2381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will people finally abandon Tron? on: August 15, 2022, 01:07:54 AM
It is a know fact about Tron because Tron is really a bad coin, bad tech and just hyped because of Justin Sun.
It is an ancient coin and will be replaced by better tech, still people are bag holding it.
Better get out ASAP because Tron won't be able to deliever.

Using Tron blockchain when I send my stablecoin(USDT) is better in fees so rather than abandon that project I used it to send my USDT every time. Tron really really have a low fee in the transaction and after Tron I prefer BNB for transaction right now. Both of them is that one makes me comfortable when sending my stablecoin.

Yes, and this is why the Tron blockchain is still very useful as of this day because of USDT (TRC-20). Just right now, I send it to Binance and it was very quick.

And as much as we have Justin, we may have to used his Tron for a while now, unless there will be a better alternative to USDT because for sure majority of us have been using it and no matter what negative news we heard about it, crypto enthusiast will still take advantage of it because of the speed.

Great performance by carreno busta today it seemed that things weren't going his way in the first set but he made adjustements and managed to make a comeback he didn't lose a single serve in the last two sets which was amazing, both players did great in this tournament but carreno busta managed to snatch the win thanks to his experience.

Well he did have to dig deeper from his bag of tricks to get over Hurkacz, and it was a three wins win by him.

It was Hurkacz power serving against Carreno-Busta's ground stroke and drop shot, it was a good match to watch. I guess Hurkacz is really tired and he sometimes didn't chase the lob of Carreno-Busta. He became the first unseeded player to win this tournament since Argentina's Guillermo Canas in 2002, what a feat and thanks for the over game.
2383  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin scenario crashing to $20.000 - $23.000 on: August 14, 2022, 10:22:47 AM
Currently the price of bitcoin is experiencing a slight increase in price, where the price has returned to touch $23k after a few months ago the price of bitcoin fell to touch the level of $17k which resulted in the price of bitcoin experiencing sideways. Therefore, let's see if the current price still has the potential to bounce down like before, or whether it manages to rise up. Hopefully the market recovery will return as expected.
I believe the price of Bitcoin will always be above $20k until next year, and $18k is an all time low for the bear market this time,
because according to technical analysis Bitcoin is really at the point of oversold, which means that many have sold Bitcoin when the price under $20k, well I hope this is true
I also hope that the price of bitcoin will always be above $20k and not fall below $20k again, but anything is still possible in the crypto market, let alone the global macroeconomic situation that is still volatile. So, let's see and wait how far the price movement of bitcoin so far this year.

Although the past few days are showing bright signs, the economic situation is still too volatile, once the war has not ended, a stable economy cannot be expected. I don't care how much bitcoin will fall, the more the price drops the more bitcoins I will collect because I am a long term investor, I can hold and wait longer than 2025 as everyone is expecting. But if the bear market lasts too long, it will also affect the market, many people leave and it is difficult to develop the crypto market.

I would agree that the war is still a noise in the background and it could affect every market not just crypto. And there is no way that this might end in the next couple of months or this year. So it will affect the mindset of investors, nevertheless the market will remain and try to go above the $20,000 market. That is the biggest test for us and it seems that we have gotten over it already for the last month or so. And hopefully it will sustain that price or even go to $26,000-$28,000 as this is going to be very critical as it can tell if we can go to $30,000 or more. That for me is the biggest barrier to be broken so that we will not see another lower lows for this year.
2384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: August 14, 2022, 09:22:32 AM
^^ Actually I'm looking at my previous bet on Hurkacz, whether single or double, he is against  Ruusuvuori, but he wasn't able to cover that handicap during that game.

Anyhow, it's really unpredictable, if I have to bet between him and Ruud, I might go with Casper, and he almost did it, winning the first set, but Hurkacz comes back again. Finals match, Hurkacz vs Pablo Carreño-Busta, might to Over with this match.
2385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Teofimo Lopez vs Pedro Campa - Aug 13 on: August 14, 2022, 08:19:15 AM

This has got to be to most lifeless fixed fight I have seen. He knows Campa is no match against him but he wants to make it look like Campa is pressuring him in the corner. Teo makes it look like he had fought someone from a top class when in reality Campa is a 4th class fighter. Did any of you ever bet?

Agreed. Everyone has already known many months before what the purpose was for Teofimo Lopez's father when he agreed for Campa to be Teo's opponent for his return in the ring after he lost the championship to Kambosos. This is another ICO pump and dump scam from the promoters of boxing hehehehe.

Right, we can see the big difference in terms of talent, I see comments in some boxing threads that he beat a taxi driver but then Lopez and his father in post fight like won the lottery and something and they are all shouting.

If Teo steps up the plate and let's see fight Richard Prograis, it will be a very different league for him. Forgot about Josh Taylor as for sure he will be schooled and badly beaten, more than what he get from a humiliating defeat from Kambosos.
2386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Realist World of Crypto Space on: August 14, 2022, 04:07:22 AM
This is why its really important that you should really be setting out goal or selling point because you would really be definitely missing up good opportunities for you to make profits if you do just keep on holding.
Its not bad to have this kind of consideration of holding because we do know on what are the advantages on having this one but since this market is too unpredictable then there's no way that you could
able to predict on what would gonna happen. Its true that being realistic should bare up in mind.Dont hope nor expect that much but still having those kind of targets and analysis in mind which would
really able to help you up on your investment or trading career on crypto space. Stick on things which you do believe that it would really be relevant.
If you have the necessary knowledge and skills to trade the market then without a doubt it is way more profitable than just holding your coins, but we have to be honest very few people have those skills and unfortunately despite knowing that they do not have to skills they still decide to trade the markets, taking their chances and obtaining very bad results, it is because of this that members in the forum recommend holding your coins so strongly, as holding your coins can give you good profits as well and you don't really need to be too skilled or knowledgeable in order to pull it off.

I agree, we might as well conclude and say that crypto trading might not be for everyone, of course, there could be individual who tried and do their best but they couldn't get what they wanted.

So for the majority of us, better be just buying like every month from our paycheck, doing DCA and then holding it for years. This is not a kept secret, you just have to learn it and it's very easy to do, not to complicate things in your end. And then if you do that in years, save and accumulate, then in the future you will have a lot of bitcoin and maybe it will worth big.
2387  Economy / Economics / Re: Tips to save my finances, to grow personal economy on: August 13, 2022, 10:23:40 PM
  • 3. Pay off your credit cards every month. If you can't pay off your credits cards every month, then you are spending more than you make.

I started at a low-paying job and saved about 10%. As my pay increased, so did my percentage. Now I am saving 30% of my pay. I don't miss it because I live like my pay is 30% less than it actually is.

This is the first mistakes that I did, started with just 1 credit card and then they grow, and obviously I pile up most of them, max out and didn't pay. Now, it's a hard lessons for me, and it's  very hard to get out of credit card debt. Luckily I took a turn, prioritized them, and never used it again except for extremes situations.

I also learn to save 10% of my monthly earning as well, put them aside and then all my bills and what's left is the money that I spend and everything. It's kinda boring routine, but hey if it is effective then you can't complain.
2388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: August 13, 2022, 11:51:58 AM

After losing Wimbledon final against Djokovic as he was playing most of the people's he is going to be in prime form and surely will give good encouragement to his fans but sadly in this match he was doing good in first two sets but suddenly lost his touch and lost third set by score of 6 - 1 which was a big shock for me as well because as he was playing in last few matches I also place a big bet on him as I was feeling free money but this all gone very quickly.

Now, in upcoming matches we have to check him again how is he doing and can he handle this all positively or no because he is a good player but still need some more changes which can bring back him into good position beating Medvedev is surely a good achievement for him but now losing against Hurkarz is also a fact.

Kyrgios is always a lot more motivated to play against top players such as Medvedev (you also saw the same on Wimbledon, where he sometimes struggled against low ranked players and than played brilliantly against higher ranked players). Didn't expect Kyrgrios to loose against Hurkacz but there is no such thing as free money.

Yup, when we thought that he will have an easy road to this tournament, when he upsets Medvedev and then up end facing Hurkacz, who is also inconsistent in his last tournament, suddenly Nick losses big.

Hopefully this setback will still motivate him to get back in winning form. For sure majority of us never see this and maybe lost a bet on Nick, but we can't do anything, bad lost for all of us.
2389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Myths that we often hear on: August 12, 2022, 11:37:03 PM
Success stories are the stories you always hear the most and are only too happy to make the news. How often do you read on a gambling site that someone has won the jackpot or that someone has wagered 1 euro with a return value of 100,000 euros? We do not know the flip side of these stories and are often not reported to us. There are a lot of people who gamble and who end up with an empty bank account, those stories don't make the newspapers and the media. That wouldn't encourage other players either, so it's understandable in a way. It is also a bit of marketing, of course, to see which stories are and are not told.
Winning rate and success stories are only for the purpose of marketing and somehow a proof that the casino is really paying which can attract more gamblers. There’s always a myth with gambling, and gamblers will always have an excuse especially if they don’t want to stop gambling yet. We all have a bad experience in gambling and honestly, if you really want not to get trap on gambling addiction, you’ll choose to stay away and go for other option where you can earn money without getting addict, trading are way better honestly. There’s always an answer for every problem, try to understand gambling and you can see it first.

Or even a clickbait articles as we have seen a lot of "gambling success news", but I have a feeling that this is just a made up stories, trying to create some names behind to make it real or believable.

But for those who have been gambling for many years, and for sure majority of us here, will not easily accept that because we know that it will not be the case. Even if you have all the money in the world but you keep on losing big ones like every day in a casino, sooner or later those millions will be gone just like that.
2390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: August 12, 2022, 11:14:39 PM
We already proved that he cannot really defeat the guys in that weight class because he is already struggling in the light-heavy.

"For now", yes. He is not capable yet of dealing with challenges in Cruiserweight.

He needs to be used first on fighting at the Light Heavyweight to slowly adopt the environment there until such time that he's now fully prepared to step on upper weight class. A target to defeat Dmitry Bivol should be on Canelo's future plan as if he can't pass that guy who previously defeated, then he won't test his strength if there's an improvement later on.

If Canelo loses this trilogy fight against GGG, then it will just be one more reason why he won't last in the Cruiserweight. How can he deal with active and prime boxers there if he can't beat a veteran boxer that is now close to retirement and far from being prime now?

I don't understand this. Why he need to move up the weight classes? He was looking very comfortable in the Super middleweight division and then he wanted to fight Dmitry Bivol in Light heavyweight. And that didn't ended well for him. Had he stayed in Super middleweight, he could have maintained his reputation. The loss against Bivol did a lot of damage to him. Anyway, for the fight against Gennady Golovkin, he is moving down one weight division. I hope that now he will remain stable between Middleweight and Super middleweight.

Chasing more belts I guess, he is a champion in 154, 160, 168 and we can say 175 against a fading Kovalev, so that is already 4 belts under his weight. And probably chasing a second belt in 175 lbs against Bivol. And if he ever succeeded on that, for sure he will go as high as Cruseirweight (but at a catch weight), to get his 5th belt and become of the greatest Mexican ever or even one of the greatest boxers who ever lived. Unfortunately, Bivol derail all his plans so Canelo wil have to start all over again.
2391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best time to play Slot on: August 12, 2022, 10:55:18 PM
I can't tell, I usually play at night as well, from 8:00 pm up to midnight and even plays every end or near end of the month, but still there is no winning time for me, I guess I'm that really unlucky that I even break the trend of the supposed time and day the best to gamble and win,  Grin

So I will say that some of them are just pure gambling superstition, you can't control slots machine, and you can't time it to give you a big win and every casino is different as well.
2392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 12, 2022, 10:37:43 PM

And now he is thinking to go down in weight and chase more challenges and see if he can still fight the best of them.

Who's going down in weight? Donaire? I think that's a bad idea, I believe the best thing to do is to officially retire as he had proven himself already, but if he is still chasing the money, of course, he will use his popularity and will continue fighting.

Yes, there are news already that Donaire wants to go down to 115 lbs and challenge another legend in Roman Gonzalez. And agree that this could be a bad idea for him as he is not getting any younger, but if that is the case then he still wants to continue fighting then all we can do is watch if see if he can be successful at 115 lbs division.

As for Vergil Ortiz, he will be a good contender for either Spence and Crawford in 147 lbs. But I think those guys are still above and elite level of welterweight and I don't think the Vergil will give them a problem or there will be an upset.
2393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eth could take over BTC or not on: August 11, 2022, 03:24:06 AM
This was discussed for many years. And there was a time in the past before the Segwit fork that ETH came very close to surpassing Bitcoin market cap, however it never actually surpassed. Because Bitcoin agrees to activate the Segwit fork.

Will it surpass sometime in the future? Who knows. It might or might not. Right now there is too much uncertainty especially with the merge fork. And there are always tons of bugs that needs to be worked out.
I remember those days as well, that was the only realistic chance that ethereum had of surpassing bitcoin as there was uncertainty about whether segwit will be activated or not and what this will mean for bitcoin, however since then bitcoin has put more and more distance between them and it does not seems as if ethereum has what it is needed to do so, as even if ethereum has reached new ATHs when it comes to fiat terms it has never surpassed its ATH when it comes to bitcoin.

Yes, I will never forget that time as well, they even have terms for it, Flippening and then Rippening (XRP). So obviously, it didn't happen. And now they are it again just because of the merger?, I don't think so.

It's good to see the price hitting $2,000 again, Ethereum investors are going to be happy with that. But please, no need to hype that there will be another Flippening story because they will not get as close to the price of Bitcoin right now, to be honest.
2394  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the future of Bitcoin uncertain? on: August 11, 2022, 02:41:17 AM
I personally feel optimistic that the future of bitcoin will be bright. Maybe now bitcoin is undergoing a period of correction so that there is a lot of negative news that appears and some even think bitcoin will die. Such speculations often occur when the price of bitcoin has plummeted even in the past but the proof is that bitcoin never dies even from year to year the price of bitcoin continues to increase in price and set new ATH records.
Does 10+ years or a decade plus isnt enough to say that Bitcoins future was bright and does show off its potential? For sure it would be enough and into those upcoming years or decades to come.
Although we cant really give out any assurances since nothing could predict on what the future looks like but by the current looks and condition on how this market behaves and seeing the
trust and confidence of investors or supporters then you could really say that it does have soo much potential but of course as part of investment then you
should always be minding about proper risk management.

I guess there are people that still going to question bitcoin, no matter what. Or maybe they have the stocks in mind, wherein it ha run for decades already if not for centuries. So 10+ for them is fairly young, but we have proven that we can go on the next 10 years and still be standing here, even with a lot of challenges in hand, like government regulations, the argument that bitcoin mining has impacted the environment, criminals using crypto and others. But it is ok, in 2025, we might be having a new all time high, like 6 digits will be the standards.
2395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Crawford vs Spence on: August 11, 2022, 02:00:05 AM
^^ If I'm not mistaken, it was Spence who said that if this fight fell off, he might go up to 154 pounds and fight Charlo for his belt, they are close though, so this fight is going to be in intriguing match up.

https://www.dazn.com/en-US/news/boxing/errol-spence-jr-ill-fight-jermell-charlo-if-the-money-is-right/qjic7626975v1ougby4lhrgsq

That was the time when there's no clear chance that he will fight Crawford. But on the other hand, Crawford also like to face Charlo at 154 lbs. If they have the same target and if these Crawford vs Spence won't be organized officially, I wonder who will face Jermell Charlo.

It's just a waste moment for me that we will not see this big fight if ever things not worked out properly. I don't see any reason why this fight should not happened. Spence even mentioned before that there's no thing on their way for this fight not to happened. Crawford on the other hand has also the same view that his fight against Spence will really happened.

But even both boxers are positive that their fight will soon happened, we still don't see any good news about the progress of this fight.

Spence should stop making excuses, he should focus on his fight with Crawford and make sure it will happen his year. There's no reason that they will move when one of them cannot be an undisputed champion, I hope they will not be greedy, it's time to give the fans what we are hoping to see.

From what I read, Spence says that he doesn't need Crawford because he has cemented his legacy. He has 3 belts, has better resume that Crawford, can generated huge PPV numbers and other reasons (excuses?).

Nevertheless, I would agree that to really put your name in the 147 lbs, he needs to get all the belts under his waist and call him the best. Otherwise, it will be a big question mark on his career, a big what if scenario if he decided not to chase Crawford anymore.
2396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: August 11, 2022, 01:39:18 AM
Right, and just imagine him wanted to go as high as Cruiserweight and fight the champion at a catchweight and then Sulaiman readily agreed on it (because it's Canelo Alvarez). But then he settled on Light Heavyweight on Bivol. He could have taken Beterviev, but maybe he thinks that Bivol is the easier of the two, it really backfired on him. So he goes back to 168 lbs now and accepted the long overdue trilogy with GGG to bring his hype back.

Is this a joke? Canelo moving up to Cruiserweight? He already moved from 168 lbs to 175 lbs, to take on Bivol. But Cruiserweight is fucking 200 lbs (please correct me if I am wrong). That is going to be huge. Can anyone move from 175 lbs to 200 lbs in such short time? Even if he manages to do that, I am sure that boxers such as Arsen Goulamirian or Ilunga Makabu will smash him to pulp and thereby end his career. I don't know who is giving him all these crazy ideas. 168-175 lbs is fine for him. He should stay there.

No mate, it's no joke, Canelo and his team really think that they can get as high as Cruiserweight and fight Makabu.

But Hearn, confirmed that it is not going to happened, and Reynoso decided for a Light Heavyweight fight with Bivol. There was even an uproar why the President of WBC Mauricio Sulaiman for allowing him to fight Makabu that time. I guess that is boxing politics that we are talking and the biases that Canelo can get specially from WBC.

Anyway, just 5 weeks from this fight, perhaps the training of this two fighters are really in full swing right now.
2397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Teofimo Lopez vs Pedro Campa - Aug 13 on: August 11, 2022, 01:19:46 AM
yes, that's an obvious win, and about the odds, maybe we have to wait more like a day before the fight as it will likely be available. I'm interested on knowing the odds for Lopez by KO, if that 2+, I'll probably put a bet on it.
I doubt the odds would be as high as 2+ because Lopez was a knockout artist too, I expect 1.20-1.40x while via decision it would be 1.60x-1.80x. He's a huge favorited boxer, so the other odds (if available) wouldn't change that much.

However the fight will happen only around 5 next days, can't wait to see Lopez performance after he lost against Kambosos before.

I hope to see the take-over attitude again without the arrogance, his first loss comes from his arrogance and losing control of his temper he is trying to keep his promise to knock Kambosos in round one because he promise and predicted it, unfortunately, you never go force a knock out you wait for it when an opportunity opens up and against a tough fighter like Kambosos its hard to do that, its a big lesson for him and should be a lesson for every boxer.

There is nothing wrong in making predictions like knocking someone out in the first round, might be arrogant to hear but sometimes that's will be a battle in his opponent's head because we know Lopez can really do knock-out punches. The problem is that Lopez gets over his head just because of the flawless and pretty rap sheet he had, now he cannot weigh things correctly because his attitude is blocking the way to making him great that's why he lost to Kambosos. I hope we can see a different Lopez now.

Lopez has to impress the boxing community many are disappointed on his showing, he has the speed and the stregth but it was overcome by that arrogance, Campa is good but checking his training and some of his recent fights he is too slow, when speed and power is the name of the game, I don't see him beating Lopez this is actually a cherry-picked fight and they made a good pick in Campa a good stepping stone for Lopez in a new division.

And the thing is, he fall to a arrogant boxer in Kambosos and up to know he can't accept that defeat and him and his pops are still arguing that they did enough win the fight. But we did see a different Lopez in that fight and he was knock down early by a huge right hand.

So in order for him to get back his confidence and be the same boxer that we can't ignore in another weight class, then for sure, he should win by knock out here.
2398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Class Conspiracy in Bitcoin Adoption on: August 10, 2022, 07:37:14 AM
Not sure about this conspiracy though, I mean countries that go against bitcoin as authoritative government because they don't want to give control to the people. So it's hard to see them suddenly changing their stance just because their neighboring countries is in BTC. So for me it's really who is the sitting President or government right now, if by chance the next Bukele lost or his term as President of El Salvador expire and then the next government is against crypto or bitcoin, then maybe we will see no longer the kind of adoption in their country.
2399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bullish VS Bearish on: August 10, 2022, 03:21:47 AM
I entered this forum because I feel that the potential for bitcoin is huge in the future and of course it will remain the king of crypto. So obviously I don't believe bitcoin will fall to $1100 for now. unless the 10 largest exchanges in the world go bankrupt. I see a bullish trend which will then become new ATH.

The market has matured already, and there is no like Mt. Gox right now, we have a lot of crypto exchanges, so meaning there is more opportunity to buy Bitcoin, unlike before wherein it was only Mt. Gox and then when it was hack, everything went down and it took years for us to bounce back and recover. Although we still have the bear and bulls fighting it out, and that is the beauty because even if they are a contrasting sentiments, we can still take advantage of every situation to at least squeeze and make some money. And in the next bullrun, for sure we will eventually hit another all time high.

Was able to catch the match between Schwartzman and Davidovich Fokina. And I think the score was like 3-3 or something because I have to hurry up and place my beat on Schwartzman at 2.5 at 1.85.

They are 1-1, Alejandro winning the first set 6-1 and then Diego coming back and win the second 6-3. And in the decider it was Schwartzman's back hand that did the trick for him to win 6-4.
