How would the public know the RNG is not rigged if that was the case tho? If I understand it correctly, Keccak is quite popular for RNG in Solidity[1]. It is not like a user can predict the block difficulty and timestamp as they wish, and even if they somehow know it, there is still RNG at play. At the very least, knowing these three factors doesn't necessarily mean you can predict which numbers will be chosen by the smart contract. At least that's how I understand it from the code you shared, do correct me if I'm wrong.

What kind of law can achieve what you propose though? So you will allow anonymous/VPN users to register multiple times, but make sure there is adequate cheating protection that somehow must be able to detect that one account is connected to the other through chain analysis? Wouldn't that mean they don't fully respect the users' privacy too? I've never heard people suggest that anonymous players are "wrong" or something similar, but you need to realize that these businesses probably don't want to spend more on filtering accounts so they just ban tools like VPNs. If you still risk it and win it big, there is a high chance thy will just "scam" you. I doubt a government cares about users' privacy so hoping they make a different license for that is kinda cope.

If I were Liverpool, I'd assume my competitors would win the rest of the matches so they need to score more goals to make sure they have a better goal difference. They make more shots per game to have a higher chance of creation. They also have the higher xG, while Bologna outperforms their xG by 2, while Roma outperforms it by 7. This suggests that Roma is very clinical which is not sustainable in the long run. On the other hand, Atalanta has the highest xGA out of these 3, meaning they conceded more chances against them which explains why they don't win as many games as they should. At the end of the day, these stats can't really decide who will finish 4, especially if we have a crazy run of matches in the last few games (red cards, crazy goals, unexpected rise of form from other teams, etc).

It's been so long since I've watched a MotoGP race, surprised to see Ducati being competitive. What other coaches come into your mind? I've never paid attention to managers other than Klopp or Pep, and they don't have any nationality preference when it comes to picking players. Are you sure it is not because of a language issue? I think Klopp is open about it, he says he prefers someone who can speak English or German so he has an easier team to convey his tactics. There is an outlier like Nunez, but having a translator probably helps in that regard, especially if the translator is your teammate.

I don't know, judging from how many managers they sacked in the last few years despite their successful careers before they joined Bayern, I'd assume it is not as easy as "having better-skilled players means more trophies". I read from social media posts and some articles that there are various reasons why teams like Dortmund sell to Bayern. Those reasons are related to their financial stability, the purpose of the club itself, the player's choice, and so on. Most teams in the Bundesliga are claimed to be not as financially successful even if they are in the top 4. Their profits are night and day if you compare it to the Premier League top 8 for example. This is why one of the strategies to keep their club profitable is to sell players. The rule that requires the club ownership to be at least 51% also makes it difficult to get sponsorship[1] (I'm not sure if this is still the case or not). So if you have a club like Bayern, who can pump out money for you, then most clubs will accept that. I also heard that Dortmund still does this because Bayern saved them from bankruptcy in the past.

On the other hand, sometimes the player just wants a move to Bayern[2]. They can get a lot of money, more or less guaranteed to get a trophy as long as they play there for a few seasons or so, and so on.

It is too soon to say anything about their form IMO, especially if you're referring to the Bundesliga. Kane definitely contributes a lot, but it would be a bad idea if the team totally depended on him to score goals. I don't think that's the case with Bayern though, considering many players create chances, albeit most of them were off-target[1]. At the very least, they should have the momentum right now, albeit chasing Leverkusen is probably a lower priority considering their points differences. Personally, I'd rather put the UCL as the focus in the remaining season. It might be harder but mathematically has better odds unless Leverkusen somehow fucked up really hard. It should be easier to motivate players to do that.
