We did have a falling out a while back but thought it was resolved  The thing is your mate wasn't asking a question or posing a theory or doing anything customer-like, the mods there probably didn't even know he was a customer, his post looked like an advertisment for spondoolie-tech nothing more. Those sorts of questions are really more for PM or email with the supplier or over the phone or here rather than in their own commmercial forum. |

Are there any customs fees to pay when shipping to the UK? I'm interested in one, possibly two, blades.
There will be import fee's but I'm not sure what they would be. 20% VAT Vat plus the customs as well, you always need to pay the agents Usually a tenner. |

Hell even in what is supposedly a public discussion forum like bitcointalk I had 6 of my posts removed because I was discussing competitive options in the "official" sponoolies thread and from the group buy thread.

I am contacting Bitmine.ch management, they seem like very nice people there. The attacks AMT has made on me are uncalled for, and I am sure making sure they won't go unnoticed. Why is AMT taking everything out on me because another customer broke their window? The logic makes no sense.
Judging by the state of the bitmine thread and the way the customers are being treated there i doubt you will get much help unfortunately  |

Have got this S2 CE certificate,and what is very significant,CE mark on the case (in visible place) ?
I don't think they do. no markings on the case, and nothing on the control board or hashing boards. Its unlikely anything is printed on the backplane either Nothing on the external box either. |

Its still double the price of the S1 per thash even with the coupon. S1 is the best bang for the buck right now.
And S1 will survive shipping. Bitmain needs to fix the S2! I would purchase a couple if this weren't the truth, apparently. If they can get them to customers without surgery involved in bringing them back up, I would bite. Until then, no dice. I got this in email from them by email: Me: Hi guys,
I would like to check if the S2 packing has changed in any way to protect the blades more during shipping?
Mine had a few blades dislodged and the host card, I managed to take it all apart and put it all back together again and its working but it seems I was lucky.
Have you made any changes to how you pack and ship these to minimize the risk?

How can they prove that they sold B2B if they sold to private persons? Where is the business involved? However: Legally speaking, they MUST transfer the funds within 30 days without ANY deduction. This is according to the laws in Europe, and they have to comply. If they transfer the money just one day later, you can file a lawsuit. ANY costs for this lawsuit will have to be paid by KnC for it was them who did not comply with the law. Which laws? (Remembering that you have contracted as a business) In case they should transfer the money with any delay, I will certainly file a suit not only against the company, but also against the persons behind it. This will probably not help me to get my money, but the fact that I can file the suit in ANY European country and Unless you can show cause otherwise, KNC have the right to be sued in their own country, just like any other defendant. - if there are more than one suits filed - ask for an arrest of the responsible persons, it would come as a surprise to some of the KnC-crew-members that they all the sudden will not be able to travel anymore. I'd love to see the 'European law' that you think says that if more than one lawsuit is filed against someone, you can have them arrested. It certainly would come as a surprise to KNC. Don't take legal advice from random strangers on the internet, people. Directive 97/7/EC, Directive 85/577/EEC, Directive 1999/44/EC and Directive 93/13/EEC. Need more? I think that i managed to get my e-mail blocked by knc support system after flooding them with e-mail asking them when will they refund me.
I know that they are reading this and i do know that they are holding my refund in order to not get into my Group Buy, but that would be very stupid since sending the money today i will only get them on friday or next week. Don't worry knc i can make plenty of free emails to start flooding you with the same question:

Well if its any consolation, my refund request was made around 3 weeks ago and still no funds yet... Ok I DID call them and i have requested the refund in bitcoins since it will be faster than the wire transfer. They will refund me at the bitstamp's exchange rate for the day when the refund is done. Keith said a couple of days. With a bit of luck I may get my refund this week! Back to waiting game. Hope it works out for you RoadStress. |
