As a long time folder, I have stopped folding..  Why?  Because for a long time GPU mining wasn't worth it, so I folded just for the hell of it.  Then came ETH, with my 2 280x's and 1 290x I can make $7 per day before electric (and they were running folding anyway).  So why should I fold and pay money when I can mine ETH and actually make a little bit!!!

When ETH dies and the GPUs can't support themselves I'll be back.
1822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred GPU Miner v3.2 on: April 25, 2016, 01:00:45 PM

I get about 20-30% rejected shares at suprnova diff 8.  At diff 64 it takes too much time between shares.
Diff 16 and 32 would be lovely.

At zpool i got around 5-10% rejects.

Reason ur rejects on suprnova are so high is diff 8 port is getwork not stratum, use the ccminer stratum port unfortunately it is diff 1 but it doesnt really matter and rejects will go much lower 1-2% total. I had 25% reject on suprnova prior to doing the above.

Same here.  Much better now.

500 satoshis.....

you're fucking dreaming bro......

There's too many coins for that to ever happen...............

The amount of coins need to be reduced for XVG to ever have the chance to be taken seriously.

Currently, this is a 100 satoshi coin at best.........................

Just putting it out there................
"Currently, 100 satoshi"... hmm... sounds about right

I would love to see it back to 20 SAT...  Cheesy

Is anybody getting paid what the calculator's say you should get paid?  I am definitely not.  If you are, which calculators and pools are you using?

I'm facing the same bullshit on ethermine... The displayed hashrate(poolside 76Mh) is nice and smooth, the calculated earning(pool calc) is a bit above 1eth/24h. I have checked it quite often in the last 4 days and the actual revenue is lower than it should be.
I should get the payment each day a bit earlier but those are the facts:
Thu Apr 21 2016 14:52:58 GMT+0200 (CEST)
Wed Apr 20 2016 12:47:05 GMT+0200 (CEST)
Tue Apr 19 2016 09:42:50 GMT+0200 (CEST)
Mon Apr 18 2016 07:51:57 GMT+0200 (CEST

I know those are the pools... But no way of going solo below 500Mh.

I have about 70Mh and show just below 1 ETH /Day that is what I have been getting.

Which pool are you at and is that 70mh/s the calculated hashrate at the pool?  According to BChydro's calculator http://karldiab.com/EthereumMiningCalculator 73mh/s = 1 eth so it looks like you're getting paid what it shows.  For comparison, using my numbers at nanopool (their approx calculator), it takes me 85mh/s to get 1 eth.

I have had my miners down to update the software.

Reported Hashrate: 70.4 MH/s
Note: This is the hashrate as reported by your miner to the pool.
Effective Current Hashrate: 72.2 MH/s
Note: The effective current hashrate is calculated according your submitted shares using a 60 minute window. If you start mining on the pool it will take up to 2 hours till the displayed hashrate is accurate. As this value depends on the luck of your miners deviations from your real hashrate are normal.
Effective Average Hashrate (last 24h): 68.1 MH/s
Note: The calculation of this indicator is similar to the effective current hashrate but using a 24 hour window.

Thanks.  So you and dominuspro are both at ethermine.  I wish these pools would show rejects....maybe that's what is going on with dominuspro.

I can see the rejects on the miners, very few.

Since loading the new version the 290x has 634 shares and 0 rejects, and the 280x's have 876 shares and 0 rejects

Poolside I'm getting a Effective Average Hashrate (last 24h): 67.0 MH/s (I shut down the miners to install 3.1)

On the 290x the speed was the same with the 15.12 and the 16.12 drivers.
1833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred GPU Miner v3.0 on: April 19, 2016, 05:45:58 PM
Anybody been able to mine ETH at Suprnova with this dual miner? DCR is functioning fine there, but not a single ETH share is reported in my account. The miner says it's stratum connected and submitting shares.. Have not been able to mine EXP at Suprnova.cc too. Any help would be appreciated.

I couldn't get it to work at suprnova as well. but it works great at ethermining.org!!

1835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred GPU Miner v2.0 on: April 19, 2016, 03:00:58 PM

I am using 15.8 beta. I had some issues with the 15.12 and this version works great.

I have 2 miners going, the one with 2 280x cards is on 15.12, I have a 290x in another PC on 16.150.2211.0 working fine as well.
1836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred GPU Miner v2.0 on: April 17, 2016, 05:07:57 PM
Does anyone have shares displayed correctly on ethermine.org ?  I mean in the "Shares (Invalid / Valid / %)" column..
Claymore's miner does submit ( and only valids! Smiley ) and I am obviously getting paid for them, but they're not displayed like I said (tried both with v1.2 and with v2.0).

Mine are not showing up as well, but I swear it was working with 1.2 (maybe but I was drinking at the time)...
1837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred GPU Miner v2.0 on: April 17, 2016, 12:59:14 PM
!!! WARNING !!! You seem to be sending a large amount of INVALID shares ! Check your rigs, you might be mining the wrong algo and your hashrate could be displayed wrong! !!! WARNING !!!

Maybe it's something you did, I have been using the 2.0 for 12 hours now and everything is right where it should be.
