2881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Excuses on: April 18, 2017, 03:58:26 PM
It really is a great idea if you win you can pay your debt without even touching your own money,
But what about if you lose it will just make things worst you will be in a bigger debt so I think I would never do it.
if you lucky and win with huge amount indeed yes it will be great idea but rare to see people could win huge amount of money repeatable and usually their gambling results is more worst than their winning so for now on do not expect too much from gambling results because it will be unpredictable

If you had a huge capital then you can make a huge amount too by playing gambling.  Those who can make a good profit with gambling is those who can afford to lose big gambling is worst income money because you can't really assured and guaranteed your profit.
I believe these are just the mythological approach of gambling, not the realistic one.

Gambling will never give you profit regardless of how much huge capital you will be having, only the excuse like you missed something or bad time worked just before your performance like that something will come finally instead of finding profits. No where can find guaranteed profits, particularly with gambling it is not at all guaranteed.

Investor pain hurts so much Sad

jseonline only took back a part from the loans he give MP investors;). This guy is still 80 Coins down!

Congratz js for your nice run!

Might be true. Feels like I have had the worst luck on MP, everytime I invest I get hurt everytime I divest/withdrawal Mp investors get bitcoins. Crazy run bad lifetime on here Sad Congrats Jse.

Sorry to hear that Billy. JSE's run the last few days has been wild (and unfortunate bankroll consequences)
Yeah I had the same problem over and over again until I realize one thing. Casino’s do not make money in a day, it is a long term investment, you build a casino, you put a bankroll in it so people can gamble, some make it big, some take it slow, in the end earl days goes crazy.

If you invest in moneypot, do not withdraw right away, specially when you are down, if you are up and happy sure go ahead but when you are down, believe me it goes back around and unless you need the coins urgently, be patient.
2884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Roger Ver causes another dump on: April 13, 2017, 07:42:18 PM
Um its more like a drop in bitcoin and the knowledge that Roger Ver exists causes you to think that correlation means causation and that it is true. Nonsense. There’s no way you can prove the dump was caused by Ver.
How did you trace it back to him ? Through his website. Just because he says something doesn’t mean everyone follows it. But regardless the dump is actually good and one reason I like Bitcoin!
2885  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitdouble.io |social gambling game |Prov fair | 0.005 mBit faucet | New PVP game on: April 13, 2017, 07:27:39 PM
I see JIocb win previous weekly and monthly top wager.no one can bet him.he is real bettor, betting with huge bankroll. Smiley
Interestingly enough, people were so far off from him that the next three guys combined do not reach him. 4532 mbit, that is almost $5k or so If I am not mistaken, that makes 20k per month, 120k per year.

Nothing he can sustain if you ask me, 120k per year has a expectency of 1.2k loss, that is hopefully though, so I am sure we will see a lot more winners than him soon.
2886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: April 13, 2017, 07:01:26 PM
For me it was believing that I can win every 95% chance bet and wagering around 0.1btc at every bet and that cause me plenty of losses which I could not even chase. I tried chasing it but got me more buried in losses by triple the amount. Never would do it again honestly.
For real 95% every one lose and not getting this kind of percentage of winning where gambling site you actually playing every day? Chasing loses doesn't mean you gonna bring them back all you lose. Hope you already learned your lesson from doing mistake from chasing it.
The amount could be small for us but could be small for you as well seeing that you gambled it away ? I mean who would gamble an amount important to them for earning just 1.01 of it ?

Unless that amount was important to you and you gambled it anyway. In which case you learned a hard lesson, an expensive lesson according to you but a hard lesson nevertheless.
2887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Kraken opens Dash (DASH) trading on: April 13, 2017, 06:39:14 PM
I was wondering why DASH went up so suddenly in the minst of a price correction. Apparently the more exchanges you get into, the higher your price goes up.

I think everyone should be careful for the next week or so tough, the recent price surge and top of that this news and all the price fluctuations, it may not go up that much anymore for the short term, it may hit with a price correction before stabilizing again.
2888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jaxx wallet is not working for Dash deposits on: April 13, 2017, 06:04:14 PM
So it is an upgrade issue, not a program issue, nothing related to Jaxx being a bad software or anything like that ?
I mean people started saying Jaxx is filled with issues whereas the only problem was unupdated version they were running.

I guess we got scammed so much in bitcoin World that people are on the verge of saying scammer to anyone anytime they can.
2889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some more good news about Litecoin. on: April 13, 2017, 05:05:12 PM
and with the new turn of events it seems like we are over the Segwit activation threshold (75%) with a big difference. currently at 80.9% for last 24 hours blocks. keep this up for the next difficulty re-target period and SegWit is activated.

we have been partying for a while now. specially when price was 0.004BTC and went up to 0.011BTC. these are after-party hangovers before the next party of the next day starts Grin
I think this time it is almost definitely there. I mean unless f2pool turns into a pump and dump deal on this segwit issue its 80%+ now, no way they are going back.

A major coin trying LN and Segwit, this is like a dream come true for a experimantalist, definitely worth to see what will happen and how will it happen. Would mainstream get to be introduced to Litecoin from now on in order to deal with faster payments and bitcoin will need to adapt, will it not work as intended and just becomes a useless feature? We will see soon.
2890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Planned or impulsive gambling? on: April 13, 2017, 01:22:56 PM
I am more of an impulsive gambler. I prefer to gamble for fun or just to get entertained. Profit making is not the primary goal for me. I love roulette and dice. The entire planned gambling just puts me on more pressure and it just sucks the entire fun part of gambling.
So you just tell yourself "wow, I would love to spin the dice right now" and go gambling?  I personally think it's better to have a clear mind for this, but definitely an interesting idea
Clear idea on how to gamble ? I believe it will be impossible for any gambler over time, may be at the beginning they would have been controlling themselves to go gambling planned but over time they will go for at any time they prefer to. I'm just saying the general thing because generally most of the gamblers get addicted.

A planned mode of gambling is only possible for highly experienced a gambler who must be gambling just for fun. Because only this type of gamblers will never get addicted and they are always having control over their gambling habit.
2891  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: April 13, 2017, 12:14:04 PM
Corruption doesn't require anything to lead. Bitcoin due to its anonymity makes ease of the corruption process. Even without bitcoin most of the country governments and politicians are much corrupted. So when bitcoin serves better governments and politicians who know about it won't oppose it as it benefits them. This will serve as an added advantage for us the users.
I agree and actually anything that offers anonymity is good for the people while at the same time it also offers criminals some ease. You cannot blame bitcoins for this though since if you do so there are lot of things that needs to be stopped first.

Criminals are using mobile phones so let's ban that first and then they are using a lot of technology too, let's ban .. ah I see we are back to the olden age Cheesy
2892  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: April 12, 2017, 08:01:40 PM
Bitcoin is not going to replace fiat for most people but without a doubt there may be some bitcoin users out there that are not using fiat anymore and are only using bitcoin right now.

I don't think that it is possible only to use bitcoins as to take care of our expenses in real world we need fiat and bitcoin cannot be used anywhere for buying anything so in that case we have convert our bitcoins to fiat currency so that we can use them for shopping.
currently it may not be possible but in future we can expect so. when the number of bitcoin users will increase more and more and when people will stop using fiat and they will give preference to bitcoin instead of fiat.
yes that is right to say that bitcoin is still not so much develop, i do not think that still only 1 % of people are using bitcoin while the rest of the people do not have any knowledge about bitcoin i think people still need good knowledge about bitcoin so that they can adopt bitcoin digital currency.
I totally agree. I think some people tend to romanticize about the uses of Bitcoin but you are right. The only way to really obtain enough bitcoin to live on (i.e without fiat money) is to first buy it with fiat currency.

Everyone thinks that it is easy but really not only for that reason but also because of the time it takes for confirmations and the fact that since its a crypto-currency it is possible to have security issues.
2893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SYE Services -- beginning of New era in Crytpo Services on: April 12, 2017, 07:50:30 PM
This exactly what we need but it looks a little bit more newcomer rather than Professional by the look of the website and even the link.
I mean I would definitely think about buying couple of services because it looks good enough and amazingly priced. Certainly worth a check but a huge jump from hiring someone else.
2894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥[GUNBOT] Automatic Poloniex Profit Generator🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 on: April 12, 2017, 07:03:26 PM
I have tried to use the manual trading thingy, checked how the bot trades and tried to do it myself but the prices didn’t went up, it went belly up, all the way down. I am in loss right now.

I have two things to ask, one is ; is it normal that this method fails sometimes and you are holding huge bags, two is does this happen too frequently?
2895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Most Undervalued Coin of 2017! on: April 12, 2017, 06:47:12 PM
Everyone has an opinion, that is exactly what this is opinion.
If people knew which coin was undervalued for sure, all of us would buy those coins, when we buy them that much they would stop being undervalued and become overvalued, that is the paradox for undervalued coins. There are none.

All coins are priced at what they are worth every second. Right now it worth X, 2 seconds later it worth Y, no undervalue no overvalue.
2896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If YOU were Satoshi, what would you do now? on: April 12, 2017, 05:44:48 PM
Absolutely nothing at all.
I think that is what he himself will do. Publicizing himself is obviously not a good idea and I am not sure there is much that he could do. Maybe if he thinks Bitcoin will end up going down he should transfer his Bitcoin into cash and leave the scene entirely. In my opinion he wouldn’t really want to do that at all though.

If I were Satoshi, I will find solution for scalalblity issue with long term view and I will ask bitcoiners to hold bitcoins for future use and I will also speculate about bitcoin's future in millions to make people to invest into it.
2897  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be used to support terrorists? on: April 12, 2017, 01:25:11 PM
The bitcoin can be used from all of us, even if you are good or bad person. We can't be sure who use it and why. Not only terrorists but many bad guys using to do that they want. Bitcoin is anonymous, and we can control it who will use it. And that's why we can't complain about it, because like you, you don't want anyone else know what did you do with bitcoin, we don't have the authority to know about the others.
I'm sure it's the users responsibility or judgement on how to use bitcoin, it can be use at anything as users preference.
Whether bad or good, bitcoin is still a good tool for faster transaction online and it is the reason why it's very popular now.
Believe in bitcoin because it is the future...
That’s the right answer. Anyone with half a brain knows that it’s not the currency that’s bad but the user  in the criminal act. Bitcoin in itself is just as capable as and other digital currency or fiat currency and should not be condemned just because someone used it for a bad purpose. Almost everything in the world would be banned if governments ran countries like that. I think that Bitcoin will not have a problem with this issue.
2898  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan's Electronic Giant Bic Camera officially started accepting Bitcoin on: April 12, 2017, 01:00:53 PM
Japan's consumer electronic retail giant Bic Camera has began to accept bitcoin payments on friday. The event has been covered by large number of media publications world wide.Interestingly, banners of bitcoin were found in the event every where.Bitcoin,Bitcoin,Bitcoin.Its nice to see. Here is the link below.
             https://news.bitcoin.com/japan-bic-camera-starts-accepting-bitcoin

That’s awesome. I hope that starts happening in other countries and for companies that are even more popular than Bic Camera. Still great news though.

Reading the article it looks like it was a hit in Japan when they announced it. I wonder if the price of the products changes to reflect the rise or fall in price of bitcoin. Otherwise someone could get a pretty good discount on a product by buying bitcoin when it was only 930 and buying the camera with the bitcoin when the price rose again to 1250.
2899  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think They’ll Use the US Dollar on Mars? on: April 12, 2017, 08:40:11 AM
Bitcoin would be better. I believe in not only a global but a trans planetary currency where nodes are all over the galaxy. In the year 40,000 humans will be colonizing planets and connecting nodes across planets with some technology we can't fathom, that is, if we don't blow up earth before we reach that point.
Do you think so? I think that the currency used will be that of the country that establishes itself on Mars. Bitcoin is not viable in my opinion because it will take a very long time before any government ever is willing to completely use a crypto-currency as the sole means of transaction. There is just not enough security and assurance to make it viable. There are too many issues with transaction times, possible security breaches, etc that make it almost impossible.
2900  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: April 12, 2017, 08:09:16 AM
In the 1 year i have been using bitcoins i can proudly say i earned a good decent amount to spend for my self.I have bought my super gaming computer all out of bitcoins and my dream mountain bike. And now im saving for my future using bitcoins
I also get a lot of changes when using bitcoin, profits I make from bitcoin really changed my life. I can buy a lot of stuff. but it can not be said to be rich
Good for you dude, at least you are making a great journey with bitcoin, there are still more rooms to grow and eventually your profit will increase in time.
Yes, unless we are gambling or something there is really a way to find bitcoin easily. The best use of bitcoin is to obtain it through transfers from our local fiat currency and then use it in my opinion.

The only exception is getting money through trading. That is actually a profitable buisness. And I would recommend a bot like the Gunbot advertised on the site which takes the manual part out and lets you be trading all the time. You should definitely check that out.
