And he knows, I can’t imagine that people are so angry in Georgia, I can’t imagine he’s ever getting elected again I’ll tell you that much right now.

Omg this is hof BADecker:

Part of the difference is that I have a lot of website evidence, and other.

I love it when he gets flustered and his IQ shows.

You're just like that Twitchyseal joker. You can't seem to understand "innocent until proven guilty."

Wonder how many people that chanted "lock her up" are crying like youve been lately.

Probably all of them.

Thanks for that. It's like you never prove yourself to be Correct. You continually use suppositions, and use them to fight against things that are good and right.

I guess I really don't want to say anymore about this. Everybody who knows you knows it by now.

After all, Democrats questioned all kinds of elections in the past, and nobody indicted a Democrat former president the way they are going after Trump. It's all to keep Trump out of office, a totally unconscionable thing that Trump isn't doing, himself.

I've already showed you this, did you not read it the first time?

Do you understand what that says?  Did you read it slowly?

Go back and read it one more time.

Ok.  Now, here's the next section:

Ok, so pop quiz:

The president of the United States appears to have just lost his reelection and he's considering 4 possibilities going forward.  Three of them are legal, and one is not.  Fill in the bubble for the choice that would be illegal:

A) Giving a speech claiming he believed there was fraud and calling for an investigation.

B) Filing lawsuits in all the states he lost to challenge the election rules that were adopted.

C) Crying like a baby and refusing to go to the inauguration of the winner.

D) Calling state election officials and lying to them about evidence of election fraud and then asking them to find him the number of votes he needed to win.

As the Kraken rises with Rudy Giulliani, so it will rise with Trump. (the 2020 election fraud is being corrected)

Giuliani Is Liable for Defaming Georgia Election Workers, Judge Says

https://www.nytimes.com/2023/08/30/us/politics/giuliani-defamation-georgia.html
A federal judge ruled on Wednesday that Rudolph W. Giuliani was liable for defaming two Georgia election workers by repeatedly declaring that they had mishandled ballots while counting votes in Atlanta during the 2020 election.

The ruling by the judge, Beryl A. Howell in Federal District Court in Washington, means that the defamation case against Mr. Giuliani, a central figure in former President Donald J. Trump’s efforts to remain in power after his election loss, can proceed to trial on the narrow question of how much, if any, damages he will have to pay the plaintiffs in the case.

In her ruling, Judge Howell accused Mr. Giuliani of paying only “lip service” to his discovery obligations “by failing to take reasonable steps to preserve or produce” reams of relevant information. His repeated excuses and attempts to paint himself as the victim in the case, the judge went on, “thwarted” the two women’s “procedural rights to obtain any meaningful discovery.”

Donning a cloak of victimization may play well on a public stage to certain audiences, but in a court of law this performance has served only to subvert the normal process of discovery in a straightforward defamation case,” Judge Howell wrote.

The lawsuit filed by Ms. Freeman and Ms. Moss in December 2021 was among the first to be brought by individual election workers who found themselves targets of criticism and conspiracy theories promoted by right-wing politicians and media figures who claimed that Mr. Trump had won the election. The two women sued other defendants, including the One America News Network and some of its top officials, but ultimately reached settlements with everyone except Mr. Giuliani.

The campaign of harassment against Ms. Freeman and Ms. Moss came after Mr. Giuliani and others wrongly accused them of pulling thousands of fraudulent ballots from a suitcase in their vote-counting station and illegally feeding them through voting machines. The story of that campaign was featured prominently in a racketeering indictment against Mr. Trump, Mr. Giuliani and 17 others that was filed this month by the district attorney in Fulton County, Ga.

The indictment accused Mr. Giuliani of falsely telling state officials in Georgia that Ms. Freeman had committed election crimes in an effort to persuade them to “unlawfully change the outcome” of the race on Mr. Trump’s behalf. Other members of the criminal enterprise, the indictment said, “traveled from out of state to harass Ms. Freeman, intimidate her and solicit her to falsely confess to election crimes that she did not commit.”

.

In America, standard law is "innocent until proven guilty." The law even says that an agreement CANNOT be made by the defendant to state that he is guilty when he is not. So, there you are with the hard facts. They are hard for you, because you can't get around them.

If you have solid proof that Trump is guilty of wrongdoing, take him to court on it. If you don't, it's just another bunch of hearsay like they are throwing at him in these sham trials.

Cool

Some more facts:

Trump lost the 2020 election to Joe Biden.

Trump University was a scam.

The Trump Foundation was shut down over fraud.

Trump Organization was convicted on felony criminal fraud charges by a jury.

Trump was held liable for sexual assault by a jury.

Trump was impeached twice.

Trumps personal attorney during 2016 campaign is a convicted felon.

Trumps national security advisor is a convicted felon.

The chair of Trumps 2016 campaign is a convicted felon.

Trump has been indicted on almost 100 felony charges by four different grand jurys.

In 2016 Trump campaigned on locking his political opponent up. His supporters loved it.

So, there you are with the hard facts.

247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election on: August 30, 2023, 07:21:06 AM
The sympathy for Trump is certainly because of how the Biden administration is running America and what the Democrats are presently doing.

Biden staffers met with Special Counsel Jack Smith’s aides before Trump indictment

The White House counsel’s office met with a top aide to Special Counsel Jack Smith just weeks before he brought charges against former President Trump for allegedly mishandling classified documents — raising serious concerns about coordinated legal efforts aimed at President Biden’s likely opponent in 2024.

Source https://nypost.com/2023/08/26/biden-staffers-met-with-special-counsel-jack-smiths-aides-before-trump-indictment/

No, the sympathy for Trump is because people are gullible enough to believe the continuous lies of Trump, MAGA republicans and right wing media like the NY Post.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-attacks-special-counsel-report-investigator-meeting-white-house-rcna102149

Jack Smith sent someone to question a White House career employee.  A White House lawyer was present for the meeting because that's what lawyers do when someone that works for their employer is questioned by the FBI.

It's sad how all it takes to get the full attention from a former president and congress is an article in a tabloid that they oh so very much want to be true.

SIDNEY POWELL UPDATE

Another Sydney Powell Update:

Queen Kraken turned herslef in to the fulton county jail after being charged with 7 felonies, including two counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud.

You were right, BADecker.  The 2020 election fraud is being corrected.

Correct me if I am wrong but wasnt this the same woman who was constantly given time on Fox to talk about about election fraud and the voting machines and then it was leaked that she talked about crazy things in her mails/text messages? Did she talk about Time traveling and also astral projections?

If any of that is true, then I would not be impressed if Tucker Carlson called her a nut and crazy behind the scenes.

I wonder what the Republican party from the 2000s would think of the Republican party nowadays if they had the chance to look at it.

Yes, she was the crazy lady on fox news.  But it was Sidney Powell's source that came up with the whole Dominion conspiracy theory and most of the details that didn't make any sense.  In an email to Powell she said she gained insight into election fraud be going through "time-travel in a semi-conscious state."

The whole email isn't public I don't think, but another fun part was "Who am I? And how do I know all of this?... I've had the strangest dreams since I was a little girl.  I was internally decapitated, and yet, I live."

Probably got BADeckers favorite sites hundreds of millions of clicks.

Doesn't matter how many times anyone pointed out to the conspiratards that Dominion didn't even have any machines in any of the States in question....

^^^ How soon you forget. Your chart at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5409280.msg60845114#msg60845114 shows us that the temperature has risen less than 4 degrees F in 140 years.

Closer to 2 degrees actually.

Are you trying to argue that "I barely notice a 2* F change in temperature with my skin, therefore 2* is a very small amount and climate change is nothing to worry about" ?

Maybe you're right and and the consensus among scientists is wrong.  I think it's the other way around though.

I didn't search for it, but I bet Russians like the idea of global warming. Cheesy All we are trying to do is break Russia up. Come on. Give them their chance to live in warmth.

Putin joined the Paris agreement in 2019 and signed a decree ordering companies to reduce their emissions.

Climate change is real.  It's so clear that it's real that nearly every country in the world has accepted it and is working to fight it.  It's really just conspiratards and fossil fuel companies that are trying to argue it's not.  And when it comes to the conspiratards all of the arguments look just like this very thread.

- Conspiritard cherry picks and misinterprets data to argue it's not.  (Like when you created the subject of this thread).

- Someone completely disproves their claim entirely.  (like when I posted this link)

- Conspiratard completely ignores all the evidence that disproves their previous argument and makes a new similarly idiotic argument and the cycle continues.

Ok this link proves something.  The part where you explained what a byte is.

In the real world, a byte is most commonly used to store a single character (a letter, number or punctuation mark).  I just checked the json length of a random mines bet on stake and it has 796 characters, so it would require 796 bytes of memory.  In addition, the problem is not that it's hard to store, it's how it's accessed.  I won't waste anymore time trying to explain this, my point is you've proven that you just make stuff up, stuff that a normal person that is clueless about something would spend 2 minutes on google so they don't look like an idiot.  And for some reason you expect people will just believe you.  I'm not a doctor or anything but I do know how to google and you've gotta be either completely delusional or a pathological liar.

Don't know how I missed this one.  Team Kraken was literally ordered to take 6 hours of classes on election law.

Sidney Powell, Kraken legal team face sanctions, court costs and potential disbarment over election lawsuit
Attorneys allied with former President Donald Trump who tried to use a conspiracy-laden lawsuit to overturn Michigan's election results have received federal sanctions from a judge in Michigan and could face a host of other disciplinary measures.

The attorneys must also pay legal fees for the city of Detroit and others that defended against the lawsuit and take 12 hours of training — including six hours focused on election law — in the next six months.

Parker called one affidavit a “master class on making conjectural leaps and bounds," stating it was worthless because "a document containing the lengthy musings of one dog walker after encountering a 'smiling, laughing' couple delivering bags of unidentified items in no way serves as evidence that state laws were violated or that fraud occurred."

...

More from the federal judges ruling:

"The attorneys who filed the instant lawsuit abused the well-established rules applicable to the litigation process by proffering claims not backed by law; proffering claims not backed by evidence (but instead, speculation, conjecture, and unwarranted suspicion); proffering factual allegations and claims without engaging in the required prefiling inquiry; and dragging out these proceedings even after they acknowledged that it was too late to attain the relief sought,"

"Attorneys are not journalists. It therefore comes as no surprise that Plaintiffs’ attorneys fail to cite a single case suggesting that the two professions share comparable duties and responsibilities.  Perhaps this confused understanding as to the job of an attorney, and what the law says about the attendant duties and obligations, is what led plaintiffs’ counsel to simply copy and paste affidavits from prior lawsuits. Perhaps not. But what is certain is that plaintiffs’ counsel will not escape accountability for their failure to conduct due diligence before recycling affidavits from other cases to support their pleadings here."

^^^ Maybe burning trees and stuff, is the only way they can get enough CO2 into the atmosphere to make it look like we need climate-change control. Grin

That would not do it either, but these eco-clowns wouldn't know that anyway.

CO2 is only a minor component of 'greenhouse gasses.'  H2O is the primary one.  Natural seasonal processes are the main driving force behind CO2 on a annual basis where the burning of fossil fuels by humans is way way behind anything nature does.  Maybe if these climate-cultists light everything they see on fire it would have a non-inconsequential impact on the CO2 budget for a year or two, and probably next to nothing on 'climate' except for the unburnt carbon soot element of their games.

Did you know that every lump of coal, drop of oil, and cubic meter of methane in the earth is dwarfed by the amount of carbon simply devolved in the ocean?

Did you know that on geological time-scales, planet earth is suffering from a fairly extreme LACK of CO2 and plants are suffering for it?  One of the problems is that carbon is being sequestered in the form of carbonates from shelled creatures. (Think, White Cliffs of Dover.)  Some people hypothesize that 'Mother Gaia' evolved humans to try to get some carbon back to the surface.  If so, we humans have a LONG way to go to have much of an effect.

The whole 'eco' thing is mainly political.  Wouldn't be too far off base to say 'communist' as it is this group who are more prone to the 'ends justify the means' mindset and also to the mindset of 'creating worlds/realities'.  Typical Kabbalist/Lucifarian stuff.  Of course the vast majority of people who are active in the 'eco' movement really are in it for the right reasons insofar as they really did fall for the 'saving the earth' storyline/spell and cannot see the scam because they don't understand how science works.  Their thing is scientism.  The controllers who set the agenda, however, simply want something resembling Communism as a form of government.  That is to say, centralized control of resources since, of course, they expect (probably correctly) that they will be at the center.

NASA has done a great job at countering pretty much every common climate denier talking point - which all seem to follow the same formula: Include a bunch of factoids that can be easily verified as true, and then just ignore a few key facts, sneak in a lie or two and boom, you've pwned the libs!  BADecker did it with the sun, and now you're doing it with fossil fuels and CO2.

CO2 is only a minor component of 'greenhouse gasses.'  H2O is the primary one.
This is true!  Not really relevant, but you've found an elegant way to frame CO2 as really not that big and just something the sheeple are overreacting to.

Natural seasonal processes are the main driving force behind CO2 on a annual basis where the burning of fossil fuels by humans is way way behind anything nature does.
Natural seasonal processes are a main driving force in changes to co2 levels, true!  But, it's only on a seasonal basis.  Here's what NASA says:

Quote
CO2 Through the Seasons

A closer look at the carbon dioxide measurements at Mauna Loa shows a series of wiggles in the data. Although total CO2 is increasing each year, there is also a short-term cycle visible within the larger trend.

This annual rise and fall of CO2 levels is caused by seasonal cycles in photosynthesis on a massive scale. In Northern Hemisphere spring, plants come to life and draw in CO2 to fuel their growth. This begins the process of lowering the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. In northern autumn, plant growth stops or slows down, and the whole process reverses itself. Much of the plant matter decomposes, releasing CO2 back to the atmosphere.

A similar but less intense pattern repeats in the Southern Hemisphere in opposite seasons. Spring growth starts in September and winter decomposition begins in March, so CO2 records in the Southern Hemisphere show the opposite pattern of that seen in Mauna Loa. However, because there is a lot more land and vegetation in the Northern Hemisphere than the southern, the global seasonal cycle more closely aligns with the northern pattern.

where the burning of fossil fuels by humans is way way behind anything nature does.

Nice and ambiguous.  I can't say you're wrong because you could easily make "way behind anything nature does" any two values and then argue about that instead of whether or not humans are responsible for a enough of an increase in CO2 levels that it's warming the planet.

Here's the key takeaway from NASAs page all about CO2:

Do you have a NASA conspiracy theory to explain their stance?  Or are they just bad at science?

But wait, it's not just NASA....here are a few Scientific organizations that have supported the argument that humans caused climate change.  (feel free to find one that's linked to George Soros or something so that you can dismiss the entire list.)

One of the things Trump has against himself in the Georgia case is the amount of people who seem to be involved, the more co-conspirators there are in a crime, the more likely someone will flip and throw.the rest under the bus.

Don't forget, there are 30 unindicted co-conspirators.  And there's a reason they are unindicted...  Also, many of the indicted co-conspirators likely already flipped in some ways, like Rudy for example.

ever since i have exposed stake.com malpractice regarding nonce result manipulation and archiving

Thread should be merged with one of your duplicate topics.

You haven't exposed any nonce manipulation.

Bet archives sometimes miss bets (they take 4,000 - 6,000 bets per second...so it's not surprising), yes, however, a sites bet archive is a convenience for a player and does not have anything to do with whether the outcome of a bet is provably fair.

In fact, if you're relying on archived bets at any site to determine whether or not the outcome was provably fair - in most cases you aren't really proving anything.  If a player wants to verify a bet, they need to create their own records or verify after each bet or in small batches while keeping track of the nonce and how many bets were made themselves (not using live stats/graph pop up).

Standard Dem talk. You talk like he is guilty when the court hasn't even convened.

Don't forget about

Trump Organization:
Tried and convicted of felony tax fraud in criminal court.

Trump University:
Scam disguised as a university, paid $25 million after being sued for fraud.

The Donald J Trump Foundation:
His "charity" that was basically used to launder money and evade taxes.  It was shut down and the Trump family is banned in NY State from operating or being on the board of any charity for:

   - Solicitation of donations without a license
   - Mishandling of funds raised for veterans' causes
   - Coordinating foundation grants with Trump's presidential campaign
   - Failure to make pledged 9/11 grants
   - Using Trump Foundation money to settle Trump Organization legal disputes
   - Making political donations with foundation funds
   - Purchasing goods and services for personal or business benefit with foundation money (mostly paintings of himself lol)
   - Diversion of taxable income to the foundation as donations
   - Trump taking personal credit for donations made using foundation money

Should I keep going?

If the clause that explains that Russian players will have their funds seized if they make certain wagers is excluded from the Russian terms, and the player is able to make a wager without being warned, then I consider it unethical to enforce the terms.

Adding it to the Russian terms after a player with frozen funds points out that it was missing, and then still refusing to pay the player just makes them look even more shady.

Even if it were included in the Russian terms, if they don't give a warning or anything and allow a player to make the wager the same as any other non restricted wager, I would still consider it unethical.  If players from Russia aren't allowed to make sports wagers, then don't offer sports wagers to players from Russia.  Seizing player funds should not be part of your business model.

Maybe their lawyer gave them that to include in English, but they haven’t hired translators to get it added in other languages also.

Hired translators?  It's 2023 and they're running a crypto casino.

Was just pointing out the irony that he posted "NEVER SURRENDER" under a picture of him surrendering.  It's funny.  Not serious.

The question being asked is why he is being arrested and sent to jail, while Hunter Biden is being protected despite having committed far more serious crimes.
Trump literally showed classified documents (that he shouldn't have had, after his security clearance was revoked) showing US military options for attacking Iran to some guy during an interview for a book at his country club.

He hid dozens of boxes of classified documents from his own lawyer and then asked his lawyer search where they used be and sign a sworn statement that all the documents had been returned to the government.

And then there's the whole trying to stay in office after losing his reelection stuff...

What did Bidens drug addicted son that's never been in office or a public figure do that was worse than any of the above?

Guys, you need to check this:

Donald Trump set Twitter on fire with his mugshot tweet. 1.5 million likes and 215 million views until now. Elon Musk posted multiple times, including a tweet that claimed that there are approximately 10 million views per hour for this image. I am still not sure how all this drama will work out for Donald Trump in the end, but Trump has received a big boost as a result of all this.

Here is another Tweet from Elon:

All that voting does is legitimize the election process... at least for yourself. Do you really want to legitimize the corruption inherent in our election processes?
