I was reading on news that China's neighbor Russia do something similar. Representatives of big Russian mining farms are asking such giant as Gasprom and Lukoil to afford them electricity by cheap prices.
I think such inside mining is a good idea for development of all the economy of the country. The Government cannot print fiat nonstop to make people richer and to afford them an opportunity to spend more money, developing the economy that way. So mining farms in this point are source of working places and extra money in wallets of citizens.

If it is so as you are saying then I don't understand the point of banning of all existing ICOs. To me more logical is to ban coming ICOs and admit it as illegal activity, so there will be no need to think about all this people who already invested their money.

You have to look in the most idea of the ICO to see it's chances for success, there is no need to buy just to buy cheaper with the expectation of sooner big pump of the price. Scammers use your greedy against you and promise a lot, but it's only to hook you and take all of your money and spend the remaining life on a private island. I have invested in couple of ICOs this summer, but only cause of I liked the idea and I thought it is going to be popular.

That's right, payment in the the dollar equivalent on the moment of buying looks good and fair. But I do not understand what is the problem to open your own account on PayPal and provide all operations yourself without using a third side? The equivalent or not the third side wins in that process, cause of you give bitcoins and it is growing like a crazy (if to see in a long run).

Yes, bitcoin keep falling and move with itself other currencies. For somebody it is going to be a really good opportunity to buy bitcoin or some other altcoin. But I am not that kind of trader who are buing little amounts of bitcoin at such prices. I prefer all ( at least 0.1 BTC) or nothing. I chose the strategy of conservation, I am just put on the side some percent of my weekly earnings. I have saved not so bad money already and I am going to continue till bitcoin will not hit 10K$ point, then I will sell the minimum as 50% of this savings and other will stay just to see what will happen 

It is a little bit hard to find a job with your rank and zero trust. You have to look here in the services area every day suggestions about work, you can find something good paid only in the case if you hurry, cause of the forum is full with guys like you, and will recommend yourself as a good worker. I suppose the most suitable for you would be work for a social media campaign, but you have to have an old social media profile and lot of friends, I suppose in modern society and especially for young people it is no a problem. I am also skeptical about the suggestion. I am not going to pay to somebody who will tell me obvious things, like Bitcoin will raise. I know it myself. Of course they do pay taxes. To not be banned they they open an official firm which should to take a licence for gambling activity. It is impossible for now, but there is an option if bitcoin would follow Litecoin. You are totally right,  it would be now easier for it to do it again this time. Bitcoin climb close to 5000$ and the last to days it's trading around 4800$. I think bitcoin may jump fast again and cross 5000$ mark in any moment. Who would know that bitcoin will be such successful?! We talked about those people who became millionaires with bitcoin's help investing in this newbie in the most beginning, and we talked so the time when bitcoin reached 1000$ point. Geniouse idea. But for us, buyers it is really not so cheap to buy an appartment for bitcoin with it's current price, even if 33 BTC look not so much from it's number. But it's profitable for the seller no doubt. Bitcoin has all perspectives to raise higher and this guy is going to take a bath in money this way. I suppose the price for appartments is going to stay fixed even if bitcoin is going to worth 10k $, it is kinda fixed price. I'm wander to hear about the first person who would buy such appartment.

That would be the most confident strategy. But here we say "those one who doesn't risk doesn't drink a shampane". Just you know, when the risk is high the finale income is going to be high too. I understand those people who took a loan to invest in bitcoin, and I suppose they have win already. Exactly from the 2nd of September the price gone down and if to look on the graphic it looks just like a wave - too much people who are selling their founds on the price's new record and too much people who believe in bitcoin and expect higher records, so they actively buy bitcoin.
As I noticed such wave is normal for bitcoin, cause of it just can't raise nonstop.

There is no way for 10000$ by the end of the year. Prices of many crypto are going down for days due to negative news from China about banning of ICOs project. I think the price will need to stabilize from this shake and it will take couple of weeks. Next thing is the fork on Nowember and I suppose speculators will play on this news as hard as they can and I expect to see some new deep fall, like it was before the 1st of August. The maximum that I expect to see this year is 7000$ and 10000$ is a target for the next year only.

Why right away communistic point of wiev? I think such practice as making a national crypto currency, let's say Ruscoin, which is going to be used inside the country for transaction for products and producers which created by national firms or work inside the country. It can work and hold the national economy on the healthy level and help to it's raising. Why not?!
