241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you ever bet on SRL events? on: January 10, 2021, 12:19:49 PM
I'd just stick to real matches, nothing compares to real matches specially if you also enjoy watching the matches that you placed bet on.
<snip>
As much as i think, getting into real match for bet seem far better than to come over to a game be control by AI's; were the winning chances are very slim. The genuity of sport games made me be an addict to soccer games but this SRL events game doesn't make me feel they should be trusted like the sport-games.
242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: January 10, 2021, 12:04:19 PM
There are also gamblers that had a profit even they are playing for a long period of time in luck based games.

I'm thinking what's the house edge for the games you are talking?
The higher the house edge, the more the risk of losing soon will be experience, and I would say it will just a matter of time before someone really lose his money in a luck based type of games, if you want to win in this game, go big and don't gamble longer.

Well I am seeing a lot of accounts online with a lot of bet in their histories and their summaries have their profits on it. I don't know his entire gambling history but based on his account's history, he had a profit. It is dice game by the way.
But Dice game is one of the most difficult game to win in my honest opinion, this game has been my favorite but most time unable to win and among all am at loss presently base on my calculations, does those guys use any sort of AI to game the system or just luck as usual?
243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Broner vs Campa Feb 13 on: January 09, 2021, 07:16:12 PM
I don't like loud-mouth boxers  Smiley, so if the odds on betting for Campa is attractive then i will go for it, same as you mate.

Is this a title fight?
The past experienced has taught me personally that boasters or "loud mouthed" boxers sometime aren't good on the ring, most of them just do this stuff just to create some atmosphere to make sale of their tickets. Though, i won't just pick odds as this fight will be tough one; hope to see some good odds for Campa as i also have some feelings about him in regard to this fight.
244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambler who manages to beat the casino through cheating on: January 09, 2021, 06:28:27 PM
On a completely different note, good cheaters can become bug hunters and get paid for disclosing such bugs to casino platforms. There can always be a good and a bad side in things.
You're right about this, this could be the best for bug hunting which we all know to attract handsome rewards. In my local games i usually tried to game the platform but this isn't ethical becasue it help destroy ones reputations built for years.
245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a high roller? on: January 09, 2021, 06:08:11 PM
Little bump for this thread ^^
Anybody high rolling after the recent bitcoin price rise? What stakes are you guys gambling with?

Frankly speaking, no matter how much the price of bitcoin is, it wont make me bet higher.
It is simply because I have a limit for my bet in USD, so my bet limit will always remain the same.
With the recent bitcoin increase in it price doesn't mean gamblers won't gamble with bitcoin again, i personally gamble with bitcoin because this coin has be my most favorite in terms of gambling(though much of them are in my gambling platform already). I always set limit for my gambling and still ensure to maintain the stakes, when this limit be reach then my games for the day pause.
246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Caleb Plant vs Caleb Truax IBF Super Middleweight Title on: January 09, 2021, 05:37:30 PM
Well, everyone seem to support the favorite here(Caleb Plant) but undermining the strength of Caleb Truax, this guy will do exploit as he has to prove himself once again in the fight of Caleb2. Plant is a well known fighter but Caleb Truax be a slow down fighter on his previous fight might change this time, possibly there might be a disappointment for favorite IMO.
247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: January 09, 2021, 05:22:07 PM
As it is an exhibition fight and it wont last for 12 rounds. Maybe it will end with a draw. Like Tyson vs RJJ, even thought Tyson won by majority of spectators  Grin
That's a different scenario, Tyson and RJJ are both great boxers, they are both professionals before they retired, it's different in here, it's one of the greatest boxer vs a youtuber, a draw would mean Logan wins, so no draw for me.
We hope the old days come back again were Manny Pacquiao will pick on Floyd Mayweather for another great fight after their retirement. This " Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20" is just for fun for those who like to watch boxing on the basis of fun.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: January 08, 2021, 01:07:06 PM
I expect a big leap in cryptocurrencies due to the turmoil in America.
but these jumps will occur not suddenly, but at regular intervals. Ethereum will be most positively affected by this
Could that be one factor that tokens will continue to grow until the end of 2021? indeed, many new things are happening at this time. Good wishes are awaited by many people at this time.
Although, many insinuated the death of Ethereum before now, most especially in 2018 but i have always said that, there are more potentials in this project compare to it competitors in the world of cryptocurrency. Without any doubt, there are good projects out there but can't be compare to Ethereum struggle to take the lead.
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin has the most investment value in the cryptocurrency field? on: January 08, 2021, 09:34:20 AM
From the coinmarketcap, we could see lot of coins and tokens listed on daily basis. Some have potential to give investors good returns while some are just shitcoins that drain one hard earn money. This year is anticipated to be a bullish year for crypto, what is the best crypto you will stockpile outside Bitcoin.  before the closed of the first half of the year.
Base on your question the best way to make some good choice while making advancement towards new coins in the coinmarketcap is for you doing the best you can in analyzing the projects before make investment, becasue there are tons of new scam projects on daily basis be launch.  When i was growing up in this crypto-sphere i loss to new projects during the ICOs but later made my best choice for Bitcoin and Ethereum, this has done me more good than making investment with high risk on new projects on coinmarketcap.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins seem like they could be the way to go on: January 08, 2021, 09:21:39 AM
That was a nice move from you, because during that time when ethereum was $83+ there were speculations that the price of cryptocurrencies will fall farther than the then price, though i struggled to bought some few fractions of coins which gave me some good profits, i regretted why i couldn't be able to afford the full coin. Candidly, the altcoins are good to hold especially those at the top list on the coinmarketcap.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price After Lawsuit? on: January 08, 2021, 09:12:27 AM
What do you people think of the XRP price after the lawsuit?

Feel free to comment what you think!
There will be a new price waiting for the coin, don't worry too much now even if something is happening right now. I'm still convinced of something of that.
Definitely there will be a new price merger after the lawsuit has been in favor of the ripple team, though the current price of ripple wasn't what we foresaw during the lawsuit against the ripple project becasue the price of ripple only fell during and re-bounced back again in full-force as we have seen in today charts. In my opinion, the price of ripple will skyrocket when this lawsuit get into their favor.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We can reduce our chances of loss on: January 07, 2021, 03:21:05 PM
You are right becasue many newbies went about quick profit from new projects and sometimes end up in debts. It's advisable to take what you have seen in the past doing well and carry out TA before invest in such projects. Most of my profit taking projects are from the top project on coinmarketcap and haven't regretted my actions. Good advise from newborn to newborn, thanks.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the Recent profitable coins? on: January 07, 2021, 03:09:47 PM
If you are willing to take risks and try to stake your money in the short term on a new project, maybe you can take part in Hype Defi. There are many choices of Defi that are suitable for the short term, but you need to be careful, not greedy and get out after making a good profit.
Yeah care must be taken if anyone is venturing into defi staking, though some of these defi projects do give high returns but personally i won't encourage anyone to engage into defi as they are more risky, though taking the risk sometimes yield good profits to those who have the needed ability. Some of my staked coins few months backed yielded nothing absolutely (KAVA).
254  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Google Trend and Bitcoin price. Do retailers rejoin the party? on: January 07, 2021, 02:56:15 PM
In any case, investing in bitcoin is more promising in my opinion.
Yeah, investing into Bitcoin is no doubt promising but some investors will definitely invest in the wrong time which may crumble their hope if not financially stable, like what we have seen in past years in Bitcoin. Basically there might still be time for anyone to invest into bitcoin and be able to take profit, but if the market has reach it strength at this point; then retailers are likely to be left with coins but IMO that won't happen soon becasue institutions are now be involve in Bitcoin.
255  Economy / Speculation / Re: $80k within 6 weeks, new ATH October 2021 on: January 07, 2021, 02:36:28 PM
Everyone expects a replay of 2017 so this would be a good way for the market to juke expectations.  Think more like 2013 with a big peak early in the year and then a consolidation leading into another $200k+ rally at the end of the year.  The current rally feels like it has too much momentum to be stopped before $70-80k.
<snip>
Nobody actually know what this year will hold becasue it wasn't here with us before. Considering what the past has told shouldn't be use to discuss this present, there wasn't any institutional investments in the past except the just passed year 2020, so, we're into another phase of Bitcoin that will take another year to study against the past. With the current momentum, we are likely to stop soon in this bullish run not when $80k is be torch.
256  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin go below $20k? on: January 07, 2021, 02:17:45 PM
There are many speculation on bitcoin that the rising of Bitcoin have come to stay.
Nobody would have said such only if they are with the technology for so long, there is no bull-run without a stopping limit (i mean a pull back or correction). Currently there is a possibility of the price of Bitcoin to drop but back to $20k shouldn't be included in the figures becasue that will be a total disaster to Bitcoin investors. Personally, i have this feelings that the price of bitcoin is likely to drop back to $30k again before another major push forward.
257  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin even crash more than 20% in 2021? on: January 07, 2021, 02:07:35 PM
Yes, it will happen because it happens every year. This year is unlikely to be an exception.
Well, we might see a drop, but i doubt if there will be a huge type drop like OP said 20% drop is something huge to me as the cryptocurency market has greatly increase in proportion. Without any iota of doubt there will surely be a drop which we should all prepare for but hopefully not the 20%, the few years we have experienced this fall wasn't as bullish as this year 2021, the incoming flow of institutional investors will definitely uphold Bitcoin price on a long-term.
258  Economy / Speculation / Re: No Resistance From $30K-$40K? on: January 05, 2021, 04:25:01 PM
I really don't believe the person who made the video on YouTube. me and others and many people say, that bitcoin can reach $ 100k. especially nowadays many people want to buy it and store it for a long time. my advice, just ignore the video maker, I believe the goal is to make videos for content.
Mate, most of these self proclaimed professionals aren't worth listening to, because they are just some sort of junks in my honest opinion, i hate to listen to those that called themselves professional traders, how do you know what will happen with a price that hasn't be achieved before?, claiming that there won't be a resistance is just another bullshit, let wait becasue the end will definitely tell either there won't or will be a resistance.
259  Economy / Speculation / Re: Correction has started? on: January 05, 2021, 04:14:55 PM
It's long awaited as a correction that would give chance to those intending buyers that were left behind after it moved from the $28k. Sincerely i was very lucky to have seen this major correction that i believe to be the only dip correction that will usher bitcoin price towards $50k soon. This moments is always awesome becasue it's always my pleasure seeing myself updating my stashes....in bitcoin.
260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: January 03, 2021, 07:57:16 PM
Money. Money. Money. Not surprising at all.
As per Floyd Mayweather itself, he will be only taking an exhibition match and will not fight again in a professional and titled match.
Unlike in Tyson's exhibition match that serves a purpose, this Mayweather vs Paul fight is more of a street trash talk that wants to settle everything in an official match. More hype = more money.
I'm sure that it has a purpose because it doesn't seem to be a fair fight. Floyd Mayweather should look for a fair match just like what he had with Manny Pacquiao before. It sounds like it's just another opportunity for him to gain more popularity and make more money again.
Am not surprise to see Floyd Mayweather not having a good fight soon because it seem he needs more money to cushion his needs. For any exhibition fight Floyd Mayweather i don't think there will be a good fight like what we have seen in the past exhibition fight, also, some of his fight aren't interesting in my opinion.
