2941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you watch the matches you're gambling on on: May 25, 2019, 01:39:00 PM
Two and a half year ago I decided to be a cable cutter, so I canceled my cable subscription, that included around 10 sports channels, after that, I have lived with  movie and series streaming options like Netflix, the only time I paid to get access to stream sport was for one month at the 2018 world cup.

But I still gamble each day on sports, most of my gamble is on football, but I never or almost never watch any games live.

How important is it to be able to watch the matches to make correct bets on the teams. I don't think it has made any difference for me, I still withdraw more money than I deposit from my sport bookmakers.

My question is, do you watch the games your gambling on?

For me, it's important that I watched the game where I made my bet, not only for the price but for the feeling as well, as much as possible I want to be the first time to know that I won and not a friend telling me I win it's as if I don't care about my bet and I also want to know how the team I bet performed for future reference.
2942  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Warning about Lootbits.io on: May 25, 2019, 11:50:46 AM
There's two thread about lootbits here but yours seems to be a good one not to use their websites anymore, besides the very high withdrawal which you can only reach if you have tons of referrals under you, I stopped doing this after I found that very high threshold because I'm not good in referring.
2943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the 1st thing you'll do if you win Megah Moolah's jackpot? on: May 25, 2019, 11:47:10 AM
Mega Moolah set another record with its €18.9 million jackpot in a single spin. If you were the lucky winner of this jackpot, what will you do?

That's very much enough to retire and live like a king for you and your family, of course, this is extreme luck so I will thank God first by giving a portion to my poor fellow man or a charity, then sets up a business for my family and the next generation that will come after me.
2944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dead? on: May 25, 2019, 10:59:46 AM
Interesting article about the death of ICOs and the emergence of IEO... https://cryptotradernews.com/investing-trading/are-icos-really-dead/

What do you guys think? I don't think ICOs are fully dead. They just need to be regulated in more efficient ways. Most ICOs from 2017-2018 never delivered on their promises because they were being ran by a bunch of assholes who didn't deliver squad... We need more regulation. Only then will ICOs get better imo.

Checking all my wallet those coming from ICO bounty I've participated I can shout that ICOs are dead, some paused their ICo for lack of investors, some faked their sales to attract investors and most of them failed to create their platform for lack of support, so what can we expect more.
2945  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright, BTC USA Copy Rights/Patent Troll: What is his 'Endgame'? on: May 25, 2019, 10:40:28 AM
He is an evil genius it's because the real one doesn't want to come out, he wants  people to believe that he is the real one, so far his plan is working his own version of Bitcoin is now moving up, but he will soon be exposed and he will crumble and so is his own coin. Undecided
2946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: May 25, 2019, 10:00:29 AM
Hello! i want to save money while playing gambling game but i cant really do it because i am really addicted to bitcoin still i have small amount of money to save in my wallet but in the next day i spend it for gambling because i'll always lose in gambling games can someone help me with saving in my wallet and play gambling games at the same time.

It comes with a habit, just set a specific amount and your winning goal do not allow more money to pour in after you lose and stop when you reached your winning goal, it's impossible to win always and at the same time save money.

I have bad news to all bounty hunters that already received their token, the dev locked your token for six months
the dev announce it in their channel

Quote
Yes we locked bounty tokens because they were Dumping our tokens in Forkdelta without waiting for us to conclude our crowd safe.

In the first place, they are the one who made a mistake here, they distribute the token even though they are running a crowd sales, they should have finished it first before distributing it.
2948  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is needed for a gambler to the success? on: May 25, 2019, 06:30:02 AM
Everyone know gambling is filled with success and loss but what is the most important for being successful in gambling
Luck or experience?

Both  and I will add education on how gambling works its motive and your part as one of the gambler, even if you win big but if you cannot control all your actions and emotions, you will eventually lose all your winnings, you need to stop when even if you are winning because there is a trap waiting for you to fall if you cannot control yourself.
2949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: can someone explain to me the motive behind airdrops? on: May 25, 2019, 06:26:10 AM
I'm still wondering why developers will organize airdrops and distribute an amount of tokens which is far lesser than the minimum amount of the tokens that can be deposited on an exchange for trading. If you don't want the users to cash out the money, why do you let them waste their time?

I never participate in airdrops anymore, it's just a trap, they ask for your vital information for a few cents worth of their tokens, and sometimes it's worthless, it's like giving out your information for free, then they ask you to deposit buy more so you can deposit it in exchange, after that the dev will dump all their shares and run, leaving you with nothing.
2950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telcoin ; a sleeping giant. on: May 25, 2019, 06:03:19 AM
what make this telcoin become a sleeping giant
because with 100,000,000,000 TEL as total supply and 36,884,801,846 TEL as circulating supply,
for me its too hard for telcoin to be a giant mate

The very huge supply is a negative factor, what's with Telcoin that it can offer that other coin cannot, yes they do have volume but part from the remittances services they offer, I don't know what more they can offer for them to shoot to the top 5.
2951  Economy / Services / Re: Stake.com - A signature campaign for everyone! Earn up to 0.1 BTC weekly on: May 25, 2019, 05:56:20 AM

I wil not complain anymore,  Campaign Manager will change the payrate again for the sake of others and pretty much sure it will rise a little bit. Lets wait for further announcement!
How did you have access to such information?

You are part of the campaign and you have no idea about it, that information might not be real.
I believe the rates should be adjust to make it competitive and with that, they have to set a limit of the maximum post, 60 a week would be a nice limit IMO, spammers will not anymore post as many as they can to just earn a decent amount, that is considering the rate will be change.

DarkStar_ is correct, the risk of signature ban is high, since the current rules are more encouraging compared to yobit campaign.

Some bounty hunters have set of goal on their earnings participating in a Bitcoin paid bounty, and since they lowered it, people who are in a lower rank will have to do more than 100 posts to be able to cash out in their website I'm sure manager will come out a win win situation since they are going to be here long term.
2952  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The key reason for gambling on: May 25, 2019, 03:31:59 AM
There's a lot of type of people gambling, there's for money, there's for entertainment, but whatever reason any person gamble he should not allow himself to get addicted to this, and the only way to do this is to limit their exposure and allow only the amount that he can lose in gambling, adding more will get you hooked to gambling.
2953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: May 25, 2019, 02:50:05 AM
Although I'm promoting a gambling site I only do 1 to 2 hours 3 times a week in gambling sites, I do not have luck in gambling I always had a run of losses good thing I can control my urge to gamble, 1 to 2 hours is still healthy for the average person to spend in gambling sites.

A Thursday report from China disclosed that the Kaiping District People’s Court of Tangshan City, Hebei Province has sentenced a 61-year-old woman to prison for stealing national power resources for the mining of bitcoin.

https://coinfomania.com/61-year-old-chinese-grandma-convicted-mining-bitcoin/

Just imagine seeing your grandma during holidays and asking, "what's keeping you busy?", and the responded will be, "mining bitcoin" Grin. That will be priceless.  Grin. So for 10 months, this old lady has been 'stealing electricity', but it look closely at the article, it looks like the profit is around $940 only. But she has to pay $1450 + jail time.

They should have pardoned her and not let her go to prison because of her old age since he already refunds the electricity that the old lady has used, the temptation is really high to use the electricity illegally in mining Bitcoin, I've known a lot of people here in our country doing just that and they are not yet caught.
2955  Economy / Speculation / Re: what will happen if BTC hit 1.000.000$ on: May 25, 2019, 01:44:49 AM
hi guys
if BTC hit 1 million $ in the future what will happen
do u think we will see more hack news
More violence and criminalization of bitcoin holders by governments
Any events we will see ?

If that happens there will be a lot of rich people among us, of course, there will be a lot of hacking incidents that are going to happen people are going to work more for even a small sum of bitcoin, like faucets there will be a lot of Atm and government will prioritize taxing anything about Bitcoin.

2957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dont be dumb gamblers on: May 24, 2019, 02:07:46 PM
My friend recently get scammed by a gambling site which he found by continuously browsing. On internet. Sorry but even he cant remember the name so i cant tell you but here's what you wouldnt do. He said he was searching about how cryptocurrency gambling work. He is much aware about bitcoin but not about using it for gambling. He find some "yellow botton" he said which offers gambling for newbies and the rest is history. Goodbye $200 . yes thats kinda bit small but should you wait that it happened to you with a bigger amount? Here's what you would do.
1. Dont click and browse non recognized site to avoid phishing.
2.. Always ask first the people on this forum whether the site is legit or not.
3. Dont put too much money on that site so if ever its really a scam, the amount it can get is minimal.
4. If it looks really legit, try some few games with few bets at first.

Being cautious costs less than not being aware at all. Dont let our greediness and dumbness takes over our financial life. Be safe people.

Something fishy going here why your friend choose to forget the name of the site, the site will scam more people if this kind of people will just let things be and do not report, we have a scam section and this is to warn about the reputation of any site, we must become responsible and help people by avoiding these scam sites.
2958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You cannot win in gambling on: May 24, 2019, 12:21:15 AM
I just had a really bad day gambling today with Roma losing a ticket for me and their odd was 1.20 and they were playing against the last place of Italian Serie A. I thought a bad day and move on and played another ticket this time I choose Brondby as they were playing at home against a team they had beaten almost always and the odd was 1.35. This was even worse as Brondby lost 2-4 at home to a team quoted from the bookies at 8.5

Now I am not an expert in gambling but this day was a really eye opener for me, you can never win in gambling. Imagine when you can't win in lotto , soccer betting or whatever you call it, you don't have a chance in slots.

Yes you can win from time to time but you cannot beat a gambling site, it's very hard to do that only in the movie god of gamblers that a gambling casino losses, just put gambling to its proper place by treating it as an entertainment and you will be better of with this thinking.
2959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big Merchants Now Accepting Bitcoin on: May 23, 2019, 11:49:28 PM
two years ago many merchants started adopting cryptocurrency as one of the options when paying, they drop it when Bitcoin's price was dropping, but now that the price is improving, they are coming back now, this is good and hopefully, it will continue, we need more merchants actually big merchants to associate cryptocurrency.
2960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: HOW I BECAME A GAMBLER on: May 23, 2019, 10:56:44 PM
2017 was a very tough year for me. All efforts that i ever made to make money proofed abortive, then my friend told me about gambling and how he has been making money from it. I didn't buy into this idea because i have had a very bad impression about this game even though i never tried. Am sure you all know that gambling has a bad reputation lol Grin Grin. At a point i had no  other choice than to give it a trial on a sport betting site. That day i made double of my money and i promised myself never to stop gambling Grin That was how my journey on gambling started. Can you share your story briefly and clearly  Roll Eyes LETS GO GUYS

You promised yourself that you will never be stopped gambling, that's a bad promised to made, it can leave you broke unless you have full control of what you are doing and can stop when you are having a set of losses, people should always take a vacation from gambling from time to time, to analyze their action.
