1661  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: September 03, 2022, 12:27:31 PM
The issue is about Freeman being left out when Stake.com was established.  Freeman claimed that he was "discouraged" during their discussion before Stake.com was created.  I think Freeman's greed consume his thought in believing that he has the right on joining to become part owner of Stake.com.  Though the company lawyer has a counter statement regarding this issue.
Cases like this are always very difficult to prove, if the information in the article shared is correct Freeman is suing the owners of stake because they did not let him be part of it, but just because they were partners in a business already this does not mean he is entitled to become part of yet another project with them, Freeman also argues that he helped to design several features of stake, but how is that possible? He was given the chance of being part of the project but since he need to relocate he refuse to do it.

We will need to see if Freeman can produce good evidence to support his case, but so far his statements do not seem to bring too much strength to his case if you ask me.

The problem was he only resurfaced now when Stakes already made a reputation and generates huge revenue on crypto market. He is silent before when Stakes started and he just file this lawsuit on a successful Stake. This lawsuit is indeed mission impossible and probably he just want to make some noise to hurt Stakes about his accusation. He should do this lawsuit the moment the 2 founder of Stake start to operate the casino since day 1 but he just ignore it then do this when everything is already settled.

1662  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Awareness of scam on social media will help reduce scam on: September 03, 2022, 07:19:10 AM
Newbies will continue to fall for scam it I don’t think it can be completely eradicated, all those newbies joining cryptocurrency are looking for easy and fast money that’s why they easily get scammed, scammers are doing research and getting new methods to scam so matter how you warn the newbies they won’t believe, that’s why I think scam can’t be easily be eradicated. Social media is a place where most of those scam happen and why you don’t trust anything you see there.

Yeah, it’s very hard eliminate those gullible newbie because they know exactly the risk of what they are doing but sometimes they still want to invest there money for a chance of quick profit. Scammer knew this that’s why they keep doing this different scheme as there business on crypto. It’s nearly impossible to educate all newbies for awareness but it’s not bad to educate them as much as possible.
1663  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this allowed? on: September 03, 2022, 05:49:27 AM
I think you miss the word “try” because the campaign manager is not requiring participants to post on the ANN thread but just reminding them about the possible post engagement on the Casino ANN thread that paying them. I usually post on the casino ANN thread that I’m currently employed for signature campaign to show support and help to give good result for the campaign for a possible long term job.

Posting discussion is different on shilling which the mods care about on creating that rules.
1664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino Stake.com sued for $400 million on: September 02, 2022, 01:13:32 PM
I'd love to hear more of this, I hope there would be an update soon with the case.

it's kind of weird that Chris Freeman's stake in the casino was reduced from 20% to 14% while Ed Craven and Bijan Tehrani stake in the casino did not(I assumed it wasn't reduced because it was never mentioned in the article that their stake was affected)? I wish they'd give more information since I think this one is still lacking.

I doubt that more info will be available in the public since the company reputation is at stake on this lawsuit. Releasing public information might just worsen the situation since they are operating a services while the issue is internal conflict. This need to be settled and let freeman speak to clarify what’s going when the smoke is already clear. Freeman has no role on Stake company and the reason for this issue. Ed and Bij cut him off and now he wants to paid.
1665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: September 02, 2022, 09:57:17 AM
This is an interesting match because they have different fighting stance which means there might be a lot of instance that they will throw punches at the same side. This 2 undisputed boxer is no doubt a beast but Ramirez will a clear advantage if we can base on the statistics especially the experience and height. The only that makes Bivol the favorite is because his recent success to give a upset defeat to Canelo. I will take that extra odds for Ramirez since they have almost close stats and the match is highly a decision fight  which the Veteran Ramirez has an advantage.
1666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino Stake.com sued for $400 million on: September 02, 2022, 07:49:00 AM
$400 million in punitive damage? That's insane! I believe it's a good time to withdraw your funds from Stake asap because you never know the outcome of the lawsuit. This is not the first time we have seen such ownership dispute in crypto world but the amount this time is insane. So just to make your funds safe, move to a different casino for the time being.

Clearly the guy wants a settlement lower that amount because Stake will never pay him that huge amount just for the punitive damage. This lawsuit will cause a lot on both party and I’m sure that Stake know how to damage control on this kind of situation especially using there company bylaws to save them from this kind of charges.

I understand that Stake might be a high risk as this moment but the money he is asking is too good to be true. I think a settlement for a lower amount is appropriate on this kind of lawsuit that clearly just want to share a piece of cake on Stake success.
1667  Economy / Gambling / Re: I need advice from experienced users of this forum on: September 01, 2022, 01:17:44 PM
You are trying to revive a dead horse with this one Roger....

Can you go into more detail on why they rejected your KYC verification? I think a lot of these sites use this as a backdoor to get out of tricky situations when they have to pay out money to their customers.

They might have seen something wrong with your initial verification, but they left it unresolved... until you claimed. Then suddenly things like this become a huge issue for them ..... and they have an excuse not to pay.  Angry

Agree to this. Casino nowadays is using KYC to have an excuse to not pay players since most of the crypto players don’t want to compromised there KYC over there casino and they are using the delaying tactic to delay the KYC result or reject the submitted documents once player complied until the user lost there patience on submitting the documents and forget about there balance.
1668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Having losses? Or people are not going the right way on: September 01, 2022, 11:40:29 AM
Doesnt matter if its big or small profits as long it would be green then it would be still a profit although it do only differ on scale but thats what it counts and this is where people do really make out other actions

which would really be different to each other. Some does really love to play safe and some do really love to put up some risk.Losses is normal and this is why we are doing out best to lessen it out.
The important thing on here is that you should really be wise on every decisions that you would make even though it wont be that precise but at least you do know on what you are doing.
I prefer to withdraw profits, even if they are small because I believe the profits can be big if I keep trying.
Maybe people want to take advantage when the price is high so the profit will be even greater.
They should be able to learn to reduce losses, especially if they know that the price will continue to fluctuate and even the price will move so fast.
Yes, we must be wise in making decisions so we don't suffer big losses like others.

It’s a golden on trading to take profit when happy but you can maximize your profitability if you are using fibonacci level to determine the percentage of profit to make your trade efficient rather than using just your emotion on taking profit. I’m always encountering this kind of comment on thread like this but how do you determine if the profit is small or huge?

Many traders are missing a lot profit opportunity for being too cautious without even using indicators. It’s not bad to become cautious but people should understand how to play properly on trading.

Please rest assured that we will be in touch with you as soon as once they get back to us.

although it make take days, that seem reassuring. we are in the different time already that even with just a small amount, the casinos are mandating KYC from users. its happening not just to cloudbet, the not so popular casinos are doing it also.

i think they should be telling us the minimum amount where they won't be asking KYC.

I think there’s no minimum amount nowadays to required KYC because I saw some user ask to undergo KYC with just small amount in the balance by just winning more than x3 of his deposit. I think casino is now fully utilizing there ToS in regards of application of KYC to all its user little by little. I think this is due to the regulators that pressuring them to mandatory KYC all its users for the sake of protecting there business interest. We can’t do anything about this but to comply or choose other casino that still not asking KYC.

It’s really amazing if we view it with the current price of Bitcoin in mind but what if Bitcoin price do manage to increase to million dollars a piece or more. The future generation will gonna be amazed on our discussion right now that we still manage to see Bitcoin on the current just like we wish to be on the era of Bitcoin which OP posted. I’m those who early sold and never came back is not browsing anymore news related to Bitcoin because it’s killing them just to know the current price of Bitcoin.  Cheesy
1671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots and Crash Game version Football. on: August 30, 2022, 03:22:09 PM
I think casinos just want it to be more lively and engaging as well as being catchy considering the trend in the space. It's still a crash game after all but kudos to those talented dev artists that made these amazing UIs, they make gambling really more fun. Maybe next time we see some anime characters in a crash game. Who knows?
I think the developer wanted to give a different touch to the gambling game so that it could attract more gamblers to play it longer. It could be that later if similar games can attract more gamblers, developers will make games using various anime characters or maybe Marvel heroes Grin

Well, this is just a different way for a casino to attract gamblers to spend their time gambling. And maybe this will become a trend in the future.

This is actually catchy and would be a good strategy to attract more players. We can't deny the fact that there are players who focus more on graphics and animation because they find it attractive and entertaining at the same time. The evolution of simple sports is emerging more each day and I guess it's simply because the competition for casino sites is getting higher as well.

Graphics is not the most priority but it surely deserves a credit on attracting players. Players still prioritized what games they want to play because a sportsbook type guy will surely don't to play crash game if he didn't like it even though the theme is based on the game that he likes. People is gambling because of the gambling and not what they are watching. Visual effect just add entertainment but it can't change the guy preferrence completely with just the design.
1672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep or sell ethereum before the merge? on: August 30, 2022, 01:19:32 PM
Keep or sell ethereum before the merge?

I've made some researches and found plenty of rumors saying that ethereum will dump after the merge and why's that?

I suggest to split your holdings, Keep a part of your holdings that you are willing to risk and take profit some just to make sure you are safe and minimize your risk what ever happened to the price. Right now holding Ethereum is a gamble because just like you, Many traders is just speculating whatever you are thinking and this the reason why the price is unpredictable right now. There’s a chance that Ethereum will really dump after the merge including the crypto market because that hype news start this minor crypto recovery. Everything might fall apart or there will be a massive fomo buy after the merger finish.
1673  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: August 30, 2022, 07:32:01 AM
Stake is definitely making loads of money on this $5,000,000 Birthday race, because the wagering cost to the player are significantly higher than usual. The DICE/LIMBO wagering strategies are costing almost $15 per $1000 wagered at times..... where it usually averaged between $9 to $10 per $1000 wagered.  Roll Eyes

I am experimenting with other strategies that might give some better ratios, but nothing has shown to be less than the above. Looking at the rankings..... people are wagering millions and I doubt that they will profit from that kind of wagering.  Roll Eyes

How many times do you experience those 15$/1000$ wager. I just don't get how the win rate affected by the current tournament volume of participants. Dice is the most effective game to gather wager with less risk. I think that 15$ is already too much loss just to get the bonus on the current event because I saw some user above posting a wager volume above 300K while still gets only 100$ plus as reward. This is not worth it if the intention is just chasing the promotion reward.

Can I know your setup on dice that result with hat ratio?
1674  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|$10 000 Daily Battles|🚀Swap BFG on Binance Wallet on: August 30, 2022, 05:05:37 AM
I also can't agree with you but yes there is risk to invest in alt-coin . But you also have to remember that not all coins can be compared to the gains Bitcoin, BNB or Ethereum. BNB has been launched since 2017, then reached this stage through their performance.  I think the gambling also  is promising site for future and also in the future it will be seen that their tokens were also be listed in a good exchangers. Moreover, many people are still trading it on others exchanges, the trade volume is not too high, but it should not underestimated at once.
Well one of the advantages of native tokens is that they can be easily used to play in the casino, another is that those who want to invest and decide to leave it in Hodl mode is also something else, staking is a practice that many like And well, that is up to each person, because each person decides what to do with their money, however, the fact that they can play with the native token to multiply it within the same casino seems to me to be something exceptional, something that I do not like and I do not I know why the casino has it is that in the game of slots they do not allow betting with BFG, but with fiat, that is something that at least locks me up from Betfury and I do not like it.
That's the thing, there is a "utility" of this token that they are missing and we should always be focusing on the utility of it. If there is a way to make money from it even during the bearish period then I would say that it's a good thing, but if we are talking about something that is dangerously risky for all the things we have done so far, then I am not sure if it is going to be easy at all.

I have to say that the best thing to invest right now is something with a utility, that way you know that even if you can't make a profit right now, you could grow your future profit by using the utility, and that will give you a greater return in the future.

The BFG token utility is still active because the casino is still running and you can earn by staking it on exchanges like Babyswap. The team is using the casino profit to provide liquidity in the pool. If that is not the utility you want then I don't know what's still you are looking for on utility token like this.

You can have extra profit by staking or gamble it in the casino. This is the main purpose of this tokens and you should know it if you are an investor before you dive in.
1675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: August 29, 2022, 03:12:53 PM
Inoue will have an easy fight I guess here, no questions asked. The venue in Japan was unlikely to have when in fact that it will be historical for Inoue to get the fourth belt in his career. I think betting against the odds here isn't a choice but we may never know, as per the sentiment, this really points to Inoue's win.

It's really a mismatch and would be a big challenge for Paul Butler. He should be preparing a lot if he wants to knock out Naoya but it will be hard for sure. I hope the remaining months would be enough for him to have full-time training because Inoue has an advantage when it comes to strength and stamina.

Yep this is a total mismatch if we directly compared the record of this 2 boxer. The only advantage Butler can get was his experience nothing more. He shouldn’t be on that position if Casimero manage to defend his belt without giving shit reason about his health. He can beat the shit out of Butler if he not avoiding the match for whatever reason he is holding. I don’t say Casimero is a better match for Inoue but Butler might not be on that position if Casimero fight him.
1676  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading gambling in another form? on: August 29, 2022, 02:28:38 PM
If you don't know what you're doing, then yes, trading will be gambling for you. Especially if you mess around with margin and futures, you will have a better chance of winning in gambling then imo.
Knowing what you are doing doesn't guaranteed that you will win, gamblers don't gamble without good reasoning and strategy first unless you are a new gambler, any form of prediction, trying to know the future is gambling.

I think he is directing that comment to trading as catalyst to determine it as gambling because trading is obviously not gambling because it’s an investment but you can turn anything that involves money as gambling if you don’t know what are you doing that increase your risk on losing than gaining.
1677  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1 - The copycat epidemic within crypto casinos. on: August 29, 2022, 01:44:40 PM
I don’t understand what’s the issue here. This is business and it’s normal to see a competitor that has same product because that what it means on competing with same business. You can see this kind of thing on other business industry like gadgets, appliances and other products which big companies releasing same item type with just different brand.

There’s no patent on the casino website and also bunch of same casino existing means the crypto casino market is growing. I don’t see the point on observing there similarities because it’s obvious that they are just competing to each other and that’s how business works. You can’t monopolize all the players on playing on a single casino without a competitor that offers same product.
1678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT WORTH WITH SUCCESS? on: August 29, 2022, 10:08:54 AM
NFT industry is already saturated and even the biggest brand NFT value is already not worth-it than before. I don’t see any specific category of NFT that excels on the current market because all of them is going down so if you are just planning to enter in hope to earn huge money to your new NFT idea then I suggest to postponed it for now because today is not the best day to release any investment opportunities in the market.
1679  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: August 28, 2022, 04:17:14 PM
Hi OwlGames, I was browsing around your casino, and I noticed that its users can only log into the site through using a MetaMask wallet? I'm not an Ethereum user, nor am I a Binance blockchain user. Is there a "regular" way to log into OwlGames casino and deposit Bitcoins? It's the only cryptocurrency I have, and I would really like to play Craps from Nucleus. Cool

This is the beauty of the owl gambling platform Sir because you don't need to pass KYC, unlike most gambling platforms, almost all of them have KYC that is required when a gambler releases a lot on their platform.

Now if the only problem you are having is being able to log into an owl using Bitcoin, You can use the bitcoin that you gamble with BNB to enter owl games using the metamask wallet dude. And when you do that, either ERC20 or BEP20 you can use it.

This question that you quote is already answered mate through signing up using email during the registration process. Besides Native Bitcoin is the one supported by Owl wallet because I don’t see any other blockchain option on the deposit page. Having a BSC Bitcoin is indeed good to save fees since exchange like Binance accepts BSC Bitcoin on there wallet deposit.

You can see Wind fury question already solved here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5378280.msg60818434#msg60818434

Mass adaptation means full regulation.
