2461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worsening Lebanese Crisis May Spark Bitcoin Adoption on: December 29, 2019, 03:10:39 PM
I heard this too that they are suffering from transferring money and the rate of dollar to their money is very expensive, so it is possible that they could also adopt cryptocurrency in their system for them to be able to transfer money with their loved ones just like what Venezuela did as an alternative way for their crisis.
Bitcoin is good alternative for countries that having economic crisis as it can help them at times like this, let's just hope that they will not banned crypto and allows bitcoin to be used in their country so they have option while their figuring it out the solution to their problem. Many countries already using it due to superinflation that they wanted to keep off.
2462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Vending machines that use Bitcoin on: December 29, 2019, 01:47:27 PM
If the speed of the transaction would allow you to get the vending machine item at a time of a 1 second, where the network would somehow not become laggy.
Yeah it would be awesome for it to exist.

But as everything, network has problems when the network gets messy, laggy, routes damaged.
Therefore when the traffic get's throttled away it will be hard for the vending machine to keep up the item release.

Or it will have to tell the user to wait for a confirmation Roll Eyes
It’s really possible for the area that have high speed internet connection or provide free internet connection for both the vending machine and the app will be use to scan the account. Everything is possible to do in btc as payment as long as there is applicable apps and internet connection. It will be nice to try it once we have it in our country, but we need first a stable internet connection, which is a problem in my country till now.

I want to use this opportunity to tell everyone that ranking up is not as hard as you think. All you need to do is help one another by contributing some good things for the community and to your fellow countrymen. Some of my works got me promoted and earned some huge experience from reading and making some topics regarding Cryptocurrencies. If you see my BPIP status, everything was accomplished only this year.
Nice motivation, I almost left crypto this year as no good bounties coming and my holding were all falling. But then I realize not many knew crypto trading and have knowledge that bounties or signature campaigns exist, that it's still good to take advantage of this time and tries to earn more and learn until I:ll be able to trade well.
2464  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Pangkalahatang-Ideya sa mga Browser. Alin ang dapat na gamitin? on: December 29, 2019, 04:57:51 AM
I uses Chrome madalas, Safari kapag gamit ang Ipad and Brave minsan kapag naalala ko yung rewards pero mostly is Chrome talaga ang gamit ko. Haven't tried other listed by OP pero noong panahong mahilig ako magtry ng mga applications same with UI tricks for Internet Opera Mini and UC browsers are used before it's just I don't open crypto related apps kahit sa Brave Browser. Ingat lang lagi sa pag bisita ng ng mga website.
2465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest battle for Bitcoin's life is coming on: December 29, 2019, 02:43:26 AM
I left the bitcoin market. I'm preparing myself for re-entry. I will do more research and choose better projects. I am strengthening my psychology against harsh movements. I have been in this market for years and now my feet are on the ground more firmly.
This all we need, we will experience loss in crypto but it doesn't mean that we can't return, we just need to learn from experience. Improve our skills and analyse whether that coin is worth holding or simply good to trade. Bitcoin is too volatile but once it reach it's limit and been adopted by many users and organisations it's value will rise again. Don't believes in some FUD better research it beforehand.
2466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin still a people's currency? on: December 28, 2019, 05:06:10 AM
It is true, there are a lot of hate about Bitcoin especially on the internet.

I did post a statement on Facebook one time and the hate about Bitcoin is oozing saying things like it is a scam, snap out of it and other negative responses. It is the future of currency and trnasactions, I also think that Blockchain would be used widely and currencies will be based on Bitcoin while fiats taking the sideline slowly as time passes by.
Blockchain have more chance that will be more popular and adopted than in bitcoin, but those who are willing to risks and already see the potential and what bitcoin can be as an investment in the long run can try it especially if their aware of the risk and potential gains. Bitcoin is not to weak investors as they can easily be pursued and believe in FUD they can hear or read, those who also know how to trade can take advantage of it as an investment. It just depend on how risky we are in investing as many are already close minded in this idea.
2467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Purposes to play gambling, except being rich on: December 24, 2019, 10:23:31 AM
i think two of the choices fits me,it is a Routine whenever i am stressful that i seek from playing gamble.

second is having Fun and Enjoyment because i really don't focus in winning because i am a man that hates failure so it is better not to expect so fail wont take place.
I also only play when I'm stress or to kill time especially when I'm on the road that I need to wait for traffic. If Im done with bounty and trading. Or the road is too bumpy and trading and bounty is not applicable. I play online card gambling to not be irritated in traffic and to replace my focus in gambling playing which also offers fun and entertainment to me.
2468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Do Women Want? More Educational Materials Before Investing in Bitcoin on: December 18, 2019, 03:00:43 PM
Does gender even matters in bitcoin? Let's say that right now that mostly men are investing in bitcoin but I can see that if more women discovered bitcoin, they will be more good at investing and handling their btc than men. Women can also be interested in bitcoin, we just need more adoption so they can be aware of bitcoin.
Women needs a lot of guaranteed info to risk into some investments. I know Women who are good in handling or budgeting money but are too hard to convince in investing especially in crypto as they see it too risky. But there are some who are interested only once they see some proofs but people they know that are able to earn thru crypto or experience the 2017 bull run.

2471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties on: December 13, 2019, 01:00:37 PM
Timing is not important here. The ICO craze is done for and so it the Bounty craze. Stop wasting time on bounties and look for other methods of income.

Why are you suggesting to stop wasting time on bounty when you are wearing a signature and an avatar by yourself ? Follow your own advice, take them off Smiley
Maybe it's on bounties that are thru ICO and not those already existing that just need to attract more audience. As we all know ICO projects now became scam or fails since it's too common idea or just investors no longer believes in new project that makes bounty for new projects, not already listed seems a time waster. If we can't be accepted in bounty that pays weekly in BTC or eth then it's better to not put high hope in bounties earning.

2473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference? on: December 10, 2019, 02:48:13 PM
Technologically cryptocurrencies are much better than the notorious electronic money but it is worth remembering that the government is not a white fluffy bunny and the government always needs control over this, few people are currently interested in creating their own state currency, it is simply not interesting to anyone.

Digital currency, as well mobile banking and online transactions are with government consent and they have power over the transactions. Unlike in cryptocurrencies it relies mainly on our transactions. It's just hard to imagined when the time comes that government will have their way to access crypto or have power over it since even it's decentralised they still have say to ban or not allowed their countrymen to use it.
2474  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoin is enough? on: December 09, 2019, 02:11:47 PM
We can't calculate the real how much of 1 bitcoin can be in the near future. We might expect it to be these but turns out to be low in value. So as long as we can buy then better buy some if we really see BTC its possible importance and effect in the future. I suggest to still do diversification add some in BTC and buy other assets also to be safe no matter what happen in bitcoin.
2475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sale my old bike and buy bitcoin, what do you think? on: December 07, 2019, 03:29:23 PM
OP seems already sold his bike, so all he can do now is simply hold or try to learn trading to make it grow especially at time the market dump. It's good to sell our own things we don't need or use that borrow and be in debt  just to buy BTC. I think it's a good decision to push through next time is to sgufy trading to more chances of earning.
2476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto help to diversify your investment portfolio? on: December 05, 2019, 12:19:19 PM
When you plan in financial planning crypto is considered as alternative investment and it does add value in our investment as it compounded it's value depended on market conditions just like in stocks. It will depend on how much we put as investment in it and I believe it's a good investment too. It good to diversify our investment depending on our risk appetite so better have still some investment that may not increase a lot but still have a chance to secure our capital.
2477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi should be in Time's influnetial person of the decade list on: December 04, 2019, 03:19:44 PM
Time has been pro bitcoin, their 2018 article Why Bitcoin matters was a success (https://time.com/5486673/bitcoin-venezuela-authoritarian/)
There is a possibility that they will take it into look once Satoshi got nominated in the poll as there are many personalities that they will consider who make a big name or noise in these decade. We know how bitcoin gain popularity at year 2016-2017 as well Satoshi. There is chance that they will consider it as long there are people who will recommend and vote.

2479  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long term bitcoin trading viewing on: December 03, 2019, 11:03:44 AM
I hope your prediction is correct, we all hope the price of bitcoin always goes up, but the reality is often not all as expected, Yesterday yesterday almost everyone shouted that Bitcoin will head for 20K, but now bitcoin has fallen below 8K.
Market is too volatile, our prediction may not happen today, it may happen next month or next year. We never know but we must do invest only on alts that have potential or take advantage of some alts pump and dumps in that day. Trading will depend on how we will be able to monitor the market or set target amounts for our investment.
2480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You think that governments might adopt cryptocurrencies to replace fiat currency on: December 03, 2019, 06:35:09 AM
There are some countries which already have a panel and discussing the possibilities of this. But the common man is still not educated enough to understand and use a crypto, if the government thinks it is a good thing to do then they should start educating about it.
They should provide free internet or at least have a provider that really offers a secured and fast internet connection. This can be another problem if ever in my country as many area still not capable to have a good internet connection. But if implemented in Cities it can be adopted and many is fine with advanced technology trainings if ever government will provide one.
