2341  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you see cryptocurrency 10 years from now? on: April 22, 2019, 10:56:42 AM
The use of Bitcoin changes how Bitcoin is developing and how the bigger and bigger number of users are coming to the market.
Nowdays spending and using Bitcoin is much more easier than few years ago because there are many convenient services that enables that. With time I only expect progress. But I don't think that in the future cryptocurrencies will replace fiat but they will exist together and people will use both.
2342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wow! Exchanges track how you spend btc! on: April 22, 2019, 07:27:32 AM
There is some kind of conflict between privacy of Bitcoin users and legal provisions and obligations for exchanges and other platforms.
From the begininig Bitcoin has lost a great deal of privacy due some techiques that ebable tracing transactions but also because of KYC rules and anti money laundering and anti terrorism financing laws. To my opinion law obligations could only get more strict so Bitcoin users will have to decide what is more important to them, privacy or general protection and safety.
2343  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Lack of Bitcoin debit card providers on: April 21, 2019, 11:44:55 PM
I don't know if you use Bitcoin debit cards but to my opinion there is serious lack of their providers in the market. In one moment we had a flood of such cards that appeared (Xapo, Advcash, Mistertango, Wirex) and when Visa pulled back their services many gave up permanently.
Now I think that only Wirex has a properly working card.

To my opinion there are many users interested in crypto debit cards services but still there are no new providers appearing at the market. What do you think that is reason for that and will that change in the future?

bitwala has started their "full blockchain banking" services some weeks ago. i can't tell you anything about, because i haven't registered yet. i personally use only wirex.
Tenx has started lately to send out their cards.

but you are right, a lot of providers seems to have fully stopped. maybe they are going to start their business again when some providers have proved to work for longer time.

Thank you for that additional information, I might check their services. Personally I'm happy with Wirex but I wouldn't like for them to be the only or very few such providers. I think we need variety and competition of services, similar like with fiat cards.
Someone has memtioned that he is not using card because of favourable exchanges. To my opinion crypo debit cards are much better because exchange is done automaticly and there is no need for the bank account to be involved.
2344  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why trading is unhealthy? on: April 21, 2019, 08:54:11 PM
Trading is unhealthy because while we want to make a trade we have to work mentally and also we should work by our readiness. In this case it can create pressure on our mind as well as brain, so it is unhealthy.

I think, some people, when they start trading, realize that they suffer from bipolar. Really, they are happy like kids during the moments when they earn and get fast into depression when losing.

That is an interesting view, never heard of such conclusion before but still it could be true. But I think that wheb in trading for a long time people start to suffer from consequences of stress. When you are exposed to stress for to long your body starts to feel the consequences and that might leave traces on your health. That is why is very important to find the right balance.
2345  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card on: April 21, 2019, 12:45:24 PM
There are already Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies debit cards that could be fully used to buy goods and services. You are probably not informed well.
To my opinion the question is if in certain period of time Bitcoin credit cards will be available. Are there any financial services providers that would offer such services and if this is even possible?
2346  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Lack of Bitcoin debit card providers on: April 21, 2019, 09:14:25 AM
What do you think that is reason for that and will that change in the future?
I'm guessing it's due to Bitcoin's legality and regulation. Every country has its own regulation and most of them aren't even crypto friendly. Will that change in the future? Once governments have solid rules about crypto I'm sure a lot of vendors will start issuing crypto debit card again. But that step isn't going to happen soon, I predict. It'll take more years. Bitcoin is already 10 years old and most govts still don't have a set of fixed regulation for cryptocurrency.

I guess that regulation is one of the keys to solve this. Legal obligations are getting more strict for everyone involved in financial industry and cryptocurrencies are especially sensitive. Still I hope the situation will improve soon because I would really like to see more crypto debit card providers. For me that is one of the services that is really convenient and enables me to spend Bitcoin in real world very easy and without issues.

2348  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can any analysis predict btc price for the next month? on: April 20, 2019, 03:48:01 PM
You will find different analysis from different analyst in cryptos. There are many other factors like volume, news etc in cryptos which have a lot of weight.

According to me, the price prediction for may is $7k to $7.5k
Exactly, so man analysis are available around but no one can't actually tell exactly how the price is going to behave. It's hard to take all factors in acount that would influence the price like in one month period. So I don't rely on predictions much anymore and certainly don't base my predictions on them. Afterall, they are usually pure guessing.

2349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Lead to the SIngularity? on: April 20, 2019, 08:34:39 AM
Technology is not organic but human is, technology does not develop but human do to me there will never be a point where technology will perform the role of human in development no matter the level of the artificial intelligent it most be program and created by human before it can operate. The blockchain is also developed and control by human such as the miners that harsh the various transactions.

Exactly, we always put technology too much in the centre and forget that humans are the essence of everything. Humans are creating the technologies and controling them. We can't let atrifical intelligence to prevale and dominate. It's true we are living in the digital society but we can't forget that is still run by humans for the humans.
2350  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Invest now? or wait for down turn? on: April 20, 2019, 06:59:03 AM
I am expecting a downturn but that can very well be reversed if volume keeps on increasing. So, I would suggest you to not take risk and get in right now. Even if the downturn happens, keep you stop losses in place. But it will not harm to invest at this point. Market is bullish in short term chart. You will be able to earn some decent profit in short run if not long run.
Expectations in crypto will often lead you in frustration. You think it will rise, price drops, you think it will drop to buy more price rise, its my day trading experience basically. In long run prices are rising, so if you have plans to invest do it when you can, after that its all about for some huge rally, what happened before and what will happen again. There is huge difference between making profit in short and long run, first try to learn and after that it will be easier for you to earn, one leads to another, if you dont learn you will lose.

Expectations and predictions of users are very often wishfull thinking and mot based on real situation and conditions on the market. That is why that often ends with disappointment.
If you have funds to invest you have to decide on.your own when is the right time zo invest by being present on the market and watching the price trends. Currently the price is slowly growing and there are no signs of possible downfall.
2351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC 2020 planning on: April 19, 2019, 03:42:44 PM
If something I have learned in 6 years for how long I'm dealing with Bitcoin is not to plan too distant in the future. Cryptocurrencies market is very unpredictable, it's changing quickly and you always have to be ready for multiple options. Anyway, it's good to have some goal and plan what you want to achieve but you have to adjust it frrequently.
2352  Economy / Economics / Re: Money Is Political, Not Technical on: April 19, 2019, 08:41:06 AM
After the recent economic crisis that started in 2008 with the fall of Lehman Brothers I understood that money is a tool for politicians.
They use it in order to cover their own bad political decisions and manipulate the crowd's opinion. They don't care about the cases that they create with regulations and other decisions that affect the society.

This is the reason why fiat is a scam and why this bubble is going to blow in the next years with a more disastrous crisis than the latest one.

Money has always been and always will be connected with politics. As well as banks are always connected with governments. But maybe the worst thing is that everyone seams to get used to that. Crisis appear in regular cycles, obviously they can't be avoided anymore and the only question is how heavy they will strike. That is why cryptocurrencies need to offer some kind of alternative and solution.
2353  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has the market completely recovered on: April 18, 2019, 08:07:27 AM
To my opinion market still hasn't fully recovered. Situation is better and some positive trends appeared but this is still not done yet. Changes didn't happen over night so the recovery is also a process that takes time. This what is happening now with the price is not a bull run and it's still too early to say if these positive trends will last long term or only temporary.
2354  Economy / Economics / Re: Opinions about the emergence of new Coins on: April 17, 2019, 08:10:15 PM
I'm aware that developed cryptocurrencies market with variety of coins is good but personally I don't appreciate new coins too much. There are too much of them emerging all the time and only few of them are prosperous and worth investing. They are actually just suffocating the market.
2355  Economy / Speculation / Re: The good thing about having a bad market condition! on: April 17, 2019, 10:25:10 AM
One of the most important characteristics of good Bitcoin investor or trader is to know how to deal with every situation on the market and get the most out of it. The situation will never be ideal and you have to know what are your options and possibilities so that you can use your best chances. Sometimes that means to buy and sometimes that means to sell. It's always good to watch closely at the market, to analyse and predict so that you can act accordingly.
2356  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to buy Bitcoin with cheapest fee? on: April 17, 2019, 09:08:44 AM
On exchanges and platforms where you can buy Bitcoin with credit card you will pay certain fee but at least you can have certain security and confidence.
You can also choose some seller on localbitcoins and that might be cheaper and more convenient for you but also with bigger risk. So it's up to you to decide. I would always choose confidence.
2357  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stocks Exchange, the great scam on: April 16, 2019, 08:46:28 AM
I dont know which exchange you talking about? I was since 2 years in crypto trading and used many different exchange and until now i dont have any problem with deposit and withdrawal in those all exchange. Now there are many new exchange, and important to looking for review of them before send money, and important to try to make small deposit first and withdraw back to test all work find.

The problem is that people use new emerged exchanges that are not trustworthy and they don't make the necessary due dilligence. Even on this forum you can find the list of legit exchanges recommended by users so I can't really see the need for experimenting. It's very important to check every exchange before you put your money there and how their features are functioning, also how is the user support. But people's greed often make them difficulties to think clear.
2358  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Drops Back to $5K Price Support After Failed Breakout on: April 16, 2019, 06:44:38 AM
Just notice that the Bitcoin price keeps on re-testing the upper boundary or the resistance levels around $5100 to $5300. As along as retesting the levels keeps on, it will break. Just like when $6,000 support was retested many times and broke down to $3000.

Maybe, but it's yet to see where are the upper resistancy boundaries this time. To my opinion price will fluctuate going back and forth below and up from 5000$. I don't expect that 6000$ boundary will be broken soon that would probably open the doors for more progressive price recovery.
2359  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card on: April 16, 2019, 05:55:13 AM

in my opinion the only one currently working is wirex that combines a bitcoin wallet with a debit card, the user changes the bitcoins into euro / dollars in the wallet then transfers them to the card and can use it as a normal debit card...

Yes, I'm using Wirex Visa debit card and it's working perfectly. Exchange is very fast and card is accepted everywhere.
Before there was variety of cryptocurrencies debit cards available but now there are only few that are actually working. This is a very perspective area and I hope more crypto debit card providers will come to the market.
2360  Economy / Speculation / Re: Realistic Predictions for Bitcoin? on: April 15, 2019, 07:12:46 PM
I agree that we have to much predictions that are based on exaggerated wishes and have no ground in reality at all.  These are actually no predictions but only pure mentioning of something that users would desire to happen but it's not going to happen in real world. Like Bitcoin to be worth 1 million dollars.
So we need more actual preductions that are based on analysis and taking into consideration all relevant circumstances, that are not based on social networks and blogs information, something that users could take seriously. But this is very rare.
