Nice try but not going to happen. I owe you nothing and I could careless what you think of me. Even if things were not missing there is enough there to see nothing is owed, esp not 3740.35 BTC. Theymos tends to see it differently. That should tell you something. But of course you can't get a clue.  Theymos made it clear that he did not think 3740.35 was owed. Theymos also does not have all of the information so really it is moot anyway. He might think all or nothing is owed if he had all of the information. Gurrty does not even think 3740.35 is owed he is just doing this out of spite, see his PMs. Let him do what he will do and if you want to work with him, best of luck! You can just keep on doing what you do, it is not exactly making you look like a great fellow, but I doubt you care. |

Then years later when he asks only for fiat (admitting he was owed nothing more than that, if even that) I asked why as it had already been made clear that nothing was owed. Do you guys even know what he paid me in? Why does he just not ask for 100% refund? The reason why is if he did that he would not get any fiat or BTC! So why should I give him BTC or Fiat? Could you kindly point out to me where this is apparent? Do you not think it was reasonable of me to ask why he thought he was owed anything when the contract is pretty clear that he is owed nothing? I have been wrong in the past and if he could tell me how I was wrong the issue would have been solved. Also keep in mind not all of the communication has been posted. He has been very selective in what he has posted. I have not lasted years on this forum doing up to and including $1,000,000 deals without being reasonable and honest. I never scammed and did a runner like so many. If you think my blocking his PMs after he called me names and what not was unreasonable then I guess we will have to disagree on that. Gurrty now wants to work this out in the courts and we will do so. He has that right and I am not going to stop him in anyway. |

@Blitz, think you missed a few steps and failed to understand what the "debt" is based on. Contracts are there for a reason. I do not believe Gurrty even thinks he is owed anything. He knew what he was doing and is just trying to get some coin cuz I got lucky on AM and LTC. He thought he could scare me with the FBI or whatever, well that backfired on him. He thought it would be a quick way to make a buck, not so...
He does not have the ability to explain how I violated the contract, if his lawyer can do so, then fine. We will do it his way.

So the problem is that he didn't reply to your insolence "why" exactly you owe him any money? It seems well established in the prior conversation why and how much. He didn't need to respond. It is you who needed to do something, and that was honor the contract.
If this is the entirety of it, then it's scammier than I even thought.
It is clear and the amount is 0 as far as I can tell. If Gurrty thinks differently than he can take it to the LEA or the courts as he wishes. I am no longer willing to talk this out with him. I was willing to be reasonable and work this out so we all could be happy. He is no longer willing to let that happen. |
