2481  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Recommend me a signature campaign on: June 11, 2016, 05:19:41 PM
for me, best signature campaign is secondstrade, they have good rate and is paying every week without any problem. you just need to post your info, OP will check you posts and if they suits to him, you will be accepted.

this is the thread of secondstrade: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=907271.0

good luck

Good rate? You call that good rate? Grin Even spammers wouldn't like to be there, they would prefer YoBit. I see that people who got banned from spamming when they were still in the YoBit campaign had migrated in secondstrade. I think that's the lowest paying signature campaign today.

I think tokeweed's post quality has gone back to what it was -- 1 liner posts. He was doing good when he first started in BitBuku.co campaign but after a day, he started posting 1 to 2 liner posts again. Oh well, just try YoBit campaign. They don't mind 2 liner posts if it's constructive and on topic.

Sometimes it's unavoidable and one sentence is enough to get your point across.  A lot of times, people's posts have the feel that they are trying too hard because they are in a campaign.  Some of them are long but written in broken English.  Where's the quality in that?

Edit:  Happy to say that I might get accepted in Betcoin's signature campaign.  I'm still waiting for the campaign manager's reply via PM.  But I started wearing the avatar and sig anyway.  Crossing my fingers...

You probably should check out lorylore's post since he/she has been in Betcoin's signature campaign for so long. He/she has been posting 1 or 2 liners posts ever since. It only takes him/her a few seconds/minutes to post another one. He/she is a hot topic on Betcoin's thread right now. It'd be pretty unfair if you don't get accepted just because you're posting 1-2 liner posts. If he/she got accepted, why won't you?

It seems like you got accepted before I have posted this reply Smiley
Hi Ros,

2482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: June 11, 2016, 05:15:38 PM
Explain to him first the base of Bitcoin, why it is used, and its system, then show him some videos that explain him the rest, you can find a lot in http://www.bitcoin.org

And also, explain to him that you shouldn't be copy+pasting replies in here because it'll get you banned. Roll Eyes

You copy+pasted Sauvonsnosculs' reply, didn't you?

You should be a role model to your students. You shouldn't doing prohibited things like this.

Explain to him first the base of Bitcoin, why it is used, and its system, then show him some videos that explain him the rest, you can find a lot in http://www.bitcoin.org

But if he/she is not interested with it, it won't all be effective. Like my sister, she wonders how did i earn from it and she told me to teach her how to earn also. As soon as i teach her how to earn and the risks of it she quit already because she said it was too complicated but for me it was not. She thought that it was an easy money to earn. So i prefer to learn it by themselves so they won't blame someone if they lose money or something.
2483  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: June 11, 2016, 05:12:27 PM
I think that the best way to get rich is make something new and very necessery for people, no compete from anybody and you will get a lot of money.

The thing is it's hard to think of something "new". The necessary things for human life was/is already been invented by people. Most of it though. There might be some things that might surpass a present invention but it will only surpass it by a little.

It's really hard to think of something that will surpass the present inventions a lot. In the past, there's a lot of people who have invented a lot of "new" and necessary things for the human life. It should be much easier for them to think of something "new" because the world isn't modern just yet.

But if you, somehow, think of something new and necessary for the human life, then you have to make sure that nobody will steal your idea. Think of a way of how will you get paid because of the idea that you have in mind.
2484  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature Campaigns: Worth The Time? on: June 11, 2016, 05:05:43 PM
To be honest, perhaps signature campaigns can worth the time for newbies looking for alternatives to get their first bitcoin, and these signature campaigns are undoubtedly much better than faucets, but from an objective view, getting 0.01 or 0.02 each week seems a very slow method to get your first bitcoin.

0.01 or 0.02 each week is quite low. The maximum you can earn in average from signature campaigns is 0.03BTC. 0.03BTC is fair though because the exchange of BTC to USD is quite high as of today. And also, you can double this earning by having alt accounts. Be sure to not spam the forum though if you're going to have an alt account.
2485  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: June 11, 2016, 04:43:12 PM
i'm sorry but i must say that wining 1 BTC a eyar is relative:
Here at venezuela you make 33$ a month, that's regular salary. i know you make less in other parts of the world.

you shouldn't aim to 1 BTC but to INFINITE BTC

33$ for a month? That's hardly ~1$ a day. How could you people even get something to eat for 1$. The cost of living probably is very low for you to survive in a day with only a dollar in your pocket.

You can't actually aim for infinite BTC because getting infinite BTC (or the maximum amount of BTC) is unrealistic. Getting all the BTCs is just getting all the money in one currency. It's like owning all the dollars that has ever been produced ever since.
2486  Economy / Services / Re: LuckyBtcCasino sig campaign. Member-Staff (CLOSED) on: June 11, 2016, 04:36:37 PM
Just "Thursday" is unclear to me. You mean the next Thursday or the previous Thursday? Thanks.

What does this line tells you ? Sadly this Thursday will very likely be your last payment from this campaign.

So the post is made after Thursday and its obvious it will be the coming Thursday.

Thanks Joel. It's strange since coming back from the pause, I have found quite a lot of members who do not understand what I have said. It must be an influx of non native English speakers or I need to brush up. Either way makes me think I should take a closer look at certain peoples posts.

I just wanted to make things clear. Oh well, you can check all you want. Smiley I'm confident with my posts' quality anyway.
2487  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 0.3 btc in a week on: June 11, 2016, 01:54:08 AM
you buy 10 lift hero bitcointalk account and then you come singantur one week you can get 0.3

The worst advise I've ever seen, having so many forum accounts will make you spamming this forum in order to reach the goal of 0.3btc per week and this may result in permanent ban even before you reach your goal. Means that you waste you money for buying those 10accounts.

That is the most ridiculous suggestion for earning 0.3 btc a week. For sure you will regret on saying that, and I don't think a person will able to manage 10 accounts and you will just going to spam the whole forum for having 10 accounts.
And working for signature campaign with it.

Having 10 accounts doesn't assure that someone will spam the forum. It depends on the intelligence and the knowledge of the user. A regular guy might have problems managing 10 accounts everyday but not everyone's a regular guy. There are some people who chose to make this as a source of income because, we should admit it, signature campaign pays well if you have alt accounts.

It's the user's choice if he's going to spam the forum knowing that spamming leads to ban. If one of his accounts gets banned, all of his accounts will be affected. You can't use your other accounts if one of them gets banned.
2488  Economy / Services / Re: LuckyBtcCasino sig campaign. Member-Staff (CLOSED) on: June 11, 2016, 01:32:23 AM
UPDATE.

Sadly this Thursday will very likely be your last payment from this campaign. After several months of this campaign running in total we will be closing. It is not 100% but as close to and I would like to give you a heads up to get in order a new campaign etc and so your not told on the day.

Thanks to you all throughout this ya'll been awesome.

Just "Thursday" is unclear to me. You mean the next Thursday or the previous Thursday? Thanks.
2489  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Recommend me a signature campaign on: June 10, 2016, 02:22:23 PM
I said " I don't have to when I don't need to " but when I have to elaborate on the point ,I certainly can.

Nope, you simply didn't say that.

I believe explaining stuff from the roots or basics gives one a clear understanding of the issue. If you're not too smart to understand it,I shall leave you alone.

Too smart to understand? I think you meant "smart enough". Smiley

Anyway, just to summarize your previous post:
You don't have to post a long paragraph just to make your post constructive, insightful and on topic. As long as it covers the topic that you quoted and it answers the question/s that was/were asked, your post should be good.
2490  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: June 10, 2016, 02:14:45 PM
I think bitcoin can not replace dollar as currency it can be an alternative currency in the future.
Bitcoin will takes time to be more popular in the world we should continue promoting bitcoin to other people who did not know what bitcoin is

People who are most likely to use bitcoins are already using it, they are the techie ones. And also, bitcoins are already used as an alternative currency. A lot of people have heard about bitcoin but didn't want to try it. Only those people who want to earn online or those people who want to get the privileges that bitcoin gives (e.g. anonymity in transactions, paying bills, reloading the phone anytime) will take bitcoins seriously. Some people might read some things about bitcoin and just be like "Oh yes, technology".

When will people in the forum realize that one liner's are not bad posts if they're on topic and constructive enough ?The post doesn't have to be 10 lines long and spammy to explain a point which would be done in 2 lines. That is what exact definition of spam is.You don't have to write a paragraph to make your post look constructive.A lot of Signature campaign managers have this perception ,more like my current campaign rule is sufficient ,minimum 85 chars which is hardly 1 and a half line but considering we're being managed by Lutpin,he simply doesn't pay for posts even if they're 10 lines long and non construtive.I wish this is adopted by all the campaigns.

I'm sorry but in what part did I mention that his posts aren't constructive? Roll Eyes Some of his past posts aren't constructive though. I can quote it in here but I don't want to waste time, you can look at it yourself.

Funny thing is that you're saying that you don't have to post a long paragraph to be on topic when you just posted a block of paragraph. The irony.
2492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: June 10, 2016, 01:58:49 PM
im sure it can...but it will take a long time to make bank dissapear...
but make sure that all people know what is btc...in my country just a less people know bitcoin...
I agree with you,BITCOIN can make banks disaapear ,although it's need a long time,it's not mean BITCOIN can't.

Just like how fiat money had barter system and other older terms of payment replaced, bitcoin will replace fiat money as well. Some people might not think of it as a possibility as of today, but it surely will. In the future, we will live in a place where everything is digital so the currency should be digital as well. Once the robots take over, the purely digital age will begin. An era where your money will be recorded online.
2493  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: June 10, 2016, 01:49:59 PM
Signatures are fine, but what if the signature campaign closes like primedice did.

If a single tree died in a forest, why would you mourn? Unless you have emotional attachments with that certain tree, of course. Just like here, there's a bunch of signature campaigns, if a single campaign closes, why wouldn't you be fine? You can migrate to another campaign especially if the majority of your posts are constructive and on topic posts.

Primedice promoted themself to get known then completely took it out since most people know it after their promotion.

That's the point of signature campaign anyway. To get their site promoted and be known by a lot of people. They don't need to continue doing signature campaign if they are popular enough to get a lot of players.

If the same can happen for any sig campaign, then I`d suggest you take a look on other ways to make btc.

Just like I said, if the signature campaign that you're in closes, then just migrate to another one. You can make money out of other ways too. It's better to have another source of income any way.

2495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: June 10, 2016, 01:39:01 PM
I think it could not be done. some things into consideration when you've entered the world of gambling, then you will find it hard to get out of there. gambling game is a risky game. you can not say anything. If you are logged in then you can not stop. gambling is very addictive.

The only way to stop you when you're gambling online is when you finally have nothing left in your bitcoin wallet. When that happens, you'll try to check your alt accounts if you still have even a single dollar. The other way is when you got really lucky and hit the jackpot. The idea of not losing what you have won might come up into your mind but most of the time, you end up losing what you've won.
2496  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: June 09, 2016, 03:48:14 AM
A classic way to start realizing the amount of useless shit one buys that could translate in money saved, is making a list of expenses. That's how I realized I was buying way too many videogames.

This is actually effective if you want to save money. Keeping a record or a log file of your expenses will make you realize that you're overeating and overspending. Even the littlest thing that you bought, you have to keep a record of it. And also keeping a record of what you've bought in the last few days will make you realize that you're starting to lose a lot of money.

This training will make you fully aware of every penny that you spend. Thus, making yourself feel guilty if you buy something that you basically don't need.
2497  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature Campaigns: Worth The Time? on: June 09, 2016, 03:41:45 AM
Is it really possible to get banned for spamming?  Spamming as in "lol" "okay" stuff like that right?  Sorry, I'm new to these forums, so I dont really know.

There are even people in here who are posting not 1 word but few of them and they are absolute garbage. They are trying to boost up their post count so that they will get paid a lot in their signature campaign.

Getting caught spamming will not instantly get you banned. At first it will get you kicked out of signature campaigns but if you don't stop posting senseless posts, you will surely get banned. Another note is that copy+pasting of posts will get you banned.
2498  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: June 09, 2016, 03:37:28 AM
There are allot of places where you can invest your coins but i dont think you have enough with just one coin to invest. Maybe on a long run it wil be profitable of you invest in the right one but just one is not enough..

Indeed there are all kind of startups where you can invest the bitcoin as an example you can invest in start up company's.

Just remember that there are so many kinds of investment sites where you can invest. But if you want to go mining, you better invest your money
into hardware and buy some hardware that you can use for your mining rig.
But I think still 1 btc isn't enough to have a good mining rig.

Mining isn't that profitable nowadays. Be it online or be it in a hardware. Having a 1BTC mining rig isn't that bad for a mining rig. The difficulty is the problem. If you were to mine in the previous years, it might be profitable. But now, most people don't suggest mining unless you have a really good mining rig.

Mining online is an absolute scam. They are just ponzi sites where they pay you using the money of the previous investors. Pretty sure most of you are well aware of this so I don't have to explain much further.

Absolutely right mining rigs are not profitable now since blocks is more difficult to mine now thats why miners nowadays dump or sell their rigs because they find it not worthy nowadays and even cloudmining site are sucks theyre just made just to scam people and stole their hard earned money but theres site i can recommend to mine like eobot where you can rent their pool and mine eth,

eobot? Really? There's scam accusations towards them that aren't solved up to now. Eobot might be here for a long time now but that doesn't mean that they aren't a scam site (But I am not saying they are). Try searching eobot in here and you'll see the scam accusations about their service.

Actually, it doesn't actually matter what website are you going to invest your money. 99% of them are ponzi scams anyway.
2499  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HashOcean.com Scam or legit plz on: June 09, 2016, 03:34:15 AM
The site is paying for a long time now. Nevertheless, it can in fact be a ponzi.
There's a lot of people who've made ROI with the site but I wouldn't put a large sum on for sure.

Well, fact is that it is a ponzi site. It's also a fact that some people have made ROI out of this site. But it's only because hashocean is attracting more and more investors. It wouldn't stop running unless people stop investing. Hashocean even claimed that they started years ago to look more legit.

Although hash ocean is running as ponzi scam and as long as its paying well that ok for now but not really very recommend to invest for more at this state since halving is approaching and it can effect their income since price is rising and they cannot pay their investors if the price of bitcoin will be more higher and no investor will come to invest with them.

Totally those who newly invested to their site have fear for their money now since theirs many issue coming that hash will be next to cld to run well we cannot predict what will happen but let see how far they can go more.
I agree, as long as HashOcean is paying, it is okay. The fact that it lasted for two years, many investors indeed believe on it and continuously investing. Eventhough the site is still paying I also not recommend to invest large amount of your bitcoin as of this time since halving is coming. But if you really want to, IMO you can invest a small amount. I'm not thinking that it will close or turn to scam the soonest since many users out there are still believing and investing on it. But ofcourse you must be aware of the risk before taking some action, because anything can happen.

The faith of the investors are irrelevant. They can believe how much they want to HashOcean but if HashOcean choose to run away, their faith will just be destroyed. The only thing that can make HashOcean running for long is to put more money into their site. It's a ponzi site, of course it will not run away as long as there's people investing on them. If their site becomes stagnant, they will surely run away. And also, consider the halving that's coming, the BTC price will shoot up. There's still plenty of time for them to run away.
2500  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 09, 2016, 03:31:28 AM
I honestly would never do this, I think there are too many risks for making this your full job.

It depends on who you are in the bitcoin world. Some people might think position isn't relevant in this world since it is fully anonymous but actually, your position in here says the things that you've contributed before.

If you're a Legendary member, then surely you can make money out of signature campaign since the pay out for high rank accounts are quite high. I believe if you're a mod in a board in here, you have some salary.

Outside this forum, you can still have a position. You can be an owner of a gambling site, or you can be just a regular guy who makes money by doing microtasks. Your position in this world determines how much money you make. So before ditching your day job, you should probably create a good position first. Build your own empire in the bitcoinworld before you fully abandon your day job.
