I wouldn't put much stock in that yahoo report card business. I came in third place, but I don't think I had a great draft. I wanted to focus on Running Backs, but I had to compromise because the ones I wanted were already gone. Taking Dalvin Cook with my first pick was okay, but I was really hoping Derik Henry would slip to my slot, and South Park snagged Nick Chubb right before my second pick. I also think I waited too long to pick a Tight End.
Agreed. I have a C but according to the projections for the first week I am higher than most of the league except Hhampuz. However, I am expecting my points to be lower than the projection because of Lamar. He might be having problems with the Ravens and it appears that he is not happy with his team. Tyreek Hill is also a question mark with the Dolphins. I should have chosen Ceedee Lamb.

@nakamura12. It is presently just a rumor. You should search Jake Paul's social media accounts for information. The last announcement Jake Paul made was that he already found a willing opponent and that it would be big news. However, no one knows who it is. The first rumor was KSI, another youtuber who won in boxing vs. his brother Logan. The second is Anderson Silva.

A redo would also be unfair to everyone with me being the first to pick. I already know my mistakes and it would be much easier for me to correct them hehe. I would have picked Josh Allen on the 3rd round which was my original plan, however, I forgot after much of you picked my preferred choices for widereceivers. I picked Mike Evans then picked Tyreek Hill sadly on the next and disappointed to see that Herbert and Mahomes were gone already after our new MVP Josh Allen.

@electronicash. Hunted for what unless you are part of a global money laundering ring giving your services for the bosses of the drug cartels and other types of crime lords hehehe. If you also bought drugs with bitcoin for personal use, I reckon it would not be a problem.

Anderson Silva is not known for his punches in the MMA scene. Even though he's won a boxing match, I doubt it is enough of a weapon for him against an opponent that picks fighters that are obviously not strong in the boxing department. Jake's strategy of choosing famous MMA fighters with weak punching abilities puts him in the limelight of being 'on par' with these guys. But if the fight is MMA, I doubt Jake will last a long time against these seasoned grapplers.
One thing's for sure though, Silva or not, Jake is going to bag a lot of money in his future fight. He's mastered social media marketing and building hype on his bouts. He's a great advertiser and businessman, but I can't say much about his actual fighting skills.
I very much disagree with your assessment. Anderson Silva has knocked out boxers before in the ring and he should not be underestimated versus a youtuber. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=BLzMPtFRxrsIt also appears that uncle Dana approves of this and has also said that this will be a challenge for our favorite youtuber hehehe. I hope that this is not a rumor. At the post-fight media scrum following last night’s Contender Series event, White was asked about Paul’s proposed boxing match with former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, which is reportedly scheduled for late October. He is usually pretty hard on Paul, but in the case of a fight against his former middleweight legend he actually seemed somewhat impressed:
“I don’t give a sh-t, but, if he’s really fighting Anderson Silva, if he’s really fighting Anderson Silva, if that’s true, it’s about time. He’s got a real fight on his hands there, regardless of how old Anderson is. That’s a real fight.”Source https://www.bloodyelbow.com/2022/8/31/23331081/boxing-dana-white-jake-paul-vs-anderson-silva-real-fight-ufc-news

I do not know but we also did not vote on having a random draft order. Hueristic might place everything according to our original draft order when everyone has logged in the lobby already.

I've been thinking on the trade issue and what about we remove the veto, keep the 2 day delay and if someone has an issue with a trade we can have a discussion about it in the thread and resolve it there? Russell Wilson just signed an extension for a quarter of a billion dollars. Totally insane. Sometimes it feels like dollars are play money for rich people. Imagine signing a quarter billion dollar contract. What value would money have after that? How many mansions and luxury cars can you own? The devaluing of dollars is amazing to watch.
Kind of crazy number but I'd say he adds more to the world than any of these scumbag tax dodging billionaires. Thanks DireWolf for answering all those questions!
Can’t wait for our draft tomorrow!
X2 I think the 49ers restructured garapolo just to keep him away from seattle. I vote yes on no veto with 2 day delay. On Jimmy Garopollo, it might be, however, another reason might also be the 49ers are not yet very confident with Trey Lance. They need to keep Garopollo for at least 1 more year before saying good bye. I speculate that they will need him to start by week 5 heheheheheheee.

A mismatch? An easy win for Inoue? Not even a big challenge for Inoue? Can't blame some people's view about the match as the distance between Naoya Inoue and Paul Butler is really that wide and long gap. I can't even think of a way how Butler can survive the wrath of Inoue.
Agreed. The odds for this fight might be 1.05 for Naoya Inoue and 8.50 to 9.00 for Paul Butler. The ending will also certainly be another knockout for Inoue. Where the oddsmakers might place the over or the under might be on 7.5 rounds and they might favor the under, I reckon. However, Paul Butler was knocked out only once and it was 7 years ago. I speculate that Inoue will knock Butler on the 10th or 11th round. Spot on mate, current odds are: Inoue, Naoya - 1.02 Butler, Paul - 9.80 We don't have the under and over rounds, but yeah it could be +/- 7.5, I reckon. I speculate that it might be earlier than 10th or 11th round, less than that. Butler might survived the earlier rounds, but for sure he will be soften up later and then Naoya will go for the knockout round 6th to round 9th. @Boafeng. It appears that the speculation on Inoue vs. Fulton might become a reality hehehe. Inoue might become the next Pacman. Former two-division world champion Naoya ‘Monster’ Inoue plans on moving up to 122 to take on super bantamweight champions Stephen Fulton and Murodjon Akhmadaliev after he finishes collecting the final belt at 118 against WBO champion Paul Butler on December 13th.Source https://www.boxingnews24.com/2022/08/naoya-inoue-wants-stephen-fulton-fight-after-paul-butler/Not sure how big his jump to the weight classes though, I reckon maybe 4 weight classes will be enough for his body, so I disagree that he will be the next Pacquiao, hehehe. Chances are high for him to win here and then go after Fulton. But I wanted to see him first against Murodjon Akhmadaliev, this could be an interesting fight. And if he win again they obviously Fulton will be his next target. What's scary is that he even is not on his prime yet, so he could be in a destruction path that could land him at least in the 130 - 135 lbs. The size was also the same argument made against Manny Pacquiao. How many weight divisions was enough for his body? He began his boxing career as a flyweight fighter, however, he fought Margarito for the vacant WBC super welterweight championship after 15 years hehehe. It is not the size, I reckon. It will be age and it will depend on Inoue's desire to train and to fight in the ring.

@ChiBitCTy. However, this is Denver. They have been looking for their star quarterback hehehe. They also have been waiting for Aaron Rodgers, however, he never left Greenbay after implying many times that he would leave. Deshaun Watson was also mentioned before but he is not a good choice after the scandal. I think it is the correct business decision by the Broncos to keep Russell Wilson for 5 years.

@2stout. Agreed, it will only be public enemy for a week or a month until the remember it again and create another campaign for it then forget about it again hehehe. Also, very much similar to the darknet marketplaces, how much more has it grown after the famous case of the owner of the Silkroad? I reckon more than 10x since 2013.

@morvillz7z. I did not know there was a veto or votes on trades. Are trades similar to claiming new players from the waiver wire?
They are different, when it comes to the waiver wire you are selecting free agents from the market which at that moment belong to no team, when it comes to a trade you're trying to acquire a player which already belongs to another team by offering another player or set of players in return, the veto option more than anything is to avoid collusion but I do not think we have to worry about that here. Okay, waiver wire is different. Also agreed. I trust all the participants in the league and who would be stupid to collude for a few bucks in winning first place hehehe. In any case, the draft is near, let's remove the veto and let's make everything official.

@Fivestar4everMVP. We should be very happy. I reckon to witness that bitcoin is being used for the strengths given to it by decentralization is one of the evidences that it works, correct? Why should we criticize how it was used? We do not criticized the companies that create automobiles and cell phones for being used in car bombings.

It appears that the speculation on Inoue vs. Fulton might become a reality hehehe. Inoue might become the next Pacman. Get well soon Hhampuz. I had covid on June or assumed to have covid hehe. I was in the house of my friend and everyone who went there got sick. Half of the people tested positive, the other half negative. I was one of the people who tested negative but I had one of the worst headaches of my life. I was feeling very sick for a day. The next days I had a cold, however, I felt okay.

@morvillz7z. I did not know there was a veto or votes on trades. Are trades similar to claiming new players from the waiver wire? In any case, if the trades are between participants within our league going into a trade deal with each other, I think there should be a process for transparency and fairness. If it is claiming players from the waiver wire, does this imply that some of my claims were vetoed?

It appears that that our new friend Jim Cramer has made another tweet telling everyone to sell the cryptos and the nfts and the ipos and the SPACs before they take your life's savings. Many fighters do not recover from the type of knockout that Leon Rocky Edwards has given to Kamaru Usman according to former lightweight champion Khabib. We cannot be quite certain if he is correct with his analysis, however, Khabib has also made a similar prediction on El Cucuy after he was beaten by Justin Gaethje and he was very much correct. Khabib Nurmagomedov has said he is unsure how Kamaru Usman will react to his knockout defeat by Leon Edwards, admitting: “A lot of people don’t recover.”
“I’m aware that the trilogy is already in the works,” Khabib added. “I believe [Usman] can beat Leon Edwards, but after such a knockout, a lot of people don’t recover. It will be interesting to see, but I would love to see the trilogy.”Source https://news.yahoo.com/lot-people-don-t-recover-145032420.htmlIt must be difficult to recover from such loss. Its shocking to see yourself dominating the division for a longtime and fall instantly. Usman was winning their fight and then suddenly drop. If the resounding headkick keeps replaying in his mind, he may not recover. First cut being the deepest does not apply to his loss though. Its not his first time, he'll get over it. It might not only be about Kamaru Usman being the Nigerian Nightmare, pound for pound best or the money that he was having for dominating the division. I think that it might also be more about how he was knocked out! In any case, I speculate the odds of the rematch might be similar to the first fight. Leon Edwards will be underestimated again and Leon Edwards will prove everyone that we are wrong again hehe.

I hope there's a way to estimate from empirical data how much of the time he's actually right, using a boolean algebra model or something.
Because I'm starting to see a phenomenon, the oppisite action of the decision you make is usually the correct one.
Why would we complicate this? There is a simpler way to estimate this by only using a chart and mark them with the date of the predictions. I saw one of Jim Cramer on social media but I cannot find it anymore. It looked very much similar to this image hehehe. This cleary shows that many of the experts in mainstream financial media are so very wrong.
