2741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra's Fee is Your Privacy on: June 21, 2019, 01:23:55 AM
Someone please convince me that Facebook isn't going to analyze every transaction being made between family, friends and users. I think it's fair to us to have our privacy protected. They already know everything else about us and now they will have our spending habits?

David Chaum who is a OG cypherpunk and privacy advocate wrote to Mark early on asking if he could help with any future projects regarding privacy yet Mark didn't even respond. Instead David has set out to create his own privacy payments and messaging platform coined Elixxir.

Looking forward to seeing how both of these projects play out and how people choose privacy over none.

Right now there is a US interference, so they have to pass questioning coming from US government, before they can begin work for their new coin, I'm sure US authorities will look into that, because it is what they want to know also, because of Facebook's abuse of it's users privacy.
2742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best platform in the crypto industry? ERC20 or Other? on: June 20, 2019, 08:23:16 AM
With many metrics, it's clear that Ethereum is one of the best blockchain projects on the market. However, there are many concerns throughout the industry about the problem of the Ethereum scale. As the number of applications on the network continues to grow, the network has been hit by slow transaction times and higher transaction costs, which has even led to the impending death proclamation of smart contract platforms.
While Ethereum focuses on fixing scale problems, and I think there are several platforms that bet on both of them taking their place as the number one smart contract platform.

Is the ethereum platform always the best in the crypto industry market? and how confident are you about this? give the reason.

For developers yes it is the best platform, but for bounty hunters, we cannot say that there are a lot of developers that are abusing one of ERC20 platform and that is the ability or one of its feature that you can lock and unlock a token they've created, two of the tokens that lock their token indefinitely are Liker and Dexage, this cause a serious concern among bounty hunters.
2743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pre - ICO vs just regular ICO Investor prospective needed! on: June 18, 2019, 10:56:38 PM
I have seen so many projects doing pre ICO in the past, and it's not a guaranty that the project will be successful, in fact, there is a risk, they are giving a very high bonus or a very low discounted rate than when their token hit the market  the pre-ICO investors would likely dump their token when they realized their profit.
2744  Economy / Reputation / Re: Waso needs flag support on: June 18, 2019, 03:51:08 PM
I support the flag, I promoted this scam but eventually, I lose a lot here, not only money but some friends who I refer to invest here, so I always keep watch on some projects who looks and has features like Bitconnectcoin, they have no lose here in the cryptocurrency community.
2745  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New scam schema on the forum - Free Money To Test Casinos on: June 18, 2019, 03:35:27 PM
Yeah bitmover he is the same guy, he basically changes websites and does the same shit over and over.

Once I did a deeper investigation and the owner of a related address was accused of scamming 10 BTC on 2017.

This never ends just saw one the other day, new name new design same deception, if newbies do not know this and he is greedy he will definitely fall on this I almost fall for this, maybe they are making a profit here for every round, because they will buy a new domain, pay for their host it will cost them $50 to $100.
2746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did anyone try to beat the household? on: June 18, 2019, 03:23:55 PM
Tell me hoestly, have you ever think about beat the household?
I first, YES, i did think about it. But never work!!

Don't ever think that way, you are going to lose everything, be contented on your winning and don't after your losses, this will trigger gambling addiction if your goal is to beat the household or the gambling site, owner.
2747  Economy / Economics / Re: Hong kong and China war can lead to possible Bitcoin popularity on: June 18, 2019, 03:16:01 PM
We all know that China doesnt want to be involved on cryptocurrency for some reasons but after whats happening to China and Hong Kong, it seems like bitcoin would be the main option.

The two countries are currently under stress because People in Hong Kong vehemently oppose a proposed bill, which would give authorities the power to deport those suspected of crimes to mainland China.

Hong Kong people obviously engaged in a rally for them to change the leader's mind. With this, the people, most specially rich ones wanted to withdraw all their money in China or makes it anonymous that's why they are eyeing on bitcoin as the main option for transferring of wealth.

We dont want to have this kind of war between people or countries. Even though it will be a good way of boosting bitcoin, i hope it will not end in that way and resolve the problem of both countries. Its still not safe there till now. Lets pray for the people's safety.

Here's the full article
https://bitcoinist.com/hong-kong-protest-china-bitcoin-assets-offshore/

That could be their best option since it's untraceable but not only Bitcoin all the other good coins in the market can benefit from all of these, because they will diversify their portfolio, so all the other coins can experience a surge on its price, let's see if these things will materialize
2748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you trust FB with your KYC details? on: June 18, 2019, 12:40:24 PM
I wouldn't. I don't think this coin will succeed! What do you think?

They've already had our vital information and everything we posted on their platform, and it's too early to tell what would be the future of Facebook own coin in Cryptocurrency, they are in a new territory and we all know the community is very particular when it comes to privacy, let's if there is something in their roadmap and whitepaper that will protect our data and privacy.
2749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Locked out of HitBTC on: June 17, 2019, 07:01:33 AM
It means you have lost your 2FA key, and I think there is no other way to recover your funds other than requesting the HitBTC support system to disable your 2FA. For it, I think the HitBTC support system requires you to provide your ID card details. Only then you can again submit your KYC information and then you can get back your tokens.

Guy already sent hundreds of tickets and there were a lot of bad reports about HITBTC, it used to be a good exchange but now they are starting to scam their users and the bad reports are mounting, I think it's time to create a report about your experience on the scam section if you still haven't created one.
2750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies don't want to learn on: June 16, 2019, 11:51:03 PM
Seriously i can't believe that we have some newbies to junior members on here that are just here for bounties rewards ,most are I'm not against that but what surprised me is many these newbies don't bother to go through 'beginners and help ' thread ,why? How will you know what to do or not ? How will you even know more about how this forum works not to talk of how to avoid been scammed? Its really a bad idea and that's why many are getting there account blocked too. There are many things you guys can learn from the beginners thread ,just head there and check it out, that thread is helpful

They are so much into bounty hunting that they forgot this is a forum and a forum is a discussion site, not a platform to report your campaign, but even if you are going to report in their bounty thread, you should make it 50-50 where you will also engage in discussions, not making all your post about bounty report only.
2751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good Bounty/Afiliate Marketing Campaign on: June 16, 2019, 11:25:38 PM
Now what people are interested in most, is for them to participate in a campaign and be able to get their tokens on time, because what is becoming disturbing mow is that people would participate in a bounty campaign and campaign manager would dilly dally until the token because less value on exchanges before distributing the to bounty hunters

I agree on that, bounty hunters are the one that most likely to sell their coins in the market, they are doing two things, they delayed payment to bounty hunters sometimes taking as long as 7 months to distribute the token or when they've already distributed it, they locked the token and drip the distribution.
2752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Want to quit? Here's how on: June 16, 2019, 02:50:12 AM
This advice is for the moderate gambler only, but if you ask me about a chronic gambler, all of these are not going to work, they need professional help that will guide them step by step how to overcome addiction and this varies depends on one's addiction so it's person to person.
2753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose the ICO project to invest on: June 16, 2019, 02:16:44 AM
Honestly, until now I'm having a hard time to judge good ICO to invest, I cannot look beyond the minds of these investors, they have a professionally looking sites and announcement thread, team and developers are real people and experts in their field, but it's not a guaranty that it's not going to scam or fail.
2754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tom Schwarz vs. Tyson Fury TODAY! on: June 16, 2019, 02:04:51 AM
I don't have pay per view on that fight and I'll just wait for somebody out there in my social media to post the live telecast, honestly, I never watch any of Fury's live telecast on pay per view, but after Wilder's match things has become interesting to this big guy, he is getting better he still has a lot to give.
2755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why my day job is making me depressed on: June 16, 2019, 01:37:23 AM
I have a full-time day job which makes me so depressed every day.  I just cannot handle 1 more day in my job.  The way that my day job makes me feel has forced me to look for alternative investment streams.  I really love investing in crypto.  I am an introverted person working in a highly extroverted roll, each day I am at work I am dying under the weight of extroverted people.  The noise and chaos that extroverted people spew out into the world makes introverted people highly stressed.

Trading cryptocurrency is a highly introverted job and that is what I love about it, you can do it from home, without the noise of extroverted people filling your mind with their toxic rubbish.

I am holding a significant amount of the altcoin called - HST decision token.  They are about to announce a significant client partnership on Monday 06.17.19

If HST goes to the moon and explodes in value, then I am resigning from my day job.

I pray that on Monday 17.06.19 that I can tell my boss where to shove her job.

This is my escape plan from my depressing day job: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/decision-token/

Well good luck I hope it happens that you can tell that to your boss, I don't know much about that token but it looks promising, but if you are going to invest in crypto seriously, you should consider to diversify your portfolio and don't just put all your hopes on one coin alone, it's preferable to include the top coins in the market like Eth od course Tron Eos among others.
2756  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Justin Bieber VS Tom Cruise - UFC Fight on: June 16, 2019, 01:06:57 AM
If this fight really happen i think this are like a promotion then people want to see who gonna win so they will bet or risk big in this

Then better to risk in Justin Bieber because for me UFC need a strong body, speed and strategy so i think he have all compare to Tom Cruise still all are possible i only predict this can happen when the fight done another thing there's a chance that this will not happen base in the age gap like Tom Cruise will not accept this

I don't look at the age gap, I look on their athleticism and their fighting ability and I think Tom has a huge advantage, he is a wrestler in his youth and he does his own stunts and he is still capable at his age,so if ever they meet in a match I'll go for Tom, he still has a lot to give.
2757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still investing in ICOs? Let me know! on: June 16, 2019, 12:52:33 AM
Yes, I am still but not as active as before, where before I invest on 2 to 4 coins a month, but now I only invest when I see good coin but not with a huge amount,I am part of the group of investors that were burned when these scammers start coming in the ICO and ruin it.
2758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware, so many scam coins are around on: June 15, 2019, 06:29:05 PM
the list could go on and on ICOEthics has his own list plus those listed in the scam sections, every coin has their own way on how to scam investors, so it's important that every investor should know how they scammed their victims, even if the project that looks good could turn around and scam their investors and bounty hunters.
2759  Economy / Economics / Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments? on: June 15, 2019, 06:16:55 PM
According to conspiracy theory, Is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments to gain financial strength in the modern world?

This is a new twist, where did you read that that's interesting would love to read that, but you failed to post the link so we can see and verify if there is truth to this, but I doubt if this will hold, we have so many findings on who created Bitcoin, there are so many names that come out but no one works with the government.
2760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges to be careful about IEO listing. on: June 15, 2019, 05:54:17 PM
Currently IEO's are becoming pupular and providing a more reliable option for new projects than ICO's. Previously a lot of new projects started by raising funds via their ICO sites and because of unregulated nature of this avenue, a lot of scammers used the medium to swindle a lot of victims.

Now the story has changed as it only serious projects that would want to go through IEO's, we no longer would hold only the project body responsible for any IEO scam but the exchange, so any exchange that values its reputation and users should do a proper scrutiny about any project before accepting their IEO sales. For instance if an exchange fails multiple times with their IEO, it will drive attention away from them, that is why Binance still draws a lot of attentions because it has recorded more successful and profitable IEO's.

Binance has a good run of IEO success, because of the way they screen their IEO participants, we will see more successful projects on Binance platform and this is another feather in their cap, they started it all and they are good at it, the original is still the best.
