interesting coin, what is the min amount required for staking?
also has this schedule also taken into account the effect of PoS miners/stakers. Correct me if i'm wrong but won't the PoS blocks begin to outpace the PoW blocks after some time, and dramatically reduce the time to halving/end of PoW mining?

Is there any interest in getting UMO on cryptoid ( https://chainz.cryptoid.info/) block explorer as well? Split between a few people the cost of 6 month ($55) or 12 month is not much at all, and everyone can pay direct to fairglu (cryptoid owner) It could work, but the fact that i'm working on a solution for that implies that eventually there will be a new block explorer for this coin that will be "oficially sanctioned" or so to say... ok look forward to it. cryptopia also gives us a lightweight explorer, and should add there is a marketplace ( https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/MarketPlace) as well on Cryptopia, can sell almost anything there for UMO, get paid in UMO. Could be the start of something here  |

Hey guys, CBX is also on safecex for voting, its free to vote and everyone can vote once (does requires to have balance in account before vote button is visible, but any altcoin they have will suffice) Its relatively new exchange and I don't have much experience with it, but appears to be a good site |

Has been a month now since last update from Big Vern.
Not entirely true, Bitebi9 has been updated lots of times... and now that bitebi9 aka cryptsy china has created a second twitter account "Bitebi9PriceBot" that spams price updates in their continued attempts to fool and trick more people in depositing there. I have to say they tweet better english then any other "chinese" exchange.  |

yeah IO am sure a lot of us would help... But with no source code we cant do anything.
Likely having the source would not really help mangocoin holders, as the its all centalized. There is no real blockchain being shared, its all kept on mango servers, so the balances for every user/exchange/service is only found there. and the apps/syncing is all tied to mango servers.  The exchanges dont actually run wallet afaik, the mango devs provide them with access to their server so exchange is able to provide the wallet like functionality with mcz on their exchanges, but its all handled by mangocoin servers. |

Smells like a scam, no response to questions above about who owns them or their country, no contact information or ownership details on site, no ToS, they have used 3rd party service to register and hide themselves. There been some developments with banx.io, owners had a rethink about closing it, and now have said the altcoin exchange will remain open, after a reload and some changes They tweeted about it, and users are still asked to withdraw their coins still before 29th if the not done so already. |

It can take quite a white to import a bootstrap... instead of bootstrap.dat import, its possible to copy the entire blockchain installation of a trusted source (wallet.dat, cryptobullion.conf and logs removed). This can be unzipped and function immediately as their own CBX install on their system and alongside it they copy their own wallet.dat, cryptobullion.conf. Client will spend a few a minutes to rescan for the users wallet.dat. Much faster then bootstrap as it takes much less time to swap in a new wallet.dat, then to reindex/unpack blockchain locally. Its works if they are using the exact version of CBX (eg windows + official build + 2.3.2 etc). |

Owners of banxio had a change of mind today, the altcoin exchange will remain open, getting a reload and some changes They have tweeted about it and ask everyone to withdraw their coins still if they haven't done so already. Use the desktop wallet is best (Cryptochainer.com has a MinCoin blockchain / bootstrap.dat dated 2016-01-31 if you need it). alternatively can use cryptobetfair account and save time not having to sync a wallet/blockchain. |

I am using Vault v2.3.2.0 but have no connections.
Any suggestions ?
i found it takes a few minutes even with using addnodes added in conf file before launch, there is nearly always delay of upto 5 minutes before connections are established and wallet shows the connections.. I would suggest first, delete peers.dat only, add nodes from cryptoid into conf, start the wallet, leave wallet open for at least 30 mins, it is slower currently to connect after just starting the wallet, but once it connects it will stay connected. |
