1181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Suggest any good & trusted LTC web wallet? on: October 13, 2019, 02:18:39 PM
For small amounts, I use Coinomi on Android.
1182  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Nordvpn accounts for only 1,5$ (Giveaway 5 accounts) on: October 12, 2019, 07:44:25 PM
I'd like to try this VPN.
1183  Other / Meta / Re: DefaultTrust changes on: October 10, 2019, 09:50:49 AM
then any one can issue a red Trust. It works?  I did not know that.  I start tagging from today.
If you didn't know that, the users who voted you into DT1 did a bad job.

There's still a huge lack of understanding of the DT-system, especially on local boards. If I make a guide, will people translate it to local boards?
1184  Economy / Lending / Re: Greedy bitcoiner - Lending service on: October 09, 2019, 09:17:15 PM
Everything will have a log in the PM. So in any unpleasant incident, I can use them
You could create a new account: "GreedyBitcoiner", and cc that account in all private messages. In case of a dispute, you can give a trusted user access to that account to confirm who's lying.

If it would come to that, you can delete all unrelated PMs for privacy before sharing access to the account.

/Fixed typo

Although, there hasn't been any word from theymos on a special even for the anniversary theymos doesn't strike me as someone who wouldn't do something for that landmark.
Theymos just posted this:
I decided that I won't have time to see through the creation of a coin myself. If one or more other people want to create collectibles, I can advertise them into the 10-year-anniversary topic which I will eventually create. And if there's a really good product, I would be willing to partially subsidize the cost of them for the top n forum members, or something in that general vein. But I decided that there'd be far too many things to figure out from scratch with an official forum giveaway (eg. creating the design, getting the coins made, delivering items, safely/privately sharing data with various new service providers, debating exact giveaway conditions, etc.), so if anything is going to be done here, it'll have to be done independently.

Sorry if I got people's hopes up.

I chose Funded and Paid by forum funds. A man can dream!

I didn't select a certificate, but in retrospect it would be a very nice challenge to collect them all (personalized) if they're a giveaway for selected users: who's going to get one at 10 years, at 20 years, and will still be around at 30 years?

Maybe a better challenge would be to fund the first coin only if the user still qualifies 10 years later. A certain value in Bitcoin now could be worth many times more by then.
1187  Economy / Reputation / Re: Nutildah -EDITING HIS POST TO HIDE HIS ACCOUNT SELLING PAST?? on: October 05, 2019, 07:59:57 PM
I started scraping unedited posts a year ago, you're referring to a years old post.

Oh, BTW, it's cute how you suddenly use my correct name when you need something.
1188  Other / Meta / Re: My messages is stuck on [1] on: October 05, 2019, 04:54:28 AM
I've seen it before, and it disappeared on it's own again.

I don't think it has anything to do with client side caching, it's shown on every page.
1189  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is Lauda still on DT? (taking requests for other users too!) on: October 04, 2019, 04:31:43 AM
It's time for me to request one, not so forum related but a good one.
IsCraigStevenWrightSatoshi
or IsCSWSatoshi
Since this seems to be a mental state: how do you get input data?

I'll have a trip with the kids today, so I'll process requests tomorrow
1190  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] 0.144 ETH [W] BTC on: October 03, 2019, 09:07:39 PM
I had a little alt which I sold at binance for BTC, later converted the BTC into ETH. That's what I do for avoiding the 0.0005 fee  Cheesy
You can try the rates for the exchange in my signature, it works without kyc under 100 Euro per day.
I've only used it for very small exchanges.
1191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bailouts are old news, the new way for Banks to steal your money is Bail-ins. on: October 01, 2019, 05:58:14 AM
They tried a bail-in in Cyprus, people didn't like it. So they switched to quantitative easing: you get to keep your money, it just loses its value as the supply gets diluted.

People don't protest against it, and there nothing you can do about it either.
1192  Other / Meta / Re: [Updated September 28] LoyceV's Trust list viewer - Create your own Trust list! on: September 29, 2019, 05:02:01 PM
@Steamtyme: would it help if I change the description for all 4 categories? And if so, what should it be?
1193  Other / Meta / Re: Merit stats board? let's have a dedicated sub forum for this garbage? on: September 28, 2019, 07:53:06 PM
AFAIK to make a new board, at least a specific topic must domiante more than 50% thread on an existing board.
Since merit stats topic have less than 50%, i doubt there'll be boards only for merit stats.
Thermos' Merit data dump is on Friday, that's why there's a peak in Merit statistics on Meta the next day.
The rest of the week it's much less.
1194  Other / Meta / Re: Merit stats board? let's have a dedicated sub forum for this garbage? on: September 28, 2019, 04:29:11 PM
The constant bumping of those stat posts has in fact been talked about as being "irritating". Probably one of the reasons the new bump system was put in place.
The new bumping system doesn't apply to Meta. That would be unfair to be users who want to discuss forum issues.
1195  Economy / Services / Re: Telegram mod needed on: September 28, 2019, 01:36:39 PM
14 hours a day 7 days a week. This will be a mix of eth/btc and tokens paid monthly.
I can do this for a couple of months. At 70 euro per hour, I charge 29808.33 euro per month.
I accept Bitcoin only, paid up front. Please PM my main account (see my signature) if you're interested.
1196  Other / Meta / Re: Merit stats board? let's have a dedicated sub forum for this garbage? on: September 28, 2019, 01:24:46 PM
I have a better idea: let's give cryptohunter and his alts their own board, but with a catch: that can't post anywhere else anymore!
1197  Economy / Reputation / Re: Negative feedbacks and limitation period of accounts tradings on: September 28, 2019, 06:03:25 AM
You'll never get 500 people with different cultural backgrounds and different reasons for being here to all agree on anything.

What you can (and should) do, is create your own personal Trust list with all the users who's judgement you trust.
1198  Economy / Reputation / Re: Did yahoo's account get hacked? on: September 27, 2019, 08:17:09 PM
No.

During the last spam wave, Yahoo opened a topic to ask the community for opinions.
The result was that we prefer to stop the spam, and that's what Yahoo is doing.

Banning the signature entirely was a better option though.
1199  Other / Meta / Re: And the yobit.net campaign is back on: September 27, 2019, 05:43:56 AM
Thank you for your criticism, but what can we do to improve the situation?

- reduce the number of daily messages?
- or we can ask yahoo62278 (if he approve it) or somebody else to moderate our sig campaign and create new topic
If you want a simple automated system, at least set an earned merit requirement for participants. I can provide you with a complete list.

If you want a decent campaign that doesn't get banned again, hire a good manager. It was discussed during the previous campaign, and despite your bad image, reducing the spam has priority.
1200  Other / Meta / Re: And the yobit.net campaign is back on: September 26, 2019, 08:38:45 PM
So, I guess we'll see them on top of http://loyce.club/active/ soon.
