Labeling what is going on a "scam" is sugarcoating this whole criminal operation. Calling something a "scam" brings to mind something that might be technically dishonest, but not quite criminal, like a carnival game that is rigged so that you can not actually win the teddy bear. That is not at all what is going on here. Here is the legal definition of fraud, with 5 caveats, all of which have been met:

Fraud must be proved by showing that the defendant's actions involved five separate elements:

(1) A false statement of a material fact. Check: Mr. Ganza repeatedly promised a $20 minimum price for XPY, supported with $100,000,000 cash "CAF" fund.
(2) Knowledge on the part of the defendant that the statement is untrue. Check: The $100,000,000 CAF fund did not exist, therefore the statements that it would be used to support a $20 price for XPY were known to be brazen lies on his part.
(3) Intent on the part of the defendant to deceive the alleged victim. Check: Repeatedly announcing caveat #1, knowing full well it was a giant pack of lies.
(4) Justifiable reliance by the alleged victim on the statement. Check: Investors put in their money based on the confidence on the aforementioned promise of a high return.
(5) Injury to the alleged victim as a result. Check: All of the initial investors in XPY are down massive amounts.

This meets all of the criteria of being a fraud operation, bilking investors out of millions of dollars, not some silly "scam", cheating people out of a stuffed teddy bear in a carnival game. If , when, and where this pack of criminals is prosecuted for fraud remains to be seen, but the evidence of what is going on is in plain sight for all that wish to take a look. There are many more aspects to this operation (embezzlement and tax evasion are quite likely), but this is the clearest and easiest to prove using GAWCEO's own statements and refusal to provide proof of the $100 million fund that was used to con people into investing. This is all my personal opinion, of course. I encourage everyone to look at the available evidence and form their own conclusions. Especially you fucking idiots that are still handing Mr. Ganza money.

I was archiving that thread and your posts did not show on the last one, but the quotes are still there. If you search I archived most of your earlier posts. Mr. Coins is now officially the biggest paid douchebag on HT.

What makes me sick is that if anyone pulled this shit in my line of work (Contracting) they would be arrested and charged with fraud in no time flat.  I guess no one who has been ripped off for a large amount by GAW has filed charges.

Gotta love the "Paycoin is just like Bitcoin" malarkey.

Ya, and a dog turd is just like a candy bar, except one is made out of dog shit and the other chocolate.

Here is a good one in that thread: https://archive.today/EUa8c

Well to be fair we were crying "scam" before paycoin was even mentioned, before hashcoin, back when there was just hashlets (PNG's as we now know them).  So I guess we could see even then just what a revolution paycoin would be (if Josh ever thought of it) and so we were trying to kill it even before it was born all terminator style.

This actually makes a lot of sense.  Lots of billionaires have everything riding on Bitcoin and Bitcoin is clearly flawed.  Even Bill Gates recently said Bitcoin will not make it and I bet Gates is backing another crypto, probably Ripple or some secret soon to be launched coin.

Garza could have done a better job with the PR and to not promise so much so soon but there does appear to be a very coordinated and massive attack on Garza, PayCoin and PayBase.

"Off" the planet? Perhaps you mean 6ft into the planet . . .

Side note: keep logging/archiving (legally).  Allegedly moo-folks were arrested recently.  Whatever you have may contribute to whatever LE will do here, for better or for worse.

Bill Gates is talking about African (and other impoverished areas) remittances specifically, not commerce in developed countries.

No, nothing is apparent. Why would anyone sane think that there's some sort of "attack" instead of people just not wanting something that has very little value?

Vlad2Vlad = Josh Garza.  There can be no doubt now.  He must have forfeited his bitcointalk account after the paycoin trademark battle mentioned a few pages back.

I guess the NYSE, USAA, Overstock, Microsoft, Dell, Newegg, Virgin Galactic, Paypal, Ebay, Square, Stripe, Namecheap, Wordpress, Cheapair, and many more multimillion dollar companies currently investing in or accepting bitcoin, missed the memo.

There appears to be "coordinated attacks" on every blatant scam that pops up. It's only a bad thing if you're a scammer.

Not too long ago, before you sold your soul to Josh for a few xpy, you were coordinating an attack against GAW. Looking at your post history it looks almost as if you make a living pumping and dumping shitcoins.

It's honestly sad to see what greed can do to people.

Actually, I don't think it's Josh Garza... but I do think he's sold his soul for personal reasons, perhaps benefit.  Either way he's now earned the title GAW shill.

**EDIT**  I have a reply from Vlad2Vlad which I will post shortly.  I have sent the user in question a statement that I will post the reply in open forum unless he states otherwise he wants to have it remain private by 08:50:00 forum time, which has already past, but out of courtesy and because apparently it was sent @ 08:49:55 forum time, I will give him until 09:00:00 to reply before it becomes open. **EDIT**

The following is the PM conversation with Vlad2Vlad as promised.  I have not, to this timestamp (09:11:00 forum time) received anything stating any other wishes from the user in question so here it is:

From vancefox:

In case you haven't seen it, you've been outed.

I'm an investor and I think 90% of the people here are in crypto to invest and make money.  1% are true virgin tech driven altruistic Satoshi believers and 9% have no idea what they're doing in crypto but they know one thing, they're losing their asses on every trade they make and they're sick of it.  haha!

So here is my question: Garza is rich so if he scammed everyone with his $20 price floor on XPY [and already made millions] then why is he still here?  Why is he showing up at major Bitcoin events and putting up with all this shit from everyone?

Why?  It makes no sense.

So I'm betting that at the current price of $.75 (.002999 BTC), XPY is a STEAL.  I think the price will bottom at $.50 on more panic selling but it's a SCREAMING buy at this price and anything lower.

There is definitely big RISK here - maybe garza will fail to deliver on any of his promises but to me it makes more logical sense that he's got a plan and we will soon get HUGE news and you can make 10-40 fold from here.

Given the MASSIVE potential I think the risk here is small and it's ironic but the only reason I am buying XPY here is because of GARZA.

GARZA has the money and connections to turn XPY into a $20-$50 coin in a single week.  That's worth betting on.

Don't bet what you can't lose, guys.

Good luck!

I would link to the thread but "Vlad" has already locked it Garza style...

So... I guess a complete 180 on "Vlad" from:

Quote
"If Josh Garza and GAWminers succeed it will set a dangerous precedent for all crypto-coins, opening the floodgates for stealing and destroying the hard work of many crypto-developers."

to
Quote
"Given the MASSIVE potential I think the risk here is small and it's ironic but the only reason I am buying XPY here is because of GARZA."

Wouldn't have anything to do with:

Quote
"This issue has been resolved with Josh Garza having the legal rights to the PayCoin name and brand!"

Now would it???

Reply from Vlad2Vlad:

No, didn't see that.  Which thread is that on?

I was attacking garza until the trademark office sent me a denial letter saying that I (PYC) had no case and that the PayCoin trademark would be his.

So of course I'm gonna do a 180. I explained this on the PYC thread in detail.

I'm lucky to not be sued for slander and libel now cause I called garza a thief and a scammer when he actually had the legal rights to the brand.  He can legally sue the shit out of me and he is that aggressive.

I was convinced prior art applied in out case and he had no case but prior art only applies to patents.

As for XPY, it's obviously heavily manipulated but then again so is Bitcoin.  This is money and the bankers and wolves are now in crypto.  I was sure XPY would hit $.50 but I bought some at $1.20 and at $.75.  Same with BTC, I bought at $500 and at $180.  And would buy more if I had the money.

Longer term XPY may be a scam I don't know - but then again, Bitcoin might prove to be one giant global Ponzi so all I can do is invest and try to make some money now, while I'm still an early adopter and I know kinda what's going on.

In 2 years we'll have thousands of cryptos (I predicted this in 2013 when we had 12) and Wall Street will be in full control so making money will be very hard then, just like with stocks.  They'll own and control everything.

This is open, free and wild now, but we have little time - so predict these wild moves and make crazy money.  Garza would not be hanging around putting up with trolls if he was done with XPY.  No way.  He would not pay big money to be a platinum member at the Miami event and be shamed if his scam was to dump at $20.

No way!

That's just not possible!

I don't know what garza is planning and I don't know if he dumped at $20 or not but I can tell you with high probability that he's got some plan simply cause it makes logical sense.  And a guy with a big ego (like me, lol) and millions of dollars (not like me, lol) and an aggressive personality with something to prove is exactly what you want when a coin has been beaten down 95%.

So I'm buying XPY and I'm betting on Garza.  If that's a 180 from my stance 2 months ago then it's cause new evidence has surfaced, things have materially changed and cause XPY is now actually pretty cheap [all things considering].

For the same exact reasoning and logic I have been buying up:  MAX, START and NAUT.  Everyone calls Max Keiser and Brian Kelly scammers but I don't care.  I think they knocked the prices in the dirt so they can accumulate massively and they're have millions of dollars to blow in their coins and huge media exposure so I'm betting on them, I'm betting on their names and reputations.

And I'm betting big.  Bet big on the names and that's your best chance.  Who gives a shit if these people are bankers and they're manipulating their own coin prices?  I'm glad cause I get to buy it cheap so let them do it.  I bought MAX at half a penny instead of at $2.40 thanks to their manipulation:  Thank you Max Keiser.  haha.

That's exactly what Wall Street does only here you're still on the inside, information is easy to get to early and the moves happen fast.

Don't let your emotions and personal feelings get in the way.  This is money, it's gonna get dirtier and more crooked, invest to make money and get the hell out before the whole thing crashes cause it will once Bitcoin reaches some absurd price (in the next 2-3 years), probably well over $100,000.

Good luck!
