How many bets should i place to complete betvip bonus requirements ? If i take the lowest odds 1.5 , then my maximum stake could be only 33.33 mbtc (8 USD) So if i want to complete betvip bonus requirements i have to place (1*10/0.033 =) 303 bets @1.5, 400 bets @ 2 So what do you think about it ? Is it fair from a book to limit their customers account after 1 (lost) bet (so much) not to be able to complete the bonus requirements ? Hi bgerg Your question has been answered on our thread. They investigated it. Betvip give you deposit bonus but they limit your account not to be able to complete the bonus requirements. They think it is fair. What do you think? |

Starting June 1 if you guys are asking for payouts and it's taking longer than 15 minutes, then post it. A book should make this time limit a big majority of the time.
Waiting for 7 hours for a CloudBet withdrawal, usually I get them fast. I would rather like to see more of an active response from CloudBet then them receiving a lower rating. There are a number of customer issues brought up in the CloudBet thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.1860And the CloudBet account is active but doesn't respond to any of these issues the last few days. ---- Edit: just got the withdrawal now |

DirectBet is now back up on the rating's guide at "C-". It seems that DirectBet copies the Betfair Back Odds and tacks on a lot to both sides. It's not been determined the amount needed at Betfair in order for a line to be put up at DirectBet. A line isn't put up for small amounts.

Hi Peeps,
Nobody has ever waited for over 24 hours for a withdrawal. The ONLY exception is specific cases of fraud. We have run some analysis and ~94% of our withdrawals are processed within 5 seconds, with 100% being processed <24 hours.
In one case a customer did wait a long while for a bet to be graded which was due to a technical issue with a third party and we have resolved this and apologised to the affected party. His subsequent withdrawal was processed very quickly.
Finally, it was a public holiday this week here and we were short staffed on support which caused some longer response times than usual.

Cloudbet lowered from "B-" to "C+". Just a couple of delays isn't going to change a rating but there are multiple with substantial time periods. It unacceptable for Cloudbet to have this many delays, one over 2 days. If they are clean for a month, they will be bumped up again.
This simply isn't true. We have not had multiple customers with substantial delays - we have had 1 customer who had to wait a long time for a regrade, for which we were culpable and apologised. In the other cases, 7 hrs for a large withdrawal is not unusual (we promise 24 hours), there was no issue in khawaja07's case (he simply bet the wrong selection), and the betslip issues the others are experiencing have not been reported to us yet. Cloudbet, I apologize again. There are a few hiccups but not enough to deem a decrease. I haven't had problems with personal withdrawals. Re-instated to "B-"
