Looks like a recess appointment still needs to be confirmed by the end of the year for it to stick... so it would only be temporary

Iīm not saying that people shouldnīt hate or loath despicable behavior, itīs just that I personally canīt hate people that I donīt know and have never met. Itīs my perception of this hate concept. I think people that start aggressive wars on false pretenses and are guilty of mass murder and war crimes should be hanged or at the very least incarcerated indefinitely. But I donīt hate them.

Some of the hate is about silencing the opposition...

A couple recent examples, Saddam Hussein... Osama bin Laden... If you can get America to hate them, nobody cares that they were executed without a trial...
(hint: they didn't want anyone to hear what these men had to say)

uhhhh no. Don't generalize people like that, it's stupid. I control my emotions quite well. I've never started a fight, never yell or any other outburst of negative emotions, so your statement is false. Also, as much as I've seen in my life, religious people tend to outburst just like that when you mention something about their religion.
That reminds me, I've had a pass time game where I'd go to some muslim website with live support and I'd try to annoy them, troll them if you will, until they start writing incorrect grammar and in all caps. Once I've did it in one "word", if you will, and it was"9/11?". He disconnected immediately.  Cheesy

That is what people do when they are backed into a corner...

When people have no evidence for what they believe, and you challenge them on their unfounded beliefs... they get angry and blow up a building...

Question of "why hate" is very basic.  Although an atheist, let me remind you that Jesus said "Don't hate."  Asking about the meaning, or lack of, of hate is meaning itself.

It's a shame the Jesus character contradicts that God guy... who commands you to hate throughout the entire old testament... hate witches, hate gays, hate anyone of a different religion, hate anyone who cuts their sideburns, or eats a bacon cheeseburger (double whammy... ask any Jew), or wears clothing made from a mix of cotton and wool... serious crimes there man...

Nope, all lightbulbs are long burned out and there is a half inch of dust that's accumulated on the surface.  The power of belief is just incredible.  It shuts off all rational thought processes and one's brain becomes steak tartar.  I tend to love this stuff too but I only admit it online under the cloak of pseudo-anonymity.  It's like masturbating in the bathroom.  But I don't do that, I was talking about other people.

I'm a Christian and I've got an uncle who is a buddhist I found him always offering some foods the altar of his buddha. But I respect him as what he is doing and he is also respecting my faith. But on my own opinion regarding the topic, Buddha lived like us as a person so we all know that no man must worship a person. No debate here guys just my opinion.

As far as I am aware, Buddhists do not worship Buddha...

They might hold him in high regard as a source of wisdom, similar to a Catholic saint, or how a mathematician might hold Pythagorus in high esteem... But, that is a far cry from worshipping the man

Then again, everyone is different, so there is likely a small portion who do worship Buddha
