@kiss

it's all relative to when each WHOLE (1) coin (or piles of coins as it's technically by TX) matured in your wallet.

Each individual coin needs 301 confirms to become eligible to stake, and AFTER a stake, that resets, but ONLY on the coins that staked.
The REST of your coins CONTINUE to stake (and you will notice you have a lower "weight")
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proof-of-stake  -- that prob explains better than i can ;p ;p

Cheesy

Note* each coin is different parameters usually for PoS, so that links just a breakdown on how PoS works GENERALLY Smiley
1882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Safe to say my card is dead and might require me to try to rma?? on: July 09, 2017, 04:08:04 PM
is this on a stock bios? maybe try reflashing stock bios even if it is stock, see what happens

you should also check hwinfo for errors, see if its throwing them up (i bet it is)

Prob just dead, maybe shitty chips.  have you volt modded it? try an RMA, see what happens maybe
1883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PCIe risers ver 006 not working on: July 09, 2017, 03:47:14 PM
yes, with windows and 4 nvidia cards it should all just work if you give the fresh install time to install the drivers

have you enabled 4g encoding,? need that shit for 4 gpu windows build

check connections, riser need PCIE AND molex/sata power daisy chained into your psu, dont put more than 2 risers on each chain

1884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Checking on GTX 1050 TI versions on: July 09, 2017, 03:38:28 PM
i got some EVGA SC's, super happy with them, they stay cool even with the one fan, were under 150$ USD, and require NO power connector, they run fully off risers (a nice touch)

great little cards if you just need to fill some slots and get mining up coins for upgrades.
100mh/s on LBC mine are doing. stock clocks 80% TDP (i havent played with them yet)

are the ones i got
1885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: July 09, 2017, 03:04:58 PM
Anyone try mining Hush or Komodo?

Hows the experience? Might be a bit late on peak profit but if it is still reasonable maybe can try.

hush i think falls into that  "mine and hold, hope for a x3 a bit later" catagory Smiley i think it could see 0.003 again, but damn it's hard to just mine and hold everything 100% unless you a big farm or just str8 baller haha

I mined it for a while with 1080ti tho, did great, was thinking of mining hush again actually
Komodo i like too,ti's do it great but it seems to have a YUGE nethashrate that permanently sticks there :/ rewards for smaller miners kinda suk in pools i find :/

Anyone check out dual-mining yet on their 1080ti's?  i was gonna wait for ROI on mine i hear it's pretty hard on the chips long term
1886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [NETKO][NETKO] PoW/PoS | NO PREMINE | BLAKE2S | 8.MARCH 2017 on: July 09, 2017, 02:30:11 PM
Why they removed this coin from zpool? is it still minable? why there is no any normal pool? the AikaPool.com Suprnova.cc are overloaded and not responsive. so this coin is discontinued?

Yes, OC, unlike Zpool and akia posted that PoW was over on his pool.
those others dont say shit they just waste your hash (or zpool im sure redirects it for their own means till people manually switch)

Price up, supply running thin, buy now or cry later! ;p

*for those staking wondering about rewards.     You will need like 2500 Netko+ to stake once a day at current net weight.
Keep in mind net staking weight also historically goes UP over time, so you need to get as many as you want ASAP, it will only get harder as time go on, inflation just took a MASSIVE decline on this coin. Cheesy

Got my first 25 coins as reward and was instantly excluded from mining, coz i dont have any mature coins. WTF?)

maybe you should learn how PoS works before feeling so "wtf"    Cheesy   Cheesy

what you describe is completely normal and happens to EVERYONE as its HOW PoS WORKS Cheesy

lmao

Thats why i am asking those questions, right?)

true!  just sounds funny when someone has a car then comes and says "WTF, did you know this thing has an ENGINE?!?"   Cheesy Cheesy
cause thats basically what you did ;p

Honestly, its funny but cool at the same time, this coin seems to be alot of peoples first experience with PoS coins that have custom params haha so lots new users in this thread asking noob questions Cheesy
its like 2013 all over again Cheesy

1889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining $5.80 per day on a single 1070? on: July 09, 2017, 04:13:53 AM
If you do the math, yes, that was true at one point (ETH) probably around June 12th...

See that is the thing, noobs think will be 5.80 everyday for life then they buy gpu's at 1000 dollars and then they count their profit day by day, after a day or so they think there is a mistake, pools are stealing their profit, on third day they accept their fate and on the fourth day they commit suicide hehe

AND guranteed SOME buy on the last day of an adjustment (but of cours ethey don't know it's coming)  Cheesy Cheesy

so the next day, they come on here  " my cards lost 1$ profit over night! what happened?!?1!!!"  hahahah

generally i would feel bad, but imo noone should have invested in round one, you guys sealed your own fate, i voiced my concerns/did my part.

lie in the bed you made, hopefully you never broke the golden rule of crypto here Cheesy
1891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: First Asic for SIA - Obelisk SC1 on: July 09, 2017, 03:57:51 AM

"We still plan to ship by June 2018 at the latest" !

So one has to wait a year for this miner possibly ?

yupp, and people who paid for a minebox (their last money grab) months ago are still getting the run around, months behind their last "latest by" delivery and nothing but promises made for their future...

but hey thats how robbing paul to deliver peter's machines works right? Cheesy

and yet people buy....

crypto is funny ahha
1892  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS - 2 Nvidia Titan-Xp & 1 AMD Pro-Duo on: July 09, 2017, 03:51:18 AM
not to be a douche, but is this not the same Titan XP one can buy new for 1200?  :/

or are you banking on the current "out of supply" holding?  (http://www.nowinstock.net/computers/videocards/nvidia/gtxtitanp/ historically it comes back soon)

im totally interested in the XP, just at a USED price moreso...

Yes you can order them when they are in stock.  I think I paid about $1300-1350 with tax and shipping.  They are about 6 weeks old.  Smiley

Outside of ordering direct from Nvidia they are priced at $1350+ at retailers

or on Amazon for $1600+

https://www.amazon.com/NVIDIA-GeForce-Pascal-GDDR5X-900-1G611-2500-000/dp/B01JLKP3IS/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1499503209&sr=1-2&keywords=titan+xp

And there are a few on Amazon Used from $1100-1200.

cool, np! i see they may really be gone now, so i think this is looking great deal actually...
i am juggling my numbers, i really want one of those Xp's!  will let you know ASAP!

Waiting for my 1080ti to arrive.
A lot of people say that i should had gone for the 1070's.

But in long term and only with a 130dollar price range between the 2 i think 1080 was the best.
Not only in terms of mining but when the market wil get filled by used GPU's there will be less ti's.

dude people who bought 1070's had to build TWICE as many rigs to have the same hash

they already lost in the extra cost of whole new rigs Smiley

AND 1070 owners profits are dropping damn near daily, while 1080ti still looks GOOOD for months

1070 were boss 6+months ago, and up to maybe 30 days ago, but their time is over IMO

1080ti all the way, till Volta and RX vega

Only part of my wallet is staking, is that how this works, or how do I check the whole wallet can be staked? I opened the wallet and unlocked for staking.

How does POW work now? I see diff went down a lot and suprnova is back to solving blocks faster.

you need to do some research on how PoS works and how this coin works friend Cheesy

a "part" of your wallet staking is normal, coins that stake need to remature, and PoW blocks are fast as the only ones on it still are noobs or bots that didnt switch off, as its ZERO block reward...

1897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: July 07, 2017, 06:03:35 PM
Hi, I want to buy miners with 6 1080ti but I have some doubts, I read that the 1080ti founder edition are the best models of 1080ti to mine, is it true ?, another question, to move 6 1080ti that motherboard model is good? and last question , Is a 1600 power supply correct or does it need more power? Thanks.
6 1080ti requires 12 8pin cables,single 1600W PSU   cannot  supply so  many, dual 1000w is fine.

my 1600 watt hercules does just fine with x6 1080ti, dual PSU's are for noobs haha
lol so scared

Grow a pair

totally haha, if your selling 1080ti's allready you must be scared, or were a sheep and got too many 1070's hehe

i love my 1080ti's, will mine for another year on them for sure
1898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining $5.80 per day on a single 1070? on: July 07, 2017, 01:36:17 AM
i think know what coin he has been mining if he's not just Bs'ing haha as i have been mining one with same profitbility, tho i could have swore PoW only started around March for my coin...

there's coins, you just gotta find them, and their usually Nvidia algo dominate (in my experience)

Also, keep in mind we dont really SAY these coins publically, as it causes a doggypile on it (as you can understand), which destroys all profits

also, the MOST profitable coins are NEVER on what to mine  Cool   --  remember that    (unless your a big farm then just stick to main coins haha)
1899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Zotac new Mining Card P106-100 Arrived + rIG on: July 07, 2017, 01:32:17 AM
p106-100 card is exactly same chip and specifications as for gtx 1060, just a little tweaked clock and memory, you may use 1060 but why use it if you can have hands on 1080 or 1080ti,

those guys at nvidia are making us idiots, first they seperated HPC cards from gaming cards and selling them at enormously high prices, now they seperated card for mining, while actually they are same. I am a researcher, and use GPU's for superconducting simulations, I know how they fooled us by selling k80's and m60's.

because 1080 and 1080Ti aren't so good for mining, and all other cards are basically sold out.
LOL

haha ya the 1080ti is like damn near the best GPU miner money can buy right now Cheesy
these new "miner" cards were because NOONE bought "460" and "1060" so they reused the chips with a rebrand, anyone can see that
or so i thought ;p

1900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: July 07, 2017, 01:28:56 AM
I will only be using server PSUs for all GPUs from now on. so much cleaner and easier

each 1200w PSU I have it  power 4 1080TIs or 6 1080s

I think have a 500w PSU powering the MB and risers

all 240v of course

Server PSUs are very nice as long as you don't have them in a living space (very loud under load). We are using them for most of our rigs on my wife's farm and if you use splitters you can run the GPu and risers all of the same PCI-E cables (use 14 or 16 AWG cables of course).  With the right custom cables and a Pico PSU for the motherboard you can even avoid an ATX PSU altogether, although we have not tried that setup it does look tempting.

ya man, if i could GET a few of those nice Finsky Jabberwoks for the ti builds i would be SO happy, i am thinking of moving more away from the ATX PSU build model as well, cant beat how CLEAN those server rigs look Cheesy
