2781  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: beginner trader: Are trading signals and bots worth it? on: April 15, 2021, 09:09:47 AM
Trading signals honestly are just speculation. I mean, what could anyone do without internal information regarding some projects and capital?. The market itself always choose some random coins to get pumped and these signals provider are too small to affect high market cap coins aswell.
Even if it's warren buffet that gives out the signal there's no guarantee that the trading signal gonna be correct and a trading signal that's 100% correct and always accurate are those signals that are created by pump and dump group which means market manipulation but of course they definitely gonna take advantage of the people who follows them blindly. But in the other hand could help you making some trade based on your preferences, bot in my opinion is worth it if you are like me who really getting tired of watching the market 24/7.
2782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Love the bad news on: April 15, 2021, 08:08:03 AM
Most of people afraid that after an exchange got hacked the hacker might dump the coin immediately and cause the market to shake but these kind of hackers most likely uses P2P that won't affect the market at all. I mean, the transaction could get traced and the exchange might put an eye to the coin movement from an address to another one and if they find out it's going to an exchange's address the account immediately frozen. It might be different if the coins that got hacked amounts to ten thousands btc or more but below that, probably won't cause panic selling.
2783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the most commonly USED crypto currency in the future? on: April 15, 2021, 06:05:01 AM
If you're reffering the most "used" as the cryptocurrencies that very frequently being chosen for making some kind of payments or transaction then it's definitely those coins that has lowest fee, I usually uses tron for making payment online due to the fee and many payment gateway already accepting it but if it's the most used for various activities like trading, etc I guess it's bitcoin.

I think it will be bitcoin no matter what because the fee transaction is so low and can be used to buy goods and any other crypto currency.
If bitcoin's fee was not so high it could be the most used cryptocurrency for making transactions or purchasing goods but the fee could eat up the money sent easily but there's also wrapped btc or somekind that can be an alternative but still not widely accepted across payment gateways.
2784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ultimately long time holders are enjoying the real BEAUTY! on: April 15, 2021, 04:18:52 AM
then it's thousand times a lot more profitable for those who buy BNB and hodl it since the time it was first goes into public but doesn't mean we should be very regretful of missing that opportunity.
but I do agree, just see most of cryptocurrencies they really give a good profit in long term and although the price could fluctuates a lot but if you see it, the price always going up and hits new ATH.
however, I'm sure people who regrets of not HODLing long term will definitely do the same which is hesitant of holding again.
2785  Economy / Economics / Re: Why you can't be rich by owning crypto on: April 14, 2021, 10:36:23 AM
The way of someone thinking and treating that crypto can make him rich is the problem. Most people specially the newbies out there are already imagining to gain and own crypto to the thinking that having one can make them instant rich which is not true because you still have lots of works to do even after owning a crypto. It is how you manage to make use of it and also the capability you have to make your capacity improve on managing the full potential of the crypto you are owning. The problem is the mindset of the people thinking that it is just a simple logic that owning a crypto makes you capable of being rich.
It's so true, most of people I know thinking of cryptocurrencies in general as get-rich-quick scheme and they too think that owning crypto will automatically make them rich somehow which isn't true and most of the people who have that kind of mindset always ended up buying high selling low then rage quit lol and there's never been of shortage with newbies that are really thirsty of being rich and have that kind of uncontrollable greed. I just hope that they eventually could really differentiate high risk investment and low risk investment.
2786  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the government hijack Bitcoin? on: April 14, 2021, 10:05:56 AM
It's decentralized meaning if government really trying to hijack it they need to manipulate all the running nodes across the world which no government has authority too but they could manipulate it using tons of money I guess but considering the market capitalization of bitcoin or crypto market in general have been increasing like crazy I doubt any countries could do that, if any it's those top 5 richest countries by gdp I guess and if there's any government that could use 51% attack maybe it's china.
2787  Economy / Economics / Re: What's Next? After Bitcoin Passes The 60K Mark...... on: April 14, 2021, 08:33:15 AM
Financial "experts" have been predicting over $100k every year since for years now, they've never been right before so there's no real reason to give any weight to these predictions. Bitcoin is as likely to go back to $50k than it is to go to $70k, let alone go to $130k.
Well atleast their prediction isn't really far off considering many these so called financial experts have predicted bitcoin to go as far as $100K from when the price of bitcoin was below $10K and we're already more than halfway to go here. It's not like their prediction should be very accurate right? there's always some miss

I won’t really say that it is being helpful in our daily lives, because most of us here don’t make use of bitcoin for our daily needs, mostly what we are making use of is the fiat and nothing more than that. And if we decide to make use of bitcoin in making a purchase it is going to be something that we do once in a while and not on a steady basis. But as for merchants accepting Bitcoin, you can find lots of them online if you search for them.

For example there is Overstock, although I think they mostly deal on Homesgoods, especially furniture. Then there is purse.io that people uses for making different purchase. There might be less of them, but they are available.
I think there's these niche like VPS, domain, dedicated server that usually offers discount for using cryptocurrency though I know that bitcoin's fee is kind of too high for making a purchase and all but for transaction above $1K bitcoin could be very useful not to mention it avoids us of having problem dealing with banks or any corporation that have payment services.
2788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB will remain valuable for a long time on: April 14, 2021, 05:53:08 AM
Even if the speed of transactions and cost of transactions kinda high it's gonna remain valuable as long as binance which is the owner of the coin remains a giant and exist.
You know, the more reason why BNB could increase in value so easily because binance's services are really popular and by knowing that BNB is owned by binance they already sees it as legit and worth to be ETH competitor not to mention their BSC that has huge potential. Binance really has many ways to increase the value of BNB frankly speaking.
2789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you think bear market will come? on: April 14, 2021, 04:32:44 AM
I personally think this time around there won't be any bearish market. The market is just too overflowed with the institutional investors capitals that are very bullish when it comes to crypto and not some whales' money that could inflict panic selling everytime the whales trying to make a play. The problem with the volatile market in the past is because everyone want to cash out to make profit, same thing to whales that eventually gonna dump the market when they sees fit. But now there's innovation like Defi, NFT (although deemed overrated) and many more I'd be surprised if the market gonna be the same as in 2017.
2790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange tokens all the way on: April 13, 2021, 10:45:50 AM
New exchange token could get so high only if they have good partnership which is fine for the most part, but most of the exchange token that comes from some low tier exchange never make it that high since they didn't got the hype as TKO and usually the utility offered from the token worth next to nothing and I definitely prefer defi or swap tokens if the service not coming from popular company like binance though they are also very risky which most of the time not really recommended.
2791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Ethereum GAS fee so high? on: April 13, 2021, 09:46:31 AM

Devs and traders are spending 200+ dollars for a transfer, it’s crazy fee going on, you wonder why devs and traders are fleeing ethereum? Really? Really?
if trader that used high price to get confirmed ASAP then maybe that makes sense but devs as far as I know always using testnet when developing their eth related software and if they used the main network and their code happens to have bug it could drain their eth easily.

I think is due to scalability problems within ethereum platform. Its not able to handle many transactions at the moment(TPS) resulting in congestion of network. So to make the transaction up in the queue and faster, fees is increasing exponentially.
Hope soon the price will be reduced.
That's exactly the problem just see this chart https://blockchair.com/ethereum/charts/transactions-per-second and witness how the 15 tps is just simply doesn't cut it anymore and that's why I heard in july the overall TPS will be increased to 100,000 TPS for ETH but don't really know whether that's truly gonna happen.
2792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB Burn is coming on: April 13, 2021, 06:49:55 AM
Burning BNB is inevitable, they generated so much profit and as they promised they gonna buy back and burn but whether the coin gonna get pumped or not we don't know for sure.
Though CZ really good at making people feel FOMO'd just see his tweets pretty sure thats gonna drive the price up again.

If BSC never existed till this day I'm not so sure that BNB can make it this far even with burning off part of max supply, the reason why BNB is a most have in your portfolio right now is because of BSC, this is just the beginning, 1000$ per BNB is possible
BSC is not the main factor that plays the part at increasing BNB price, though maybe it plays the same big role but it's thanks to their launchpad that causes this coin to be hyped up, most of people I know that invested to BNB doesn't even have an idea what BSC is and yet they bought BNB like there's no tomorrow because you can earn some coins from staking it and buy coin in their launchpad. BSC as good as it is as an alternative to ETH that allows migration very easily, doesn't play that big role in term of BNB success, but thats just my opinion, take it with grain of salts.
2793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Honest opinion poll about the potential of NFT on: April 13, 2021, 05:53:56 AM
I have moderate view regarding NFT. Many people consider it as overrated and somewhat just a waste of money but honestly NFT could be used for various things and that doesn't make it as useless as most of people imagined it to be.
Like I know the controversy about people that spending million of dollars just for an NFT that represents a tweet but people should really take a look deeper that there are hidden motives and those people who buy these kind of NFT are most likely trying to get exposure and not really trying to collect those tweets' NFT. Moreover NFT could create like a platform for people who want to sell their digital arts or something like that without the need of centralized company. it's not like with existence of NFT its gonna bring catastrophe to the market anyway.
2794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance raised withdrawal fees again? on: April 10, 2021, 05:05:39 AM
Definitely expected form CEX, and not to mention that it's a stablecoin anyway, basically owned by some private company, but still logical I guess if you're just trying to send money and be done with it, the problem with these high fee that are applied in some exchanges is that most of stablecoin users don't just move their stablecoin once but they make transaction multiple times. But I wonder why all the exchanges out of the blue increased the fee, is that decision from the stablecoin issuer or what.
2795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not a Financial Advise~~ on: April 09, 2021, 09:04:45 AM
I don't think institutional investors are dumb enough to just buy crypto in herd, they must have looked at the potential and whether it's viable or not to buy at the current price or just wait until there's dump considering it's high risk investment they must've monitored crypto a lot more than the other ordinary stocks not to mention that the bag you gonna dump probably just feels like a drop of water in the sea.
2796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TokoCrypto Launchpad What's about? on: April 09, 2021, 05:38:20 AM
I want to wait first, considering there is the biggest compatitor there ( indodax ). But if toko crypto can grab market share from indodax it will be awesome for their token too. And remember Indonesia have 280 million in population with 60% is millenila, this is why binance through tokocrypto want the marketshare.
I think many people already switching over to tokocrypto as it's partnered with binance which adds more legitimacy to their platform cuz international partnership always deemed as very good and indodax as much as being the oldest and most popular exchange have underperfoming trading platform. Tokocrypto is kinda tough competitor not to mention their NFT platform and TKO release
2797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin season ending in may ? on: April 09, 2021, 04:17:07 AM
Dear all

Now alt season started. Lot of coins specially 2018 ath coins now going for new ath. You can see xrp is moving like roket.
If XRP is your parameter for knowing when the alts season begins then I think you're getting it wrong. It's coincidental that XRP is having a good time when Bitcoin's dominance on the market is dropping. That's how I gauge the market and know if there's a change of baton in trend. Besides, remember that XRP's ATH was $3+ and it has only done around 33% to it now at $1+.

Oh, well from your assumption we just got into alts season first week of April. And you're already predicting it will end in less than two months? Remember that Bitcoin has been enjoying its moment of bullishness since last quarters of 2020 till now? Rallies don't end that soon. That's my point here.
Honestly XRP is just recovering back its former price and most of people who aren't really into its price chart think that the recent price movement as either pump or dump. beside I agree that XRP isn't the paremeter of altcoin, an altcoin season is when altcoin market combined becomes bullish and not just one market which is XRP in this case.
Though I doubt altcoin season gonna ends in may, it could be still going for another year.
2798  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 652 Ukrainian officials declare holding a total of 46,351 BTC on: April 08, 2021, 10:50:33 AM
The 652 Ukrainian officials hold a total of 46,351 BTC which is an impressive number.
If the Ukrainian legal authorities want to know if this is money laundering or not they just need to investigate the source of the money for these people to buy BTC, everything will be clear.
Since the bitcoin's blockchain is more or less transparent I do agree, it's possible to identify even from where they got or buy btc from. the perk of having transparent blockchain I guess, rather than untraceable paper money, but if those officials are shady enought they might do some shady tricks but I guess it's just a tip of an iceberg, same with any other countries officials.
2799  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Could Be Chinese ‘Weapon’ on: April 08, 2021, 08:12:41 AM
He meant it as a weapon that could be used to dethrone USD and threaten fiat in general, but that's just his opinion so no need to think about it that much.
However, that could also be stopped if the US also participate in the cryptocurrency war instead of letting China stockpiling the crypto alone. But, I don't think it can be used as a weapon to attack an economy as easily as it was pictured by this paypal cofounder.
2800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BSC on: April 08, 2021, 06:10:20 AM
The problem with Ethereum will be resolved with ETH 2.0. However, nowadays many people are also interested in the Binance Smart Chain. The case for Ethereum has been successfully completed by the Binance Smart Chain. both of them are currently in high demand. the spike in transactions at the BSC is proof that the interest of investors and users is quite high. both of them in the near future will dominate investments made by people because they already have faith
I personally think BSC growth and transactions rate gonna be disrupted by ETH 2.0 if the devs really proven to solve the problem around july,
it's just undeniable that ETH is superior (IMO) due to it being truly decentralized. Big projects that revolves around creating Dapps or in decentralized technology definitely gonna prefer ETH than BSC by a lot.
