1781  Economy / Economics / Re: Europe’s economy is moving faster than US economy - Covid-19 effect!!! on: July 31, 2020, 10:55:13 PM
The fast recovery of Europe after the pandemic was really great for they have fastly react and do preventive measures to be able to come back after the quarantine they have implemented for at leat 2-3 months which make them be able to control the situation before it got worst. The government and the people have coordinated very well that is why their businesses establishments have opened up to make their economy working alive towards recovery. On the part of US, what making them struggling to control the infection rate is of course the big population they have which makes it difficult for the government to track down the infected individuals which lead to the continuous spread of virus making them rise to the top of the countries with most cases up until now. That is the reason why they are still struggling to open up their economy because it is still dangerous to do such because it might just lead to worse scenario that infection will go into a massive inflation rate.

Both countries do have different approach and way of facing the crisis which must not be compared because it is a serious matter that every countries are facing right now. What the important thing is that even US are still struggling right now and have been left behind by Europe when it comes to the economic recovery, US is making its best to control the situation first for the safety of its people before getting their economic recovery to the full extent. It is a process to be done and it doesn't matter how fast they would do it what matters most is how they could surpass this first. On the other hand, salute to Europe for making the most out of it on making fast recovery after also experiencing serious problem in relation to this pandemic.
1782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SIMPLE ADVICE TO ALL NEW TRADERS on: July 31, 2020, 10:24:25 PM
Just like doing investment, in trading you must also equip yourself with prior knowledge that concern on how you will do trading so that you can be able to keep up on the fast changing pace of the market. Trading without having prior knowledge on how you will do a trade is like putting up your money into a gamble that maybe you will be lucky to gain on quite sometime but most probably you will fail doing trade because of rushing things out not knowing the basic ideas and concepts needed before you conduct your own trade.

Like investment, trading also takes time and patience together with discipline to be able to hold back on temptation that will challenge your mind to do decision making of what you will do on your money upon doing trading. Do not let your emotions dig in or intercept the way you do decision on your trades because impulsive decisions driven by emotions can lead you into a failure. Learn to observe and duly understand the flow of prices so that you will not be mislead on doing your trades that is why having prior knowledge is really in need on this one because money is at stake and if you will not take it seriously, this will lead your money on a fail trade. Learn first before you act on engaging into trading and do not rush things out because it is a must thing to do if you want to be a successful trader.
1783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if you want to invest in crypto... on: July 31, 2020, 09:53:34 PM
to prove they're not scammer project...

1. look for the team if they're legit and real human... prove to yourself if they're human and real, not fake linkin from russia, reddit or facebook stuff...
2. list your find...
There's a lot of tips before here in the forum before investing on cryptocurrency and I can't agree that much with this one.

1. Real human doesn't guarantee that the project is legit or can succeed in the future, you still need to dig dipper and know the purpose of the project because if its just a copy paste of other project, then it will be hard for them to succeed.

2. Listing your findings can help you monitor on what projects excel on every sector. If you are serious on investing to a new project then have at least 3 choices and compare those projects and invest to those who excel.

I exactly agree. Seeking for the team and prove they are real humans and not a bot or some sort of technological manipulation to lure people does not guarantee that a project is already legible and can be trusted. At times like this it really difficult to prove whether a project is safe by just looking or checking the background of the team developers because we do not really know what they are thinking inside their heads. You still in need to do thorough research regarding the project and look at every angles possible for you to convince yourself and be satisfied that what you have searched are already enough to prove it is a legit one or a scam.

Listing is an old yet helpful method to note how the project deals to success and how everything is working out. It is really good to have some sort of  choices on hand to better see good comparison between those projects and to see if into which project you must invest after seeing the results of the comparison you have in your list.

Be mentally, emotionally and physically ready when you do investment because for sure there are lots of challenges and struggles that the project will undergo which is commonly part of the process so you must keep those three equipped and healthy to carry out the challenges so you won't give up easily on the investment you will do.
1784  Economy / Economics / Re: Global Migration of Millionaires. Can Bitcoin change this scenario? on: July 31, 2020, 09:16:06 PM
Global migration is a normal scenario happening in the world for many people are always up into exploring something new and that leads them on getting into other places just to try luck and seek better opportunities that could come along the way of their journey. For sure, that is also one of the reasons why millionaires are getting into global migration for they are looking for better opportunities that can make them gain more profit and somehow expand their properties and businesses as they come along the way of migration.

I think the usage of Bitcoin cannot do a direct impact to change up this scenario because global migration is a normal thing ever since the early ages which brings the people more diversified and people have their own reasons why they do migrate into other places. When it comes to millionaires using Bitcoin so that they can be free to use up their money for fast transaction and to lessen migration, I think there is no significant relation on that because there are still countries who do not allow crypto usage so that could still lead to migration and it is inappropriate to store up a very large amount of money in crypto or digital currencies which is for me is impractical.
1785  Economy / Economics / Re: Cash Is Trash on: July 31, 2020, 08:45:28 PM
I think it is very inappropriate to coin or name cash as a trash for we have been using cash moreover before digital currencies like crypto have come into action. Also, if you would think about it, how can you say that cash is a trash when it still do have decent value stored in it and it is still in used with different currencies across the world by many people because it is a valuable thing that must have every single moment to be able to sustain your needs in life. Saying cash to be a trash seems like that it has no value and must be disposed already but that was not actually right because cash or physical money is the first thing people have before it have turned into a digital one. It is like the base form of the digital currencies so if we value digital currencies, so we must value cash as well.

It might be that cash's value is far beyond comparable to digital currencies like Bitcoin but still cash have its own value that comes in different currencies depending on the country which makes it valuable to people most specially for those who are not into using digital currencies. It is just very rude to say cash is a trash when people are treating it to be a valuable one and it is just being compared to a trash that has no already decent value.
1786  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippines will drop as a Country, Economy on its worst! on: July 31, 2020, 08:13:41 PM
I can feel you buddy and I am having the same feeling about the situation towards the Philippine government on which we are seeing numerous cases of infected individuals despite of the couple of months community quarantine that seems nothing is happening. Yes, I understand that the reason why the cases are keep on rising is because of the mass testing being done compared to the previous months which make it hard to identify the infected individuals locally and from those people that just went home from other countries because their jobs are being affected by the pandemic.

The Philippine government as of the moment have already debt reaching almost 10 trillion pesos or accumulated to be 200 million USD which is said to be used for the response this pandemic but the citizens seems not to be feeling where does the fund get into? Lately I have read from the news a very surprising news about the biggest number of recovery being recorded which is 38,000+ that on a first glance is really a good news because it was a great move that many people are now being recovered from the virus but upon reading the classifications to be stated as recovered that includes asymptomatic and mild cases, this makes no sense for the department of health to manipulate such data just to say we are fighting back against the virus.

This pandemic have brought up many job opportunities most specially through online that is pretty good to know but it does not and cannot hide the thing that the economy is struggling due to lots of debts that are unseen to be useful and supposedly to be used this pandemic. Citizens must have concern on this because taxations and income coming from overall production of the country will be used up to pay for that and I think it will take too long for that to be cleared out.
1787  Other / Off-topic / Re: Quality War ( Europe vs China and India ) on: July 30, 2020, 11:57:02 PM
Actually I am not from any European countries because I currently reside in Asia. But I have heard of the products from Europe which I can say that they are really of a high quality since Western countries are also well-known for good quality products. With regards to quality of products between India and China, I have tried and known many products coming from China but from India, I haven't even try one so I cannot say anything about that.

Products of China are known to be generic in a concept that they are of a low quality which I mostly heard from my fellow men here in our country and that is what the general thought that came in whenever they saw or heard that a product is "Made from China". But little they do know that most gadgets and technologies coming from Western countries are being assembled in China because of small cost of labor and have advance technology to do such task. What I can say is that products coming from China do have quality not that poor and not that so good. It is just in between. The problem is that people just have generic identification of China's products to low quality because of rotating murmurs and rumors making a bad impression about it.

Actually it is normal whenever you buy in the market that if you pay for a low cost, expect to get a low quality of product. Maybe those came from China because of small cost of labor and massive production of products. But there are still good products you can buy in good quality but of course with a higher price. It just shows the rational relationship of price to quality. Good price then good quality, low price then low quality.
1788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 900,000 illegal bitcoins. on: July 30, 2020, 11:20:42 PM
One day, all these bitcoins will somehow hit the market.  Undecided
It's very possible that our coins are already mixed with illegal coins those were marked on the addresses. You never know.

Does this worry you much?
It doesn't for me.

When we deal with cash, we do not know the source of that cash whether it came from an illegal or legal source one hand before me.

Indeed. Since we are in a vast market like this in crypto, we certainly do not know where and from what hand does it come from because cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin is just being transacted and circulated across the market coming from different addresses and we do not even concern if the source is a legitimate or an illegal one. Yes, most Bitcoins are coming from illegal activities and transactions which we certainly know and care about like we do on physical money or cash because if ever that came across from a dirty stuff, then it is not our faulty anymore because currencies are normally being circulated to be used up by many people so we do not care anymore and should not worry if ever it came from somewhere illegal.
1789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia legalizing Bitcoin and cryptos but not allowed as payment method? on: July 30, 2020, 10:49:48 PM
It is okay that they have at least accepted and legalize Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies so that people residing in Russia can now freely make use of having Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on their possession. It is just that they can't directly make use of it as a payment method. It is more likely the same thing here in our country but the difference is that we are not classified that our government have already legalized usage of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It is just that they are making us free to use it on our own risk and they have clarified that they do not really up into supporting cryptocurrency usage and do not encourage people to get engage into it.

We have wallet where we can accept and make use of our cryptocurrencies but it still rely on our national currency so if ever we want to make use of it, we still do have to convert it before we can use it digitally or withdraw it as a physical money.

The action done by Russia is already a good indication of allowing cryptocurrencies in their country. Maybe it is just that they are still observing and making thorough research about it before they allow to use it as a payment method. Well at least for now they have done the first step which is legalization, it will just take time maybe for them to totally allow all transactions to be done using cryptocurrencies.
1790  Economy / Economics / Re: Doing an essay on Bitcoin, need ideas on: July 30, 2020, 10:15:38 PM
It won't be a hard thing to do for you and that's for sure since you have already got your experience working with Bitcoin. On doing your essay, you just have to put in your own experience working with Bitcoin backed up or supported by factual information which can be gained from the internet since there are already data and information about it online.

Start up your essay on introducing what Bitcoin really is just to let your reader gain their interest on continuing to read the whole essay. Make it catchy yet simple to be interesting. Put basic facts on when does Bitcoin is established and other basic facts that you think people must know as introduction of knowing what Bitcoin is, just like the first time you know it.

Since you are studying computer science, this will put you up having technicalities involved which surely you do already understand how it is done and just put up how Bitcoin works and can be used. Apply your field on explaining the essence of Bitcoin's existence and how computer science can make use of working with Bitcoin and I think that was already enough for that. Just put up informations that will let people understand Bitcoin based on the perspective of you as you have already worked and learned Bitcoin through experience added by knowledge you have acquired in computer science.
1791  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How long can the gov keep up the economic lie: downplaying the pandemic? on: July 30, 2020, 09:42:46 PM
The governments have merely underestimated this pandemic on which they think that doing precautionary measures like implementing lockdowns can already be a big help to lessen or prevent the spread of virus. It is such a headache that at the first months of this quarantine the number of cases are just being reported to be low but as time passes by even with the existence of the community quarantine, the cases are keep rising. How come this have happened? It seems like the data presented nowadays are surprising all of us and the government keep on telling us that we can handle and control the situation somehow but obviously it is not. They are making us feel safe but on the reality we are already getting worried that maybe the data presented are not yet that clarified or maybe they are still hiding something just not to make panic on the part of their people.

I must be saying this because just last night, we have recorded the very first massive number of recoveries for the very first time. Indeed that was great to know but suspiciously, upon looking the data, the classifications to be stated as recovered includes the asymptomatic and mild symptoms. Is this a joke? Those are still vulnerable to carry out virus and releasing those individuals can lead to more cases of infected people. Maybe our government thought they can pamper us by luring the data just to say we are winning against this pandemic. But it is not. The last record made us more feel unsafe on going outside because of the threat on our health. I just hope that even cases are still high, government must remain true and let its people know the current status of the situation. We do not need calming words and data to pamper ourselves. What we need is the truth so that we can assure on our health safety.
1792  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Most schools plan to partially reopen in the fall, what will happen next? on: July 30, 2020, 03:06:24 PM
Pushing through the coming back to school in US of the students despite of the threat of the covid-19 pandemic is really not a good way to do. Even if schools will implement strict precautionary measures, still the age bracket of the students are lying on the vulnerable to get infected by the virus which is according to the WHO. Why in need to push through face to face classes in a rich economic country like US wherein students and teachers are capable to do distant learning through online classes.

Getting to school at times like this is really impractical most specially for the part of the students because they would be risking their lives just to attain the education they need despite of the threat of the infectious and deadly virus. Such action will just promote the increase of covid-19 cases in US on which they are still on top of the countries worldwide with the most number of infected individuals.

Education is important but the lives of the students as well as the teachers are important too. Distant learning will now be the best option possible if they really want to push through the opening of classes. Things can get back to normal set up once vaccine to end this pandemic will be discovered. But as for now, better stay at home and keep yourselves safe.
1793  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The state of Covid19 (All that is to know) on: July 30, 2020, 02:25:57 PM
All of the stated data is well researched and very informative stating all the facts that we already know about the Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19). It is such an effort putting all the data from the start up to the symptoms and precautionary measures required to prevent or lessen the spread of virus.

Losing of taste is also one symptom.

I have heard of this new symptoms just a few days and I think the symptoms are now evolving from coughs and colds but to think having colds can also lead to loss of taste on which having colds is also another symptom related to having covid-19.

But most of the cases that are being said are that the people that have been infected don't felt or show any symptoms. That's the problem that's being tackled by the medical experts because they can't determine it unless the person is being tested.

Well, the latest news about vaccines is there and hoping that the pandemic will come to an end very soon.

Being asymptomatic of those who are already infected are really alarming because no one knows who were the people that the asymptomatic patient have already get in touched which makes the tracing more difficult and that leads to a lot more cases of infected individuals. That is why healthcare personnels are really in need to undergo testing just to ba able to assure that they are safe as well as the other frontliners that are exposed in the field working at this pandemic.

Vaccines formulated are still undergoing clinical and human trials to test if they are effective and safe to cure the virus. But still the news gives us all hope that soon this crisis brought by pandemic will come to an end.
1794  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Connection between blood type and coronavirus mortality has been confirmed on: July 30, 2020, 12:55:50 PM
The rise on the mortality rate of those people infected with Coronavirus and have related it to the type or blood group it belongs are confirmed yet there is still in need to conduct thorough studies to support the claim because mostly cases of those infected are said to be on the immuno capacity of the individual to react against the virus on which 0 to 21 age bracket and 60 and up are said to be vulnerable to have this Coronavirus for their bodies are somewhat not capable to easily react because of the age relation on which those brackets have low immuno capacity to resist the infectious virus.

Cases of death poll are being related to people which have medical history of chronic disease that are vulnerable to death mostly among seniors and young children because the development of the antibodies are still to low or running too slow because of the age relation. But those are ideas are still just merely based on observation by the professionals and still the spread and cause of death among infected individuals are still under prior research since it is a new virus that have arise.

1796  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading using someone else's funds on: July 29, 2020, 11:47:47 PM
I guess there is no really an issue doing trades using other people's funds for at the first place it is their decision and favor to use their money to do some trades to be able to earn a profit. The problem on the parting or sharing of the percentage for you as the trader and them as your sponsor will be easily solved by opening other account which is at the first place a hassle but at the same time will be the best choice so that your own trading funds will not be mixed up to them so you can easily sort out the trades you will do for them.

I guess that would be favorable for the both of you since all terms on doing that seems to be agreeable. It is just that you must explain to them very well how risky doing trade is and it takes time and patience on doing trades so tell them not to be too demanding and just wait up for any updates regarding the trade. Just settle things out between the two of you then proceed on doing trades.

It is just that trading with someone's fund makes more pressure into you since you will be aiming to make profit on it unlike doing trades on your own money wherein you will not be afraid of whatever it takes. The pressure is real when using other people's funds for you are avoiding such disappointment coming from them. But since they were the ones who have asked you a favor then they must take the open risks and consequences of trading their money.
1797  Economy / Economics / Re: Will India be more progressive in the coming years? on: July 29, 2020, 11:09:41 PM
The acceptance and adaptation of India when it comes to the usage of Bitcoin was really great but honestly there is still a confusion on their perspective because all of a sudden they are changing up their minds about the acceptance of usage but prohibiting the use as a mode of payment. Indecisive about what they are really into when it comes to Bitcoin usage which must be settled first before seeing what their progress would be since they have already allow Bitcoin usage on their country.

But the adaptation and acceptance of cryptocurrency in India does not momentarily state that they will already get into a progress. Although adaptation of crypto might have an impact on their economy, but still there are other factors that must be considered to totally make their country progressive and those are dependently rely on their government and people.
1798  Economy / Economics / Re: Here is the biggest problem with cryptos on: July 29, 2020, 10:33:21 PM
You think paypal and credit card processing is free?
Those 2 also come with a cost. AFAIk each of those takes a % of the transaction for themselves.

For example ebay. If you buy something for $1, 33 cents goes to paypal. On top of that, ebay will also charge you a fee.

That was totally true. Cryptocurrency transactions are not the only ones with top up or having the processing fee because even digital wallets and online shops do also have processing fee for you to be able to clear out or for your transaction be able to be completed.

Cashless payments we have like PayPal and credit cards do always have processing fees because nothing is really free most specially it is a term of processing your transactions.

From the discussion posted before me, if you have only concerned about fees, then you would just use the least expensive of any of the mentioned payment processes. You cannot escape it entirely the charges because of the need for different methods and energy consumption of computers and mining rigs, etc.

I hope you wouldn't be so cynical about this because there are a lot of friendly things that custodial wallets that are easy to use, and transactions are free if you are sending it to another account in the same corporation. There is always a way.

This is exactly agreeable. If the only problem and concern is about the amount of fee being entitled to be paid off, better seek for a wallet or mode of payment that have the cheaper price to be able to process your transaction with lower fees. There are ways on how you can spend low fee transactions and do not have to be hysterical on complaining about the processing fee you have been amounted to complete the transaction. There is always a way of seeking which is a lot more better than continuously complaining.
1799  Other / Politics & Society / Re: true egyptian pharaohs and gods where not humanlike on: July 29, 2020, 10:01:44 PM
We should not jump into any conclusions into certain things that we read on some resources most specially if it concerns about beliefs and religion because it would take time for that thing to be unlocked once you have entered their religion or have a consultation to a professional or people who have lots of learning about the statues and sculptures of the old Egyptian times. Also, Wikipedia is something that must not serve to be an only resource to prove a claim because we all know that it can be edited by some sort. So the real deal is to find written texts that will provide clarified and decent explanations why those statues are crafted with half human and half animal representation. But for a person who is not that knowledgeable enough about such things, we can depict that statues of Pharaohs and Gods of Egyptians, Greeks or even Romans are old time representation of them and that is how they wanted to portray those based on their culture and beliefs.
1800  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do hackers steal huge amounts of bitcoins? on: July 29, 2020, 09:24:42 PM
Well honestly the answer for the question would be a simple one. Hackers do steal huge amounts of Bitcoins to obtain instant or quick money coming from other people's accounts that will be used for his own sake. The common reason why people do common crime like stealing is to of course obtain what other people own to make it as their own property.

Professional hackers won't be afraid to get caught on stealing huge amount of Bitcoins because for they have really planned a way and won't leave any traceable evidences of the crime they did and that's for sure. They know the risks of the action they have done and they are prepared on the things that would come most specially the consequences that could happen.

Both hackers and scammers as well as those thief share the same agenda of obtaining what they do not really own and to be able to make that happen, they would do anything assuring that no footprints will be left behind. The only reason why they do that is to of course provide their wants by having other people's property.
