoin as payment but actually, we see Bitcoin is growing. With the volatility of the market makes it more profitable for the holders.

Likely, this is a shared opinion but I believe there is nothing we need to change the nature of the market. What just we need is the adoption of how the way it works.
2147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shit coins era is going to end on: October 10, 2022, 10:37:07 PM
I don't think the era of shit coins will ever end as time goes by, they will increase. They will be used in different things which may become our need, Apart from this, those who do rug and pull will also need them and it is also important for those who are thinking of becoming a millionaire in the short term.
I don't know about this thinking. Did you mean that we need this because of short-term profit and to become rich instantly? How about if they fail before it happens? I'm not sure how you can afford to take risk investing shitcoins which literally you don't have any assurance that will give you back at least a small profit but probably losses.

What we need is a sustainable market project like Bitcoin and ETH, not these worthless coins that only ruin the image of the market.
2148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Haney vs Kambosos II (Undisputed) on: October 10, 2022, 01:25:24 PM

I'm a fan of Davis, and also a fan of Ryan Garcia, I think things will be different once they are in the ring, and I believe that Ryan Garcia has the advantage due to his height and reach, and take note, he is also quick.

No doubt that would be a must-watch fight and if ever Garcia wins, he is undoubtedly a great boxer if he beat Davis without any injury. Ryan Garcia should really consider fighting worthy opponents nowadays since he already fought a number of nobody boxers and with their current popularity and Davis, it will surely be a blockbuster hit and adding up with some roasting against each other before the fight, I tell you, that would be one of the high revenue fights this year.

That's the kind of break he needed, beating a real champion will silence his doubters and he will gain their respect. Garcia has to be more aggressive in choosing an opponent, fighting champions will certainly fast-track him to where he wants to go, and that is a success.

Sooner or later, he will have to fight a real champion whether in Haney or Davis.

But it seems that Ryan wanted more of Davis and he said it's because he want to get his respect. He has to earn it though, if he keeps on fighting just nobody there will be no respect. And so he need to demand GBP to match him with the champion in this division by this time. Haney and Loma is the real big name here, not Tank Davis, just saying.

Tank Davis is going to give an entertaining fight, so I'd rather want to see it first than Ryan Garcia fight Haney which would only result in a boring fight. Let the man choose his opponent, if he believe he can beat Davis, then let's just wait and see.
2149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 10, 2022, 12:42:01 PM
While Draymond spends time away from the team, I was surprised to see Jordan Poole back in action today against the Lakers. They lost by 3 but Poole put up 25 and had a nice highlight. Anthony Davis and Kendrick Nunn had big games though. Great to see Nunn back. He was the missing piece last year that caused them to be so bad.
Jordan Poole surprised me with his performance...despite being a preseason game, he played so good and had an impressive performance against the Lakers!

I may even be talking some nonsense or something like that, but if Pooler stays with this performance, I even imagine that he could be an AllStar in his future, of course this is just a presumption on my part.

Let's see if he can keep up with that performance during the regular season.

Why are you surprised? last year was a break thorough performance already, even with Klay Thompson back in the team, he still perform way above, he even beat Steph in FT percentage this year.

And yes, if he remains consistent this year, him and Wiggins will fight it out to be included in All Star. Wiggins got his first last year and then others question it. But he proved his critics wrong in the playoffs with huge game. We might see that to Poole this year.

There's nothing to be surprise here as Poole had already showed his star quality, actually, he as per rumors, he will get an extension with a big contract, so he will continue to impressed the management and the fans as well.
2150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC price manipulation on: October 09, 2022, 10:28:31 PM
As per my knowledge, BTC price can manipulate to some extent by whales. But whales need to respect market movment and only can do corrctions to some extent.
what is your thoughts?
It was already been a practice a long time ago. Honesty, it was easy to manipulate the market if you have a lot of money and the capability to do it. But despite this situation, I have to complain about it because of the reason that these whales are also helping the market to keep alive and also for us to make a profit. Just I imagine that without their participation I can't expect such volatility and great development.

As we are in this market where money is involved, certainly expect manipulations exist.
2151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 90% of bitcoin is owned by 2% of user base on: October 07, 2022, 09:11:22 PM

Two 1.5 hour videos on the subject on streaming TV interviewing early adopters and investors who have made and lost money.

But you never think how many investors and holders are still quiet and anonymous. Well, should we have to believe that numbers? Not really.
Don't just rely upon those numbers that have been should on television, they are not accurate. Perhaps you can also analyze it, 90% of Bitcoin is owned by 2% of the user base, I'm not sure where you get that but that is definitely wrong.

You are just talking about early adopters but how about the new adopters/investors as they are even more?
2152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is It An Easy Transition From Gamer To Gambler In Casino. on: October 07, 2022, 08:49:01 PM

This translates that not all gamers will be so easily introduced to gambling, those more used to Call of Duty, MMORPGs, Gacha, Counter Strike, etc would.

Real gamers will please themself by just playing games without thinking if they will earn money or not. But those who wanted to earn some money will absolutely do gambling, not to say it was hard for the transitions but of course, it takes time as well for some adjustment knowing that gambling is a different environment than just playing games where there is no money involved in normal games that mostly played as you have mentioned.
2153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Earn Token by liking, following sharing and growing your social media account on: October 07, 2022, 02:48:27 PM
Judging from the UI of the website, it looks like this project is not promising. Also the $AMF token has no utility. Can $AMF tokens be converted to AMF points? Because that's the only one that will be a utility in this project (nothing else). I've also seen $AMF Volume on Pancakeswap, only around $1.6K. With such a small volume and people constantly getting tokens, that would really put this project to death.
Just is because it was listed in Pancakeswap but what if it was listed in Binance? I'm not going to assure you that this project is valuable and will stay longer but never I think also that it was promising, I was neutral about this. However, as long as it gives profit to the investors, I believe this will gain more investors and trust.

Well, it is our own decision anyway. Besides, crypto is risky and so choosing altcoins and was not wrong trying to put some into the project that we think there is ROI.
2154  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: It's alright to lose and learn on: October 07, 2022, 02:12:32 PM

4. No shame in starting from scratch: using myself as an example I am starting fresh and going back to the very basics and I am not ashamed to admit that. The good news is that I am better experienced and more mature.
It is always better for beginners not to rush into cryptocurrency without learning it , there is no shortcuts to cryptocurrency.  It is wrong to start up cryptocurrency without any knowledge,  having knowledge about cryptocurrency is the success in cryptocurrency. Starting crytocurrency without no knowledge is a waste of time and waste of money. Cryptocurrency is all about knowledge which is the key, it is impossible to put knowledge aside and expect to do well in cryptocurrency. Knowledge is power 💪.
Well, at least learning the common terms gives you an advantage. But of course, we never have to be contented with this as it was best to become more knowledgeable than just the basics. As we are still here and investing in crypto, learning is still ongoing and our mindset is also improving. Yes, it certainly takes time before we fully understand how the market works and that is why we should not have to give up easily when we suffer losses and difficulties for this is just about measuring our capabilities as well.
2155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 07, 2022, 01:32:53 PM
^^ Many are looking for this kid and there are reports that scouts are present in the game and they are satisfied seeing Victor Wembanyama, and telling that he is a hybrid of KD and Rudy Gobert? And so they are very happy to watch him so it's going to be a dogfight if he even goes to the NBA.

As for Kai, he is also good but still very raw talent that needs to be developed.

This guy will likely be hired in the NBA soon, as for Kai, he has the height but he is not exceptional yet, I guess he needs more training and of course, needs more improvement to be very competitive. Kai is a versatile big man, however, he must live up to the competition as for now, he is not yet worthy to be in the NBA, maybe if he will gain more minutes in his current team and could tally great stats, that would give him a better chance.
2156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 07, 2022, 01:06:13 PM
Bay Arena Dragons is still undefeated, however, they are not that dominant as what we expected, they only won a single digit win, so it's still a close game against the converge. I know they are good, but I think they will not end this conference as undefeated since they haven't face the good teams yet such as Ginebra, SMB, TNT, and Magnolia.
2157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mexico is the next El Salvador? on: October 07, 2022, 10:42:26 AM

What are your thoughts about this?

128 million residents if all agree to adopt bitcoin I think the adoption will be a success , and each user can freely send money to each other without dealing with bank fees .
but it should be underlined that elsavador and mexico are very different in their goals of adoption
They have one reason why they adopt Bitcoin, maybe you are talking about the way or strategies they used. However, no matter what it is at least we see a number of countries moving in and adopting Bitcoin as a form of currency. Singapore, Mexico, and El Salvador... are not quite huge countries but they somehow appreciate and value Bitcoin. Big credit to El Salvador to make the first push and even receiving a lot of criticism but still, they are doing their best to succeed.
2158  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin's Price be affected by this? on: October 07, 2022, 10:10:13 AM
I think any news will not affect Bitcoin, especially since the Bitcoin marketcap is currently more than $ 390 billion, some time before it was reported that Elon Musk sold all bitcoin, but what happened was the market could rise, and I was sure that the giant silent was stronger than Elon Musk too much talking.
Are you sure? Well, I hope you are right but can't just deny how Elon Musk uses his social media account to manipulate the market through Dogecoin. It was the fact that might this twitter will use to spread his propaganda as well that could create a huge market impact. We can't just simply ignore that and we never know what is his real plan after this.

But as we instead make assumptions, it was better to prepare ourselves for any possible results.
2159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just Passing Through and saw this on: October 06, 2022, 01:01:04 PM
I was traveling passing through this and that was incredible to see that how people still believe in cryptocurrency and also Bitcoin.

It was a kind of support and gave the opportunity for those who want to buy Bitcoin without spending time with the exchanges. Perhaps, we can see a of establishments offering this kind of service knowing that more countries are legalizing this one thinking that it was safe already. Bitcoin ATMs, and OTC transactions, and it was been growing globally which is an indication that adoption keeps on growing. Have to expect more stores open for this and of course, this is even more interesting for those who are new to crypto.
2160  Economy / Economics / Re: Helping others could help to improve our country's economy on: October 06, 2022, 12:23:47 PM
Helping others can be equated with caring for each other and helping each other between others or an attitude of working together to lighten the burden of everything. So it is clear that if a country has citizens who care about each other, the gap between the poor and the rich will not widen. because of course rich people will always help with financial assistance and poor people will help with their energy. there will be harmony in a country so that the economy can grow more positively.
But it comes to the realization, that is absolutely far from reality. In fact, you can't please rich people to help poor people the whole life but rather heard them "get out of my sight". If we wanted to live and survive the economic crisis, we better find a job, and stop relying on help from others for they have also suffered inflation.

It is not us who are capable to uplift the economic status of our country but this must be the responsible of the government to create opportunity.
