+1 Please do that if you really want to help with the development process. Spreading the potential issues here acts more like a FUD and takes a food for the payed trolls around! What do you mean spreading potential issues? These issues are real. People should know about them. More people likely learn about DRK from this thread than anywhere else. If there are issues they should be posted where the most people go. Nobody cares if you post your problems here. Anyway, you didnt answer my question. What is your name on Darkcointalk? I can go and check to see if your screenshots and bug reports were missed. Don't you want your problem fixed?

Whats your name on Darkcointalk shojayxt? I'll go check that your bug report hasn't been missed.

If somebody is bitching about losing coins and isn't reporting it to the formal channels I call bullshit. Especially if nobody else is reporting the same issue.
I must admit some of these claims of lost DRK smell distinctly of FUD.

Just had a big dump for you. Did I help?

To be honest, privacy aside, I'm just glad to have options to avoid having to use that piece of shit tax exile company called Paypal.

I say give it some time and don't panic. Only about half of the masternodes have upgraded to RC4 so maybe that is causing some delays. I'd advise anybody with a query or concern about RC4 to ask on Darkcointalk...thats where most of the expertise hangs out.

Let them work a bit more my buddy. Let it, don't question. If my investment sinks, i am the one whıo'll question it. In the meantime, you are my real investment. There are 2 options : you are either dumb (shoot yourself in the foot if you hold a lot of DRK) or you are trying to manipulate the market (trying desperately to attract DRK investors to one of your investments let's say Cloak). I vote for #2 I'd already shoot myself in the foot when DRK was XCO. I just want to make the developers behave more honestly. i have more DRK than of you.
I have 19 masternodes.
I can quote this one because he is no troll (totally failing at it)... maybe dump now? *grabs popcorn* My effect on DRK is as you see! It can only +/-2 cents. I have millions of coins. Even if each one them was 3 cents i can't laugh.. I'm definitely richer than you. I've got billions of coins and a spaceship and a speedboat made of gold and every lego set in the world and if you say its not so I'll tell my Mum on you and she'll tell my Dad and he'll get real mad.

And power is pretty cheap in lots of parts of China which obviously helps with the mining.

v0.9.12.18 purring like a kitten on testnet. I think the devs are focussing their attention to masternode voting next. I'm getting rather excited.
I've just had a good play around with the RC4 client in testnet and I'm really impressed with what I have seen. Now its time to see whether I can break it.
Will set up a testnet masternode or two in the morning if I have time before work.
Just firing up a spare machine now. Forgive my ignorance but do they need masternodes too?
Happy to help but can't find any info on differences in setting up testnet node and real nodes.

I am insanely excited about what I am reading in the RC4 test thread but IMHO they're still heavily bug fixing. Testing is a process that leads to a stable release. For the sake of DRK, I'm personally hoping that there is a period of a few days to a week of heavy testing with no found issues to fix before RC4 goes live with a stable release.
We need this to work well people. Heck, its easy to be paranoid when you've got a lot of faith and money tied up in a concept though. They seem to be doing a great job I just want to see some testnet transaction load testing and stability before the big day.

Random change of subject:
Anybody have any ideas on how we can get x11ltc1btccom to start paying 20% instead of 10% block reward?
Enforcement. They do seem to be paying out a lot of blocks at 10%. Slight language barrier when I visited their site though!

Gah I am so frustrated. Ghostplayer set up a MN for me a few days ago and he is going to help me set up another one tomorrow. I thought I'd have a try at doing it myself first....GP could always QC my work afterwards. I thought I was doing great...got the iptables sorted, installed Darkcoind... Then I totally freaked that Chaeplin's guide is written as if you are setting up a solo node and I panicked at changing any conf files for fear of messing up my running node. I don't know if you can do it with the same wallet for example or just a new address within the wallet. Oh well...this is why you hire in professional help You do one node at a time. Each node should have a remote wallet to itself, with the 1000 coins in it. I don't think you can use one wallet for multiple nodes. Anyway, you shouldn't be touching your existing wallet and node at all. This should be separate, and don't use the same masternode private key, generate a new one from the new 1000 coin wallet. Thanks for this Tante. I received a similar answer on Darkcointalk but your answer compliments the one I received over there. I'm looking forward to getting GP's help to set up node 2 tomorrow. I've worked in IT for a long time now and it has been ages since something has got me as interested as this. This is a long awaited and much needed second wind.

Well, I got private investors who jumped into a MN I manage at around 0.022 before RC3... so dont complain about these insanely low prices!! I just got my first payout from a MN that GhostPlayer set up for me yesterday so I'm off to the pub by celebrating by drinking a lot more than 1.2DRK worth of beer Welcome to the dark side! Enjoy Thank you kindly. Long time believer, just took me a while to grow the DRK. Made a few mistakes on the way but somehow got more things right than wrong.
