I wonder if it's true or not. I am always sceptical with this kind of affirmations. Washington has a lot of hydropower, which (in general) is one of the cheapest energy sources. So it makes perfect sense to use it. |

Can someone clarify, why is it that a withdrawn flag still remains active? The same rules still apply: as long as it gets enough Support, it remains active. In a way that makes sense: whoever created the Flag doesn't decide on his own. |
