Would you consider to add Fairlay to this overview?

Will do.

Peeps - " Does anyone have opinions on withdrawal times?"

Yes. Instant.

As you mentioned, several books (like Nitro) have regressed.
Instant withdrawals were great for the customer, but now it can take 2.5 - 5 hours.

If they had specific problems with their instant withdrawals, then remedy the problems by improving their systems and software, rather than penalizing their customers with long wait times for withdrawals.

And honesty about withdrawal times would be refreshing. Don't state "It may take a few minutes once in awhile" if it's going to take hours fairly often.

The books should also allow one to opt out of Casino and Poker access, which are frequently used by hackers once they steal one's sportsbook funds, to move the funds out of the book, or gamble them away.

Gogo- You stated that books should pay us instantly. To avoid arguments with books on whether a withdrawal was instant or it took a few minutes, would you have an objection to setting a 15 minute rule?

Books/exchanges that can't consistently meet a 15 minute withdrawal rule will have their rating decreased. There are going to be exceptions since some withdrawals will be red flagged for security purposes so a couple of withdrawals taking longer will be acceptable.

If we do implement this rule, it won't go into affect for a month. Some books have stated that they will have instant withdrawals in place soon.

Nitrogensports is the only Bitcoin book with E-Sports.  Anonibet doesn't have them.

We added eSports just a few days ago. Check it out: https://www.fairlay.com/event/category-decimal/esports/all/match/
Nice addition.

I contacted many of the books to talk about withdrawal times. We are all frustrated when we don't get instant withdrawals. It seems that withdrawal times have slowed down in some cases rather than speed up. Here are some of the thoughts and feelings that I ascertained.

The solid bitcoin books are no longer one or two man operations. Most have double digit full time employees and have work outsourced as well. Full time employees include those in IT, trading, support and marketing. Some have locations in multiple countries.

The player base is growing at a fast rate. Unfortunately, with an increase in players comes an increase in fraudulent activity including hacking. All money is not kept in hot wallets. Players aren't required to give personal information to bitcoin books. Withdrawal amounts are becoming larger. If a book sends money to the wrong person, there is no recourse for the book. Because of this, books should be required to offer us a form of 2FA for our safety.

Some books have casinos as well as poker rooms. Casinos tend to bring about more fraudulent activity. There are a few more things that can trigger a manual review such as making multiple withdrawals in a short period of time, win rates above a certain amount of standard deviations, total amount of withdrawal, multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse bonuses.

Books may use a third party for grading purposes, in house grading, or two sources for verification. No matter what means are used, human input is needed in the process that can lead to mistakes. Manual grading may be required in small markets as well as prop bets. Outside of those two exceptions, grading should still be done at a very fast rate so that we can make additional bets if wanted.

Most books are stating that they are working to make withdrawals immediate if they aren't currently doing it. My personal feelings on withdrawals have changed somewhat after getting responses from the sports books. I feel that a vast majority of the withdrawals be done within a 15 minute period. Some withdrawals will take longer for above reasons, but it should be a low percentage. We should set some type of standard that books should adhere to when making withdrawals for the purpose of grades. Does anyone have opinions on withdrawal times?

Books- Feel free to chime in or discuss withdrawal times of your book.

A message we got today:

"hi,
Please Send 2 Bitcoin for me,
Send BTC to Stop DDoS Attack for ever and i leave you forever,
I promise ! I'm not a liar.
this attack is for test.
Send 2 BTC to stop it.

obviously we will not pay. But if fairlay.com does not response in the next time this might be the reason. We will see how it goes but we are pretty confident that we can handle it even if fairlay.com is only hardly reachable for a short period of time.

I'm probably missing some but here are the best lines:

Manny: +200 Nitrogen
Mayweather: -212 Casinobitcoin
Draw: +1450 Jetwin
Props: Nitrogen
Live Betting: Nitrogen and DirectBet are the two that will have live lines.

Tossed the 3-way lines where you lose on draws.

Look at their past fights, on stats and if they won pretty quick or not.

I dont know what other technical info to use.

This site here is pretty good to get past results. http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=6129&cat=boxer

It looks like Casinobitcoin is the only books to have an over/under on the PacMan/Mayweather fight.

Nitrogen is the only one to have props, live betting, round specials, method of result, and grouped round betting.

I'm really looking forward to this fight although it should have taken place years ago.

DirectBet was banned here first. They filled page after page with spam. Then they were banned at Ryan's thread for using shill accounts.

I was going to put them back on the guide here and went to their thread to keep up with what is happening there. After reading this
Quote
Rated # 1 Sportsbook by Bitcointalk Members !
putting them back up may just bring unwanted trouble.

wait, i didnt see directbet in the list . why you didnt listed directbet? they have a good service so far

They were banned for shilling. They were also banned at the other rating's guide for shilling. They bring too much baggage and controversy.

If you look at the DirectBet thread title right now, they state that they were voted #1 by the bitcoin community. This is what the voting thread states

oh really?since when? i cant see they are bad , last night i placed some bets and working fine no problem,

by the way can you give me reference about what you say? that " They were banned for shilling. They were also banned at the other rating's guide for shilling. They bring too much baggage and controversy."

That isn't my quote. Here's RyanK's quote from his thread,

DirectBet still claims to be #1 even though they were taken off the poll for using shill accounts.

BTCBook downgraded from "D" to "F". No players are being paid due to a DDoS attack. One player has been waiting to be paid since 4/17/05.   It's BTCBook's responsibility to figure out a way to pay players.
