321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase Sponsors New MrBeast YouTube Video! on: September 05, 2021, 07:41:57 PM
Coinbase is the second biggest cryptocurrency exchange in the market now with a 9.0 score on Coinmarketcap.

https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/

And MrBeast is one of the most popular Youtubers now. He has 67.8 million subscribers on only Youtube. I think that this is a really wise move from Coinbase to advertise themselves and cryptocurrencies also. I expect so many people giving a chance to cryptocurrencies and have a nice role in the rise of Bitcoin adoption.

I feel like Mr.Beast is not a new cryptocurrency users, he must be holding a lot of cryptocurrency long time ago and giving out his money to make a content.
If we follow him on youtube, we know he had a lot of money to giving away and his jobs are just creating contents.
Now he is already got famous and maybe already got profits from the money that he giving away and now sponsored by one of the biggest cryptocurrency exchange.
Hope it will bring good to cryptocurrency industry.

MrBeast is definitely not new to cryptocurrency, if you've been following him for a long time, there have been RUMORS that MrBeast gained huge profit (aside from his sponsorships) because of Bitcoin and that he was investing for a long time, but he has been an enthusiast and showed his love for cryptocurrency a long time ago, he just really does not mention it that much in his videos but he has a thing for cryptocurrency and Bitcoin, and because he is known for his crazy giveaways and popularity, Coinbase decided to partner with MrBeast on this huge giveaway.

Here's the article I've found - https://www.dexerto.com/entertainment/youtuber-reveals-how-mr-beast-actually-made-his-fortune-from-bitcoin-1422740/
322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I rather stay hungry than sell my Bitcoin on: September 05, 2021, 07:26:33 PM
Health matters more than your bitcoins, with the current era that we are in right now, I think you have options to actually sell some of your bitcoins and gain it back by joining campaigns in this forum or do investments, in that way, you won't starve nor lose any bitcoin, having 1 plan is not gonna be enough and viable, it's like you waited for years to gain profit from what you are hodling just to pay for your medical bill, it ain't worth, you have several options, don't let starvation be an option.
323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's Say Bitcoin is scam on: September 05, 2021, 01:28:22 PM
A word scam means to deceive trick used to cheat Specially Money. We not heared any news about Bitcoin scam. There are some scammers who scam Your money through Bitcoin. They tell you they are selling Bitcoin in half payment because they need money immediately and also use these types of sentences to convence you.

If Bitcoin was a scam, it would have never grown this big, if it was considered a big scam, like a fake crypto, just imagine the amout of crypto and cryptocurrency itself won't be this big today, or if Bitcoin was a scam, Ethereum would have been the biggest cryptocurrency today, that's the simplest answer you can get if your speculation about Bitcoin is a scam.
324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin better than Fiat? on: September 05, 2021, 09:50:55 AM
indeed cash is the best money at the moment that is used by many people, but in terms of the interbank transfer process we admit that bitcoin has its own advantages so that it is easier for us to send money to other people in an unlimited time way so that we are more we are free to transfer any amount we want, so here we can say that bitcoin can be more easily used for the purposes of sending money to other people
Even though how we much hated up Fiat for being too centralized and having that inflation problem but still it is something that most people been using. We cant just really make out digital transactions from time to time

which fiat had been used through ages and serve its purpose even though it does have its cons and criticisms but we cant really just set aside its pros and actual usage. This is why im not really that against with it

and with together on Bitcoins existence then this is something good to be an alternative and both does have its own purpose.

Both currencies, fiat and crypto serves their own purpose, I agree with dunfida, both are essential in this generation, it gives us options to choose from, we can't really just forget about fiat because it has existed ever since, and it is true that both have its pros and cons, Bitcoin's volatility is considered as a pro and a con since too much volatility can be bad, and this is why fiat is needed.
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I like to learn and use bitcoin on: September 05, 2021, 01:32:57 AM
Yes not outdated technology is very important . Because we live looking forward and moving forward will be able to repeat yesterday's things. I'm like that too.. For sure money is my reason to keep learning. Because of bitcoin I can have income outside of my main job.
when all you learn is bitcoin in the market. of course, the orientation that grows in your mind is money. and it will indeed make you more excited.
but if you learn how to use and develop blockchain for real activities. you can really see the real benefits of technological developments in this new era.

There's more to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency itself than just earning and stabilizing your income because you have a back up, in this new era of crypto, you have multiple options on how you can expand that income of yours, various platforms and options like trading or investing, NFT games, once you discover these options, you'll see that it's more than just hodling and repeating yesterday's thing.
326  Economy / Speculation / Re: What make people panic sell? on: September 04, 2021, 06:26:51 PM
panic sell usually there is a certain reason in everyone, fear of losing profit. The fear is mainly driven by market understanding, which of course can be driven by knowledge and self-analysis.
The best way to deal with panic is with a well written plan, actually In cryptocurrency,

The lack of market understanding is what drives people to actually panic sell, these type of mistakes usually happen to beginners, and some holders who actually lack patience and information about the market and the volatility of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, one of the ways to actually deal with panic selling is doing research and just simply watching videos about Bitcoin and its price, on the other hand, some people also has the tendency to make a panic sell/buy whenever they feel like it, patience is actually important when you are holding/buying, it gives you somewhat of an advantage to those who lack patience, those are the people who are likely to give up and make bad decisions.
327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is only new to the newbie on: September 04, 2021, 03:40:25 PM
Majority of those who believe that Bitcoin is a scam are those boomers and probably those who lack knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency and are probably misinformed with the whole concept of Bitcoin, but I think we are slowly getting past through that old belief because more and more young people are being educated about Bitcoin, Blockchaind and cryptocurrency, I honestly think it does not matter if these boomers do not believe in Bitcoin, it's more of the next generation that we need to pass the information on, because they are definitely the ones who will continue this legacy.
328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin go high the poor will not participate on: September 04, 2021, 10:30:45 AM
I know a lot of replies have the same point as I do, but I can't go on without giving my two cents about your topic, you do have a point about Bitcoin being more and more expensive, I myself have not bought Bitcoin for a while, I earned it, with signature campaigns and bounties, after earning a bit of Bitcoin, I studied how to trade and it worked out well, so, therefore, the thought of Bitcoin not being for the poor is actually not true, you can consider me as a poor guy since I never pulled out money from my bank account, all I did was try to earn and expand, basically, all you have to do is be smart and plan out things well, just be an organized and witty person and you'll be successful.
329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google bans 8 crypto apps on: September 03, 2021, 07:56:34 PM
They should've done this earlier, and I think the reason why these apps got banned is due to mass report and the amount of users it has scammed, the amount of profit that these scammers have earned throughout the years, just imagine how many people actually invested money here just to make them think that they'll be able to mine stronger, can't blame them for lacking knowledge but the fact that these scam apps got away is what breaks me the most.
330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What effect does a growing number of altcoins have on Bitcoin on: September 03, 2021, 06:10:49 PM
The majority of the altcoins follow along with the movement of Bitcoin in the market, but I do consider these altcoins valuable, of course, the devs have to supply themselves and the team regarding to that specific altcoin, although it may seem like a threat, I don't think we should worry since most of the altcoins rely on Bitcoin's movement in the market.
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Addict on: September 03, 2021, 01:36:25 PM
If I am as addicted as you, I'll take it as an opportunity to gather knowledge and take it as a chance on how you can actually benefit while being addicted to Bitcoin, why would you try to forcefully make it fade when you can actually take hold onto it, addiction is definitely not good but if it will actually give you such a benefit like earning Bitcoin and studying about it then why not? It's not like you're gambling and losing money right? so why stop when you can become a Bitcoin enthusiast in the future? I am not supporting addiction in any sort, having such hobbies can actually normalize or regulate your love for Bitcoin, you should do that too.
332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MrBeast now teaming with Coinbase to give away $100,000 in Bitcoin on Twitter! on: September 03, 2021, 11:52:08 AM
That's actually huge, not only will it gain more popularity for Coinbase but giving Bitcoin more exposure to teenagers, MrBeast is a big personality/influencer, he's huge in NA and other continents because of how much he has given help to people by giving them crazy giveaways like this, it's actually a great opportunity for a collaboration like this to happen, and whoever gets picked is definitely lucky, I'll definitely join in this giveaway.
333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin prolly gets to 100k dollars, will it still remain a legal tender? on: August 18, 2021, 03:37:32 PM
No matter how huge the rise of Bitcoin is, it will still be buyable, because no matter how high the price goes, you can always buy BTC depending on how much you'll spend your budget for it, again, it'll just become much more expensive since the price goes up, @mk4 answered all of your questions and I'm just here to drop my two cents about Bitcoin's price going up to a point that it cannot be bought.
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin solving the problem of intermediary on: August 18, 2021, 03:18:35 PM
Convenience, from the old hassle and discovering Bitcoin for an easier transaction and a hassle-free delivery, Bitcoin may be volatile but I think it's not really a problem, I guess the only problem is if the price heavily fluctuates, not much of a problem though, it may just cause inconvenience, try using USDT just like what the others have said, a much more convenient process compared to Bitcoin, but both currencies work anyways.
335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Youtube Scam? on: August 18, 2021, 11:07:14 AM
They surely are spam comments from bots or scammers targeting newbies to buy coins from them.
Answers can be found on the internet. People curious about bitcoin will surely look it out on Youtube.
These newbies should learn that bitcoin is not easy money; most of the statements on youtube comments are exaggerated.

Most of the comments on YouTube are poured out with exaggeration, they are paid comments in order to lure out newbies and scam them, I am not generalizing every YouTuber and if the YouTubers are connected with these scammers but I swear I found these scammers funny, and if y'all ever encounter scammers on the comment section, warn these newbies right away, it's not their fault for being illiterate, some of them are super young or some are old boomers who are looking to gain easy money.
336  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin August 2021 Target? on: August 18, 2021, 11:01:11 AM
The price is at $45k right now, this is mid-august, my guess with the price is that it might or might not hit at $50k, but judging with the market graph, I feel like it might max out at 50 before August ends, or it might fall.
337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Youtube Scam? on: August 18, 2021, 03:48:33 AM
I've been following dozens of YouTube channels about crypto and about Bitcoin, apparently, the comment section is full of spammers that are dropping their contact information just to scam some people, this is actually harmless for someone like us who are familiar to this kind of scam since we usually ignore comments like this, and why would someone recruit people in YouTube when there is a platform like Bitcointalk? Definitely to scam some people.
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Satoshi Nakamoto Hypothesis on: August 17, 2021, 08:01:27 PM
I appreciate your hard work in finding news and looking for information to find assumptions like this I really appreciate it
but there are a few things that deviate from what i know because what i know is that Satoshi was last active on bitcointalk it was 2010 not 2011.
other than that back to the statement at the beginning. this is your own prediction, it could be right and it could be wrong apart from that, there is still no clarity and it is still a secret until now

Satoshi may have used another account to stay hidden, we don't know that much and all we have are mere speculations, and I honestly think that it'd be better if Satoshi would remain hidden, let's all accept the fact that it's a bad idea if the creator of Bitcoin gets to be discovered, even if years go by, I really think that Satoshi is going to stay anonymous.
339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Musk cares for $TSLA, not Bitcoin on: August 17, 2021, 12:32:04 PM
If I were in Elon's shoes I'll definitely care more about my own cryptocurrency than Bitcoin, and that's the same with other crypto owners, It just happened that Elon is quite famous and how much he shows love with Bitcoin and Dogecoin, but at the end of the day, TSLA will still be his main priority, I don't think this should be questioned as well, it's really just basic common sense, especially coming from a businessman and a genius like him (not a fanboy of Musk by the way), just appreciating his past works and contributions.
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don't care what Saylor or Musk say anymore, I'm becoming a BTC individualist! on: August 16, 2021, 03:41:04 PM
You do have freedom anyways, don't fall for the sweet words of these influencers, you always have your freedom to decide and choose on what actions you'll do with your bitcoins, and I'm glad you've realized thst my guy, there are diehard Elon Musk fans out there who were literally no brainers but will follow whatever Musk says or tweets, I have no hate against Elon and I support his projects, but the way his followers act towards him and the market is just really weird, not generalizing all of his followers, just to be clear.
