Right now, none of the Manchester City defenders are worth keeping because none of the players you mentioned are guaranteed to play both games.

I'm quite sure Nathan Ake would play both games unless he's out injured, he's probably Guardiola's favorite defender right now imo, or Kyle walker, the reason why they might not be worth having is that they might not provide any offensive return, and a clean sheet could be off the cards for Man City so they're simply aren't worth it, given they situation of things, I might switching to Riyad Mahrez very soon, he's also been getting decent minutes, and decent returns too.
For the double DGW, why did you pick Mitoma over Mahrez? I'm curious as to why you came to that conclusion. Even though I was tempted, I decided against going with Mitoma because I felt they would have trouble against Crystal Palace. Everyone's week has been messed up; this has never happened after seven games, and nobody has scored more than 30 points.

Now we hope the DGW will save us all.

What are your thoughts on Arsenal? 1 point from possible 6 so far! Saka and Ode looks overworked already.

I didn't pick Mitoma over Mahrez, I've got maximum of 3 Man City players since the resumption of the league, If recall correctly. The only way I could have gotten Mahrez in is to take 4 point hit to get Nathan Ake Out, and my bankroll still would not be enough, so I would have had to take another 4 points hit to get Kane out for a cheaper forward, and finally an extra 4 points hit to bringing in Mahrez and I strongly doubt it would worth be that much hassle/price to be paid at the end of the day game week.

Wolfsburg should be confident of getting the win here.

it's Bundesliga Friday again
pitty to see Schalke towards back to relegation, and they are basically doing that, no matter last night point

but, didn't bet on Wolfsburg, expected goals and they didn't show, goalless draw was as far from my thinking, as it could be

will be better today

I also started with zero points yesterday, as I went with Wolfsburg to win, but it's been a completely different story for me today, I'm up, joint-first with 17 points alongside CLS63, 3 exact score is where I was able gain significant advantage, but there is still two games for tomorrow and it's all for grabs for just about anyone, since there are a whole lot of participants with between 13-16 points too, all it takes is just one correct score and close one, then it is wrap from such user.

We have got a couple of enticing fixtures for tonight in the NBA, and the first one being between Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets.

I like the 76ers -1.5 @ 1.96 Odd, that's all things being equal, but I still have zero information as to why the odds are this even, because I'd expect the 76ers to be clear favourites if they have an all healthy squad regardless of the Nets being having home court advantage or not, they're still pieces trying to fitting together, so I'd take the 76ers here early at -1.5 with the hope there are no major absentees for them.

Arsenal's losing 5 points in their last 2 matches would revive the decreasing hopes of Manchester City. Especially if we think about the match between Arsenal and City on Wednesday. For Southampton their loss against Wolves today would be quite devastating. If you are losing the match from a 1-0 advantage after your opponent starts playing with 10 players this would demoralize the whole team.

It could all have been very easy to guess, If only Manchester City anywhere near their usual best as well, City have also been dropping points as well, and Manchester United too have not been banking on it either, perhaps it might have been very interesting if Liverpool were to be in the picture and it the title race, we could have had the top 4-5 teams with just about between 5-8 points then it would have all been a different situation imagine, I'm sure the only real title contender majority of us are considering now is Man City, but can Guardiola's men be trusted look at their performance since the turn of the new year.

That said, another high flying team of the season, speaking of Newcastle are also currently a goal down at Bournemouth, so it's a general thing and not just Arsenal imo.
2285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 11, 2023, 04:27:26 PM
Anyone else falling for Chelsea? I thought would start them on my acca so I either start well or try to find something else to bet on after the match.

All the other ties look tricky. I am perhaps most confident of Newcastle.

And yes, to echo Welsh. FSG being in on Super League was a disgrace. That reminded me, lest I ever come close to forgetting, our American owners will never understand the supporter or the soul of the club.

I am not sure about this Chelsea side, just look at their line up. 3 attacking mids behind Havertz are Mudryk, Felix and Madueke, all three new to the club and all three untested in PL. Then you also have Fernadez and Badiashile in first 11 with same problems and on top of that their best player James is just coming back from injury. This Chelsea side has a lot of potential but I don't think they can gel together that quickly. Half of the first 11 has only know each other for 2 weeks. You can do something on individual quality but that is usually not enough in PL.

I am expecting Chelsea to struggle for a couple more weeks and than to have very strong finish to the season.

On the contrary, I think Chelsea might actually finish season more stronger except of course if they have many injury set backs, Chelsea looked quite better today even tough the result doesn't suggest that. I think they now have quite the right quality of team to compete against any team in the league, the combination of Joao Felix and Mykhailo Mudryk looks very dreadful for any defense if they're put to proper usage, and in the midfield Enzo indeed makes them better, I'm not justifying the prize being paid for him though Wink

My picks for tonight.

Indiana Pacers vs Phoenix Suns =  Phoenix Suns Win 2,18 Odds. (I want to try my chance)

Los Angeles Clippers vs Milwaukee Bucks = Milwaukee Bucks Win 1,80 Odds.

New Orleans Pelicans vs Cleveland Cavaliers (-3.5) = Cleveland Cavaliers Win 1,91 Odds.

Good luck guys.

Nice pick with the Phoenix Suns ML, Phoenix Suns showed once again that, even losing the couple of players that have carried them all season long with Chris Paul and Devin Booker out, I mean an incredible player in Bridges and Cam Johnson, they're a still a great team and a force worth reckoning with, Tony Craig and Josh Okogie got good numbers of minutes tonight and they also duly delivered and could be important part of the Phoenix Suns team in the post season.
2288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 10, 2023, 05:29:11 AM
I will try my luck today with Lakers to win with a comfortable odds of 3.85x even if it will be a very hard game for them but on the same time , I don't see Bucks going all in for this game either.

Another bet would be on Chicago 1st half and Suns 1st half as well because both have great odds.

That's some tough luck today mate, I'm sure those series of trade had its own effects on these outcomes, both Phoenix Suns and Chicago Bulls did not only just lose the first half of the game, they lost the match itself by significant deficit.

Bucks have been ahead since late into the 3rd Quarter and looks like they'll be getting the win, although the Lakers just wouldn't go away without a fight.
2289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 09, 2023, 08:46:43 PM
Game for tonight:

Magic vs Nuggets - Denver here, -5.5 @1.87. Denver is hot and it was reported that they acquire Thomas Bryant from the Lakers
Bucks vs Lakers - I go with the Bucks -5.5 as well @1.57

And I'm also going to parlay also, @2.94 odds.

I like both of your picks and I'll be tailing both of them, Lakers surely with be shorthanded for tonight having lost both Thomas Bryant, Russell westbrook, and Patrick Beverley, and I don't think any of their signings will be able to play tonight.

Denver Nuggets haven't lost any significant player that could minimize their efficiency for tonight, even though Thomas Bryant also would not be suiting up for them this night, they should be able to see off the Orlando Magic with ease.

Still waiting to see if the Chicago Bulls make any moves. At this point, they clearly don't have a chance at winning anything significant, so might as well start moving some pieces...as much as that sucks as a Bulls fan.

How about a potential Westbrook trade ? I still don't know what upgrade that will be for the Bulls though, but I'm sure that with Westbrook getting closer to his peak performance he should be a significant addition to Bulls teams.

"Haynes: Clippers, Bulls may pursue Westbrook

Former All-Star and Kia MVP Russell Westbrook was reportedly dealt from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Utah Jazz yesterday as part of a three-team blockbuster swap. Provided that deal goes through as currently structured, there are multiple reports Westbrook will be bought out by the Jazz. Per the NBA on TNT’s Chris Haynes, once that happens, both the Chicago Bulls and LA Clippers are interested in picking him up.

City and Arsenal have home fixtures and derby, should be good to have 4-5 players from both teams in the team, maybe even 6 players total
Triple Arsenal is a must, they have a double and fixtures in both blank game weeks. They are also all reasonably secured and we know somebody will stay on bench only if he really need rest, not cause some bald guy had a bad morning and decided to screw FPL managers in effort to feel better  Grin

The only I have with Arsenal is knowing exactly who to pick, at the beginning of the season, it was Martinelli over Saka for most players after Gabriel Jesus, but later on Saka was the narrative until Odegaard began slowly and steady won a lot of peoples heart, so it's very tough to pick one, but it is going to be one in defense on the midfield and one forward until further notice.

That being said, Gabriel Jesus is back in training, so my favorite Arsenal asset Nketiah has suddenly become a little less nailed. Should be still ok for next couple of GWs since it was serious injury.

I even foresee Arteta probably playing them together when the going gets tough as Nketiah have done just more than enough to win over any manager's heart.

I'm not sure how all of these will work out for the Brooklyn Nets, it looks like a tough situation to be in, but I'm really glad they let go of both KD and Kyrie together there's no point letting one go and keeping the other, and the Brooklyn Nets will be better off in a couple of years with this decision even if not immediately, because now they're having a younger squad with less ego.

As for the Suns, I smell trouble in paradise, but I hope I am actually wrong on this because, it's a different thing to look scary and to actually be scary, I'm sure we had a similar opinion of Brooklyn Nets with James Harden, Kyrie and Durant on the same roster, and I'd say that looked more scarier than this Phoenix Suns, but it might all ball down to the chemistry and relationship they are able to build at end the of the day though, but I guess we can only just imagine until it begins to happen, right?

I am saving my chip for last rounds, it could be helpful if position is tight
Problem is you can't use multiple chips on same GW.

learning day-by-day, it would be helpful for me to read the rules, but it is going solid so far without that
so basically, I can't use Free Hit and 3C in same game-week?

City and Arsenal have home fixtures and derby, should be good to have 4-5 players from both teams in the team, maybe even 6 players total

Yeah, you can only use a single chip per game week, that makes really tricky when hoarding these chips for the final few weeks or down the stretch, and the only issue with Haaland is that most times he doesn't need a double game week to provide a total just some 30 good minutes is enough for him to break all barriers so if it balls down to not using the triple captain this week or not get another a great double week, I just need to find a supposedly easy fixture to bank on and let lady luck decides its outcome.

Heeeey, Bamford assist for the first goal, I'll take that. Rashford with a goal? I'll take that too! Not that I should be celebrating my FPL performance but I could have done a lot worse (like Varane/Casemiro, phew!).

But Leeds is always so scary man, two injury subs in first half hour describes just how much you put on the line choosing Leeds players in your team, no?

Also. Don't know this Skubala guy, and I don't think we can credit/blame him for the team performance today but I found out he used to be boss of England futsal. So expect even more lineup madness and rotation with this guy, I think!

It was an awful week for me, I might just need to bring in my wildcard already, I need a complete overhaul.

Rashford 20 points and 60 for triple captain for most players have threw me of the radar for the game week, but I hope I can make up for the deficit in the coming weeks.

Another double game week come up again, this time for Arsenal and Man City, it still doesn't feel like the perfect game week for my triple captain chip, especially with how awful Man City have been, I might just save for the second upcoming double game week with Arsenal up against Everton and Leicester City teams that actually concede better number of goals.

It's draw and no one gets it right lol.

Man United losing 2-0 now and somehow buwaytress is the only one who getting right outcome on Superbru. Can see he hates United that much lol.

Not quite right buddy, we are catching up somehow. Damn Sancho scored a goal after getting back on the team, guess this will help him being more confidence in the upcoming games. Over 5 minutes to go including injury time, getting a draw is so much better than losing but if we can miraculously score another goal here than it would be fantastic

It really boosts his confidence indeed after didn't play any single game in last 15 matches, and the camera caught ten Hag smiling after that score, like a dad who proud of his kid. That's what would happen if a player trusts his coach and his decision. The other player went to a weird interview and now he plays in Saudi Arabia.

who could have expected a draw between Man United and Leeds that haven't been performing well lately, for a while I believed Man United were going to lose that game, even after Marcus Rashford scored a goal to bring them within just 1 goal, I still didn't see them getting back on level terms, but every substitution that Erik Ten Haag made also impacted the game positively and almost won them the game, but it can't be said that Leeds didn't at least deserved the point earned.

Just seen an incredible meme that perfectly showcase just how bad Liverpool is after world cup. Sorry to all Liverpool supporters and I know there is quite a few here.

Source out of context Liverpool twitter account.

Can't belive I am still considering bringing Nunez or/and Salah for my Fantasy team in gw25 when they have double games.

That's pretty hilarious, but it is also very a horrible stats to be honest speaking, but I'm still amazed as to why Jurgen Klopp have made any significant tactical difference, I believe he needs to implement a new style or approach of play, there is a shit load of creativity lacking within the team so, the least I was expecting from a manager of his standards is to do a lot of heavy rotation and approach, you can't keep doing things the same way with the expectation of a different result.

As for my FPL if I'm able to save up my transfers ahead of their double game week, then I sure would bring a number of their outfield players in, 4 points from each of them if they fail to score and booked will be than 2 potential from other alternatives, every single points now counts significantly for me.

Hi, Steve

I think I might noticed a mistake with the minimum stake allowed for ETH, the minimum deposit is 0.005 ETH while the minimum stake is showing as 0.01 (~USD 16+), I guess the intention would have been for the minimum stake to be at least somewhat lesser than the minimum deposit allowed perhaps, apparently 0.001 ETH which is about 1.6 USD.

I've stayed away from ETH for a while due to its enormous gas fees, but my recent involvement with Sorare and a few NFT made me notice the reduction in the gas fees and I intend to use it from time to time on SB, hopefully this can be looked into ?

Thanks.

That may be true, but getting relegated isn't that terrible thing. You still earn rewards in the second league as well, even though they are not that generous. The only thing that Trofo and cryptofrka didn't mention (or I didn't get it) is what will happen with people that end up in the last three spots in the third league. Do they get kicked out of the competition? And if they get kicked out, can they return somehow?

No, currently they remain in the 3rd league. They are just the only ones that aren't getting any rewards.
In later instances, when we will have 3 leagues with 20 players, these 3 players will probably be removed from the competition and new 3 players will be given a chance to enter.

But let's go step by step, we'll see how we'll deal with that when hopefully we reach that point. For now everybody remains in the competition.

I'm still yet the full picture of how the competition would work out, but I don't want to read too much into it just yet and try to get ahead of myself, there are just about enough pools to worry about for now, However, I'm pretty sure that with you and Trofo at the helm of affairs, there is absolutely nothing to worry about, I can only just look forward to it.

Who else is hoping Juve penalties also hit Citeh? Probably not, and I hope it doesn't result in stripping of titles as that would be unfair (but then it was unfair for all Juve players a decade ago).

That said, Salertinata "only" 66/10 vs Juve tonight. It's as if so much value's getting wiped out from upsets these days. How the giants have fallen

Juventus have finally found their the feet again ? they won conveniently last night and they did in a very commendable fashion, I understand that Salernitana isn't the right team that should be used to determine Juventus standards or if they're actually getting a hang of themselves, but you'd agree that, that's some show of relief and hope.
