2001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 10 (Celebrating the 10th Week!) on: December 21, 2019, 10:47:08 PM

Just before this day ends I will now post this last what if for the year! Especially I'm glad to have you all in this topic, each and everyone could get a Merit fromme depends on how good your posts is, especially there could be one of you who can win BTC even though its quite small in amount but I do hope you appreciate it as a way of my thanks.

So here's the thing, for the upcoming holidays...
What if,...
Before this year ends you finally get to win a Jackpot then suddenly a big disaster came up out of nowhere then brings an outrage for people outside. Would you care to enjoy your winnings for yourself? Or be a good human being to help to save others.

If you're going to be a good fellow human, what's the first thing you'll gonna do?

Everyone here will post that they are going to donate which is good and very humane, it will go down on the percentage that they want to donate from their winnings I have seen one posting 80% and another one 50%, it goes on, the percentage of how much they want to give, but we really should give.
2002  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: PSA: How to create a good Project Development Thread on: December 21, 2019, 03:00:02 PM
You deserve my merit for this one, this is one of the things that lacks on so many projects, they do not have a timeline about how their project come about, and good interaction for their potential investors, a new developer should see this thread for reference.
2003  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Need People to Takeover Dead Projects on: December 21, 2019, 02:02:19 PM
less work and already built community

They have already built community are you kidding me, do dead projects have a community to boast, I have been into so many dead projects right now and if they will announce that they are coming back, I will have second thought coming back, they did not even announce that they are leaving or they will make a comeback, only Jesus rise from the dead.
2004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Daniel Jacobs vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. on: December 21, 2019, 01:35:49 PM
Second time it happen again for Chavez Jr. he gave up again in his corner https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ftgl1zAqGB4 he is throwing big punches until he says he don't want anymore must be the cut or the the hands, but one thing for sure fans don't like the way it ended, they think they have been short changed.

There could be serious reason for Chavez decision on giving up, maybe it's for his physical condition. At first the fans might not be amaze on that situation, eventually they'll realize it was for his safety. We will have to accept defeat for our favorite fighter, and even with popular boxers like Pacquiao also experienced losing on his fights.

I have seen the video, have you seen the disappointment in the eyes of Chavez Sr?, you really can't compare father and son Chavez Jr was born rich and spoiled Chavez Sr. comes from a poor family and he is one hungry fighter in his time, I wonder what would be the future of Chavez Jr. now, it's better for him to quit.
2005  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Moneygram and Ripple on: December 21, 2019, 01:06:05 PM
MoneyGram CEO Says Ripple and XRP Could truly transform Global Payments, what do you think? Do you agree or disagree? Personally i think centralized crypto is the answer, do you?

It could happen because MoneyGram is the leader in money remittances, and another thing is, there is a market for this, so we will not surprised
if there will be business like this a centralized Crypto for money remittances when two big names make a deal expect something big to happen.
2006  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: btc4chain A New Community For CryptoUsers on: December 21, 2019, 12:03:01 PM
You should host this in a Wordpress theme so you can use a premium theme that will look great, you should make a little space on the panel, for easy reading and navigation, in short hire a professional website designer to make it look professional, there's a lot of things to be desired on your website.
2007  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has this year Christmas favor your cryptocurrency portfolios? on: December 21, 2019, 07:55:00 AM
I couldn't hold it back any longer; as I have sold off my major portfolio because of Christmas celebration. This hold started from last year July, 2018 and now, couldn't hold them again as I have sell off my assets because of the pressure from the family members. After the sale of this asset this evening, I was perplexed as how much I just dumped, all in the name of Christmas.

What are your experience: positive or negative.

That's really unfortunate, we tried to hodl it as much as we can and tried to avoid selling it, but holiday happens only once a year and this is the year we spend the most, just lucky that I kept some money for this holiday season, but I cannot buy coins that are dipping, because I don't have the funds anymore to spare.
2008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Questions for New Altcoins on: December 21, 2019, 03:25:22 AM
I have seen many reviews about the current new altcoins. Most of them are marked as worse coins with cheap prices, while the rest coins are indicated as scams or shit-coins. I rarely saw people stated that new altcoins are worth for investment or trading nowadays. However, new altcoins are always born from ICO, STO or IEO every month.

So, my questions are
1. Why there are still investors in the new altcoins project? For what they invest if they know new altcoins are only about risks and losses?
2. Who are those developers that always create new altcoins projects? Don't they know that most new projects just ended with failure?

*Warning: Sorry if these questions are ever made by someone!! I never copied or got an idea from others. This is my own opinion.

Some of these investors are whales that's exploring new coins that they can pump and dump when it hit the exchanges, they have the funds and the resources, and there are developers who are good at creating new projects because there is money to be made on new projects, because there will always newbies that will invest on these kinds of projects.
2009  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Unofficial] CryptoTalk.Org & Yobit Panel BTCtalk Signature Campaign Discussion on: December 21, 2019, 01:57:15 AM
lol, This is exactly what I had assumed and the same thing happened again! Literally the first incident of not refilling the wallet was more than enough reason to quit the campaign but you idiots didn't and are whining about the same issue again. Take the signature off lol you never know if you are gonna get paid for the next week even if you get paid for the current week.

The big problem is the choice, there's hardly a good campaign as good as Cryptotalk right now, where acceptance in the campaign is very easy, some people who are into this campaign will have a hard time getting accepted in gambling campaigns because some of them are not qualified or the competition is very stiff and hard.
2010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some big things to watch for in 2020 on: December 21, 2019, 01:14:03 AM
2020 will be coming soon. People have a big expectation in the upcoming year that there will be some big changes in crypto world. Even if some people doubt the future of cryptocurrency, we must be curious about what will happen in the next year exactly.

Here are some big things that all people may be waiting for in 2020:

1. How Bitcoin halving can bring impacts in crypto space.
2. Will we see the launching of Libra coin.
3. Us government intervention in crypto space, Libra project gets no progress.
4. People are waiting for the launching of Ethereum 2.0’s
5. SEC vs. Telegram, what is the end of this fighting?

More details, you can find out in the article: https://www.coindesk.com/10-events-to-look-out-for-in-2020

*What do you think guys?

I am also very curious about what's going to happen next year because so many big events are going to happen next year that the community is the one that is going to benefit from all the events that are going to happen next year, if you are not ready then you do not read all these news this 2019
2011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are smart as well. on: December 21, 2019, 12:24:23 AM
Scammers don't have to give huge promises anymore, believe me they are among us and they know how smart investors have become too, they always reshape their tactics, now projects don't have to give too good offers because they know people are aware that too good to be real offers are scam, honestly scammers are not idiots

People keep saying good projects always have good team and brilliant ideas to solve crypto issues, who tell you that scammers can't deliver all this?

Not all of them are smart most of them are caught, do check the scam sections, some of them are caught even in a simple thing like including people who has a fake account on Linkedin, yes they do get better and better but there not all of them, it really is safe to just not invest in ICO at all and save all the hassle.
2012  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Altcoins getting Boycotted? on: December 20, 2019, 05:01:42 PM

Bitcoin dominance is above 65% which is something unusual since Altcoins started getting more interest from investors. It also seems that this percentage is increasing steadily for quite some time now. This is not surprising since Bitcoin was the most profitable coin in 2019 and people don't take the risk investing in altcoins anymore, they realized that Bitcoin is less risky as the price almost always eventually recover afterwards when it comes to BTC.

So what  to do you think? Are altcoin getting boycotted, giving Bitcoin an increasing dominance from now on?

How can they be interested, when these ICO can hardly reach their softcap, and they keep extending their ICO because investors keep ignoring them, yes you right, investors are boycotting these ICO, and they have big reasons why, after all these years of scamming investors.
2013  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: December 20, 2019, 02:53:56 PM
It's difficult to make money trading in a bear market, a better play might be to buy an exchange token like bnb or ecxx. This way you can profit in a bear or bull market.

You can still make a profit but not big enough compare when you are trading in the bull market, it's good to do arbitrage when all the coins are pumping, but of course you need a lot of time to track each coin's performance in various exchanges and you need big funds as well, but it's worth it.
2014  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH dump even more due to PlusToken? on: December 20, 2019, 01:33:08 PM
Do you know what has undeservingly fallen into the shade? Although the Ethereum price has been falling, the blockchain itself has been a success. According to the report from DappRadar, every dapp category has grown significantly either in daily activity, user base growth, or both. Thus, the Ethereum blockchain has been the most popular one to deploy decentralized applications on. Every cloud has a silver lining, I guess.

I agree, this will come to pass and Ethereum will eventually recover, they are not in the second spot in the market for nothing I see Ethereum reaching more milestone this 2020 if this is the year of Bitcoin because of it's halving, Ethereum will have a shares of achievement this, they have been tarnished by these bad ICO's, but they will be back in their feet.
2015  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Price Peak = $ 1,432.99 USD (Jan 13 2018) on: December 20, 2019, 09:51:00 AM
In your opinion, does the founder of Ethereum (Vitalik) still have tens of thousands of personal ETH?
I have read an article about Ethereum for $ 1,432.99 USD (13 Jan 2018) and in a written statement that (Vitalik) sold 30,000 of his personal ETH at the same time. but I forgot the link.

BTW, for example (Vitalik) still has tens of thousands of ETH or hasn't sold all of its assets at the time, so I think Ethereum still has a big chance to reach the highest price again.
how about your mind?
I guess that he still hold some because if he doesn't have it anymore then he'll just abandon the project same goes with what Charlie Lee did.
$100 million was the said amount of Vitalik's profit during the all time high.

I also believe that developers will always see to it that his popular project can still keep up and he will retain some of his stakes or buy back some of it, so he can continue developing the project, he still has Ethereum we just don't know how large it is.
2016  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your preparation for 2020? on: December 20, 2019, 03:22:13 AM
I prepare 2 assets for next year, namely etherum and doge. besides that, I also prepare myself for the bounty campaign. I am still waiting whether in 2020 there will still be a good bounty campaign or not.

There will always be one but if there is one scam projects have at least ten coming up, it's better to join a bounty campaign that is already in the market, than taking a risk for new ICO, you will have to wait months or even a year before you can see if the coin will have value or not in the market, now that's a very long risk and wait for $10 worth of their token  Cheesy
2017  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your preparation for 2020? on: December 20, 2019, 01:22:14 AM
summer will pass and 2020 will come soon.
while the market is still below and cryptoqurrency prices are cheap, then how do you prepare for the coming year?

I personally have added some bitcoin and altcoin.
I believe if half of the bitcoin is reduced, there is still hope for the crypto market, especially for the price of altcoin.
How about you?

The point is if you are not adding more coins right now that all the coins are cheap, you are going to regret this later, what makes people to make a profit is they take the opportunities presented to them and the current situation is such a good opportunity to buy more coins, we have a holiday season and people are selling some of them so be sure to take yours now.
2018  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promoting cryptocurrency through altcoin on: December 19, 2019, 12:31:02 PM

Though the problem with altcoins is the turn out of the coin after wards and the responsiveness of the owners. But if investors or crypto addicts can engage more in altcoins this will boost altcoins and get more organisers active and spread cryptocurrency more

Because of the developer's lack of responsiveness on their projects, we have seen thousands of dead coins now, they create a coin for one industry, people will invest on it, thinking that the industry will benefit because of that coin after they are funded they run away with investor's money.
2019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: December 19, 2019, 11:31:28 AM
I have unlimited goal  Cheesy
You know what ? If I win then I will come to play the next day this is gambling I've tried to have a target but it never worked and I'm back playing.
only lost can make us stop and head for the bed ( but can't sleep ) lmao

Same to me I have that feeling that money can't buy the excitement you're getting when you're playing, even if you win a jackpot and made sizeable amount of money, you could not possibly tell to yourself that I have enough of the fun and I will stop gambling for good after you tell this to yourself, you will be back again in a few days..
2020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we buy new token or coin? on: December 18, 2019, 01:33:46 PM
Basically, 90 of hodlers would buy to trade. Just what I have witnessed overtime.

They do arbitrage, where they buy one coin from one exchange to trade in one exchange that has a much higher price than where they bought it, and many traders are involved on this kind of activity because there is a profit to be made here, but you have to have big funds and fast connection to do this.
