2501  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: June 09, 2016, 03:23:07 AM
I'm assuming that when "money" was stated, you were referring to fiat money. To get fiat money, I will probably sell all my alt coins and my bitcoins. The halving is coming and I need to buy something for myself, I will surely sell half or 3/4 of my BTCs and continue to  buy and sell various alt coins.
2502  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HashOcean.com Scam or legit plz on: June 09, 2016, 01:15:14 AM
The site is paying for a long time now. Nevertheless, it can in fact be a ponzi.
There's a lot of people who've made ROI with the site but I wouldn't put a large sum on for sure.

Well, fact is that it is a ponzi site. It's also a fact that some people have made ROI out of this site. But it's only because hashocean is attracting more and more investors. It wouldn't stop running unless people stop investing. Hashocean even claimed that they started years ago to look more legit.
2503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with 1,5 BTC? on: June 09, 2016, 01:03:59 AM
Put it all on the cavaliers in nba finals game 3!!!!

lol jk but I do think nba will find a way for the warriors to not
sweep the cavs (nba loses so much money if warriors win 4-0)
You can do some trading with 1 or 5 BTC or else let's wait for halving because there will be some value increasing by that time and you can probably get some benefit. The one more idea is signature campaign. Here you need buy some high rank account with campaign and earn.

1.5 BTC can get you a Legendary account and another account in a lower rank depending on the deal. Having 2 high ranked accounts and being active in a signature campaign will make you get back your 1.5 BTC easily. And then the next payouts in the campaign will be the profit of the 1.5BTC investment.
2504  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: June 09, 2016, 01:00:44 AM
There are allot of places where you can invest your coins but i dont think you have enough with just one coin to invest. Maybe on a long run it wil be profitable of you invest in the right one but just one is not enough..

Indeed there are all kind of startups where you can invest the bitcoin as an example you can invest in start up company's.

Just remember that there are so many kinds of investment sites where you can invest. But if you want to go mining, you better invest your money
into hardware and buy some hardware that you can use for your mining rig.
But I think still 1 btc isn't enough to have a good mining rig.

Mining isn't that profitable nowadays. Be it online or be it in a hardware. Having a 1BTC mining rig isn't that bad for a mining rig. The difficulty is the problem. If you were to mine in the previous years, it might be profitable. But now, most people don't suggest mining unless you have a really good mining rig.

Mining online is an absolute scam. They are just ponzi sites where they pay you using the money of the previous investors. Pretty sure most of you are well aware of this so I don't have to explain much further.
2505  Economy / Speculation / Re: is it time to sell? on: June 09, 2016, 12:55:59 AM
As we are waiting for the halving in the month of July, maybe that is not a good time to sell, unless you have a need of more urgent money. In fact I always prefer to have bitcoins with me. My bitcoins already valued more than an apartment.

Let's just hope that you double the money you've invested in bitcoins next month. There's sure profit to everyone of us in the halving. We just have to make sure that we sell our bitcoins at the highest price as possible.
2506  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: earn 0.5 btc on: June 07, 2016, 01:48:20 PM
Looks like most of suggestion here is signature campaign but the payment of signature campaign is very low.. do you have any other ways to earn it.?

Another way to earn 0.5 BTC is to translate threads alt coins into another language. There's bounty on that. It's usually 20$. Always keep an eye to the new alt coins because they surely want to hire someone to translate their thread into another language. You have to update the thread though whenever there's an update. One thread would not give you 0.5BTC so you have to translate a lot of alt coin threads in order to make 0.5 BTC
2507  Other / Off-topic / Re: I will invest! on: June 07, 2016, 01:01:26 PM
Dont invest your bitcoins today, many site is going to scam now, try to save your bitcoins now and wait for bitcoin halving, Investment sites owners are aware of bitcoin halving this month is so risky, cause bitcoin halving will happen next month. So just keep your bitcoin to your wallet and wait for bitcoin halving

To maximize the profit of HYIP, they will not run away before the halving comes. They will run away right before the halving comes or during the halving. There's still plenty of time for them to get more investors. Surely they will have another strategy to attract more investors. I'm pretty sure that most investment site admins have come up to an idea of making an investment site months before the halving so that they will have thousands of dollars after the halving.
2508  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: earn 0.5 btc on: June 07, 2016, 12:42:15 PM
Faucets(if you have plenty of time).signature campaigns.trading. Working

even if you have plenty of time, faucet still not a good choice, and it was not worth it. but the signature campaign and trading, it could make 0.5BTC/month

Obviously faucets are always a waste of time even if you have a lot of free time but spending that time on faucets is simply wasting it.
And someone will get old in it if he tries to earn 0.5btc from just faucets, it is simply near impossible to do that.
And also signature campaigns won't earn you that much in a month, you may get that amount in a period of 2 months in a signature campaign, but trading can do it easily, if you have a good capital and some knowledge about it then you are not so far from getting your target.

Time spent on faucet sites are time wasted indeed. A one day earnings from faucet sites is just the same amount of earnings if you post a couple of times when you're in a signature campaign. Signature campaign can make you earn 0.5 BTC in no time especially if you have alt coins.

There are some people who are earning well from faucet sites though. They have their own faucet rotator and they promote it non stop. These people are doing much more effort than being on a signature campaign. Since a lot of bitcoiners now are well aware of faucet sites being a waste of time, people who have faucet rotators don't have good profit nowadays. Back in the days, you can actually make a lot of money out of referring people to your faucet rotator site.
2509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: June 07, 2016, 12:37:43 PM
Maybe some videos? I guess the best way to know about something is visual one

Not at all. Showing someone a video about Bitcoin is the laziest way to teach someone IMO. In a school, when a teacher just plays a video and then walk out of the room, do you think you'd learn something? Of course not. The student would have a lot of questions if the teachers just showed a video.

After being in school for more than a decade, I've come to a realization that to make somebody learn something, you have to make him involved. By simply telling him something, he might somehow remember it. But if you involve him, surely he would eventually be able to do it by himself.

The same thing in Bitcoins, while you are doing your Bitcoin things, do it with him. Show him at first what you're actually doing and then in the next day, make him do what you did. With some guidance, he should learn little by little what you're doing in the bitcoin world. Most of us just do signature campaigns though. Faucets, trading, and gambling are just other things that you should teach your student.
2510  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: June 07, 2016, 11:52:38 AM
suggest trusted site . thanks

personally if i would have 1 bitcoins and i would want easy profit, i would keep that bitcoin in my wallet and i would wait for bitcoin block reward halving to get very easy profit

but if you still very want to invest them and not keep in your wallet, then you should really avoid any gambling sites because they are risky, and also avoid loaning sites

TBH, I wouldn't wait for the halving. Unlike most people here, I will invest that 1 BTC into buying a Legendary account and a Sr. account or I will just buy 2 Hero accounts. It'd be much better if I get 2 Legendary accounts though. Don't you guys realize that you can get your money back in no time if you invested it in a buying a high ranked account? Legendary accounts are getting paid much more than the lower ranks. Posting everyday is no hassle at all. You only have to quit using social media sites and spend your time in here instead.
2511  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 0.3 btc in a week on: June 07, 2016, 11:49:10 AM
I think Op was asking for fixed income that he can earn by the end of a week.Trading and gambling has a very high risk .As you said all that is needed is luck.Well BTW op also mentioned that he has no btc to gamble and i guess as trading requires high amount of btc trading is also not a way that Op would be trying it out.

There is no such way of earning 0.3 btc a week if you only have one source of earning. But if you have multiple source combined with your real job
I think that is possible to earn 0.3 btc a week.

And there's no way that you're going to earn 0.3 BTC from scratch. To earn 0.3BTC, you need a decent capital in trading. Or you have something that is worth a lot like a Legendary account in this forum and some alt accounts, in that way, you can earn 0.3 BTC in a week from signature campaigns.

But since OP seems to have nothing, no skills, and no money. Then I bet that he'll not earn 0.3BTC in a week. Also, if there's a certain way to do so, everybody would be doing it already. Even if you have multiple sources of incomes, it's really hard to earn 0.3 BTC out of nothing.
2512  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: June 07, 2016, 11:27:38 AM
You can earn even more with signature campaign... ofc if you're active
Or invest somewhere its safe

Signature campaign is a better suggestion then investing on a website, sig campaign is really safe and gives you stable earnings if you are active everyday and doing your work honestly, but no investment websites are safe, even if they are paying but still we will have a doubt that they may turn their back when we invest and what then? all gone.

Not to mention, you'll earn more in signature campaign than in an investment site. You have to invest a lot of money in order to have an earning per day as much as the earning per day in signature campaign. Also, investment site is a passive income. You can't do anything about the earnings. No matter how active you are, you can't speed up your earnings. All you can do about it is get referrals. Also, if the investment site chose to run away, you can't do anything about it as well.
2513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: June 07, 2016, 06:03:59 AM
nothing can stop someone for using bitcoin. bitcoin provides convenience and speed for each remittance transaction. everyone will be looking for things that can make them more easily.

There is still a reason why people are stopping in using bitcoin, just like those people that aren't techy, because they cannot get into the technology
trend especially with bitcoin, even we will tell them that bitcoin really gives convenience.
But if they don't know how to use it and they really tend not to gain some knowledge about it, it will just fall into avoiding using bitcoin.

It all comes down to a conclusion that people who aren't using Bitcoin doesn't know about bitcoin. They aren't eager to learn things about bitcoin though. They aren't aware of the fact that bitcoins can also be used in a good way. All of they can think of is that bitcoins are used by scammers and are used when you want to hire a hitman on the deep web. They don't want to dig up the advantages of bitcoins, all they see is the negative side of it.
2514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ALL IN!!?? on: June 07, 2016, 03:17:03 AM
There is no other game that would give you a good chance of winning doing "all in" except poker, real gamblers do this most of the time to flop and mostly if the are holding a good card.

On the other hand, if you apply it in other gambling type games like dice, roulette, or even sports betting your chances would only be better if you are lucky. Therefore if one wants to last in gambling this method is a big no.

I don't think that poker is a good game to go all in. (there are exceptions)
When I play poker and I see that someone at the table starts to play all-in, it just means that it is a weak player. Such players quickly lose. If the table where I play will be two such players - i'm just leaving. It is ruining the whole principle of playing poker.
Of course, knowing all cards - I do not mind - it's ok. You can also bluff, but it could end badly ..

Each player has their own tactics. If they choose to go all in, maybe they have a really good pair of cards or they want to scare away their opponents who have a not-so-good pair of cards. If you don't have the guts to go all in, then you're not a real gambler. Playing one on one surely is not a good thing because you can't win a lot compared even if you have a good pair of cards. Winning in a round where there is a lot of players will make you win more money.
2515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: June 07, 2016, 03:10:43 AM
My advice stay away from gambling is looking for a job from the real world

I don't know how having a job in the real world can make you stay away from gambling. Most gamblers have day jobs that's why they are able to gamble some of their money. Looking for job might make you busy for a while but at the end of the day, you'll still get the need of having fun in gambling. You'd still have a free time to gamble.

Having a job will only make you want to bet more since you can now bet more. Maybe having a job can eliminate the need to gamble for those who are gambling to make money. But gamblers who gamble for fun will only have more money to gamble.
2516  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: June 07, 2016, 02:26:06 AM
my gbt investmenet will pay off soon, besides that eth and dao look promissing and ofc btc s king.

Not sure though, GBT's price is always around 700-800 sats each and some occasional pump up to 1200 sats each. The dev will be releasing their new UI soon and it might somehow affect the price. A lot of people that I've asked says that GBT price will hit 7000 sats in no time. It's been a month or less now since I have invested my money but the price isn't going upward that much.
2517  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: June 07, 2016, 02:20:24 AM
To be rich you have to be lucky also and that will not happen that easily and it needs also a lot of work and time otherwise it will be not possible to be rich.
And it needs also a big investment to earn more profit but to earn profit you must not to be greedy and have some patience.

To get rich is not instant and i think it's not about lucky. Just find a job that suit your skill and get serious on it and get promote. Just remember to stay away from gambling too.
yeah to get rich you need a long time and extra patience. wealth can not be obtained in a short period of time
you should be able to work hard in the long term. like saving money after payday that would be very helpful. Do not be greedy and wasteful is the key

Yep, wealth can not be obtained in a short period of time unless you win the lottery or you hit the jackpot in a gambling site. All of these will happen in an instant once your name was drawn. Apparently, you'll have to try your luck for a lot of times before you finally win.

There are a lot of ways to get rich, some people do bad things just to get rich. We all know that that path will be short. The other way is to do good things and that path is a long road. You'll have a lot of downs and ups but the thing is that you have to learn how to stand up whenever you fall down. After thousand of times of failing, you'll eventually succeed in life.
2518  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn Bitcoins fast and free?? on: June 07, 2016, 02:14:37 AM
Whats the best place to find these giveaways?

You can get the alt coins from this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0
Not sure why are they saying that there are giveaways, but I rarely see an alt coin giving away their coins. All I see is signature campaigns or avatar campaigns to get alt coins.

Also you can get some giveaways in this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=71.0
2519  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: June 07, 2016, 02:09:06 AM
well maybe it will be back by some time but I think its chance to happen again is about 1% but if bitcoin's price comes back to that low ill buy as many as I can  Grin

I think the chance of BTC price to hit back 100$ is almost zero percent. The price is increasing slowly everyday. There are some downward fluctuations but generally, the price is increasing. Especially now that the halving is coming, the price surely will not touch 100$ unless a miracle happens.
2520  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Recommend me a signature campaign [Accepted! Thanks yahoo62278!] on: June 05, 2016, 01:38:18 PM
I finally got accepted!  Check out my new shining sig!  Finally...  This pretty good timing because I'm having some time off from work for a couple of months.

Glad to see you have been accepted in a signature campaign. Finally. Smiley Though the rate is much lower than the usual rate, you should be grateful that finally you've been accepted. I hope that you continue improving the quality of your post and I also hope that you get enrolled in a higher paying signature campaign in the future.
