@ Eightcylinders: You are treating Mr. Ganza as if he were a normal person with a properly functioning moral compass and this is simply not the case. The only thing that matters to Mr. Ganza is how much $/BTC he can take from others and put in his pocket. "Details" like legality and liability are things that he hires lawyers to deal with. This is a consistent and constantly exploited problem that moral people have when confronting those that are not. They are at a serious disadvantage , because they think that the person engaged in some nefarious activity will behave as they do, and it simply is not that way.

Example: Most people can simply not grasp why a government would attack it's own citizens to further a nefarious and self serving agenda. To the "normal" person this simply makes no sense, they can not fathom that there are others who scoff at morality and use it as a weapon to hit those who are moral over the head with.

Eightcylinders' crazy thought is just that. IF it were Mr. Ganza's plan to tank the value of XPY he could easily make it dive into the satoshi's by basically doing nothing and dumping a bunch into the market. He could take out ALL of the the Buy Bids very easily. Then just disappear from HT for a week or two(or better yet turn HT off- Ha!PANIC! ) and continue to dump into every buy bid. Confidence would plummet in days, panic would ensue and a mass exit would happen in very short order. The reality is that he is doing all he can (for the bare minimum BTC it takes) to keep the XPY price from plummeting into the toilet. This latest feeble attempt at buoying confidence with a complete bullshit announcement of a phone call is proof of this.

The problem is that this is an empty pre-announcement about a supposed verbal agreement and you are helping build hype so the faithful will get exited and put up Buy Bids and allow Homero to continue his scam. This is exactly what is happening on Cryptsy right now, so when the dump comes take pleasure in the fact that you personally helped Homero rip off more money from these poor fools.
