^are you in I.T.? why not make your own bitmit, etc? I think the problem is there is no real incentive to try to sell things in BTC, perhaps because there aren't enough buyers.
the incentive is probably just as you said earlier, it's a way to get their hands on BTC without actually buying any.

it is possible that your browser settings ... are preventing your activity from being tracked properly.
Please try again with ... private browsing mode enabled.
huh? that sounds like a contradiction

If I were you, Iīd open an account at MTGox.
be very very careful using mtgox BEFORE sending them any money, make sure you understand just how many people (newbies?) have had long and horrible experiences with their customer support, particularly with regards to getting their account verified (which is needed if you'd like to take advantage of that handy feature known as 'withdraw') unless you want your money locked up for weeks or possibly months, i suggest getting your account FULLY verified before sending them a single cent. or just skip the trauma and get your bitcoins elsewhere I agree, in my case I was not exactly a newbie when joined to gox. But absolutely is neccessary to get verified (not troublesome if you, like me, are honest and donīt plan to use BTC as money laundry). Nevertheless once you pass this brief proccess of validation, the fees buying BTC here, are really good. Donīt you think so? Peace. i'm glad for you the process was 'brief'. i'm just warning people that not everyone is so lucky.

The only currency that can't be counterfeited.
This is good. i'd say a little inaccurate, unless someone can show me how to counterfeit litecoins

I just did some research into this and found mention of users on other sites not getting credited by the same advertising company (Virool). A common workaround seems to be to either switch to another browser, or to use private browsing/incognito mode.
i only ever use incognito mode, so that wasn't the issue for me

still got this error even after reloading the captcha
1. What's the bitcoin address that you used? 2. What browser are you using? Do you have any extensions installed? 3. Does the same thing happen with a different browser? 1. 1BoTwsfTJ6RBUjPLWMZtgimbwJPfRJZDMy 2. Chrome 24.0.1312.57 m + "Search Image on Tineye" 3. No idea, don't feel like watching any more videos at the moment. how is a site able to detect when a video is finished anyway? I see that you were paid for one video watched. where do you see that? i never saw any payment on the site or anything sent to that bitcoin address. i only ever got the above error message, on 4 different attempts.

Tried it. Received the credit for the first video that I watched. Every video that I've tried to watch after that (after watching the video all the way to the end), I keep getting the following message: Tried 3 times, wasted nearly 10 minutes for nothing. No thanks. Perhaps I'll check it out again in the future if you get the bugs worked out. Yup, same here. Perhaps one not only has to let the video run all the way through but also make sure that it has focus? One can't switch to a new tab or minimize the browser etc.? /edit Okay I tried watching a video all the way through and didn't change focus or do anything else and still didn't get credit. Make sure you get a new verification code (captcha) if it has sat for a few minutes, I was getting the same error until I started getting a new code before entering it. Hope this helps. still got this error even after reloading the captcha

this kind of transaction doesn't need a fee though does it? i think it's a different case. It is a concrete demonstration of a Bitcoin TX with more than a hundred Bitcoin addresses, and many of them receiving micro-payments (under 0.01BTC). I don't know if this transaction requires a fee (blockchain does not seems to show there is a fee though). But considering you can send 100+ payments in one single TX, even if there is a small fee, it's clearly not expensive. but it seems it's a totally different type of tx to what the OP would be sending simply because it has no inputs.

is it possible to specify particular files from a torrent, instead of getting the whole thing?
While it is possible to choose which file to download to your computer (you get a file list when you click on Download), the entire torrent will be downloaded to our servers. hmmm after reading your faq, i just re-read this line of yours here and realised i missed this the first time. so if i upload a huge .torrent which maps 300gb of data, but i only want one 7kb file from it, do i have to pay for 300gb? is there any way around that inefficiency?

the number picking is somewhat cumbersome as it is impossible to pick all 4 numbers when placing a single bet
i was thinking about this today and thought a possible solution would be to only let people sending 1+ btc choose 4 numbers (and win the biggest jackpot) eg: bet 1.wwxxyyzz ...let's you choose 4 numbers bet 0.01xxyyzz ...people betting less than 1 BTC can only pick 3 numbers and are therefore not eligible for the top prize
