2781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hasn't any altcoin replaced bitcoin? on: September 24, 2019, 12:46:43 PM
The only way that I see an altcoin replacing bitcoin is when there is a massive prohibition on bitcoin SPECIFICALLY
Oh! I see. I get your point mate. As I think of what you've said, I may say that's a possible way to knock down btc. If we assume that every government of all nation decides to ban the use of btc in their country but allow the remaining alts then it will surely die because the demand will be forcibly lost  And most probably the ending would be ETH reigning as the new king. Well, that's only an assumption and very hard to put in reality so gor now BTC will stay and remain on top Grin.
or if another altcoin surfaces and improves all the areas that bitcoin failed to meet.
It will be the same IMO because of the impression which are engraved in our minds — that alts/token was just made for Pump and Dump. Yeah! They will support it at first, create hype and other stuff but once they are do they'll go back again to the strongest coin in the market.
Honestly, I believe in regards with tech firm, The first always lose just like Facebook beats Friendster. Google beats Yahoo, and many more that is beaten up because of being first.
I agree with you that bitcoin will remain at top for "now". but yeah I think a new crypto will be created that will replace the bitcoin for being top, because bitcoin didn't have a large scale update that will benefit every single user of it.
But who knows! Let's figure it out together and enjoy crypto adaptation into real world Smiley

2783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will xrp time arrive or are still going to see bitcoin at top on: September 24, 2019, 07:49:18 AM
Hope that BTC will stay on top, because in my opinion a centralised coin without a limited supply, does not deserve to be even in top 10 ranking from coinmarketcap, but for some strange reasons crypto community is still supporting XRP.
We don't need to give hope that Bitcoin will still at the top cause it always be and we know its capability since before. How XRP did lately is a way to give hopes that it will trigger the other altcoins to move also more than enough that they show last week or months.

Well, it has to appreciate how XRP doing like this and the team but being as one of the decentralized coins, we can't expect that it will go much higher when there is no market bull run.
This is the best opinion I read so far. XRP will never be on top because it just contradicts the law of cryptocurrency which is decentralization. this coin have a very strong community that possibly can trigger the bull run. but usually every alts bull run started when the bitcoin price makes a move. So in conclusion XRP will have a bull run, when the bitcoin trigger it. Does it gonna be on top? I think totally not. For me the possible coin that will replace the bitcoin on top is the ETH or EOS.
2784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: September 24, 2019, 07:08:39 AM
Like everyone said, the easiest way is joining a bounty campaign, and as far as I can see you joined one of the bounty campaign here.
So my next suggestion is building up your profile as crypto enthusiast, and if you have a certain skill set (like great customer service skills, speaking, writing and listening skill) you can apply as community manager in various ICO that is building up their project.
Usually they are not paying in cash but they are using their altcoin as mode of payment. So I think this is one of the best way to earn altcoin that is valuable and if it hit's the market, I am sure you will make a fortune Smiley
2785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you guys think about this 2 alts? on: September 23, 2019, 03:25:38 PM
Xtrabytes and Safex?
I checked XTRABYTES ann thread, They are having some issues I think so I don't recommend this coin (for now), let them resolve their issue first. but they are having progress regarding their project so let's see what is going to happen.
And In terms of trading the volume is too low, actually it can be a dead coin because no traders are trading this coin. So I can say that, don't trade this coin for now.
Their ann thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5134924.0
coin volume data etc: https://coinmarketcap.com/fil/currencies/xtrabytes/#charts

And For SAFEX , same issue very low trading volume. I don't recommend it for trading purposes.
I also checked their ANN thread. no team update! So I think this one is not good at all.
Ann thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1258419.280
coin volume data etc: https://coinmarketcap.com/fil/currencies/safex-token/

For me, don't trade low volume coin at all, that is my basis regarding trading
But if you trust their project, then support them.

2789  Economy / Economics / Re: If the government supports bitcoin instead of the existing currency. on: March 07, 2019, 06:28:04 PM
I don’t think government would use BTC for their currency. The reason is all government want some control their own currency, it is hard to control with BTC. BTC can be the future nternational currency, maybe between the governments, but for individual government, I think most governments would create their own cryptocurrency.
yes this is what i also think of, why would the government take a lead on what they cant have the control of ? Centralized over decentralized ? its very impossible, what the government can do is to set some regulations over external factors.
2790  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hodler, you motherfucker. on: March 07, 2019, 06:07:33 PM
why can you say that holders are bastards?
they have their own principles and ways of trading.
the holder is the same as the merchant, I am sure as a trader you will also hold your coins, right?
I don't know why he said this one but im pretty sure he's holding a coin/s right now. Holding is a strategy, a provrn strategy that can benefit all of us due to volatility of the unideal market situation we are facing right now.
2791  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to double capital in 2 months? on: March 07, 2019, 05:55:18 PM
I've been in trouble and now I have a lot of debt
Can I double my capital in two months because if I do not pay I will die or be imprisoned
Please help me I think I am a professional but I am nervous now I can not trade well  Huh
This is possible when you do daily trading or day trade, since you can make 1% to 3% on day trade but it does not necessarily mean you are going to win every day so that would be probably a 20% to 40% in a month so possibly in two months you can double your initial capital.
2792  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reversal of Bear Market? on: March 07, 2019, 04:24:46 PM
That is the beauty of cryptocurrency trading. It is volatile and not stable which makes it possible for the price to be $2000 today and move to $4000 tomorrow or can still go lower than $2000. The bear market of 2018 was so long that it affected the market and all the traders felt it. The market is likely to reverse this year.
More likely it is possible though there are still no sign of the market getting the trigger. Reversal of market situation has a huge possibility because it did not work last 2018 but there are still a chance that we are going to be on this market situation in long time.
2793  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you have a prediction? on: March 07, 2019, 04:06:01 PM
I also think that in 2019 this will be the year when all crypto will go green again, after 2018 crypto experiences a long crisis. But I still can't confirm whether crypto will be green again, which is clear this year
Just like a stoplight, 2018 was the red one and every one stops for a while. Now i guess this year will gonna be crazy like no other has or did it, but somehow there are no sign of bull getting real this quarter yet we are expecting and don't lose hope.
2794  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: stop loss management on: March 07, 2019, 03:29:51 PM
Stop-loss is being used to avoid major loss even in situations where the price for the coin keeps on down falling.
It is always better to set a stop loss for each order we place because it always helps us to calculate the further loss even if the coin does not move according to our expectations.

Stop loss means to sell your coins at a lower price but before the markets completely crashes up. We really need to research deep before setting a stop-loss but is always necessary to avoid over loss.
Sometimes stop loss is not used by the veteran traders, they even hold it and i guess they think that it will pump as it dump and will probably it makes more sense. Stop loss is cutting of losses right ? but somehow it is just a regretful decision.
2795  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to go for 10,000% plus profits in 2019? on: March 07, 2019, 02:17:01 PM
for 2019 I am not sure there are coins that go up to 10,000%,
if the bull market is possible, but unfortunately in 2019 the bull market is still far away,
but if it goes up 100-200% it might be there, but I suggest choosing coins that are still cheap and ranking above 500. If the rating is 100 in the market capitalization, at most 50% it might be very good
Predicting such coin to go 10000% this year on top 500 crypto has less chance getting it correct unless you buy it all but if and only if bull comes this year.I'm not seeing a bull in the market not even a single sign to have it this quarter.
2796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Up and all Grow up ? on: March 07, 2019, 12:55:36 PM
Almost all members in this forum talk about bull run, coins that are good for investment and so on.
now I have a number of coin assets that I got from several bounty projects last year. the amount is not small when compared to other bounty participants, but the coin coins among them no longer have a volume on the exchanger.
maybe even the coin will be a worthless coin.
my question is. if there is a bull run when Ethereum, Bitcoin, EOS, Stellar and all other coins are greatly increased, will some of my coins be worth again?
Will a bull run affect the price of my token?
Well historically bitcoin's price greatly affects most of the coins in the market like EOS ,XRP etc. With respect to the bull run many people speculated that it will happen this year, hopefully. There is uncertainty lies here nd so foreseeing is difficult.
2797  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: three important elements on: March 07, 2019, 10:12:09 AM
I think that blockchain has a higher sense than value, so BTC and crypto always need trust, and trust in BTC is not created suddenly. so the blockchain has three important elements
1. a distributed transaction ledger
2. consensus algorithm
3. cash units.
if these three elements are not perfect, they are only called ordinary data structures and are useless.
Indeed these elements has a sense and construct the blockchain and this made the cryptocurrency valuable that depends on law of demand and supply. Soon some elements will be added to add more security and safety to blockchain.
2798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why crypto market is volatile on: March 07, 2019, 08:48:42 AM
1. It lacks regulation
3. Most crypto isn't backed by anything this makes its price vulnerable to manipulations.
90% of people here or even more are interested in the rewards they get from crypto the price will always be manipulated to suit them
Yes it lacks regulation by a centralized group or people however each and every one holder, user and trader contributes  to its price.Cryptocurrency is not backed by anything, it depends only on demand and supply law and litetally has no intrinsic value.
2799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Interesting ETH on: March 06, 2019, 11:33:45 PM
But it will definitely not enough for anyone to get a convenient income from e t h investment so it needs extra development on the side of investors then only it can be more improved and developed also.
It will when the ethereum version 2.0 will be released. It will be enough for everyone, so the development and imptovement will give so much to thing to investor as ETH is expected to rise when it happens.
2800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to recognize a good time to sell a coin? on: March 06, 2019, 07:09:49 PM
For me the right time to sell out coins is after a price dump then it pumps and not after a long less volatile, why? When you sell after a dump and it pumps, it is good for the holder who monitors the price unlike a long less volatile coin it only means that there are too many people like you waiting for that coin price to move so tendency you all will just dump the price of a certain coin.
