Am i the only one who finds the accent on this kinda fishy? The whole blog tries to come out as just collection of objective facts, and here he just draws a conclusion about future of the btc price. Kinda weird. that price manipulation in the screen shot was when mtgox was going out of business so they wanted to hold the market up, right? this sounds like fear mongering to me... umm something is worth what someone will pay for it. clearly people will pay $1200 for btc when it is being operated by some crooked as fuck jap website. what do you think it is going to be worth when the etf is being operated by some goldman sacks operator? you guys think $50,000 is time to sell? hahahahhahaha fools.

since you miss the talk, silver is over 18 despite your claims of it going to 4 soon. be patient. and btw, return that guys BTC. lol 5/10 and he never gave me BTC! learn to keep up with topic you try to troll about! or Tygr bonds or whatever you owe him. i try not to keep up with your scams. 6/10 if he wants his bonds back there is no resistance. he just wants $2,000,000 on a bet that went bad. he had the option to take btc at the time.

Theymos has claimed the same yet still remains to explain his reasoning on why he thinks Goat should pay the OP back a portion.
The contract clearly establishes debt: With this contract it will be equal to 5762 bitcoin in debt However, because the contract says "best effort" (and is vague in general), I don't believe that Goat should be required to follow the exact terms of the contract, especially since he clearly had difficulties at the time. But he should pay at least the USD value of the principal (= the market value of the shares) at the time, and probably more because he defaulted on the contract and the BTC is worth much more now. Since you are a GLBSE owner, how much are his bonds worth? Keep in mind you said pay the market value of the shares, not what the draft of the contract said we would trade them for. Offer this guy 100 coins and move on. why? cuz he said he would call the fbi? does that not open me up to all sorts of extortion? i do not deal well with terrorists. Because it seems like you owe the guy something. okay, i will ask you the same thing i asked him a year ago. what do i owe him, and why? he responded with "scammer, ill call fbi" a year later, please do not do the same. I'm not involved at all and I did not read in-depth, but didn't you technically promise to pay him back 100 BTC per month and didn't do so? Shouldn't that be enough no matter what insults or threats he made later? Especially since you were one of the few who seemed to make good on their contracts even after Pirate defaulted (so did ineedausername, Hashking is a fucking scammer and so are many others). It's none of my business, so I'll leave it at that, but you haven't convinced me you don't owe him anything. Did you not read the contract? I said I would try my best to do so, and I did. The value of his bonds and more were lost. If anything he owes me. Right now you own more than the value of the loan so you obviously did not do your best (you would be able to pay right this instant). What am I missing here because you seem really convinced you are right I see your point. But you are right, you are missing details that OP has not yet given out. Keep in mind OP did post he thought he was only owed the fiat value of what he invested from the start. You do not know why he thought this, but the fact that he thought this should clue you in on the fact things are missing from his story. Anyway, I think I have a solution to all of this but will give some time to think it over and word it correctly.

4 kids, but 6 different mothers. :/
At this point, it's not their problem, it's your problem. Sure, after the first marriage / arrangement, it could be both parties' fault. The second one, odds are leaning towards your fault. But after the 6th, jesus christ, something is wrong with YOU. clearly something is wrong if it takes 6 mothers (not wives) to make 4 kids! do you understand basic biology and reproduction? fuck... i was trolling you, and i thought it was clear as fucking day... I figured the kids died due to your neglect. There I go again, making assumptions. it is a bit of an assumption. anyway have fun reporting to you masters.

So Goat, do I owe bigbitz the illegal loan I was given and was not able to provide back since it was on "good faith"? The community has flagged me as a scammer for it. How are you no different?
i have not read your contract, but it seems your loan was in btc and not bonds. OP here could have taken BTC at the time but did not want to do so. he took a risk and failed. i highly doubt your situation is anything like this, but maybe it is...

Even if I would have traded every weekly payment in USD, one 50 BTC principle payment per week is worth much 2013-2014. This contract is BTC denominated. How can ANYONE loan someone BTC and one, two years later only get USD value for that date.
I know BTC value will rise more in future as well. If someone offered me to loan me 50 BTC and only need to pay back USD value two years later it is almost certain I will only need to perhaps pay back 25 BTC or much less.
you did not loan me BTC. the contract is not denominated in btc, but is denominated in btc that is invested and is not guaranteed. by the way, you really need to post the full contract so we can get done talking about the draft.

I won't soon forget all the down and dirty mud fights you and I had in the trenches with those Ripple idiots.
It was brutal.
Yep, I remember it The worst 2 were Misterbigg and mmeijeri. May your souls rest in peace. Oh how silent some of them have become. Usually when people back up something and that very thing fails...they usually go silent purely out of shame. can't wait until welfare fails, the world will be a better place when you quit your thing.

Justify why he shouldn't repay the OP.
You think i should give him back what he gave me? i have no problem with that. Gurrty you cool with what your friend smoothie the troll wants? Goat likes to imply i'm on welfare
It is true is it not? You are going to deny it and get exposed as a lier? he has been trying to get loans from people on this forum for a long long time. "Please loan me money."
Some times it is worth while to borrow money, but as everyone know, I pay my debts. Sadly you do not pay back what you take.
