with a very strong 22 points Betwrong could secure the 32 matchday for themselves and thus also win the $50 free bet at betnomi.
congratulations from me and your username i immediately forwarded Smiley
in the top Harkorede has dropped 2 places to the third place - nevertheless, it remains exciting
both overviews will follow soon...

That's a crazy round from Betwrong, a completely irony to his choice of username because he got points from every single fixtures of the round, I don't anyone has ever achieve such in this pool prior to this round!

Congratulations mate!

Second guessing myself for those Saturday fixtures is what ruined my week in quite a way because, I had most of the home teams to win, but I went for a couple of draws instead and paid the prize, but it's still all for the fun of it the pool.

Manchester city closing in on the title with the current win they are getting over Everton, and any drop of points at this point puts city in a position to be confirmed early champs...and looking at some of the fixtures on Arsenals card, I think they play against teams who are in desperate need of a win. Arsenal faces a Brighton side that have a chance to play in the Europa  with a 5th or 6th position finish and currently  sit in 8th..honestly  this won't be an easy meet.
City was meant to win against team like Everton however I don't trust Arsenal much today so here is what I got.

Damn,

Arsenal just lost the game and that's definitely their last shot at the league title, too bad your bet had to go with it, I wouldn't say double chance for Arsenal to win or draw against a team that just lost by 5 goals to 1 against Everton at home, is too much to ask of a team chasing the title. but then it is what it is, now it will all be about the doubts should you have gone for Over 1.5 goals, or either team should win, but it's just ifs and buts, so sorry for your loss!

Almost time for game 7 between the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers. Will Embiid finally get a chance to play for the chip or will Tatum make another run at it? Looks like the Celtics are favored to win at home so Harden and Embiid had better bring their A game. I’m not betting this one but I will be watching it in just a couple more hours.

I'm fancying a couple of players props for this game though, I wouldn't be going for any spread or ML bet either, but I really the odds for Jaylen Brown Over 23.5 points at 1.80, It seemed very valuable imo, so that'd be all for me, Jayson Tatum would surely need some help to be honest, and the majority of would have to come from Jaylen provided he doesn't get into much of a foul trouble today too.
1464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 5000+$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: May 14, 2023, 02:31:04 PM
Are we starting last round of BSFL this Monday or we are waiting for CUP to finish first?

This Monday will be the last league round and then the week after we'll hold the cup final and Div2 and Div3 promotion playoffs.

We'll see what we can do for the League betting, I doubt we'll be able to offer these but I'm quite certain we'll have them for the cup final.

What a boring week it was without the league games, and the cup games took much longer than expected. Perhaps I would have enjoyed it more if I had put in my answers to keep me active, but I can't wait to finish the league and focus on doing better next season.

I'm 3 points away from the relegation zone, and even if I lose my next game, the chances of me being relegated are small. LFC_Bitcoin would need to win 5-0 or 6-1 against Harkorede, the relegation team terminator Grin, to have a chance.

I'm currently placed at 4th position, It's really going to be a very complicated final round for most people, including myself because I still have shot at 3rd place, that is if I can get a win and CLS63 fails to do the same, but losing LFC_Bitcoin could also drop me all the way down to 7th or 8th position, so you should still a couple of twist and turns for this round, really!

One more Coach down.
Suns fire head coach Monty Williams after NBA playoffs elimination
https://sports.yahoo.com/suns-fire-head-coach-monty-williams-after-nba-playoffs-elimination-013546547.html
Quote
The Suns fired Williams on Saturday, per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, two days after their elimination by the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference semifinals. That disappointing exit left the Suns with some uncomfortable questions, one of which has now been answered.

I said this to my friends after Game 6 ended on Friday against the Denver Nuggets. Coach Monty will be fired. No questions. And it did happen.
It's too obvious because the team sacrificed two good players Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson in exchange for Kevin Durant and TJ Warren, so they will be expecting a better ending than being eliminated in the semis. They want a ring, a championship but Coach Monty cannot provide so he will be gone.

But rumors tell this might not be the end for him.
Milwaukee Bucks needs a new Coach and he might be one of the candidates with Kenny Atkinson, and Nick Nurse. Although I would like to see if the Bucks will try to make history and hire Becky Hammon and earn the first woman to coach an NBA team.

This is what? The 4th coach down? Correct me if I am wrong.
New owners typically want results. Unfortunately, the Suns had injuries at the wrong time. Monty will find another job pretty quick, but he should have never been let go.

NBA is rapidly becoming the new football, I really don't understand how they could have considered their season a failure, and let Monty hang for it, when it was indeed the general manager who traded all the depth they had and could have in the future for a supposedly instance shot at a championship, quite a joke imo, and they had nothing to fall back on during the playoffs whenever KD and Booker went to the bench, they were lucky it was 6 games series, it easy could or should have been a sweep, their best card could have been keep Monty for the upcoming season and look for other role players depth to pitch around them, and a De Andre Ayton trade would surely earn them more than what they'd need for such season, but they'd rather get a new coach, I really can't wait to see how many sort issues they'll find themselves in up next, time, for sure would tell!
1466  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: May 14, 2023, 06:37:13 AM
Doesn't look good for Saints, does it? Forest already ahead at HT, Leeds didn't lose, but they have to win today to ensure the fight lives on, so that's where I might put my money today, even though they really now depend on everyone else above them to lose.
Yeah, sadly Southampton is officially going to be relegated and they are going to play in Championship next season.
Fulham was better today and Mitrovic comeback from injury was enough for them to win.
We still dont know two more teams that will be relegated but surprisingly to me Leicester City and Leeds are closest to it.

Everton will feel confident if Leicester does not win tomorrow, which I have a cheeky feeling they will.
Nobody can feel confident against Manchester City this year and Everton plays against them tomorrow Smiley
I am focusing on Arsenal to win against Brighton and do their job, but it is not going to be easy.

It's rather very sad to see the Saints get relegated just a few days after I got my merch from one of @notblox1 sponsored cup from a while ago, thanks to Steve and Sportsbet.io, I planned on wearing the beautiful Saints jersey amongst it for each of their remaining survival battle game at least to show some support for a SB sponsored team, but that didn't age well, did it ?, it's not that bad at the end of the day, as they only get to play 38 games in the PL, while it's 46 for the English championship which means, I'll get to wear it for 8 times more for upcoming season in their support.

As for the title race, I'd go with @ notblox1, I agree that Everton might feel a little confident after their last game, which was a rout at Brighton, but I also believe playing against Man City on any level, especially a title decider would have dent on any team's ego, and this game could even be over and done with before the end of the first 45 minutes, Arsenal look better now, and Brighton shouldn't be too much a task for them to overcome, I'd say today isn't the day we get to see paradigm shift we all so much anticipate.
1467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: May 14, 2023, 05:00:16 AM
I think it’s unlikely but if we win our remaining 3 games we have a chance. Newcastle have a lot of players who have never won anything and haven’t played in big pressure situations like the Liverpool squad have. I don’t think Man Utd will choke to let us in, if it’s anybody it will be Newcastle. They have the toughest remaining fixtures out of the three teams looking for the 3rd & 4th CL place.

I might not completely agree with you that Newcastle of the remaining teams does have the toughest fixtures truly, because both Chelsea and Leceister City have been very awful, and might not pose a real threat against Newcastle, although I agree with you that Newcastle looks the likeliest to fold under pressure so far, they might maybe just get at most 4 or 3 point from the rest of their matches, but so can Man United too, a team that have dropped more points than both Liverpool and Newcastle combined in the last 5 fixtures.

We are terribly bad and I would not say this if it was a few weeks ago, but Newcastle are going to play an improved Chelsea side, we are actually looking like a team fighting to keep the momentum going, so it will be a hell of a game for Newcastle to get off the three point, i think their best chance is to beat Brighton and hope either Liverpool slip a little bit.

I'm not trying to portray how bad the Chelsea side obviously have been the season, I'm only saying Newcastle's remaining fixture might not be as tough as it would seem on paper, they've got a better goal difference than Liverpool, and of all 3 remaining for Newcastle matches only Brighton and Leceister have something to fight, and Leceister would also be playing Liverpool, while Brighton already more game at hand (5) to push for their chances, so it's not yet done for any team by any margin, it's just more of a slippery slope imo.
1468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: May 13, 2023, 06:25:12 PM
Come on Newcastle. You cant drop points against Leeds, if you want to play UCL you cant made this kind of games.

Its LFC cursing again?.

For Leeds side a really big point, lets see how much worth at the end of the run/season.

guys the end of our pool is getting closer and closer. tomorrow, friday, the 32nd matchday starts with the game köln vs. hertha and you can already get your first 2-4 points Smiley
and to make sure that everyone can still submit their picks on time, here comes the weekly reminder to you:

I was barely able to make my picks hours before the first game, and at least it yielded 2 points, so every point is very vital now, but picking team based on just form and logic seem quite tricky especially against team fighting for their survival to remain in the top flight, they've got everything to for against teams that have probably not left to play for not a spot in Europe but at least middle table has been already guaranteed for some of them.

Jokic not being MVP is such a shame, that has been something that bothered me a lot. I understand that they didn't want to give it to him for three years in a row but the fact is simple that he is the best player in the league right now and the most valuable player.

I quite don't agree with your opinion, I understand how complete Jokic is as a player and how many incredible stuffs he does almost every other night in the league, it would have been deserved had he won it again, but Embiid winning it is also very much deserved, there is something I need you to understand when it come to MVP voting, it doesn't just work around the numbers you're dropping, but I think the better the remaining roster around is might also reduces your compared to another with similar input for the season, and have had their roster underperform or are rather more inconsistent for some part of the season. I do agree that Jokic was a very good candidate, but he really wasn't robbed of anything at all imo, Joel Embiid deserves it just as much as Jokic, but unfortunately only one can win it right ?

^ There is no chance that Anthony Davis and LeBron James don’t play. The Warriors are also terrible on the road. I think the Lakers end it tonight and advance to the next round. If they fail to capitalize on tonight and give the Warriors a game 7, I think it will be very bad for LA fans. Tonight we’ll see everything that both teams have and I’m excited for it, but I think the Lakers will win.
Yep, LeBron as well as AD starting tonight and both of them are leading the scoring for Lakers.  I think the Lakers will end it in 6 and not take a chance to take the game into 7. Take some much needed rest during the game 7 time and prep for the next series.

I really can't believe that warriors let their indiscipline get the better of their game plan, despite having a terrible shooting series and rhythm, they still gave up 41 attempts from the Free Throw line to Lakers compared to the merely 14 they had for themselves, of which they made 10 of, with an awful shooting night by their standards, and then allowing an opportunist opponent that many attempts from the line, there is no way you can win an elimination game that by given up such outrageous number of FTs, of all the 6 games series warriors only won the 2 games in which they either had the same amount of the FTA as the Lakers or, just one FTA short from the Lakers numbers, but then the least FTA difference between the 4 games in favour of the Lakers was 20 FTA more than that of the warriors.

My bets for later.
Los Angeles Lakers versus Golden State Warriors‍ - Golden State Warriors ML
I want a Game 7.  Cheesy Well, what the Warriors showed in their home at Game 5 is something to look forward to. Draymond Green as an aggressive offensive weapon and Wiggins is great at defending Lebron James. Steph was a bit silent but let's not forget the space was always spread out because of him. Now, maybe it's time for Klay Thompson to shine.

I like the odds for Golden State Warriors as well but then, there might be a couple of factors that could make or mar their chances of extending the series to a game 7 and earn their homecourt advantage, Anthony Davis looked pretty banged up from game 5, and The Lakers in my opinion wouldn't stand any chance without their big man Center, he's played a major role in every of their win so far, and the 2 games they lost so far in this series, were games here the warriors managed to limit the Lakers free throw attempts and AD rim protection dominance, As far as I can tell every players in the warriors roster have been this situation but only AD, Lebron, and Tristan Thompson who have barely played all season long have been to used all kind of NBA bubbles, but AD out would be an instant blow to the Lakers.

I'm riding on the warriors ML bandwagon too!
1473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 12, 2023, 02:24:07 AM
Jason Tatum became the hero of the 4th quarter to steal one on the road, and extend the series to a Game 7 on their home.
After being miserable in the first 3 quarters scoring only 1 point, he scored 18 points in the 4th quarter, and he scored 13 in the 14-1 run in the final minutes of the game to win on the road 95-86.

Yeah, the tie is heading back to Boston for a win or burst game 7, Maxey and Harden had some huge steals in the 3rd Quarter and I felt it could be all over because the body language of the entire Boston Celtics team seemed they've conceded defeat even despite being a point up at that time, and they couldn't get any basket to fall for them, it was something else from Tatum almost 1/3 into the final quarter, It's was as though Jayson Tatum said to him himself, if he'd go down then it would be on his feet, and that right is what differentiate great from good!

Looking forward to an amazing series decider in Boston on Sunday!

Nice exact score!
If you look at simple statistics, City seemed to be closer to victory as they had more dangerous chances and possession, but Real Madrid's chances were more dangerous ones.
Probably a draw is a fair result and in fact, even if it were 2-1 or 1-2, everything will be decided in the second game anyway - I like this much more than what happened with Bayern  Grin
Only 3 of 35 players predicted that game will end draw. I think it's a bit strange that so few people saw such outcome. In general, game was final worthy. As you said, City had more attempts to score, but Real was a bit more dangerous. Vinicius goal was really fancy, you don't see him often making such shots. 2nd leg game shouldn't less exciting

Milan derby tomorrow. Have no idea completely about this game. IMO, Inter looks a bit better now, but it can be said for almost whole season. And even if Milan doesn't looks amazing in Serie A, it doesn't reflect that much in Champions league.

I was one of the Man City believers even at home against Real Madrid, I went for a 2-1 win for Man City.

KDB to the rescue, but then for the second leg it's still an open tie regardless, I just think Man City would have the best edge right, especially with their record at home in the champions league.

Until now im not in payment positions, but if i finally reach that, i dont have any problem to delay the payment until the fees go down.

Talking about UCL, today its the BIG match, the anticipated final, between Real Madrid and Manchester City, after the rain of goals yesterday on Premier League, we are gonna keep on the same track, and are they gonna gift to ours a magnificent game to see?

I'm also not in any prize positioned place either, and I don't think the network congestion would last for very long, there is quite a huge time frame for things to get back to very close to normal by the time we approach the champions league final and the final prize places have been determined, so it's still all good imo.

That said, we've got a great fixture to look forward too today, between Man City and Real Madrid, City have been terrific recently, but we all also are aware of the type of stunt Real Madrid are capable of pulling, even when they're not playing well enough, they still get some positive result out of nowhere.

So here are the tables after 10 rounds, just one more round left and it is very close in all divisions. Good luck guys.

Finally, @cryptofrka invisibility comes to an end, the fact the he gets to shove it in our face week in, week out hurts my performance Cheesy

but slackovic just needs a draw in the last fixture to win the 2nd division and do with losing any round! That's top tier performance imo!

So here are the tables after 10 rounds, just one more round left and it is very close in all divisions. Good luck guys.
Trofo if I can make one suggestion for reward payments after last round of BSFL competition, in case Bitcoin fees continue to be extremely high like they are now.
Maybe you can give option to participants to choose to receive rewards directly on their Sportsbet accounts, or in some other coins with lower fees.
Now I have to pay $15 - $20 for single BTC transactions and there are many unconfirmed transactions Cry

The payments are already in btc with the Cro2 team in control of the wallet, so I doubt there is that possibility, but then we still have 2 weeks until the final results are finalized, there is a huge chances of the network congestion would be over by then, I guess.

Betting against the Warriors on the road seems to have been the wise choice all year long. Tonight the Lakers covered the spread with nearly 27 points on top of it. I don’t know what it is about the Warriors on the road but they’ll need to get it figured out. This wasn’t even a far trip for them as this and their last series was played entirely in California

That's true though, I really don't know what's with their mentality on the road, but at least they had to get 2 wins on the road in order to advance against Sacramento Kings, so it's just gotta be the same against Lakers, but Steve Kerr players lack intact brilliant communication in on some levels when there are certain player different combinations.

I think they need to experiment a large roster of the players combination to be successful this season, Looney despite being very great for the warriors in this playoffs, he's been quite a liability with handling the ball and not offensive minded in any light, he becomes a loop hole when the teams decides to go small against warriors.
