What if I ordered and upgrade kit?  I won't be able to put it in myself?
You will. He is not talking about that.
1522  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 23, 2013, 05:05:35 PM
Does the TOS specify that the Babyjets have to be functioning?
I would love if they acted like that. (they won't)
1523  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 23, 2013, 04:17:51 PM
The problems with doubling down on the MPP are that:
1) there is and there will no guaranteed delivery time for the MPP
2) __important__ they will keep you in hostage with future promises of a better MPP in the future (August 2014?)

They only way to get something out of those bastards is to sue them. (first time in 4 months that i use such a word, but it was well deserved).
1524  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 23, 2013, 03:55:37 PM
so what you are saying is dont bother? just let hashfast do what they want? you are so weak.
I wanted to create a graph with a log function drawing in one axis the activity of the user (< 20 in the case of those sockpuppets) and in the other their position pro/against my will to sue HF. However i won't lose time that way, i don't think it to be necessary to explain what HF is doing here.

Dear HF, i'm fortunately free to spend my money the way i want. Fortunately i didn't lost everything with you, only the majority of my BTC stake. (and since that john asked and i answered about what i do for a living, you should be even more worried).
1525  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 23, 2013, 03:23:26 PM
nevermind the fact that customers will have their units in hand only 3 to 4 days (if not longer) AFTER 31'st.
And since that it's not delivery, we will easily win our case. I should hear back from the lawyer today...
1526  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: December 23, 2013, 03:16:34 PM
So, if hashfast doesn't ship by the Dec 31 deadline they will issue refunds.  Refunds per the ToS will be paid in USD based on USD paid or BTC exchange rate at the time of purchase.
That version of the ToS is now the one we agreed on. Refund will have to be of the same BTC value. BTC in, BTC out.
Sources:
[1] forum posts from HF in August
[2] member visiting HF office two months ago that asked specifically for this point, and was assured that refund would have been in BTC
1527  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 23, 2013, 03:13:05 PM
Jesus Christ, I thought I made it more than ludicrous enough that no one would believe it, especially since it's just a copy and paste of the last update. I guess I should have added a line or two about the new Dyson Sphere that's going to power the Sierra arriving for testing.
+1

All the people that believed you discouraged me on our average qi.
1528  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 23, 2013, 02:19:39 PM
If HF is going to use the new tos for the B1 guaranteed delivery date then they are going to use it for the refund policy.
What are you blathering about?
1529  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 23, 2013, 02:05:49 PM
(j)       REFUNDS.  Any refunds due to Buyer will be made in United States Dollars
None of batch 1 customers agreed to that terms. Will you stop, idiotic and failed puppet that you are?
Do you really think that your stupid posts will convince anyone of your agenda?
1530  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 23, 2013, 12:57:01 PM
the money is gone. even if you are successful in court. hashfast files for bankruptcy and the story ends.
And we get all the chips we want at fab cost. Fine for me.
1531  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cointerra's history of fraud, lies, and deceit on: December 23, 2013, 07:43:11 AM
CT: please switch to our January batch at half the price (3$/GH)
HF: we are still on track with the December delivery you agreed upon in August, it wasn't October that you read on our website, you are either stupid or blind, so shut up.
1532  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 23, 2013, 07:18:19 AM
Cedivad - I think you need to try and understand:
These people deserve jail time.
+1.
I won't give up now. I won't just accept to have lost 70% of what they made me pay. I have no reason in the world to even think to do so. Not after all of this.

lol! a bitcoin refund is just completly out of space. even if you successful sue them, which is very unlikely imho, there just wont be enough $funds to buy back BTC at this horrendous price at the moment.
They sold 4+ batches of orders. If they file for bankrupcy to avoid the lawsuits then they'll forfeit everything they own and will be auctioned off including their IP (mask). I'd be fine having the mask as penance for their blatant and obvious lies. Create an open source community under a non-profit to allow anyone who got scammed by these guys to buy chips at cost.
You see? This is what i mean.

They screwed us, but they screwed themselves as well. Can't wait to make it black over white. HF will be dead with their batch 1 customers if that is their plan. And i will happily go down with them.

Pre-tweet from Senior de Casto
You mean de Castro, right? Why the Senior before it? Are you spanish speaking or he is?
1533  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 22, 2013, 11:57:26 PM
I just hate how this is the first good news we've heard out of Hash Fast in a while and everyone is still being so negative.
The only good news would be BTC refunds. Miners with 4 times the promised difficulty? You can keep them.

Sure, they are late... let's be honest, who here didn't expect them to be late? With such an ambitious timeline I figured they would slip on it.
I don't know, but i'm not sure that i was expecting them to be late when a few days before the October deadline everything was on track.

People defending HF... No, i really can't understand it.
1534  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 22, 2013, 09:50:54 PM
We were screwed one month ago. today we are totally fucked.
Imagine a week from now.

Anyway yes, it would have made more sense to ship everything possible 2 weeks ago and follow up with firmware updates. However i guess that the bigger radiator has something to do with this delay.
1535  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 22, 2013, 09:43:54 PM
No problem Xian01, but your friend's friend made a first level bitcoin scam and can't be congratulated with.
1536  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 22, 2013, 09:32:00 PM
I should probably consider ordering one of these...
Are you the next cyperdoc? Reading your post made me nervous.
1537  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 22, 2013, 07:16:57 PM
I just got a notification of a press release..
Email? They sent you an email with the press release instead of the tracking number? My lawyer will be happy to hear that.
1538  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 22, 2013, 06:40:17 PM
I can't wait for john to deny that he ever promised BTC refunds...
1539  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: December 22, 2013, 01:50:16 PM
I ordered a water block last week and due to shipping problems FedEx won't deliver till after Christmas.
I ordered from 3 different shipping companies on monday and i received everything within 2 days. Two of those orders where international.
1540  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 21, 2013, 05:31:21 PM
If it's 1.2-1.5, it could easily be HF, with 0.6PH for the BJ and 0.6PH for IceDrill... I guess that we will see tomorrow/monday.
