after 90 days what are the fees to move it? thanks
There is no minimum to move it in or out. (I believe this differs from G.ASICMINER-PT, which has a 250 share minimum to move out.) For the first 90 days, no fees. After 90 days: 0.5 BTC if you want to move less than 50 shares in or out. 0 BTC if you are moving 50+ shares in or out. Cheers. Thanks, good stuff!

As I understand this thread is for ACTUAL ASICMINER shares trades, that will be transfered via Friedcat. Please do not hijack thread with shares that are Passthroughs on an exchange. You can post a new topic in this forum. This is his thread... And it is on topic. Please do not troll. Whether or not he started the thread, I believe this is a mistake. G.ASICMINER-PT, ASICMINER-PT, and ASICMINER-ACTUAL are not convertible in every direction, thus not interchangeable/identical. Until Friedcat sets up his own exchange these are (although highly related) different securities. Once Friedcat creates/designates an official exchange, this will be less of an issue as both passthroughs have promised to allow conversion to back into ASICMINER-ACTUAL shares if and when he does so. (We currently have no idea when that will be, as Friedcat has made clear that running the mining operation takes priority.) Having passthroughs mixed in with real shares is going to really muddy up the unified "orderbook", and if the consensus is to allow this, then the unified order book summaries need to make clear what actual security the bids and asks are for. It was a PSA, it wont go into the order book.

BTW anyone who is a seller thinks their assets are overvalued. Why else would MPOE (andf all others) sell at a set price? Cuz they think it is a good deal.
AsicMiner needed to get capital tp make hardware. S.dice does not need capital to make anything, he admitted he is just cashing out.
People sell because of the time value of money. Evoorhees could have held onto the shares of the company and gotten the money in the future, or he could sell shares and have the money now, which he can then use for other things. An investor holding money he does not need right now can let it sit and stay constant, or he can invest where he thinks it will be worth more in the future. Thus the trade benefits both parties, the share issuer gets money right now, the share buyer gets money in the future. You assume he could get .0032 or whatever per share in the future, but that is an assumption you are claiming as a fact. There is no guarantee this stock will be worth more than null in 1 month.

Looks like price wants to go down, but previous October high which was around 0.008 btc should be a solid support now.
That is where I will buy back (If I am able) If it reaches that level, it's going to be disappointment and agony for many jumped on the LTC train recently. but who knows, some services and projects in the pipeline may spare us this ordeal. People were sad when btc went from 32 to 2 but we are back:) grr that was over 1 1/2 years of agony That was the best buying opportunity evar!

I sold 25k down to .01 btc to see what would happen. It bounced right back up to .014 and then back down. We should have some instability for a while.
You a main player then ? oh it's definitely unstable now its back to around $0.51 what a show If you look at it in BTC/LTC much more action and instability right now. Someone even sold it under .01

I for one would like to see litecoin resume active development. It is quite impressive it has survived this long on its own, a testament to its lasting power I think, but with newer features and more optimization being put into bitcoin litecoin is starting to look a little dated.
Less is more. I like ltc cuz they dont "fix" it and get bugs...

zefir... you state escrow is standard anyhow but i didnt find a hint here who offers such escrow service and maybe did this in a good manner in the past already. Can you give infos about who to contact?
The number of shares is because i now own a number of shares that isnt a round number and i want to change this. Its good that its possible and i think at some point it will happen anyway when an offer isnt fully fulfilled. I guess friedcat will calculate with calculator anyway because the values moved arent small. At least i wouldnt risk an error at that point.
And i would raise my offer to Buy 168 @ 0.64 using bitcent...
John(John K) aka John (John the Dong) is good escrow.

Litecoin only escaped because it hasnt been updated to the latest codebase.
And that is its strength, BTC functions as a test plaform for LTC and TRC TRC still around?

Litecoin only escaped because it hasnt been updated to the latest codebase.
Even if it had been odds are we would have found the bug in either BTC or LTC first. not both at the same time. Bitcoin is litecoin's testnet
