@JayJuanGee, Thanks for pointing out my mistake for not being more specific when attempting to predict BTC price. Next time I will mention range with figures.

Let me help you out with that:

I see Craig Wright aka Faketoshi once again made the news. This time for suing bitcoin.org for hosting the white paper. What an idiot.

Another failed attempt by Faketoshi to steal bitcoin.

(I'm not the creator of the Mall Cop part, but I though it added an extra dimension to the picture  Cheesy)

I laughed quite a bit watching Mall Cop but I wouldn't want to see those Bitcoinists who are working to stop Faketoshi associated with Paul Blart's character in the movie.

That said, TV chicks keep flirting with bitcoin chads like M. Saylor.

Apparently they're in AR/gaming or something like that. They used their corn as a treasury item, not for third party investment. Still, they should have known better than getting into something you don't understand the fundamentals of.

Thank you for that information.

Seriously though, how did this event even became newsworthy?

100 something bitcoins. Wtf?

The company put out a news release via Reuters on Dec.29 announcing their intention to buy $4M BTC and another one on Jan 4th to confirm the purchase.  They made an announcement on their site about the sale but I have NFI what "sand books" would be.  Probably some type of augmented reality wish book.

Yes, unfortunately, they most certainly do.

Nice cup of tea this morning!

Got to get myself one of those, but I don't drink coffee or tea. I guess I can always leave it at work when I retire at the end of this year.

Somac is a freak of nature.  Noted.   Wink

...looking to scoop $34k again, and orders in $500 increments all the way down to $30k.
Probably start doubling my buy amounts if we drop into the high $20k's.
EDIT: Ok, and order placed to scoop some dip @ $34.5k because heck why not (double-tapping $34.5k)
EDIT2: $34.5k just got filled as expected.

Yeesh. Woke up to take a piss and saw that I got filled all the way down to $32k. Just added another couple orders trying to double-tap $32.5k and $32k again.

No idea what's going on. Don't care. Methodically continuing to acquire corn.

EDIT: Just got filled @ $32.5k again. I like this pain. feelsgoodman.gif

Up for a wee bet?
1 sMerit that $32k won't get filled?

$32k is the lowest we go; this is a dump for ants

 Nice!
Every time I think to give you a merit, I'm out.  I can't seem to hang onto those things.  IOU.

THIS IS FINE! (at least so far)

and if we broke through the bottom at the end of the triangle, than we are fucked or more "buy the fucking dip"-again ... Cheesy

Seems that the 24 hours are critical, to the moon or definetly death

This is sooo.... binary  Grin Cheesy
WO became a lil bearish, it seems?

You cannot judge the whole of the wall observer by a mere few straggly parts.

Can ya?

Florida man goes home after four tumultuous years in public office.

Well, yeah.... "self-defined Florida man," who seems to be a wee bit fraidie to go to NY... for some strange reason?

Might end up in dee jail... no?

Poor widdley thing-i-lie.

JJG, are you becoming a conspiracy theorist?
Anyone over 70 years of age with limited sense and means (limited or otherwise) would chose West Palm Beach over NYC without batting an eye; especially in the winter.
There's no state income tax in Florida; New York has the highest in the country.

2213  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: What is the minimum amount of bitcoin can be send? on: January 21, 2021, 04:28:16 AM
Just asking out of curiosity! I never sent any dust amount from my wallet.

Last night I was helping a friend to install a new bitcoin wallet from electrum before he was using a shit web wallet and successfully installed it on Android but I thought it would be better to teach him about how to make transaction from the electrum wallet.

So I tried to sent 300sats to his address which is segwit and mine too but the electrum keep giving me a warning that dust amount can't be broadtcast or something like that. But the minimum using of bitcoin is 1 sat then we can able to transact it right but why not possible on such case?

Issue with electrum or applies to every wallet! Huh

I don't believe initially there was a limit but devs changed it to 5460 sats to prevent spamming.

edit: Wow!  That's almost two bucks US now!!

edit2: Nice hat by the way.

Hi everyone,

I am new to this crypto world.
Has anyone ever heard of this exchange platform?

I bought some crypto last month. I tried withdraw some money earlier this week and i couldn't. The status is : under review for almost 2 days now.
I've receive an email from them this morning. That is what i received:

Your withdrawal request has been received.

Because the system has detected abnormal operation on your account, the system needs to verify the security of your account.

Please cooperate, during this time your account funds will be very safe.

Verification method: address verification

Please use your withdrawal address to deposit 9.87ETH into your Okey wallet to verify that the withdrawal wallet belongs to you personally.

Please use the address below to deposit your OKEY wallet.

0xdcebecad49ce27cda3ebdbcd5194314637ddcb5f

After the verification is completed, the system will automatically review your withdrawal. After the verification is approved, the system will process the automatic transfer to the account.

After reading this email, i knew that this is a scam... Does anyone ever accountered this situation and how to deal with? I just want my hard working money back. Any tips is appreciated.
Also, how to report them or is there any way i can get my money back?

Thanks in advance

 You're being scammed.

The poor girl!  She'd been planning that for 4 years and Jack pulled the rug right out from under her with his permanent suspension of Trump.

Actually, the joke is on her... because the dig is completely lost on people like Trump.

Narcissists don't remember what they said 5 minutes ago, much less a year later. And when reminded of it, they don't fkn care. It's as if they never said it in the first place, and you are petty and stupid for even bringing it up. Selective amnesia and all.

That's why it's not really a 'burn' to people who are Teflon-coated. You can never "gotcha" these types. They are frustratingly unaccountable.

Anyone who has been around corporate executives (VPs, C-Level, etc.) will know exactly what I'm talking about.

Awww don't tell her that!  She'll stop eating and talking again.

              How dare you?

The thing is, traditional watches are functional jewelry. Every digital watch comes off like a modern toy in comparison.
Never saw a digi watch that did fit to an elegant suit, they always look cheap somehow.
But this thing is a monster, purely for attraction (and obscurity?)
Nothing beats a classic Rolex imho, but you need big hands as well to make em look really good.

Agreed. Pocket watches are always the best, but if you need an amazing wristwatch I would recommend a Hamilton 505 Ventura or even the Pacer. Futuristic in 1961, futuristic in 2021 (holy crap, it's been 60 years)

30,000 troops surrounding the "capital of democracy" and that shining shithole of "freedom" and everything that is corrupt, Washington D.C. as it annoints it's new Deep State Emperor

... and censorship by way of homo animes, welcome to the USSA, reap what you sow sheeple.

Come on marcus!  You're far too serious about your right to free speech to feel censored by the mere threat of Bob exercising his right to free speech.  Also, we're Bitcoinists - the very antithesis of sheeple.
