Croatia can get to finals too, they have easier way to finials then Belgians and Brazilians, winner from that game will have to play against winner from France and Uruguay and both are tough opponents. Croatia against Russia and winner from that game plays against winner from Sweden and England. Can Russia surprise once again in this championship and make a win against Croatia? I believe everything is possible in football, and final game can be Uruguay vs England or Brazil vs Croatia, easier way to finials is for England, Brazil France Belgia and Uruguay are much better teams then Russia Croatia England and Sweden.
Maybe we will see more draw games and penalties in the end, that's football you never know what will happen until last minutes.

Croatia realistically have a great opportunity to advance at least to semi-final, they have a lot of quality players who are capable of winning against Russia. But fact that Russia is host and that has a historic opportunity to play semi-final of World Cup will make this game very interesting, I bet they will play as if their lives depend on it.

I would like to see Croatia-England and France-Brazil in semi-final, however since this World Cup is full of surprises it is possible that there will be some unexpected results in next stage.

I think Croatia by far have the easiest route into the final. I don't think Russia will be a pushover especially with the home crowd advantage but they shouldn't be any trouble for Croatia. They will then face England or Sweden in the next round who are both very so-so teams who have already probably got further than they deserve. The real threats are from the other side of the tables where they will be facing either Brazil, France, Uruguay or Belgium in the final. If Croatia make it that far they'll certainly give any of those teams a good game but I couldn't say that they will comfortably beat any of them. I'd like to see a Belgium vs Croatia match in the final. Two deserving underdogs.
282  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA WORLD CUP 2018? on: July 02, 2018, 08:47:40 AM
As many say Belgium have the best team on paper but they haven't shown to be world class as a team despite them having many world class players. Croatia were many peoples dark horses but they won't win the entire tournament if they can't even beat Denmark in 90 mins. Spain couldn't even beat Russia who were the lowest ranked team, and let's not forget Germany finished last in the group. Crazy tournament so far. Who is backing Japan to beat Belgium and Mexico to beat Brazil today? hehe. I think Belgium will win comfortably but the Brazil game will be much closer I think. Both will be great games to watch for sure as the tournament hots up now.

Just because satoshi was anonymous it doesn't mean that he's the NSA.What motives would the NSA have for creating something like bitcoin? Doesn't even make sense to me. If they were going to create something like bitcoin it would probably be the opposite of it.

Kinda unrelated, but just noticed something interesting.
This is Hal Finney's bitcointalk account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2436
Hal Finney died on 2014. But last login to this account occurred in 2017.

That's actually really weird! Who could have done that?
Only "safe" choice would be if his family or friends knew his password.
unless the forum admin perhaps reset it to do something?  Lips sealed

His account was probably compromised due to the forum hack, or his email was. I think satoshi's email address was even compromised at one point.

Germany just didn't deserve to go through. No passion or enthusiasm from them. They just didn't seem to want it enough. Fair play to Mexico though who despite getting a 3-0 drubbing from Sweden deserved to top the group. I think we could see an outsider take the trophy this year as none of the big four have impressed me consistently. Columbia and Croatia have been the better teams so maybe it could be one of them. Let's see how they compete when they start to meet the big boys in the quarters and onwards though.

bad day for germany he lost a match against Australia ,

In the last FIFA world ranking Germany is the first but Australia is 26th , this very Bad on players' psyche before  days  World Cup .
Germany must making reforms to compete for the title of cup .

Australia is a fake and such country doesn't exist. Don't try to fool us
Sorry Austria not Australia

You sill haven't explained how Austria is a fake country.

The people who have been left out of this year's world cup is a saddening reality.

Goalkeepers:

Leno, Hart, Asenjo.

Defenders:

David Luiz, Bellerin, M. Alonso, Laporte, Sandro.

Midfielders:

Gotze, Schurrle, Payet, Fabregas, Nainggolan, Wilshere, Neves, Rabiot.

Forwards:

Sane, Martial, Lacazette, Benzema(lol), Icardi, Morata, Coman.

Source: https://www.givemesport.com/football

The saddest part is that most of them were left out for no fault of theirs. Many of them were performing well. But players such as Nainggolan were left out because the national team coach was not very fond of them.

Their choice of pictures are the funniest.

Then where are these from?

Australia are in the world cup as well but Austria aren't (who Germany lost to).

I don't see the point in this. All they're doing is likely risking further injury. If he's not fully fit or healed then he should just sit this tournament out.
How can you not? Its the FIFA WORLD CUP. It happens once in every 4 years. Obviously Egypt are trying their level best to make sure that  Salah becomes to fit to play, because their entire hopes are sort of relied on him. He had a terrific performance in the Champions League until Ramos decided to fuck up his dreams. He is in form and hence,Egypt wants him to play for the world cup,or chances are that they might get kicked out. Undecided

They shouldn't put him at risk and there's going to be so much pressure on him to play but if he plays not fully fit or whilst still inured he could just do more damages to himself. If he plays and plays terrible and then sustains further injury or damage then that's not going to help anyone.

host russia is able to make a mental drop opponent, because russia must play maximally, let alone be in the cage itself most likely the Russian team is better than saudi arabia.surely there will be many people who bet on choosing Russian team to win the game

Russians are actually quite famous for losing crucial matches against weak opponents. I would expect Russia to win their match against Saudi Arabia, but won't be much surprised if they lose it.

I doubt they'll lose this one. Saudi are probably one of the worst teams in the torunament and they're in their home country remember. They'll probably get out of their group but can't see them going further than that.

Please note that parts of the internet are now being blocked if you are in the UK and youtube is playing it's part too.

Takes years for gangs of rapists to face trial, ten years for the Brexit vote to be turned into actions but only
five hours to arrest, convict and jail Tommy Robinson and things are starting to reach fever pitch here in the UK

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyQb3DhNKQA

This link won't work for me from the UK unless I use a VPN
https://tommyrobinson.online/

who is this guy and why is he so important to you?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommy_Robinson_(activist)

He is the founder of and former leader of the English Defense League an anti-Islam and immigration group, but has since distanced himself from it. He now seems to have reinvented himself as an amateur journalist but still has a hard-on for anything related to Islam and the misdeeds anyone does under it. He got in trouble for reporting on rape gangs because it could have effected the court case and was given a suspended sentence for contempt of court last year. He then did pretty much the same thing this year and now he's gone to prison for it.

He was on a suspended sentence and then he does the exact same thing that he was on bail for. If you do that then you go straight to jail for your original sentence that was suspended hence why there was no trial.

Salah will apparently will play for final group match against Saudi Arabia on 25th June if not on 15th June against Uruguay. Article: https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/may/30/football-mohamed-salah-fit-world-cup-egypt-liverpool-shoulder

Karius had the worst final performance of CL history. I guess his goalkeeper career is over after tonight. I wonder which coach trust him after such easy mistakes. Ronaldo also won another cup without doing anything in the final. Smiley Bale was the superstar of the night. Mane couldn't get the second goal, otherwise things could have been different.
Simon Mignolet is by far a better goalkeeper than Karius though the German was the more preffered player throughout the season and in the end, He was betrayed by his compatriot.

I agree Mignolet is better, but they need a world class keeper if they want to be a world class team. Get a new keeper, keep Salah, and strengthen the defense and then they might start to win things.
292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: May 26, 2018, 01:53:21 PM

Jurgen Klopp is yet to win a single trophy at Liverpool just because he is a Charismatic manager doesn’t mean that he is a hero at Liverpool and winning the Champions League doesn’t make you a Legend, winning twice in a row will definitely make you one just like Zidane is already a Legend.

Give him chance. He might win one tonight and I think Liverpool will be strong contenders for the Premier League next year if they can keep their players and strengthen their defense. If they could have kept Coutinho it might have even happened this season. I might put a bet on them to win the league next season but I'll wait to see what players they buy and keep first.

Oh, and the final is being streamed live on Youtube for free on BT sports so anyone can watch it.
293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: May 24, 2018, 09:27:53 AM
The game will be too close to call for me. Obviously Liverpool are the Underdogs but they're going to want it a little bit more I think and Salah has been on fire recently. On the other hand Madrid are going for the three in a row champions league title wins and Ronaldo is going to want that next balon dor so he's going to give everything he's got. If things don't go his way though he can lose his temper easily. IF Liverpool can get an early (or even just the first) goal I think it will be a very interesting match. I don't think I'll play the outrights but might put something on like both teams to score and Salah and Ronaldo to score just to make the game a little more exciting.

You can either:

A) Cry

or

B) Move

or

C) Keep using it but go full Assange and all darkweb

Has your government actually made it illegal, though? Lots of misinformation out there.

P.S. Some people claims that it's been invented by Artificial intelligence ... Good bye world ! 😂😂😂

Some people are fools.

Satoshi would be best left alone whether he's alive or dead. Everything he said would be taken as gospel and what happens when he says something and people vehemently disagree with him? Another fork? also what would happen if he's not happy with how bitcoin has turned out or how people are using it?

Bitcoin is the oldest and most valuable cryptocurrency, but a crop of nimble competitors, including Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash, could lure investors away.

What makes you say that? Please don't share your opinion on why... Roll Eyes Eth and BCH could certainly multiple in value considerably over the years but I think they'll always stay behind bitcoin. I think there's always the chance of something better coming along and dethroning bitcoin but it would have to have some features far superior to bitcoin to do that.
298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 16, 2018, 01:06:50 PM
when liverpool beat city.
this shows that liverpool has risen.
and I am sure in the next season liverpool will be able to become champion.
the first defeat of city shows that only a big team can beat it.

You think they're going to be champions just because they beat City? They're an under-rated team and arguably under-achieve but you need results throughout the season and not just be able to turn over a giant at home and Liverpool aren't exactly huge underdogs to do this and I predicted they have a good chance of winning below:

Last season liverpool played poorly in the second round, that's what caused their points lagging far behind for a calendar year. This season Liverpool play pretty good, only inconsistencies that are still too frequent, inadvertently behind the back to make them often lose points. In contrast to Manchester City whose game they improved in the second round last season and getting bolted this season. Pep learned quickly the Premier League game.

I can actually see Liverpool beating Man City on the weekend even without Coutinho, especially now they have Salah back apparently. I think I'll wait for the full line ups to be announced but I might have a cheeky bet on Liverpool if the odds are good. I could possibly see a very high scoring game something like 2-2 or 2-3 but either way it is sure to be a match to watch.

I'm really looking forward to the game between Liverpool vs Manchester City and I hope the team that is led by Klopp can stop Manchester City unbeaten record in this season, let alone Liverpool have a player who is on fire that is Salah and I am sure Egyptian pianist is capable of destroying the defense Manchester City and made a lot of goals. Hopefully, they can win this game and make the beginning of the fall of Manchester City this season although it is not easy.

I suppose their chances of winning anything will depend on who they sign after the end of this season but losing Coutinho was a big set back for them to become a contender and join the ranks or world class teams again, though they're not by any means a one man team. I would prefer them to win over all the usual suspects, though.
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are price of cryptocurrencies really being Manipulated? on: January 16, 2018, 12:43:52 PM
while some people still believe the pump and dump of cryptocurrencies is as a result of demand and supply some are of opinion that its possible the coin price are being influenced by dev and large investors who seems to be controlling the market. such is what is currently happening to the crypto coin now. almost all coin price has fall. what is your own opinion
Source: https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@icomatch/are-price-of-cryptocurrencies-really-being-manipulated

It doesn't really take much to manipulate the market these days and will probably only get worse which makes cryptos look like a joke really. I don't think the news from Korea was intended to be direct manipulation from them, but I guess you never know. One thing I do know is it's scary and sad that this is all it takes to cause manipulation but you cam blame panic sellers for that ultimately.
