Well said kamronk, getting harder and harder to understand his real agenda. Everyone is frustrated, even dev's are frustrated, but there are those acting, and those that are bitching. The time to point out whats wrong has come and gone, now it's time to act on what's wrong. No time for anything else, syscoin to the moon!! No agenda, simply disgusted with the development progress, or rather the lack there of and I am seeing competing coins making progress and one of which is working on it anonymously, and that bothers me. Once we resolve the moolah issue it will be off to the races... Dude, anything dealing with the courts is going to take years!!! The only ones who will come out ahead are the lawyers!! |

I don't think he sells anything (otherwise crypto is in an even bigger trouble that I was thinking), he is just trolling It's a she, and according to the OP, she is selling her art. I do think she is trolling to get the attention and the C&D order from the companies she is trolling so she can advertise that the big companies are trying to keep her from expressing her art! |

Well, it's been a long time since I've poked my head in. I haven't been able to be as on-point as I used to, there's been some big changes in my life. I've been working on a few other projects, though, some of which got completely raped by some of the crazy crap going on with GAW. Pretty sad to see this die, but my schedule has been cleared out for the most part, if you guys are looking to hire someone to get it updated, I've got the knowledge and the tools, and hopefully still a decent reputation Do let me know. why would you care? Coins were distributed for free. Anything more then 0 sats would be a profit. Just relax and wait for the dev to deliver more bots Not all of us have the free coins, some of us brought into the idea. If you have read the thread you know we have 1 DEV working on the coin, and he works on it on weekends. This is not a get rich quick coin. It's going to be a marathon, not a sprint!! |

How long might the whole court case take?
I've read that the next hearing is in December. Is there any chance that the thing will get settled before next Bitcoin halving? Because it would be good to boost the price before this.

To be honest I wanted to ensure I was donating something of value BEFORE I parted with the Octo, hence the offer to sell them at a higher than market price to somebody who still believes in Octo. Also, although I did flippantly (under the influence of a glass or two of red) say a charity of your choice I didn't actually expect to get any takers and hadn't considered the ramifications of that sweeping statement. In short, and with the greatest of respect, I'm sure your charity is a great cause but it's rather localised to a specific charity in the US and I'm not US based. I also have a pre-disposition to cot death charities. However, all of that said, if you send me some evidence that Crypto for Kids is a genuine and registered charity (in the UK charitable bodies have to be legally registered, I'm not sure of the rules in the US?)
