2321  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Gunbot trading story on: November 20, 2020, 01:21:38 PM
I have good experience with gunbot, been using it for a year now. Its very easy to setup. Last version from gunthar is just brilliant. Like all bots they work very good in a bull market, but gunbot have started to work quite well in a bear market too.
That's great to hear and since you look experienced with GunBot please can you help me determine which package is the best one for a starter because I have been into trading for a long time but I haven't used many bots apart from a few free ones.

So, I see there are 4 packages on their website (https://www.gunbot.com/ right?) I was wondering if I should start with the Starter package but they work only on 1 exchange while I would love to operate the bot on at least 3 exchanges but the Pro version is 0.0375 BTC and I am not sure if investing that much is worth it. Please can you suggest some details like which one is best suited for traders new to bots.
2322  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who actually moves the price of bitcoin? on: November 20, 2020, 10:26:10 AM
The better question to ask is what moves the price of BTC?

The response is simple: supply and demand. And the players in the filed such as whales, institutions, investors etc are contributing to tipping the market of demand and supply, and what seems to be happening now is that demand is much higher. This could be to these players speculating that BTC will go up in value. This in turn creates a positive loop whereby more and more people now become interested in buying for fear of not losing out, reinforcing the cycle.
Demand and supply is the obvious reason but to be honest I wonder sometimes like why the demand increased so much suddenly that the price jumped from 12k to 17k and beyond because I mean there is no particular news of why someone would need so many Bitcoins. People often give the reason that as the end of the year gets closer people buy Bitcoins but in all honesty I cannot think of them increasing the price to such high numbers.

I believe whales sometimes buy Bitcoins and they must have enormous bankroll to do that or maybe there are companies investing into Bitcoins as I was reading a thread about Mexican 2nd richest person investing in Bitcoins, maybe that is the reason behind the price rise.
2323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you really need in your trading? on: November 20, 2020, 09:13:46 AM
Trading only requires capital and knowledge,
without trading knowledge you will not be able to trade in the world of cryptocurrencies,
trading here is very cruel, the volatility is too high, for beginners I am sure you will be hit by Rekt easily.
Volatility is cruel but generous on the other side like right now the bull run is going on so even a bad trader can profit easily as he just needs to buy and sell his coins and even if he buys right now the price is going to inflate further so there is no way they can lose.

In general crypto trading or dare I say altcoin trading is very dangerous because there are new coins listed on exchanges every day and you never know which coin is good because from outside they all look good and seem to serve a purpose behind them. Once you have learned about the technical analysis it helps a lot as you at least start spotting brutal scams that are promising and promoting to the moon but they are not even working working on a solid model.
2324  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chips.gg |🎰 New Slots Weekly |🎰 New Providers Relax Gaming & Big Time Gaming on: November 20, 2020, 07:58:46 AM
I'm a bit confuse with this event because of this sentence "you could win a cash prize for all of your winnings dice rolls! Every bet will count as a wager". Is it wagering contest or something like contest for having more winning amount on the dice rolls? But looking at the leaderboard, it is supposed to be wagering contest.

It is a wager contest and all wagers count as long as it is on dice game.
I think it is more about winning contest? I can't really say because I am not involved, usually requires too much capital and I rather not change the way I gamble just because there is a prize at the end.

Many people do not realize this but when casinos offer you something in the name of contest but basically they want to trap you doing what they want you to do, for example competitions are a way of casinos trying to make gamblers fight against each other to wager as much as possible and that way they could earn more. Deposit bonuses with high rollover wants you to deposit and lose it before you can withdraw.

Basically there are tons of stuff casinos do to make you gamble differently and take your money, which is their job because that is how they survive but I rather not change my gambling ways just because of a contest/promotion. I simply stick within my monthly limit which is definitely 100x lesser than what 25th player in leaderboard wagers.
2325  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: November 19, 2020, 04:00:09 PM
Isn't it easier to just connect to the Sportsbet site trough your mobile phone using mobile data network? That is what I am doing in situations when I have to periodically check something. I suspect you have other reasons to go to the bar restaurant and use above as an excuse for yourself  Wink
Yeah it is much easier to browse the site from the mobile app at first I was struggling so much to use the app since you're automatically logged out after exiting the app then I found out that you can quickly bypass the 2fa and quickly log in with the fingerprint.
I haven't used the app much although installed yet but seems like everyone is loving the app maybe it is time for me to switch to the app as well. I hope cashout and other features remain in the app as well as they are in the web version.

The addition of clubhouse has actually been a great addition I would say because I always get 100-200 TRX from each level as I progress as I bet mainly with TRX and it is really amazing because at times I am bust and I just leave my bonuses unclaimed in the clubhouse intentionally for these bust times so I can claim and get going with those amounts.
Honestly I am not a big mobile person, I try to use my PC as much as possible when I am gambling but frankly I try to use my PC as much as I can on anything. It is not a website related thing, I do not even watch youtube videos on my mobile phone and just send myself a message with the link and open it on PC and watch it there later, it really is a personal thing and sportsbet.io is not an exception to it.

To me youtube on mobile is horrible, reddit on mobile is horrible, and yes sportsbet.io on mobile is horrible as well so it is not really a problem sportsbet.io needs to fix or anything, it is me who needs to learn to do stuff on mobile. But as long as the PC version of the website stands and they are pretty good and looks very nice, there is no problem for me, I can just hop on my PC and gamble here.
2326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I could consider staking if .... on: November 19, 2020, 03:30:04 PM
You are not the only one that is scared of doing it. I hardly stake because of it. Though, if the team is serious you can do stake without fear.
Yeah I agree but I guess if the platform is meant to stake your coins like Binance allows staking if I heard the news right, then I guess it is quite safe. and convenient as you do not need to run multiple coins' wallets for staking purposes.

I invest in a presale last month, later they asked us to return the token for refund that they are not continuing with the project. Many of us returned it and they refunded few but did pay me and many us back. After taken the token back from us, and they later listed it moonswap and lock the telegram group. That was how i lost my money.
This is a strange story because the team first asked you to send back coins and as you did, they did pay you, right? But they did not pay everyone and later listed that coin to the exchange? That's bizarre because why would they scam investors and then list on the exchange. Please can you provide some details about the project if you don't mind because I have never heard such case in my life where a project behaves in this sort of manner.
2327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How about day trading Eth? on: November 19, 2020, 02:58:11 PM
Day trading for me is not really good because market isnvery unpredictable and that only can waste your effort in making a lot of eth when trading. Short term and long term trading (short term or long term). This is the kind of a  good strategy or plan in investing in my own opinion. ETH is one of the best altcoins of bitcoin and if you think you can earn in day trading then go for it.
The problem is that the price does not change much from what I have seen and for day trading you need a par of coins that changes a lot and you basically earn by the fluctuation that happens within the pair. I would rather go with a less stable coin maybe even XRP because it's price changes more than ETH if I am not wrong. But then again, I am not a expert and maybe when I saw market it behaved like that and now it has changed.

Its not bad to trade ETH/USDT, the price volatility is also mirroring BTC/USDT. But you might have to trade a lot of ETH to substantially profit. I have tried it many times with just 5ETH but eventually, move to BTCUSDT.
ETH/BTC pair moves more than BTC/USD? that is my only concern because you need to have a pair that fluctuates all day. I will try this myself as so many people are saying it s worth it.
2328  Economy / Speculation / Re: sold mine at 14100 dammitttt on: November 19, 2020, 01:45:27 PM
I am not going to lie, I said there is nothing to worry about for seling at 14k if you made a profit, but I have to readjust that and say ... OUCH. If you didn't get involved again after a while, you have missed out on some major profits, we are talking about 4k per bitcoin or even a lot more if you do margin or future trading.

I have seen waro business making 160k+ in just one day and this is the dude that started with just 10-12k during march period, with just going long on bitcoin for a set period of time constantly, he has managed to make a huge profit from it. I think selling early is still not a problem as long as you made a profit but it is also a big deal on losing that much money, as long as you are fine with that and believe you can make it some other way, you still got out with some profit.
2329  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin be Trade at $318,000 by End of 2021? on: November 19, 2020, 01:11:22 PM
I think $318k is an exaggeration I would say because getting your hopes high is one thing and being blind by an article or prediction is something else. We all know what kind of predictions John Mcfee used to make and even made statements to eat his dick on national TV for which someone even made a website dedicated to that event - http://dickening.com/

So, I would say that $318k is too much of an ask but for sure we can talk about 40-50k by the end of 2021 and that is realistic although if we get stuck on a price like we got stuck around 10-12k it might take a while to reach even 50k but with current movement patterns, I am sure we will have 50k reached or at least touched by the end of 2021.
2330  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be the next move of Bitcoin after $17000? on: November 19, 2020, 12:14:15 PM
I think that $20K area will either go thru like butter with no resistance at all or we will come close to $20K but never actually reach it. I think the market is either expecting $20K to be the double top or breaking $20K and heading straight to some crazy number like $50K or $100K by end of the year.

So who knows, maybe $18.5K was the top, however I still think we might try one more time to go higher into the $19K area. I think many who don't think $20K will break will be taking profits there or entering some shorts, because better to enter a short at $19K, and if $20K breaks, then just take the 5% loss and hold BTC well into the mid $20's area. And if there ever happens then the $20K will sure be great support area and it should hold. If it doesnt break $20K, then $13.8K is the next support area.
I think 20k is like a landmark so might need some time to break that and once we break 20k it will free flow again until 25k or something like it has flew from 12k to 17k so far. I am not expecting too much in terms of price because in 2021 we will eventually have some humongous levels reached, I am sure so there is no need to get super excited for this year which is coming to an end already.

When price is rising everyone profits because if even you sell your coins you made profit and if you buy in current situation you will earn because the price is going to increase only it feels, what a positive market for everyone right now. Just amazing.
2331  Economy / Economics / Re: Look like covid is over Once we take loans on: November 18, 2020, 04:37:37 PM
If after everyone takes the loan the virus will end then, i think ... you believe with conspiracy theories.  taking a loan without being able to return it then they will only lose.... not that simple this virus will end. because the impact is not only on the economic sector, but on health, education, and people's habits.
Taking loans with a proper plan is good and safe way of tackling the virus but if you are indeed going to take loans without prior planning of how to pay the loans then it is even worst than getting infected with the corona virus. You will start feeling the heat with time when the borrowers will start troubling you for the repayment and I have been through such times when I had loans on my head so really don't take loans if you are not sure how you are going to repay them.

Borrowing money from banks is not the best solution to recovering the economy in a pandemic situation like now. Especially providing middle class credit loans, it can add to new problems if they can't take advantage of the loan money.
True, taking loans is like delaying your problems so how long can you delay the troubles? Maybe 1 year if you are lucky but life is long and you really cannot rely on delaying your problems or running away from them.
2332  Economy / Economics / Re: A problem that can’t be dissolved: mission impossible on: November 18, 2020, 12:59:35 PM
I don’t know what is being censored there Grin Roll Eyes. Anyway, if $2,000 is what you can afford to be giving whosoever it is, then you should stick to that and not do more than you can take. I don’t like people who have this entitlement mentality, it annoys me a lot.

If they are able to work then they should go out there and look for a job that they are going to be doing and earning money and stop relying too much on you. As for you, don’t do too much than you can take and end up regretting it tomorrow. You’re just going to get yourself into frustration by giving in to what they have said. What if you happen to lose money? It’s clear you’re not going to have anyone to rely on.
2333  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chips.gg |🎰 New Slots Weekly |🎰 New Provider NetEnt on: November 18, 2020, 10:53:51 AM
unlike other websites out that takes all their entire profit for themselves, chips.gg puts their profit into The Vault and gave it back to the players that have chips staked .
Having these type of ownership situation for the gamblers will always yield some return in marketing sense. I wouldn't know how much it would profit the casino creators or how much it would help the people who wager, but at the end of the day I know that it would be good marketing and maybe that is why chips started this good and already has this many people in it. Because in the end, if you end up gambling and losing 10k dollars here, you could get a ton of chip and you could just hope for the best and collect your profits and with that maybe you can make your money back, sure it would take a very long time but it is making that money back.

Where else can you gamble and lose your money and slowly make it back without doing anything? There are no single other place AFAIK.
2334  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ⭐ on: November 18, 2020, 09:57:29 AM
I know you are working as a writer yourself and I know you are also "purchasing" or whatever it is called in digital marketing world links to your website from high level good websites, which is awesome.

Do you do writing yourself for your own promotion? Like as in if someone owns a website where btcgosu could be published which normally you pay, but you will be writing it yourself and the website owner will only share it on their website? Would that be something you would consider? That way you end up paying less, but they end up getting an article for their website that would help you and them both together.

Crypto world lacks a lot of working together aspect, we are all acting as if we are competition but the reality is that fiat world is our competition and we should all look to work together to grow bigger together.
2335  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Copy Trading... on: November 18, 2020, 09:09:22 AM
I'm very skeptical about copy trading as well. I've lost trades many times and I can't remember hitting big since 2018. All I want is to earn big every week but who should I copy and for a pro trader, would he want someone leeching over his trading activity and making money just copying him?
Which exchange are you using then? Because every exchange has their own ways that they work. One thing I know for sure that most of the platforms I know will always display the portfolio of those you’re about to copy and show you their past trades so you can decide for yourself whether to copy or not.

Basically copy trading is one of the coolest ideas, though it’s not something that is available on every exchange. I have not tried it before but I am quite interested in it, because mainly what I do is investing and not day trading. As someone that’s not skilled in the area of day trading , copy trading will definitely be of help to me and also to others that has no skills.
2336  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Will PayPal be a new crypto-exchange? on: November 17, 2020, 04:50:06 PM
They will certainly not become a crypto exchange, but they could very well be considered a crypto wallet right now and they could move further and become better at that. Right now they are not even a proper wallet, sure you could accept bitcoin as payment thanks to paypal nowadays, but you can't withdraw bitcoin for example because that would mean a lot more coding a lot more regulations so they are not doing that, they could add that as an option for example.

They are not dealing with too many altcoins, so they could potentially add a lot more coins as well. Having a ton of altcoins and having the chance to accept crypto, buy crypto, sell crypto and deposit or withdraw crypto, these are the things paypal will have in the future with bunch of coins, that is all I see them becoming.
2337  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is the secret to success in trading? on: November 17, 2020, 04:20:38 PM
As long as you are steady and not make any rush decisions you should be doing fine in crypto trading. Sometimes you should be able to make a profit very quickly, and sometimes you hold a bag for a long period of time and only sell it afterwards, if you are smart when the price drops you should be getting involved even further to drop your entry point so that you could also sell it quicker later on as well.

I have been involved in trading world for over 10 years now and I can tell you that if you know what you are doing there will be down times but there will be a lot more profitable times.
2338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Will you Invest in Ethereum ICO if it is just Starting ? on: November 17, 2020, 02:40:26 PM
At the end of the day it is a risk that people are taking and they are free to take any risk they want. Nobody could guarantee a return from something like this, we all know that it is highly unlikely that when you join a new ICO and they are brand new and show nothing but few web pages and some whitepaper, that is it so you know that you are getting at the bare bottom.

However if you trust them, you could make a big profit, if you do not trust them, you may end up losing a lot of money. For example, there is this token that I am looking at these days, they are giving a decent amount of return right now and if I end up joining, with both investment and also airdrops and bounties and everything included, I could actually 6x my money according to what they assume price will be. But they are saying what it will be, they can't guarantee it, so I haven't joined yet.
2339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be very cautious with your alts this period, you either sell early or hold. on: November 15, 2020, 08:18:12 PM
Altcoins are doing very weird movements and it confuses me a lot. I have been in this crypto world for a very long time and I can tell you that I do not remember any period where altcoins were this actively used. I remember a lot of times altcoins were trader, the prices were higher in 2017 just for starters but even before that and after that there were tons of period where everyone traded alts.

However I do not remember any period where they were "used" this much, more and more altcoins are created for a reason nowadays, you do not just buy them and hold them until price goes up and sell them, that was the deal back in the day, nowadays you buy them and do something with them. This is why I think we are starting a whole new level of crypto world from now on if you ask me.
2340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: November 15, 2020, 06:23:51 PM
I hope that GSW comes back as strong as ever but that 73-9 wasn't done without merit neither, they are way worse than that right now, even though they are superbly great even today, they are nowhere near the 73-9 levels they used to be. Don't get me wrong, I am still saying that they are a top team in the west and there is no denying that, but they are not as good as they used to be. For starters Draymond green like I explained was MUCH better player back in those days and he hasn't been that good for few years now, he started to play worse and worse for the past 3 or so years.

Klay had an injury literally hurting his defense specifically and that was something they used a lot for hiding Curry on defense. On top of that they had Barnes which was a great player. So yeah they are still good but do not compare them to the time they did 73 wins or Durant period, they are good but not THAT good anymore.
