Yeah, too lazy to tag individuals but overall agree with Liverpool and Arsenal comments, Bajcetic in particular, he was a handful in EFL previous to City but I thought too early to call, Elliott currently still sets the bar in terms of youngsters left... Nunez has a way of dragging shots I noticed, so he's still getting used to rushing up to play (as opposed to waiting for service in Portugal), I'm still giving him time, the way we needed Bobby to as well.

Bets against Chelsea and United tonight, should be a no-brainer to win one of them right?

Your best chance would have been on Chelsea, but with Chelsea leading conveniently at halftime, and Bournemouth are not looking to be making much threat either so getting back into the game alone will be a tough task, let alone come back from a 2-0 deficit will be very improbable, I'd even tip Chelsea to score one or two goals more.

I doubt Nottingham would even get a to play a draw against Man United, but you if there's money on the line for you, I hope it does happen  Grin so we can push our agenda of Ronaldo wasn't the problem and #Glazersout over again.

The race to win the cold wallet hardware is already over for most of us.  Grin

I guess now you can see why using a chip would have been almost useless still, someone used bench boost chip and all the person got so far is 2-3 points I think, If I wanted to actually wanted to go all out for the chip my move would have been to gone for a team with defenders I'm quite sure would keep a clean sheet, but It still wouldn't have worked out, there are some things you just have no control over regardless of how prepared you are!
2224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | FPL Football Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: December 27, 2022, 11:30:24 AM
I'd rather see Klopp go for a typical CM as well, and Nunez will still yield a good result it's just a matter of time imo.
Premier league is not really big on giving player time or second chances. You either deliver pretty much immediately or you stay on the bench. Nunez is just lucky that Liverpool attackers are mostly injured and there really isn't a person there that could take his place. If Jota, Diez and Firminho get better and he plays like this, he will get last 10 minutes every other game to show what he can do.

I agree with you totally on this! But fortunately for him, Klopp and Liverpool doesn't have a plethora of choices for the time being, and I really think bar is already evident poor finishing touches, the pressure is already getting to him. He'll surely still get some 2-3 weeks of consistent football to prove himself.
2225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | FPL Football Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: December 27, 2022, 11:08:01 AM
I am more interested if he will be classified as forward or midfielder. I am expecting a price in range 8M-9M, something similar to what Diez and Nunez got.

I got Nunez in my team and my reasoning before yesterday was, he will score one of the plethora of chances that fall his way. Now after the game I am thinking srew that incompetent player, he wouldn't score if they played 2 more hours. Should have kept it simple and taken Mitrović Smiley

Definitely a midfielder, imo. Both Diaz and Jota are supposed to have lengthy spell on the sideline so I think Gakpo is going to fill a lot of spaces for Klopp's idea, a perfect AM and also a left winger, so it makes perfect.

I'd rather see Klopp go for a typical CM as well, and Nunez will still yield a good result it's just a matter of time imo.

Cody Gakpo to Liverpool, here we go! The deal has been signed between the two clubs 🚨🔴 #LFC

Gakpo will travel to England in the next days to undergo medical tests and then sign the contract.

I wonder what price is FPL gonna set for Gakpo, hmm...?

With Nunez's poor finishing skills, Gakpo will be so tempting to own. The Dutchman was brilliant in the World Cup... what a transfer that is for Liverpool, damn! They struck gold with this one!

I wonder what must be going through the mind of Manchester United fans right since they spent the better part of the summer chasing this player, while Liverpool signed him without even waiting for the transfer window to be officially opened, the heart wants what it wants right ?

I thought I was having a bad day with owning Darwin, because having Kane would be downgrading from Cancelo to a cheaper option from Man City, and I don't intend to own any Arsenal player until close to their double GW, but then risks are not often equal to rewards. So I decided to imagine myself having Mitrovic with 15 points on the bench while having Nunez and Kulu in starting line up, damn! I believed while I didn't go Mitrovic was due to the uncertainty surrounding but If I were to have taking the risk with him, I'll surely have him on, and auto subbed out incase he misses out, but definitely we'll never know.

EDIT: I think Gakpo would cost no less than Anthony and no more than Kulusevski, that's between 7.5 -  8M.

Other than my regular single picks or small parlay bet, I've been some really weird betbuilder parlays with significant odds, I always accumulate small players props value and have multiple players on Points, Rebs and Assists and sometimes all, but I've usually been let down just by a couple of them not get the barest minimum, last time it was Mike Conley costing me by not getting just a single rebound, and then failed to make a total of PRA of 16+

I have something similar for today, but it's just to large to share, I might If I happen to hit it though.

Brilliant first 1st Quarter from the Knicks, 76ers would need a huge response to get anything away from MSG today.

I'm trying have my team compete for the Betnomi prize for the round and I could just use my free transfer and a 3-6 points hit to get my team back to my initial desired idea ahead of GW18.
oh no!!! i guess you are going to use your triple captain too. we are all dead Grin

It's better not to disclose my moves as we're all in a competition, but just so you know, I would not be playing my triple captain chip or any chip at all, not for this game week, there are many interest fixtures for the week that suggest I should triple my captain, but I'm not.

It's fine that you are going to pass on this one, but if you're going to focus on your current one, isn't that supposedly trying to kill two stones with one bird, if you lose the motivation to keep up with the main pool, the side pool with a lesser participant will still be worth playing until the very end, imo.
2229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | FPL Football Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: December 25, 2022, 10:29:08 AM

good luck to all participants in new league
Don't look at this as a league, it is more of a side bet with couple of guys from forum. It is just handled in a more official way trough FPL site and second chance league.

So far it is only me and Harkorede with buwaytress and igehhh expressing some interest.

I'm not sure if this is @morvillz7z sort of thing, as I've never seen him join a side pool/ bet before, and but I think @tomahawk9 could be interested, or maybe some other folks, who might have just missed your initial post, I don't suppose we are derailing this thread right ? since it's still all about the FPL.

I think I have my final draft set already and I'm only waiting for some deadline updates and final decision, while my team idea have already been altered due to a couple of minor injuries, which I literally would have lived with since most of them are just minor and would be back for the next game week, but I'm trying have my team compete for the Betnomi prize for the round and I could just use my free transfer and a 3-6 points hit to get my team back to my initial desired idea ahead of GW18.

I didn't know Desmond Bane is back for the Grizzlies, this makes them harder to beat.

I had no either he was back for Grizzlies either, but I still tailed the OP's bet on the Grizzlies regardless, but upon seeing Bane in the starting line up, I already knew it was going to be a L for the Phoenix Suns who were playing without Devin Booker. Bane even played for more minutes than I anticipated, I given how long he was out for, I expected heavy minutes limitation, but he still had some great numbers, even though he wasn't at his best from behind the arc, Brandon Clark was the really Grizzlies here for the night imo, 24 points, and 10 rebounds, 5 of which Offensive rebound and all led to the Grizzlies scoring points, some times the bucket counted plus a foul.

I've not even made my picks yet, I'm still trying to get see what each teams have available, there have been couple of players said to be already injured or have picked up a knock, so I'll just make them later tomorrow after all possible findings and team news, I'm expecting a couple of upset, at least two, but I really don't want to be too forward yet, I'll rather just have them on my picks.

Argentians could be out till New Year, at least MacAlister, that will be back first match next year for Brighton
yeah, this could the round to catch some surprise, since all teams had more than a month break, and this is almost the same as first round, you never know who keeped up the form, and who will blow

I really don't understand what the break would have been for though, because they played a total of 7 games through the course of the world cup, and it could have been more than that if it were to be club side football over that same period, but I'd totally understand in the case of MacAlister and perhaps Alvarez since they both had a huge load of playing time, but given how effective and brilliant they were during the tournament, I see no reason why their respective coaches wouldn't want to capitalise on their form right away, while the confidence is still pretty much over the roof for them.

We are 3 days away from the resumption of the EPL, it will be great to watch the matches and enjoy betting on them. Don't forget to set expectations

yeah, it is probably better to put prediction before weekend, and eventually polish them after, than forget to put them at all after weekend
I already had my picks but revised them a few hours ago. Hopefully Liverpool will restart with a win. We need to be at least in the top 4. Still 23 rounds left so we can hope to improve on the point table. It's hard to race with City but Arsenal and Newcastle will start straggling sooner and later. Premier league needs consistency. City is doing it from years.

From middle of the January Arsenal will start losing point according to my calculation. They have upcoming matches against Tottenham, Man U, City, Livepool. They will be tested soon. Very similar with Newcastle too but from the middle of February.

I even forgot to comment, but the same here.

I only bet on this Lakers VS Hornets game.
I believe he is the most predictable (or maybe not) that the Lakers will win!

Let's see what the future will show us!

By the way, good luck everyone!

Lakers are the slight favorite even without AD, bookies seen the advantage and with how the readers and bettors show their interest for Lakers it is something that it might take place.

Still going to depend on how the players will take care of their business and how they will organize
both the offense and defense, looking to see if how LeBron will orchestrate and execute their game plan.

Good Luck!

It's still very close game mid way through the second quarter, so far, It's been a game going back and forth with points raining at both ends and zero defensive play just like the last game the Lakers played against the Sacramento Kings, I see Lakers being at a slight disadvantage here if they continue to just trade points back and forth without doing any much of their defensive duties, will they be able to shoot the ball well enough all night long, I think not, and once they start to pile up those empty possessions, Charlotte Hornets becomes the favorites imo.

I'm also watching the Memphis Grizzlies dominate the Suns completely, and they're doing that without Ja Morant putting up significant numbers yet and at halftime it's 21 points advantage to the visitors, is there a way back here for the Suns ?, I surely hope not!

I guess it's a fresh start, but it's a big advantage for managers with active chips since it's almost half the season, it could have been a lot of fun to join, but I have to pass on this one because the rules aren't clear enough. I'm looking forward to GW17; if I had $0.6 cents more to spend, I could get the perfect team Grin. So far, I'm content with what I've got
I am not sure how it could be more clear than it is. Pay 2 mBTC to join and winner takes all. League starts from GW 17. Really nothing more to it. Everybody has free transfers now and 1 wildcard. You really think Tripple captain and free hit are that big of advantage? If you do, feel free to create new nick in fantasy and join with that one. We still have a lot of GW to play trough and 2 chips will not be a deciding factor.

If it is possible to form a new team, I will most likely join; will we all form a new team or will it be by choice? Is the grand prize going to be the sum of the entry fees? or are we hoping for some sort of magical money from somewhere else? Well, it's a few days before Christmas, and payment may be delayed slightly; if that's okay with you, count me in.. hey bro can we do this now? Grin @buwaytress

@Trofo please pm the code to league, I'm in, I'll not be creating a new team and I'll send the entry before the end of the first of January, I'm sure buwaytress and a couple of guys from the original pool should fancy this too.

@igehhh while you think creating a new team gives you whatever edge you have in your mind, you should also remember that you're still getting your 100m budget and the player prizes wouldn't be reduced because you're starting a fresh team, I'm looking forward to see how you wish to go around that 100m threshold, with the price of the most sought players have significantly increased.

Same here, no doubts as well for the Jazz to defeat the Wizards later. It might be a close game but I know that the Jazz will definitely have a good night and grab the win in their favor. The same with the Pelicans, they might have a hard time because Zion and Ingram won't be with the team this time but I know they can find some ways while the Spurs are tanking.
I believe that will be the prevailing opinion, and I also believe that the Pelicans will win the game and regarding the other game tonight, the Jazz will beat the Wizards (of course this is just my simple analysis) Although, some of these teams important players will not play, thus making a considerable lack for the team.

And as expected and speculated, the favorite teams have won their respective games. Congrats for all bettors out there who won the bet!

Let's bet again, we quite have a lot of games to bet on later. Pick you poison folks. GL!
Here's mine:

Portland Trail Blazers vs Denver Nuggets -4.5
Memphis Grizzlies -2.5 vs Phoenix Suns
Charlotte Hornets vs Los Angeles Lakers -3

There are a whole of games to pick from for today, A total of 14 fixtures to be precise, but I really don't any team spread in my just, I already have an idea on a couple parlays, but I'll be tailing @Stadus on the Memphis Grizzlies pick, and that's simply because that's the only game I'll able to catch, as it's the only one available on my local cable subscription on ESPN.

I'm not familiar with the team news of either side, but I'll be fine Ja Morant is available, he's always worth spectating for me personal, regardless whether his team is losing or winning the game.
2236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | FPL Football Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: December 23, 2022, 09:30:56 PM
Hey guys, since GW 17 is sort of clean slate for our teams with unlimited free transfers I have decided to create second chance league. There is no sponsors, I will accept donations if somebody is crazy enough but they will be anonymous.  We will keep it real simple.

2 mBTC fee to join, winner takes all. Only for real men, second place gets you nothing Smiley
Escrow address: 1KLhKJPADVdZMhwgc942HdjqaT7BUbPsmY

To join send me tx id and your fantasy username over PM. I know it short deadline but I am only accepting new players until GW 17 deadline. If you don't have the money to pay on time hit me up anyway and we will probably work out something.

You know I'm surely in so far it's a pool and and being FPL makes it rather interesting for me to join, however, I'll won't be able to send my entry fee until the new year, for some personal reasons, but If that's fine by you then, you can surely count me in on it. Even if it ends up being just a me and you side bet that's fine by me, just one question though, the score starts afresh from Week 17 right ?

Will you prefer a Saudi, an Englishman, or an American?
will you prefer a Saudi, an English man or American for the job?

I know it's not a question to me but...

...as a non-native supporter, but I hope as a sincere supporter, I've never seen nationality as a prerequisite -- we've had plenty of spiritual Scousers over the years (even poor Benitez, who made the city his home and the attention of his life work). King Dalglish is another prime example, as is Klopp -- true Scousers the Kop hail as their own... never mind the "mini-Scousers" like even Tsimikas and Naby lad show it's never where you come from, but where you put your heart.

That's always applied to players, always applied to managers, and while no Liverpool supporter might ever bestow the same admiration for their owners, they might at least afford the same spirit of respect.

So there's a difference not in who the owners are but how the money comes and what motivations back it. Is the club going to be a play thing for champagne parties like Abramovich? Is it just a trophy wife to brag about at dinners like Venky's when they first bought Blackburn Rovers and aired their players eating fried chicken?

So that's oil money and franchise money from overseas. But do Englishmen fare better? Ask Newcastle about Mike Ashley, who treated talents like Keegan like crap and appointed his own mates to manage the club (not to mention all the tacky stuff he did for his actual business while allowing his club to get relegated, for example renaming St James Park to... Sports Direct Arena). Oil money bought Newcastle but they seem to be learning a lot of lessons... and it doesn't yet appear they're going to treat the club like a toy. Time will tell.

To successfully own football team these days requires just not a large pool of funds, neither should it been seen from just a business perspective, because that what brought Arsene Wenger under enormous pressure despite making money for club annually via players transfers, but the fans will never be appreciative of an underperforming club, while they'd not give two fucks how much or little the clubs makes annually in as much they get their bragging rights which is to play decent football, and win important rivalry matches, we've seen a lot of European clubs with household names declined a lot of the past decade and become of little or almost no significance to young kids of foreign countries these, I mean the likes of AC Milan, and Inter Milan only being recently able to appear in the UCL, despite being taken over by rich owners, and Arsenal if not for being in the premier league, they also lost huge relevance to UCL competition, Liverpool have only just gotten that huge relevance back as well after having Klopp in charge, it will be a huge shame to see them fall back to such slumber, because in football it's not everyday you come across a bankroll like that of Manchester City and Manager like that of Guardiola....
2238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: December 23, 2022, 09:34:56 AM
Isn't it going to be in the league's and champions league best interest for Man City and Liverpool not to lose this early into their domestic cups ?

Probably, yeah. And we paid dearly for playing every possible match last season -- but EFL's always been only really taxing on our squad on the finals (and not fully even then). Salah started, as did a few other stalwarts but they're probably playing for match fitness in this game more than anything else. Both sides have their deputy keepers.

Salah 15th goal of the season and first in EFL cup according to commentator, that took me by surprise haha), not bad.

It's probably a blessing in disguise for Liverpool have lot the EFL game vs City, but Liverpool didn't even look bad either to have came from behind twice, but I'm not surprised though, as bad as Liverpool have been this season, they've defeated Liverpool twice, so I could pursue my little theory of Liverpool intentionally letting them win this so that Liverpool could less on their plate to handle as the season goes by, I believed Liverpool paid the price for participation in all multiple competitions until the last days, unlike Liverpool, Man City have a better squad depth that could carry them in multiple fronts of all competition, although preparing for that much competition also have its effects on a manager, and all it takes is one wrong game and certain competitions are over, I really can't have Guardiola focused on just the league, that'd be terrible for the sake of competition, imho.

Here is my bet for today :

I'm already late to the party of having both the Pelicans and Jazz on ML and the Pelicans are already holding a reasonable lead after the first quarter already, so I settled with quite an ambitious but low line props betbuilder,  I'm sure my only enemy would be either a blow out or an unfortunate injury, but keeping my fingers crossed.

Here is my bet;

not accessible ? you actually mean illegal ?

P.S ....... i only work with people that have obtained accounts legally and with consent. Please do not contact me about anything that could be considered illegal.

Intentionally breaking a gambling platform TOS and apparently stealing from them is logical and illegal in your own jurisdiction ?

The service you're providing is screaming all shades of wrong and illegality, but I guess you already sugarcoated it to suit your own narrative, I however hope newbies don't fall victim to this ideas of yours, and if there is anyone/person easily willing to go with this services you provide, it's most likely they're just trying to launder their ill acquired funds, or is there any part of the world where money laundering is considered legal too ?
