I wouldn't mind to see all my bids filled, thus going all in, to then send all the coins to a paper wallet while I forget about this thread for a couple of years. No joking.
This is my very feeling, and i regret that i missed the opportunity yesterday at 98...
Whatever happens, it will be soon Smiley

Why everyone now turned bearish?
Just because we are at the end of the triangle and the only heavy movement you expect is down?
2503  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: May 08, 2013, 01:02:06 PM
$111 seems to be a psychological barrier, it keeps getting close but everytime it looks like it will go through 111 it bounces back up again. 111 is a weird number though, don't know if that has something to do with it. Tongue
We are simply having an uber low volume period, we are at the end of the triangle. When we break it, in a few days, it will be funny and 111 will not matter anyway.
2504  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: May 08, 2013, 12:45:30 PM
personally I'm not too interested in peoples life/trading plans being detailed on the wall movement tracker thread...

I also think quitting your job to trade bitcoin is pretty ridiculous - unless your were a successful trader before perhaps - but then why would you need to quit your job...
You made me reflect about why i'm short on this market...
2505  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: May 08, 2013, 12:19:02 PM
Good luck, wish I was in your position!
I don't want to do the demoralizer here, but i think that what you aim for is impossible.
First of all, you should try to maximize your profits. If you don't do so, you will have burnt 10 days of lucky work with a single loss of 30% (that will certanly happen to you, sooner or later).
2506  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: May 07, 2013, 07:17:29 PM
yes corrected it inmediately. it was said by Zuckerberg's confidant not himself.
You know, i was so tired to find a point of entry that i was going all in at that very news Wink

Zuckerberg Palihapitiya says people will get bored of Facebook if they don't bring new ideas like bringing Bitcoin to FB
2508  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: May 07, 2013, 05:39:17 PM
They are giving much time for Batch1 people to wipe the bitcoins, give batch2 people some time too, and b3, then deliver the chips. That would be fair.
Also, raid BFL and stole their box of fans. They are becoming real (i suppose that they already have a deal with asicminer, so i won't care about them).
2509  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: May 07, 2013, 05:31:15 PM
I have faith they are pretty reasonably close to shipping; hopefully I'm correct in this belief...
I hope so for your 75btc - batch 3 order.
2510  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: May 07, 2013, 05:00:02 PM
Batch 2 was supposed to ship from the 5th of march to the 5th of april. Then the 5th of april was moved to the 15th of april. Then they came out with their "new smt line" stuff and said that they would be online and ship "really fast" starting from the 15th of april, until the end of the month. The 15th of april they said to have started shipping, now they claim to have shipped 20 units (certainly not to the trade ins as they have yet to pay) and that since that some people of their team is sick, they are late, and that they received the smt line but that it could take until the second week of may (now) to put it online. No timeline was given about how fast they will ship after that their new smt line is working.

No update was given, and that's is a 2 months delay.

Also, after that they sold out batch 2, they claimed that the trade ins customers, that did not paid at the time, 1) where not part of the 600 units limit (they probably have 1000s of trade in units) 2) they would ship before the regular customers, cause "we are not special".

Batch 2 customers paid at the firsts of February because they needed to buy resistors & capacitors "to be able to ship on time". I'm quite sure that they have the resistors and capacitors, and that they could have shipped on time too, if they wanted.
2511  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: May 07, 2013, 04:41:33 PM
They are way way more than 1/10th as late as bfl...

I was thinking about the guy that did the market buy from 78 to 91 a few days ago. That was what, 50kBTC? Will he do a market sell today?
:|

That sir, might be read as trying to induce a bit of panic  Shocked
No, that's not my goal. I'm here to buy cheap, like everyone else Smiley
Since that we have 30k btc to breach 90, i think that we will even stay above that.

But someone invested a lot on long during these days... It's a fact. Will he accept the loss or crash the market? Dunnow.

Can you really blame him?
http://bitcoin.sipa.be/speed-lin-ever.png

I still don't think that avalon batch 2/3 will have a negative roi, and i'm most worried about the production capacity of avalon itself, not of bfl.

they have plenty of capacity. They are in china. They just don't have the motivation to do it since they have the machines and your money/btc already.
Yes, this is what I was saying.
2516  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Compeeting with ASICMINER seems impossible on: May 06, 2013, 08:39:02 PM
You are comparing the production costs of ASICMINER with the selling prices of Avalon and BFL.
Seriously?
2517  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: May 06, 2013, 06:36:11 PM
This is the first time I've ever been a real bear before. I just sold all my remaining Bitcoins. Still predicting a drop for tommorow. Sad
We have a 40$ surplus based on a news on nothing... This is my point of view.
I think that the USD on mtgox is going down, the google trends indicators are going down, and that 1 month from now we will be sub 100. Personally, i didn't even tough about buying at 75$, and yes, i'm kicking myself for the gain i've lost, but i'm still confident in my trading decisions and i hope to be able to buy at a cheap price.
After all, this was a bubble, the bubble bursted, and so did the media exposure.

Manipulator... Everyone in this thread is a manipulator.
2519  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: May 06, 2013, 02:47:43 PM
Already 7000btc just to get back to 125, lol.
Maybe the same guy that did a market order for 50k btc Friday is the one with the 2 million dollars bid wall and his trying to save the ship with these market orders now?
Someone big wants (or wanted) us to go higher... Much higher.
2520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING! Bitcoin will soon block small transaction outputs on: May 05, 2013, 09:33:45 PM
I think that the point here is that we don't have any better solutions. I don't care about pico dollars transactions. I'm worried about how it looks like we can't handle a high volume of transactions.
