We have made some changes to the participation rules, please pay attention.
Hope that we can jointly create more quality content for the forum Grin

Quote
2. One round per week, 10 posts and 1 original topic per week, each post and topic should contain at least 100 characters (not including meaningless bytes and symbols)
3. Posts and 1 original topic must be posted in the Bitcoin Discussion, Gambling & Gambling discussion sections. Posts and topics in other sections are not counted in the total number. (Original topics can be irrelevant to the ByteBulls project, can post some opinions on cryptocurrency and blockchain gambling, etc. Hope that we can work together to add more quality content to the forum.

Thank you for the changes you have made. But still we are looking forward to exclude the rule of need to create an original topic per week because even if we ourselves think that our created topic is a good quality but other people in the forum might consider it as a spam or non sense topic for we cannot control the way they think. It might put danger into the participants once the topic created encounter a member with a high standard which might consider our creation as a bad one.

But still thank you for the adjustment. We will try our best to meet the requirement for this campaign.

Thank you for your suggestion, we will seriously consider, if there is any change, we will inform.

Any update whether if there are changes on the campaign rules before the campaign begins. Thank you.

I am also looking forward for the consideration of the suggestions being stated by the participants. It will be our pleasure to see that the 2 topics will be excluded or might be change. It will surely benefit both parties once the suggestion will be implemented.

1886  Economy / Economics / Re: Some Strategies to Face the Next Crisis on: May 26, 2020, 10:54:37 PM
The whole world is now passing a crisis moment. It is expected that we are going to face another crisis very soon. Economy is already going to recession. If the world really faces another great depression,  a lot of people will loss their job, business firm and industry will shut down, millions of people will stay in hungry and we may have to loss thousands of valuable life.

What should we do now? I can point out some strategies which can be followed to prepare ourselves for facing the crisis.

    • Try to cut down your present cost and save a portion.
    • Hold a handsome cash in hand or any savings that can be immediately convert into cash. Even if needed to make encash any long term savings, do
       it.
    • Don't invest in any long term project at this moment.
    • Don't buy any luxurious goods for you or your family.
    • Don't engage in any borrowing. You should try your best to avoid it.
    • If you are salaried, concentrate to your own job seriously so that your organization don't get any scope to release you from the job temporarily or
      permanently.
    • And finally you should find out some of your own policies to face any serious moment.

You can share your suggestion if any for facing the crisis moment that we are expecting to occur.

It is always in need that we are ready for anything unexpected happenings to come just like this crisis we are facing right now. But since most of us have not been ready and fully equipped to face this crisis, may this serve as a moral lesson for us to be prepared the next time that another crisis might come.

I think you have already dropped down most of the necessary we must do to keep ourselves prepared if ever another crisis would come. For us to be able to have some handful of money, we must always be able to save at least a part of our income so that we can have something to spend with at times we need it the most. Avoid buying unnecessary things for a moment unless you have lots of money to spend but it would still be best to always consider spending only for important things first.
1887  Economy / Economics / Re: What online service / product would you buy in this recession ? on: May 26, 2020, 07:34:44 PM
I cannot think of any virtual products or services to be purchased online because it is unnecessary since we are in a crisis, I will just tend to buy necessities needed to survive this pandemic like foods, medications and other related stuffs that are essential for the crisis we have right now. Actually I do not patronize online shopping since I tend to find it on my own but because of the pandemic, since convenience stores are getting out of stocks, I tend to seek and buy online to be able to have one.

With the economic recession we are having right now, I tend to be more wise on spending money in a sense that if I can find alternatives on what I have been searching about, I would do it to lessen my expenses on thing so that I can be able to save up my money for greater usage.
1888  Economy / Economics / Re: The unfortunate event that is Quarantine. on: May 26, 2020, 07:01:50 PM
Apparently due to Quarantine , people are getting jobless ,but then again pause for a minute.
Some well established institutions are able to provide the financial support and they are shifting the jobs online . One should understand that, this is something that only some well off members of the society are enjoying. Unfortunately the people with small jobs are now deemed insignificant and they are sitting at home and hoping for it to end soon ..
This is making the economic gap between the two sections only wider .
Quarantine was not done properly , it is not the solution. People will soon starve and won't be able to pay of bills . With the loans from colleges and schools , kids will be deprived of a good future.
Soon enough if the Quarantine does not end , Corona virus won't kill us , but the economic situation will . Therefore I urge all of you to stay home and practice good hygiene. So that we are able to control the breaking economic crisis which is bigger than the Corona virus.
What are your thoughts ? Please feel free to share.

I agree. The quarantine is the unfortunate event that have ever happen because of the quarantine people are tend to stay home because of the implementing lockdown being implemented by the government to prevent the spread of the virus. Even though it is the unfortunate thing that have ever happen, the quarantine is some how the small step being done by the government to prevent the people from being exposed into the field where the virus might easily spread evenly that would affect a larger number of individuals.

Quarantine is not really a good solution at all but at least by doing such, we can lessen and slow down the rate of spread of the virus to say that we are now in control of the number of cases and death poll being stated on a daily basis worldwide.

Quarantine is not the solution because vaccine or medication is the real cure to end this pandemic. It is hard to admit that small time people are being jobless but the government is not letting them to be alone just like in our country that supports the needs of the people being affected due to the lockdown together with the private sectors and donations from groups of people, starving people are being fed because admit it or not, even quarantine is not a great solution, it is the only way we can have as for now but we can surpass this if we will work on hand on hand supporting each other to survive this challenge until this crisis ends.
1889  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: May 26, 2020, 04:19:42 PM
That would be easy to say that someone can be able to live even without banks specially for those people who belongs to those country that have already adapted the usage of cryptocurrencies. But for people who are using cryptocurrencies but belongs to countries that still cannot adapt on directly using cryptocurrencies, it will be quite impossible since the currency they will need to purchase goods and services is based on fiat currency and we all know that banks are in charge to the fiat circulation (which includes transactions, etc)

At this time of pandemic, people are surely seeking for other ways of spending or how they can be able to pay for goods and services while avoiding the usage of paper money for it is said that it might carry the virus. But remember, even some countries have not yet adapt usage of cryptocurrencies, still they can be able to pay goods and services using fiat in terms of using online banking, credit cards and other financial assistance application to help people carry out on this pandemic. Well actually, it depends on the individual if he can or cannot live with or without banks because involvement on banks is still a matter of choice since fiat is freely circulating without in need to always seek for bank's assistance.
1890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Hardware wallet really secure enough? on: May 25, 2020, 11:47:56 PM
The security of whatever wallet we do use whether it is an online wallet or hardware wallets depends on the user as well because we cannot just rely on the security features of the wallet we have if we admit on ourselves that we are not that good on keeping and protecting our own wallets. Both wallets have pros and cons so the entire security do really relies on the owner.

Hardware wallet do possess a high and good security feature to secure our assets compared to online wallets that are high risks on hackers but still if the owner is not responsible enough to keep his own password or seed that will have an access to his wallet, whether it is a hardware wallet, it can still be prone to hacks.

1892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers always make use of advantages on: May 24, 2020, 02:35:00 PM
That is really how scammers do work. They would always seek and make use the advantage which is favorable to them to get what they want to the people they would be victimize. What is important for them is to sustain their own needs and wants without thinking about the state of the people they would scam. Especially nowadays that the whole world is still experiencing and at the same time suffering from this pandemic, there will surely be a movement happening on the scammers out there to make use or took advantage of the situation most specially on people who are desperately seeking for jobs, products and goods and other related stuffs online, scammers will always make way to make things favorable to them. That is why despite of the pandemic, we all do need to be aware and keep ourselves equipped not to be victimized by those scammers around.
1893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose the right bounty for Newbie? Get rid of fake/scam project on: May 21, 2020, 07:41:21 PM
Good Day Everyone......

Upon reading on various topic these past few days and referring to my friends advise to choose the correct bounty, i'm a little bit confuse on how can we identify they correct bounty campaign to join with? Are there any series of steps to identify if the project is fake or not? Do we have a checklist on how we can confirm if the project is going to be a fraud?

As a newbie like us, what can you recommend for us to get rid of those project since a lot of project begins to collapse since BTC is souring high again?

All you thoughts will be beneficial to us.

Regards.

Cryptolico27

First things first, as a newbie which is just new in this industry, you should first focus on getting your account ranked up because mostly nowadays, newbies are not getting any participation into bounty campaigns unlike the old days wherein all ranks have the chance to join any campaign. As a newbie like you who were just starting your crypto journey, you may have to at least focus into managing how to improve the quality of your posts to earn merits to be able to rank up your account, roam around the forum to familiarize yourself and earn knowledge and after that you can surely be having answers to your inquiries. Determining if a project is a scam or not for a newbie will be hard since your were just starting but most scam projects are sometimes good to be true or those who are very promising projects; I am not saying all but some are just like that and that is what you need to learn from now because surely you will know more throughout your journey in the forum.
1894  Economy / Economics / Re: WHO encourages use of digital payments due to COVID19 on: May 20, 2020, 08:13:57 PM
Money is the medium which is used by everyone in the world so it has been a primary reason why of a virus getting spread but this won't increase the adoption of cryptocurrency by the way because there are not many places we can spend actual cryptocurrencies so it is all about digital bank transactions.

Exactly. At times like this, we cannot still ensure that just because people are afraid of using paper money since it can possibly become a mode for the spread of virus due to physical contact due to the reason that many people's hands have already hold that money is that we can already promote the usage of cryptocurrencies because even if people would think using it as an option, but still many countries are lacking for adaption of using it since not all people are aware or are being able to know how to use it since most people are evenly using fiat ever since. Also, even at this time of crisis, there are still other ways on how you can be able to pay your goods and services by doing digital banking or using apps to scan the QR code to be able to send payment or if not, using credit cards will also do. But, the point is, there is really a reason why WHO promotes or encourages everyone to use digital payments instead of paper money to prevent the spread of virus. But since not all people can afford it specially for those people lying or classified to belong in a poor society, where they cannot afford doing digital payments, people would really use paper money so sanitizing after receiving money will at least do to stop the spread of virus.

1897  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a leading currency? on: May 17, 2020, 02:04:56 PM
To discuss the proposed topic, you must first clarify what is meant by the name "leading currency." If you look from the point of view of states, then they will never give up their national money and will not use bitcoin or another decentralized cryptocurrency instead. Also, states will not heavily use decentralized cryptocurrency. Now many of them are working on the issue of their national stable coin and it will be used by states instead of a decentralized cryptocurrency.
Even from the point of view of people, not everything is so simple. A certain part will switch to the use of cryptocurrency, some will not use it at all. However, the predominant use of cryptocurrency, including bitcoin, and therefore the use of it as a leading currency, is possible only by citizens.

I agree on that. There must be a certain clarification regarding the topic title because it might lead people into confusion or misinterpretation due to the reason that we are having digital currency which is the cryptocurrency and the other one is in terms of paper money or fiat. If this will be clarified that Bitcoin to be coined or considered as the "Leading Currency" in terms of cryptocurrency industry, then there is no doubt that Bitcoin is really the leading currency for the reason that it is leading on popularity, usage, demand and other elements needed to support the claim. But if we will be talking about Bitcoin to be the "Leading Currency" above all the existing currency, then there might be certain complications because different states or countries worldwide have their own currency that they would consider to user rather than Bitcoin because even if Bitcoin is well-known, still a lot don't know about it and have not yet get into adapt the usage of it.
1898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to survive if you lose more than 80% of your Capital? on: May 15, 2020, 10:30:52 AM
Anyways past can't changed. If you are still try to keep you alive in crypto is keep calm, Trust in your choice, and HODL it. One more thing you should be in
a very potential coin, if you are HODLING shit coins, So you need to be brave and jump into a better coins.

Hope this will help you.

You can survive if you invest what you can afford to lose on the time that you are investing, but if you are not it's hard to keep up, investors should always be aware of this advice, even if the coin that you are going to invest look safe, and have a good potential you never know what's going to happen next in the market.

That was totally true. Whenever we do investment whether in crypto or in stock market, we must always think that we will just invest the amount that we can only afford to loose because in investment there are risks that must be taken before coming up into a success. It does not mean that when you have invested a large amount of money you will going to gain large profit, it still depends upon the potential of the coin or project you have invested with to get your money working into earning. Coins seems to be safe at the first time you have handled it but we do not hold time which caters changes so unexpected things can really happen so better take the low risk by investing only what you can afford so that you can still be able to recover yourself if ever an investment you made have failed but do not loose hope instead look for another better opportunities because there are lots of opportunities that can be found in the industry we are all have been working with.
1899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not follow every market wave on: May 15, 2020, 08:57:57 AM
At the market where we are all currently into, we cannot determine on which direction the pries of cryptocurrencies would go because of the volatility characteristics that every cryptocurrencies do possess. Trading is a bit combination of believing into your gut feel or instinct as well combined with the presence of luck since no one could ever predict on which direction will the price go. Sometimes observing the price behavior that can be seen on price charts are helpful but sometimes can be a deadly trap because prices are unpredictable. It is really a matter of gut feel and instinct to take the risk when you are trading. No distinct wave can be followed due to volatility.
1900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good or bad plan? on: May 15, 2020, 08:02:44 AM
I think the effect of the pandemic situation is already saturated and will not see more impact on crypto market due to it. From my point of view buying BTC at the moment can be done but need to wait a little longer to get good returns.
Maybe you can invest 50% now and if it goes down more, you can invest the rest of the funds to buy BTC.
I think buying bitcoin is not the right time now because the price of bitcoin has started to go up to almost $ 10k, maybe you can buy some altcoins that are down and don't forget to choose altcoins that have the potential to go up

I agree. But still you can buy some Bitcoin at this time because the price is still playing ups and downs. Just better do look and observe the price chart for the behavior and choose for the best buying price. But that idea was not that ideal right now because indeed that the price of Bitcoin is already rising into an incredible price. It is also good not to just focus on Bitcoin alone because while its price is rising, other potential Altcoins are experiencing a down fall so it is better to buy some Altcoins assuring that you will be choosing those potential Altcoins only for you to be benefited once its prices have grown up.
