Not to mention hiding important information like loading time for card.

I don't beleive that you guys don't have time to change this information. It would take you about 5 minutes.

hey i dont think it was irrelevant i was not talking about something random, i simply asked him why does he or she have it so bad for anx since i thought the main issue they had was when they got card took them long time to load card like me. Only difference is i am not going on about your phone number lol i actually use my anx premium card

I'm about to receive my ANX Plus Debit card soon (I received and e-mail from ANX support telling me it has been sent), and having just read here that it's a UnionPay card was a bit of a disappointment and a worry.

I did a bit of googling and found that China UnionPay has a page at the link below where you can select your country and find some information that might be of use, including a support hotline. The "Merchant Search" functionality was useless for me (partially translated, no results), but there's a decent summary in the "Tips" section

As far as I'm concerned, being in Switzerland, it appears the only merchants where I'd be able to use a UnionPay card would be located in tourist destinations (Luzern, Interlaken, Geneva,...) where chinese clients like to buy their watches and other luxury items; litlle hope for buying groceries or fuel, as I was planning to.

One piece of information I would need from our friendly ANX guys in the forum is with regard to the ANX Plus monthly fee: https://anxbtc.com/pages/#/card-compare states "Free for first 12 months" under the heading "Monthly fee", but I'm unable to see how much will this monthly fee be after 12 months.

To answer your question, agtrt the first 12 months with an active ANX plus card, the fee will be 5 HKD pet month, which is a bit below $1 USD.  Hope this helped!

As far as I am aware, you should not have any additional fees. With the ANX Premium card, the only fee you should have is on ATM withdrawals, at 1%. The minimum charged fee is $3.

The "lies" you claimed are not lies, simply miscommunication and misunderstandings. In fact, the information you stated was early information, and it was corrected later, before the first batch of cards were shipped. Customers could refund their order if they were unsatisfied with our "lies".

I have now received official confirmation for the price of the debit cards.

Good question. As far as I know, you simply cannot load that much btc, and you would only be able to load a maximum of 5.23BTC, since the limit is $3300. There aren't any other limits as of right now.

Your accusation of a "100+ post strong topic about the last fiasco" is invalid. There is no evidence that our launch was a fiasco at all. In fact, that thread contains many comments like these from you, bernard, insulting our company and bashing at us for no apparent reason.

In fact, there are positive comments in that thread.

ANX review:

ANX Customer Support: From my experience, they are very friendly and responsive. I had quite a lot of questions before ordering the Card and always received an friendly (and constructive) answer within 24 hours.

ANX Website: Well takes quite a bit of getting used to (at least for me), once you understand that ANXBTC.com, ANXPRO.com and anxinternational.com are all connected its quite easy to use.

ANX Trading experience: Overall the liquidity is rather good, trade engine is smooth and instant, Fees are OK but not that good (0.3% limit order, 0.6% market order), only bad thing is (IMO) that there is no way to see the exchanges trade history (personal history only is visible)

ANX DebitCard: It delivers what they promise, nothing more nothing less. If you are OK with the rather high fees (but that is quite normal with credit/debit cards) and the initial cost of ordering, then its a great thing. Personally though I find that ANX should be more open with the fees (as well as that there is a 3000$ annual limit), that could be a bad surprise for those that did not do proper searching before ordering.


My experience with ANX and the Debit Card:

First of, over all I am very satisfied with ANX.
I opened an account at ANX and submitted my verification documents. Next day already I received an e-mail that my verification was excepted and that an validation code has been send via traditional post service to the address I submitted for verification. <<< Note: The account is not yet verified before you receive that code.
Even though I had not yet received the verification code I could already order the Debit card, which I did. As I live in South America and the Card is sent from Hong Kong, it took 3 weeks until I received it. Funny thing is, the verification code was sent from Brasil (neighboring country from where I live) but had not yet arrived when I received the Card.
I then sent ANX support a email with a picture of the card and the Letter and asked them to manually verified my account, which they agreed to and immediately verified my account.

Loading the card took an additional two business days, so its not instant as I had hoped for, but two business days isn't to bad.

Next day, after receiving confirmation that the card had been loaded, I made a test withdraw at a ATM and it worked flawless, no problem at all.







2. We do not fake volume. Our API clearly states how to pull data from our exchange for the individual currencies due to our state-of-the-art multicurrency order book, but many chart sites are too lazy to implement it. In fact, we have contacted them, and they have ignored us.

4. I do not see how using different domains for the same site is faking our user base. We have never claimed to be "the bitcoin exchange with most users in the world", or anything like that.

5. "ANX Trusted Forum Manager" is a job title. My "questionable activities" have already been addressed, and I have stopped performing these "questionable activities" since you found it inappropiate. However, I do not understand why you are dedicating yourself to personally attack me and ANX, repeatedly, throughout several months.

Bernard, I invite you to not use our exchange if you are unhappy with it. However, I ask you to keep these meaningless and unconstructive comments to a minimum, and only post in the future if you have a suggestion to improve our services.

It is useless to call because it is the phone support of the card issuer, and they haven't got a clue about bitcoin.
We have never promoted "Telephone Support" as a selling point. We simply acknowledge that the card issuer provides a telephone support, and that is indeed the case.

The money isn't stuck for days. We take up to 2 business days to process a deposit. This is, by far, a lot simpler than following the traditional method to turn your bitcoins into fiat, allowing it to be paid at many stores.

ejinte, if you are unhappy with your card, I respect that. However, I ask you to keep your ridiculing and bashing at a minimum. Unless you are going to provide any additional constructive criticism, I ask you to stop the bashing.

If you don't feel comfortable, by all means, don't use our service. The information you mentioned isn't "hidden". It is clearly stated in the FAQ.

I know. I'm fully aware about that, and I have no idea why our devs haven't changed that yet. It is simply removing a row on the html file for that page, and I really don't know why it hasn't been changed yet. My superiors have said that they will change it, I can show you the email if you want.

I did go to that site and sign the code which I got in the letter, together with the card.

I tried to load the card with 0.1BTC, didn't work, told be that it was less than minimum amount. But nowhere did I read how much it the minimum amount.

Also, before signing up to the page there is no way to know the price for the cards.

As well, the information about how long topup take should be more clear.

A few suggestions.

I'm till waiting for my card to top-up, which is quite annoying, as if I would have used an other exchange I would have had the money in my hand already.

We appreciate your comments. I understand your position and know that it is frustrating, and I have suggested some ways to my superiors to increase clarity and help avoid these problems in the future.

Well i finally got my ANX premium card took me about 6 days to get it " including weekend " from Hong Kong to me here in the Midwest USA. I must say i was shocked how fast i got the card, i am still mad cards cant have persons name on them. They verify our identity and ask for documents but cant get a card with a name on it. I hope i can use it to rent a car when i travel for work. Also i dont like the activation process of the card they really need a native english speaker to translate this. Seems like they used google translate and it went wrong with words and meanings lost or not making sense. Also i dont like how the site where you go to activate card will show $0 balance even if you have bitcoin on ANXBTC website. I will try to use card sometime this weekend see what happens.

Yes. DARKANGEL6415, please note that ANX is a Hong Kong registered company and a licensed MSO (Money Services Operator) with a compliance to KYC/AML, as byt411 mentioned, this is required for everything to be legal.
i think there is some confussion i have no problem getting account verified. I just want to know why cards cant have my name on them. I really suggest getting a new company for activations the site is horrible and worded in bad english. Also i deposited 0.6 bitcoin to try out card only to notice i have to " load " the card up with $100 minimal. I thought the card was going to be like XAPO debit card where they sell the bitcoin needed ONLY to cover the transaction you using it for. I also do not like the fact when i send bitcoin will show deposited but i can't use it till next day seriously that is a big flaw. Also when you top off the card using bitcoin that you already waited 1 day to clear the system then you are forced to wait more time before you can use the money up to two days. Seriously this card is turning out to be one BIG mistake i can't belive i paid 0.1 bitcoin for this horrible card. If the above issues fixed where people can have bitcoin in ANX and it automatically converts only the amount of item bought into cash would be great.

First of all, these are not issues. It may be your own personal opinion that the process of converting bitcoin to paying with card is a hassle, but they are not issues.

You have to wait 1 day because the transaction is processed manually, and not automatically. I am unsure of what you mean by having to wait 1 day + 2 days, since in most cases loading the card takes 1 business day, unless you mean you loaded it on Friday night.
If you deposit 0.6BTC, there shouldn't be any problems because that is equal to aprox. 161.9 USD.

Thank you for the reply and you are correct they are not issues but in fact opinions. I am sure alot of people would share the opinion of fast loading i mean we all want convinience and want faster and better. If that was not the case we would all still be paying by cash and checks. I also put some parts from the anx website that might have caused me the confusion and caused my opinion to be said.

Unless i missed something that would have equal the amount of over $100 but still nothing.  I will ofcourse still use the card whenever funds load as i got no other choice. I really do hope you are serious when you say they are looking into a option of having bitcoin convert it at point of sale into fiat to cover only the sale and not 1 satoshi more.  In any way i am going to send another deposit straight into card address of around $200 and if i get error again i will post it again  Wink

Sorry about the confusion. What you should do is withdraw the bitcoin again, and then send it to your Bitcoin Debit Card deposit address together, and you should make sure that the amount sent is equal to or more than $100 USD.

Got my card in few days, extremely fast tbh.

But now I learned I might not use it at all, after realizing it's not VISA or Masterdard, landed on UnionPay website and it looks they don't support ATM use for Bosnia or any country in region here.

I assume that you have purchased the ANX PLUS card, which is UnionPay. Again, I apologize for the lack of clarity. The ANX PREMIUM Card is Mastercard, while the ANX PLUS card is Mastercard.

Well i finally got my ANX premium card took me about 6 days to get it " including weekend " from Hong Kong to me here in the Midwest USA. I must say i was shocked how fast i got the card, i am still mad cards cant have persons name on them. They verify our identity and ask for documents but cant get a card with a name on it. I hope i can use it to rent a car when i travel for work. Also i dont like the activation process of the card they really need a native english speaker to translate this. Seems like they used google translate and it went wrong with words and meanings lost or not making sense. Also i dont like how the site where you go to activate card will show $0 balance even if you have bitcoin on ANXBTC website. I will try to use card sometime this weekend see what happens.

i think there is some confussion i have no problem getting account verified. I just want to know why cards cant have my name on them. I really suggest getting a new company for activations the site is horrible and worded in bad english. Also i deposited 0.6 bitcoin to try out card only to notice i have to " load " the card up with $100 minimal. I thought the card was going to be like XAPO debit card where they sell the bitcoin needed ONLY to cover the transaction you using it for. I also do not like the fact when i send bitcoin will show deposited but i can't use it till next day seriously that is a big flaw. Also when you top off the card using bitcoin that you already waited 1 day to clear the system then you are forced to wait more time before you can use the money up to two days. Seriously this card is turning out to be one BIG mistake i can't belive i paid 0.1 bitcoin for this horrible card.
