Flaw? Please learn how thing work before enabling these bottom feeding scammers again. There is no flaw.
There is a flaw. Everyone he tries to scam can claim their money back, providing they're not stupid.
everyone can claim, but  there is no guarantee that paypal accept your claim.
There is not a 100% chance PayPal will give the money back, but it's pretty high I think? I'm pretty sure PayPal doesn't allow seller protection for cryptocurrency and that's why it's such a huge risk for the recipient.

They never fail to amuse.

If you take action right before the user spends the money, then you can get your money back.

Awaiting payments from last week's postings. Smiley

This is the coinoindex campaign and the payment is Wednesday and if you are referring to coinomat, I think you need to wait for another few hrs coz its still sunday for other time zones.

Holy crap I am so sorry about posting here. I opened several tabs and I thought this was coinomat's. Gonna delete my post now.
308  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas (Philippines) on: August 03, 2015, 10:03:42 AM

Yan napapala pag walang limits. 3BTC budget a week eh parang pang apat na tao lang yan sa lakas mag post ng mga users nila.

Hi,
Today I conducted a similar trade with another new user "iamalive". These accounts may be owned by the same person as they operate a VERY similar scam. Iamalive was asking me to close the PayPal case so he could refund me (which is BS, don't do it) so if John20 is doing the same, they are the same person and should be linked together in there feedback ratings. Let me know and I'll edit mine for iamalive.
Cheers
That is so weird. It is almost like these people are.......the same person.

As I mentioned in my PM to you, use escrow even when sending PayPal. It does not take very long to cash out stolen PayPal funds so even if you win the dispute (this is far from a guarantee), there is a good chance they will receive spendable funds as a resulting from their scam.

I really believe that these users scamming and asking for loan are the same person. Just waiting for some fool to get into their bait.
CEG, I was the fool but got before it was wayyyyy too late.

You should've trusted reputed people around here rather than doing trades with newbies.
312  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying 0.071 BTC for 21 USD on: August 03, 2015, 02:19:46 AM
Reason? I'm sending money to family or friends

This option cant charge back!+ i have verified bussines account!

Quite the wrong bit of information here.
Hey retard YOU have the wrong information. PayPal funds sent from money In the balance as friends/family will never ever be refunded

Do you have any solid source of that information?
313  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anyone here with a blurry vision? Is my situation normal or not? on: August 03, 2015, 02:18:13 AM
Hi,

I wanna ask some people around here that are using eyeglasses when using their computers or as a part of their daily lives. I'm having problems with my right eye. It seems that only my right eye is starting to blur while my other eye is working perfectly fine. I'm using glasses while in front of my computer. I forgot the current grades of the glass though but it's somewhat not that high. What do you think is the problem? Should I upgrade the grade of my eye wear?

go visit an optician or eye doctor and let him/her examine you.
im short sighted with ~-3,5 on both eyes but never had something like that before.

it could be just a changing of the right eye sight, doesnt have to be something serious. (but that would be over a longer period of time not instantly)

Tomorrow is my day off so I would really check an optician but it would help if someone here have the same problem as I do? To compare my results tomorrow.

Purchased account or not, you really don't have sufficient trading history to be trusted with PayPal funds. PayPal can potentially be reversed after up to 6 months after a payment is sent so in order for it to be prudent for someone to accept PayPal, they should have an extensive trading history that spans across many months (if not longer) and many trading partners.

That's what I told him when I'm about to sell him bitcoins (as I need to pay something and I ran out of funds in paypal). Then he answered the predictable:

When was sending paypal first a risky transaction? You can chargeback or dispute it at any moment for a long period of time (180 days, still able to chargeback).

Good luck Fish.
If you are willing to accept PayPal from him (probably not a good idea) then you would always be able to use escrow to at least guarantee that he will send PayPal funds to you (if they will be legit or not is another question).

I am fully aware of the risk on trading with paypal as the user can still do a chargeback in 180 days. I am more than willing to use escrow. The (180 days) time allowed for a chargeback is more than enough to run with the bitcoin and do a chargeback.

I'm the one who's taking risks here not him. Anyway, this was old news but I thought it would be helpful to others who's trying to trade with this user.

PS: I put a negative trust because he's shady enough. The trust serves as a warning to everyone.

Try again later Fish. Hope you don't eat your own 'bait'.

OP PM'ed me about the windows 10 license and willing to go first. I don't think I'll do any transactions with an alleged scammer. Just a heads up everyone. Don't ever do any transactions with a user whose name is listed on scam accusation section.

This user's password was reset recently

Your trust means nothing when it comes to you buying BTC with PayPal. You bringing this up makes it sound like you bought that account or something. No different then dealing with a newbie account with one brand new trust rating for buying BTC with paypal to be honest.

You have anything to give others a reason to trust you? For example, Rep from other forums where you have done many PayPal to BTC trades?
Nope.
I didn't buy the account, my inactivity and account password reset was due to me leaving Bitcoin alone for a while and forgetting it. If you type my username into google, you'll get my account for almost everything.

That still doesn't change the fact that you're looking for people to send you bitcoins FIRST. You're offering paypal and you know that paypal is reversible yet you're looking for people who wants to send first.
Where did I say I wanted them to send first CEG? It doesn't matter because it's a PayPal transaction...

Private message.

Let's clarify this. Your trust doesn't even have any relations to trading currencies. There's also a big chance that your account was bought from someone.
