sorry haha, theres another reason to not download shit from others i guess :/ :/ (only official sources) Could you please so kind to do it once again this way: Do the snapshot as follows: Close the client copy blocks and chaindata, database and peers.dat that would be a fix. I had this similar behavior on bitcoin..but not that much of wear level to an drive this is really insane. Any ideas why it won't start after placing the blockchain and chainstate files?
Debuglog is empty. Screen shows loading wallet.
Files are located on a SSD (Samsung 850 Pro)
not sure i str8 up just copied the whole folder (maybe not the best idea :/, maybe just use the blk files and a --reindex or --rescan flag?) |

according to Slack , yes thats Djm's official lyra2Z ccminer fork compiled by tourgasm in the slack when released last night. It's for compute 5.2 or greater only tho (tho as well he said hes building for 5.0 compute too)

Its very easy CD C:\Users\<my_user>\AppData\Roaming\ZCoin (if you're on Win7+) And then COPY /b blk0001.dat+blk0002.dat bootstrap.dat and post the file to like MEGA New Port to mine with after the fork to the new Algo will be 1596 on https://xzc.suprnova.cc - only new miners will work, not the old ones. yes, im also seeing Nvidia may have a slight advantage here, what can i say? FUCK YA lol . but hey to AMD miners, dont be disheartened! the increase for GPUs on this algo is minimal (2-3x), and AMD has some GREAT private miner devs like Wolf that im sure will help bring AMD up to (or past) Nvidia in time @zcoinofficial : will the new algo be too memory hard or bottleneck out for "cloud hashers"? or will the bot nets just get the speed increase too? as i see the cpuminer performance is much higher as well it seems? From a purely technical chart perspective, now is a very good time to buy some coins, PASC looks like it could have bottomed on 8th February, and is now in a potential upwave which could be stronger and higher than the previous high, good luck to everyone !

i am liking using https://cryptrader.com/ has pretty much every major coin on every major exchange, and things like the "Supertrollbox" which allows you to watch all exchanges chats all in one. This site has don alot for me, i will probably buy the paid version some day ;p also has API access (for trading only if you choose), so you can see all your account balances on dif exchanges and do your trades all in one Good Luck finding a service you enjoy! |

Why you calling them scam just because they have changed their business plan? They were true to mention it before ICO so it is not a scam. from the beginning it was stated in the ICO terms about refund and releases of funds as per completion of the mining farm, is it not fair to those that invested on that pretense to feel scammed now that it was announced it to be cancelled, but the money taking seems to be continuing as if that condition was never there? How much else of their "business plan" could change and it wouldnt matter to them? not very professional IMO, nor confidence building. Course only my opinion, hence why i posted that, changes to terms mid thru IMO show a lack of wanting to follow through at all, as they didnt think it through to BEGIN with (and i called them on that weeks ago, building a mining farm from nothing in 90 days, with no funds. pretty BS claim and sure enough, it fell thru) But as i said, it seems like these ICOS continue no matter what, the escrow will protect those so i wont worry, tho imo people should realize the funds will be released no matter what they complete or how the plans change mid thru, granted they do ANYTHING but just run away, as i think thats been established now |

With all due respect, if your critiquing that this is a newbie account I'm guessing you didn't even bother to read the first 4 or 5 lines of the OP. Yes, it will be done better because the end goal involves creating a system that the typical internet user (ie someone who is tech illiterate but still knows how to use Facebook, Reddit or any other mainstream website) can easily use, not one that introduces barriers by trying to force users to use or understand how crypto works. Yes you need to understand a little bit about crypto to run a full-node (wallet) or gateway. No you don't need to know anything about crypto to use a gateway. Again, not trying to be rude but the OP states it's planned to deliver a tangible product before raising what is pretty much the second half of funding. Anyone who is skeptical should simply wait until the 2nd round of funding which will likely occur some time in March after Phase I - III has been delivered. Thanks for your questions nonetheless not really any answers for what i asked but ok :/ ill "wait till you have the chance to screw everyone if im worried about you screwing everyone" then as you said? a fallacy in itself.. well i wont waste my time, best of luck? |
