But Imagine this scenario that someone has been using their bitcoins for transaction secretly successfully, and then one day decides to use the bitcoin that they have to make payment for something like a property to the owner of the property, If there is this kind of problem for instance where the owner of the property decides to claim that they did not receive any money in bitcoin, and the case is taken to a law court, what do you think the outcome of the case will be?
If proofs of payment are provided but in cryptocurrency, do you think the court will consider it even though transactions are tagged illegal with it? or will the case be thrown out and the owner of the property with the false claim of not receiving the money be allowed to go freely?
When it borders on fraud, the law will first of all act to protect the party involved not to lose their money, and since the transaction in bitcoin is not hiden, it won't take the court too much effort to verify wether or not the money was credited via bitcoin since the sender should be able to provide transactions trx and also the receiver provides his address with agreements. And after then the law can now take it stand on why the both party deal on bitcoin knowing that the government have banned it transactions, so this is not a big problem issue at all, and in most cases, both parties can easily settle out of court to avoid penalty from the law. |

As a forum member I think today was the worst day. Too many spammers attacked the forum. It was all about Just made 800$ with payment bug on G2A. Another spam but he evil fee could not help the forum from getting bombarde wirh spam. This guy has used multiple accounts as in bots but he didn't get hesitated or he got succumbed to evil fees. Another example of hypocrisy by the admin as he is only concerned about a particular region..
The spammers changed format today because instead of the normal gift card scam he promoted in the last few days, today the message have changed to seeking help on how to buy Bitcoin with doing kyc, this has a similar partan that he have used since the spam fist started, but the good news is that those accounts keep being nuked at regular interval, and getting a straight banned on each occasion. Hopefully this spammers are going to get de-motivated in no time since admin are working to put an end to the spammers rein in here. |

Yhr honorable thing to do is to contact support to k ow the source of the money, because at times exchange give free money to the customers in this form also as internal deposits, I am not saying that is the case in this situation, but it's a possibility and only support can tell the true nature and origin of the money.

Just like blackmailing someone about his or her nudes, the easiest way to get them off your back is by letting know that they can release the video or pictures and f they really are in possession of it, most of those blackmailers have no evidence and just tricks to scam their victims.

Are you seeing the news recently since 4 days or a week ago or even more. It has been very positive. Some analysts are saying bear market is over for now, some said that bitcoin can increase to $80000. I am reading more of the news recently.
Today I read another one where someone said the bear sentiment has significantly reduced as more people are expecting bull run instead. People are also expecting a breakout time. Very possible the price will increase or this they are just news with positive sentiment for bitcoin price?
Noting from the indices that bitcoin market exhibited in the last few days, one can be forced to say that the bear sentiment is quite over, because bitcoin resistance tendency have been strong since the past few days, on like in the past when in a week we see bitcoin corrections that force the price to drop below a sentimental price, like for example in the last two weeks, bitcoin constantly dropped from 60k and above to somewhere around 58-59k price frequently But since this few days, the lowest that bitcoin have corrected back to is somewhere around 62k if not bitcoin have constantly mentained the $63,400 and $64k, all this are indicator of what we should expect and how the volume of buying pressure is submonting the push up the price of bitcoin, although we may not see an all time high price soon but we are going to be seeing alot of positive market movement. |
